BEST PIZZA AROUND!! Amazing customer service!! This is my go to location because the staff is so accommodating and helpful. I was unable to add a side of ranch to my online order so I called the store to ask them to include some in my order and they gave it to me complimentary. The food is made with quality ingredients and is ALWAYS fresh. I highly recommend their cinnamon rolls:)

The staff is the best that I have encountered at any pizza shop I have gone to. The food is delicious and cooked right each time. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend the La Mesa Pizza Hut to family and friends. Thank You to all the staff for their professionalism and kind service.

Not sure why this locations food tastes better than others, but it really does! I have a Pizza Hut down the street from my house, yet, it’s not as great as this location. This location always tastes fresh and pizza is always cooked to perfection!

Haven't had pizza Hut in like...a million years. Got some for the fam. Very pleased. Ordered breadsticks, lemon peppu wings, an a basic pepperoni pizza. Very nostalgic. Surprised it still taste almost like it did in the past (early 2000's). Their crust an marinara can't be beat. Absolute banger. Just miss the pizza hut aesthetic of stained glass lamps, picnic table covers, and green carpeted floors. This location looked like a prison but 10/10 people were nice and the food was just how I remember it.

The personnel at the Pizza Hut I regularly order from is exceptional. They really convey their genuine care for the customer and prepare the food orders accordingly as well as treating us right when we come in to pick up our pizzas. Tremendous staff!

I get pizza for me and my family at least once a week from Pizza Hut in La Mesa and its always fresh and good tasting. The hand tossed crust is not too soft and the ingredients and sauce are the right amount. The wings are good too! My weekly go to, for sure. The service is excellent and the staff is very conscientious. Great job!

This is a slightly below average location. At least 5 times they’ve left my pizza completely uncut. The times they do it’s very rushed. They never give you extra anything even if you pay for it and if you call to complain they will leave you on hold for 10+ minutes until you just give up

I was disappointed in my My Big New Yorker. I expected both type of pepperoni along with my additional topping of sausage. Instead, I was given regular pepperoni with sausage. What the really big kicker is I ordered it on the App inside the store and I didn't get it right away. I had to ask for it. The customer service was very disappointing and pizza making skills need to improve. An overall 2 stars for me.

This is mainly a post directed towards Pizza Hut corporate and the management of this La Mesa San Diego location. **There is evidently something wrong with your internal system with online orders transmitting.** I ordered a large specialty pizza (Supreme pizza) for carry out order 92356250 ($17.99) I received a large single topping pepperoni pizza ($10.99) **The employee had stuck a ticket number on the box, the internal ticket says Large Pep_yr ($17.99)** <see attached photo of picture of ticket and screenshot of my online order> Please fix this error or I forsee this causing many more unsatisfied customers

Called in a order. The phone call wasn’t that pleasing. Came in to pick up my order and asked to add a cup of peppers on the side and ranch. The worker acted as if it wasn’t a simple request. I had no issue paying the extra amount. After paying I see him go get the peppers for me. He used his bare hands to grab the peppers and place them in the bowl. When he brought them to me I asked him to use gloves or a utensil for the peppers. He went to the back for a few seconds the. Came in sight with gloves to redo it. But at that point I felt unsafe eating them. The fact that he went out of sight for a moment made me think negatively. I’m not sure why he thought handling money then going directly to peppers and openly touching them with his bare hands to give t a customer is ok? Not it has me questioning the whole order and how they handle food. Nonetheless I was disappointed when I opened my box and seen my pizza. It didn’t seem fresh, like it had been sitting out for awhile. And opening the box and seeing how spread out they were. Not satisfied at all with my order or customer service.

Worst wings......boneless wings are horrible. They should be called boneless nuggets. For $24 you get 24 boneless nuggets. There is more breading then meat. The wings were not even spun in the sauce. Sauce just dumped in bottom of container.

I called the store to see why my order was canceled and they told me it was because there was no unit number on my order, I remember the autofill filled my unit number in. The store stated that they called me twice, however I received no phone calls. As you can see by the photo attached I called out to Pizza Hut myself twice. I had to pick up some orders (doordash) and while waiting I was going to use the restroom to freshen up a bit, and the person who served me (an older Hispanic man with glasses) immediately and reluctantly told me that the restrooms were not in service, which I thought was strange since there was no sign on the doors, and they also had customers. Are diners not allowed in either? Being an establishment that offers dining service, it does not have restrooms. The truth is that I got the feeling that the man just wanted to be rude, since at the only table they had with diners he made the comment that they were working. I really hope that the manager does something about it, both diners and those of us who work picking up food deserve better treatment.

They say it’s a problem with the app ok cool almost an hour later we’re tempted to call back ,by chance we go take a look outside and there it is the pizza on the ground outside. No one rang the bell no one called. The quality of the pizza and wings I could slap someone right now.
