Heard about this place from a fellow La Mesa neighbor on Facebook. I had to try it for myself! The food is very fresh and healthy. The service was 👌🏼, very friendly and quick. Food was affordable and more than enough for lunch and leftovers! Will def be back.

Phenomenal food, I usually get the Cali wrap, and it's an explosion of awesome middle eastern flavor. Think of it as a middle eastern Cali burrito. The meat is fresh and tasty, blows the surrounding taco shops away. Easily my favorite in La mesa. Super friendly staff who serve you the food work typical middle eastern hospitality. Highly recommend.

Best hummus in the world, love their chicken and beef shawarma entree platters. Everything is freshly prepared, healthy and delicious. Staff is so accommodating and welcoming. Covered semi-outdoor tables where you can relax and enjoy your meal. Has flame patio heaters in the cooler months. Huge portions.

Amazing Mediterranean cuisine! A place that holds flavor standards to high heights! I tried the Grilled Combo which is good way to try different proteins. First, the chicken was very moist, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. Beautiful grill marks that make it inviting. Next, the beef kabob was really tender. Like the chicken, it was juicy and perfectly cooked. The beef shawarma has great texture and gave great flavor. I also tried the Chicken Shawarma which surprisingly was slightly dry, but still had good flavor. The hummus was very good too. It had excellent flavor and great texture. It was smooth, light and velvety. The cucumber salad was excellent and fresh. Finally, the garlic sauce just compliments everything and brings it all together.

Every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty meal or something light, their menu has something to satisfy everyone. This place is amazing! Bashar at the bakery has the most amazing fresh Barbari bread! Go and see him!

Had this place for the second time ever yesterday and man I have no idea why I keep forgetting about this place. The beef shawarma wrap was delicious, tasted fresh and well prepared. Will definitely be coming back more often for lunch. Pretty excited to try a couple different items off of the menu. I also ordered a slice of baklava which was tasty and not necessarily the type of baklava I’m used to but still good nonetheless, just a bit less saturated in the syrup that I normally like and just a tiny bit more on the dry side but that’s me being quite critical lol.

One of my go to spots when I need quick and delicious food for hosting. The portions are always generous and also make great finger foods if you cut up the kabobs. Easy-peasy to place an order the day before so I can focus on cleaning the house instead of preparing a meal. Saved me so many times!

The salmon plate was delicious and fresh with large portions of salmon. Chicken tenders were cut in pieces and good quality too. The shawarma plate was huge and would be good for two people to share. Overall great experience, fast service, highly recommend to visit.

I might not get the falafel again, just cuz falafel does usually turn out a bit dry. It was good but I, probably, try it once at every place I go to that sells it and then not likely order it again. 😅 But the chicken was juicy. Salad was flavorful. 🤤 My hubby is pretty critical of food and he said he wants to get food from there again and to have others try it. So you've got return customers here. I also want to say the service was very good. He let me know how long it would take for my food to be ready and he even separated the hot items from the cold item. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness.
