Good burgers, fries, and salads! The double is just too big, bring your appetite or order the single. Burgers are juicy and tasty. Fries were fresh and good. The balsamic grilled chicken salad is good as well. Also a large meal. Burgers needed a bit more ketsup on them but that is an easy fix. Restaurant is very clean. Service was great.

Habit Grill has great food at a good price. They prepare the food fast, and even have specialty non alcoholic drinks! Even the half portions are a good sized meal, that's what we've been doing! Cheers!

Habit burger and grill in La Mesa Continuously provides good food and good service I usually get the BBQ char burger and the 50/50 French fries and onion rings they have really good ranch the restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly and efficient food is prepared fast parking can be cumbersome at times the parking lot does get full it shares the parking lot with another restaurant

There's a promotion where if you 'sign up' on their website you get a free burger. So wife and I did it to try the place for the first time. Tough being right next to Chik Fil a, they got the kids play area making parenting easier. So price wasn't really a factor for us, as we got our burgers free. Good burgers, nice place. Fries not really special. Good lemonade selection. Will say it's pricey. Over nine dollars for some burgers. Not meals. Just a burger. Bread and meat and some stuff. It's weird the bathrooms are laid out how they are. There is a girl's bathroom and then a girls/boys bathroom. Seems like if you're going to go unisex, go all the way. It's not like your clientele is 90 percent women.

This place is awsome!!! I was skeptical at first you know just another burger joint. This visit put that opinion to rest, the Santa Barbara Char was off the chain. Buttery grilled sourdough, double patty, avo and grilled onions. Ok I have to dive in. Get down here!! There's even a nice place to sit outside.

Sorry had to write this. Sunday night didn't get any burger in the order correct. Wasn't busy. Chik fil a across the way is closed no reason to mix up orders. I even had a mobile order and tried to save them the walk by going in to pick it up. Still great burgers just gotta work on that ordering system.

The food was great. Really good burger and fries. The lemonade was really good too. Just wish the portion of the fries was not the smallest in the world. Two packets of ketchup are bigger than the fries. Other than that, a solid place with super friendly staff.

Prices are equivalent to many other fast food places, but the food quality is definitely a notch above most. They have a "condiment bar" which has three different kinds of hot peppers, but no mayonnaise. Some of us white people like mayo on our burgers. Restroom is clean enough, but could be cleaner. They have a women's room and an all-gender family restroom where the modern pop music was playing annoyingly loud. There is no men's room. Staff is friendly enough, but when I got up to take these pictures, one of them asked me if there was a problem. Strange that a 20-something girl would question someone taking a picture with a phone. Just sayin'.

I usually love this place so I was very disappointed when I ordered ahead and tried to do a curbside pick up . Received my text that my food was ready and when I pulled up all curbside parking spot were taken with no one in their car. So I parked and went in wait in the long line just to be told that they were still preparing it. I waiting another 15 mins & while waiting I notice they were just lining up food and thinking who’s ever food that is will be cold ! 5 mins later they start packing peoples stuff and half of that was mine and it was cold! Didn’t wanna half go wait longer for them to re cook it ! But I’m sad cus now I don’t want to go here anymore . Ugh

We go to this location on Mondays. Today we again ordered online to be picked up at a certain time. 15 minutes past this time we went into store to see if it was ready. I was told it was not Waited while asking every once ain a while for an update on order and got we have not started it yet. At 50 minutes of waiting I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund and was told because I ordered online I would need to do this online also. I am not holding my breath for a refund Over 50 minutes past the time it was to be ready and I walked out with nothing. Customer service is terrible I can not recommend this this location with confidence

I ordered a regular burger with no mayo. My burger was delivered with a smear of mayo on the bun and tomato. Did they forget and just swap out some continents? Mayo makes me nauseous, so I couldn't eat anything after that.

Their self checkout kiosk is very misleading. It shows a picture of a burger with melted cheese on it, and I thought that's what I had ordered. My burgers come out with no cheese. Huh!? Upon addressing them on it, they told me cheese was extra. So I pay for it and they hand me 3 slices of cold cheese on a paper plate. They were very unprofessional and condescending too. Like Im supposed to know how their inaccurate menu works. Never coming back.

I’m giving this location a one-star review due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager on duty toward both a new employee and my spouse. The cashier, who was clearly new, was doing her best to assist us. When she asked the manager for help, the manager’s only response—every single time—was, “What is the question?” At one point, my spouse addressed the manager directly. She heard what was said but, without acknowledging us as customers, turned to the cashier and repeated, “What’s the question?” This lack of basic customer service and disregard for both staff and patrons is unacceptable.

When I walked in, I was greeted, which was nice, but I was having problems with my app the manager didn’t help me, but the cashier behind the desk did she was holding up everybody else to try to help me order but the manager was not trying to assist. I was able to order my food, they didn’t give me what I ordered, which was a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce and onion rings onion rings was burnt… I tried to call the facility to speak to a manager, but they redirect you to use the app.
