I really enjoyed the food, service people are courteous and responsive to customer needs. The coffee available options are great, I liked having different american coffee varieties. Overall I'm going back definitely, Hopefully it's soon.

We had an absolutely delightful breakfast at this spot! The chilaquiles were exceptional—perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of crunch and spice. Not only was the food delicious, but it also arrived incredibly fast, which was impressive. The service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience truly five-star. I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a tasty and quick breakfast option!

Large portions. Two of us couldn't even eat all of the spilt plate. The food was great 👍 the service was excellent and the price for is to share was under $20. They also have a great breakfast and lunch menu with a ton of options. My only suggestion is to consider reducing the menu or organizing it better as there are so many options that it is super overwhelming.

Highly recommend la Mesa Benedict and the French toast! The Benedict’s Chipotle sauce was very flavorful, but not spicy at all. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. French toast bread itself was not sweet so the strawberries on top provided the perfect dulce touch. The California burrito and the red trolley omelette (the special of the day) were also good. Portion sizes were large for the price. Also really delicious was the Mexican hot chocolate. It was a great balance of slightly sweet and little bitterness. Staff were courteous and smiling. Felt like such a great environment for a delicious breakfast with friends! Would come again!

I absolutely love Swami's! We go every Sunday for an acai bowl and waffles and it's the highlight of my week! Reasonable priced, great food, great coffee, and a great place to hang out. The only bad thing I have to say is sometimes it's so popular we can't find somewhere to sit!!

I always enjoy eating at Swami’s in La Mesa, although their menu can be a bit overwhelming with all of the wonderful food options. I also love the decor. Came here this afternoon with clients and I was so focused on our conversation I forgot to take pictures of the food. They have generous portions and I always take food with me because I cannot finish it all. If you are in La Mesa, stop in and check them out!

First time visiting this Cafe as recommended by a relative. Prices were decent with a variety of dishes and specials to choose from. I had the 3pig omelet and added steak which was soooooo good. Awesome place, friendly staff, large dining space, and awesome variety of coffee to drink and taste. Very family friendly. Highly recommended.

Can never go wrong the breakfast here. I prefer their North Park location. But food is equally good. I actually like that you go to the front to order your food and get a number so the food can be brought out to you. So many options for breakfast along with juices and smoothies. Parking can be tricky at this location. I parked at the US bank parking lot.

A friend brought me here, and what a gem!! The menu was full of tasty meat and vegetarian options. The mole enchiladas with brown rice, tomato and avocado was delicious and filling. It was served with rice and scrumptious beans. The salmon salad was juicy and fresh at the same time. I will be back real soon to make my way across the menu.

This place is okay! It's down the street from my job. The menu is large, which is great for options but it's hard to read (in person its written in small font to squeeze everything on the chalkboard, but they do offer printed menus too). I would prefer a smaller menu, pricing is a little high ($17 for 1 burger and fries, no drink). Today I ordered a well done burger and it was not cooked as requested. Overall it's alright.

First about the atmosphere. We showed up 30 minutes before they were closing, at 2:30pm on a Saturday. The whole place was sleeping of chemicals as they were actively mopping the floors. One section was already closed off with the wet floor indicating they started mopping around 2pm. I can't enjoy food with that smell. Can you? They were supposed to close at 3pm but really it seemed the staff wanted to leave at 3. Management, if you want to start mopping at 2pm with stinky chemicals, say you close at 2pm! Anyway, we had to sit outside because it was unbearable. Unacceptable hence 2 starts - not okay. Then I got an acai bowl with expired mushy strawberries and literal mold on blueberries, see photo. Got that replace thankfully but that should never happen. Yes, they did have fresh berries and fresh crunchy granola. I shouldn't need to specify I'd like my food fresh and without mold. Not okay - 2 stars. Yikes!

I don't understand how this place has such good ratings. The food is super bland and overpriced. My husband and I couldn't even finish our food. Basically an expensive Denny's.
