Came here for the 1st time with my mama friend Sue n kids for lunch after Buena Park mall 3.15.25 Located in a strip of food restaurants., Firehouse Subs What we ordered ~ Rib-Eye Steak plate. Marinated to perfection and oh was delicious. Tender meats. ~ half n half chicken w rib eye steak plate was a great option to have the best proteins in both worlds. The salad w an Asian dressing flavor was delicious along w the wontons Karol associate was really friendly, attentive and helpful. Received our plates in a timely manner. Restaurant is really spacious with lots of seatings indoor and outdoor, seat benches. Clean and welcoming environment. I'd definitely return.
Fresh salads, variety of dressings, clean and plenty of sitting, food is always fresh and very nice people work here.

Maria truly embodies what it means to be a great manager—she’s so attentive and quick! I love this WaBa Grill for both its high-quality food and excellent customer service. It’s definitely my go-to spot for lunch breaks. Always a reliable choice!
WOW MY MOM AND I BEEN COMING HERE FOR A YEAR AND LET ME TELL YOU , THE FOOD AND SERVICE IS A ➕️ EVERY TIME WE GO ITS ALWAYS THE SAME.. GREAT WORK GIRLS ... I WENT BACK AND GOT THERE NAMES TO FINALLY GIVE A REVIEW. I REALLY NEVER DO THIS BUT THATS HOW GOOD THESE GIRLS ARE AND WHEN YOU GO IN TELL THEM KEVIN SENT YOU FROM YELP, AND HERE ARE THERE NAMES 💯 GREAT EMPLOYEES - " BETSY " "VICTORIA" AND THE OTHER GIRL THAT WORKS ON WEEKENDS, DONT KNOW HER NAME SHE HAS DARK HAIR SHES REALLY NICE TOO.. Food is great amazing even but no AC it’s been like 2 weeks that’s such a violation i can’t even handle the wait for my food it’s so hot!I come from time to time and for about 2 weeks I’ve noticed there’s no AC running poor workers look pale and dehydrated which they service is top notch great and very fast I don’t blame them at all and I see all the smoke in the kitchen I’m assuming there little vent fan thingy isn’t working. UPDATE came back today and was great food service and the AC feels so fresh I was able to sit and eat with my family❤️ glad they fixed it will definitely keep coming ☺️

It is not bad. The food is tasty but it is somewhat of a generic teriyaki style of food. The food is pretty filling for what you pay for. But certainly not the most unique food choice.

Food portions are insane ordered a waba bowl with veggies instead of rice and literally filled to the top with veggies and barely any protein and charging higher prices

But the nurturing Lon value stayed the same???? That’s is impossible. Readjust your damn portions or adjust the nutritional value and your pricing. I am not here to pay for your cheap disgusting rice.

We ordered our food online. Was super excited to eat our food. When we checked our food we realized that they forgot a few food items so we reached out to them. They said there’s nothing else that they could do for us? Before all of this we checked with the door dasher and they said that that’s all they received. We ended up reaching out to the door dash customer service. Just so you know, this order was ordered through waba grills website so it wasn’t directly ordered from door dash really. They just used a dasher for the delivery process. Really messed up how they’re not taking accountability for this issue.

By far the worst waba grill restaurant. Not only are their bowls way overpriced compared to other locations, but I paid $40 for mostly white stale rice. I had ordered the steak & chicken bowl but was given half veggies half meat. The meat was thin and dry and it tasted like beef jerky. I had about 4 bites of the meat then the rest was rice filled to the top of the bowl. I’m really upset on how this was suppose my family’s meal of the day and I paid $40 for 3 full bowl of stale rice. The veggies were given by mistake as well. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Expensive and cheap quality food and from the looks of the reviews they have been scamming people for months.
Spent over forty dollars. First I called to place order. I was forgotten. Then I placed mobile order as I am I'll w a cough. They were sending me off w A LOT of packets I didn't ask for or need. When I did ask they weren't there. Not the sauce for the dumplings nor green onions. To top it off no salad dressing and only two forks for three of us. I got home and called again to be told I could return another time to be put on a list for a side of dressing!? What the heck. The salad and fruit is all I can eat and I have no dressing. Make sure to get all sauces and go through your bag. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SAUCES! Dinner ruined. I would not recommend the Magnolia and La Palma location as they don't really care about good customer service or have knowledge of the sauces for different items. I shouldn't have to train your front girl employee. And I was patronized. VERY DISAPOINTED.
I just brought home teriyaki chicken dinner. A family meal which costed $28 nearly $30 with tax. They didn't even give us teriyaki sauce. What kind of teriyaki place give you no teriyaki sauce? They were giving my husband attitude for what? Ordering food? These entitled fast food workers need to get their act together! The place will close down and they will be out of jobs. I'm sick and tired of this nonsense. Dear owner please get rid of these entitled employees. They are hurting you and your $$$
I had came in here Monday night after a busy day trying to get a quick meal for my family I came in for two steak bowls and one chicken bowl. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes the cashier kept going back and forth about how they didn't have steak but they did have steak and couldn't make up his mind he gave the person in front of me his order of steak and then when it was my turn he looks at me and says there is no steak. I look behind him at the grill and they clearly have steak on the grill I asked him what about that and he said that the manager said that that meat is for online orders and that the manager would be there in 10 to 20 minutes with cooked steak from somewhere else. I said so in order to get my order I would need to place an order online and wait additional time for my food to be made and get charged more and he responded with a sarcastic "I guess maybe" I asked him since I had been standing there for 15 minutes prior to him helping me why there is no way for him to give me the order I was asking for without me placing it online and he started arguing with me about how everything was his fault and if he'd never told the other person they had steak he wouldn't be dealing with that. I had asked him again that since the manager was supposedly so close if I could just have my order he went back to the kitchen and started talking to the cooks which all turned and looked at me with dirty looks I paid $31 and received less than half a portion of steak on each bowl if these people take online orders more serious than in-store customers then they should just shut their doors because that is absolutely ridiculous.
Nice place & bad customer service. I bought a chicken and Veggie bawl at 4 pm today. They just put the bowl in a bag and gave it to me. When I going to eat , she (who was in a cash register) didn’t give me a Fork or spoon or paper napkin. Employees just talking each other’s they don’t know what they’re doing.
