The smash buger was very taste
Food was good. It came out quickly and was hot. Would recommend if looking for a good fast food location.
Only come for the bags of ice but love that they offer pup cups for my dogs
This location is usually busy yet no wait-time. Friendly staff, small town atmosphere, sets the tone for a pleasant experience. I love to see how staff actually cares for the safety and well-being of the students from the local school.
I had a great experience at this Sonic! I’m trying to watch what I eat but have an occasional take out somewhere. I haven’t had fast food in 40 days, so I wanted to build a healthier option and they were so accommodating and did it with a smile! So appreciate that! And it was delicious! And gave me that treat without breaking out of my calories!
Go for drinks, was pretty fast at lunch. And they actually didn't make me wait the line brought out to me. That was nice
They don't seem to care about preparing the food as it's ordered. I order it and it is out in 2 minutes. I know it takes longer than that just to make the Sonic Blast. But hey... when you get a cup full of ice cream with the candy on top... they probably premake those too. SMH
I frequent this location often since it's right by our neighborhood. The food is decent. What you would expect for the price point. Shakes and desserts are great. My last few visits could have gone better. The person taking our order sounded frustrated. Understandably so, had a car at every car hop due to their specials and kids getting out of school. Gentleman was rushing me as I ordered. Other than that a good location to pick up a snack and treat for the family.
The card readers at the stalls barely work, some of the stalls don’t work at all, no tap to pay and tonight I discovered that they can’t even split payment for an order between cash and card. Not sure who the GM or operator of this location is, but it’s 2026, and they need to catch up with the rest of us.
My god. This sonic is slower thab molasses! It doesnt matter if there is only three people, they take forever!?!
The manager was very rude when I went to this location on February 18, 2026. I ordered from the sonic app. When I arrived, I entered the stall # that was presented on the screen/ computer. From the speaker, the manager said, "I gave the wrong stall #" I was confused, because I looked at the "stall #" on the screen again, and it was correct. After some time, I realized the "stall #" (on the pole/ column) was different from the "stall #" on the screen/computer. Since it was an honest mistake, I gave a sincere apology to the server and explained, "This was my 1st experience. Usually, both numbers are the same at Sonic" The server understood and said "they were not aware of the different numbers until I showed them; then she thanked me for bringing it to her attention" To avoid any confusion for future customers, I also told the manager. The manager's response was, "No, our customers usually know the stall number, even if they're different" There was no accountability, apology or explanation of why there's an incorrect stall # that's listed on the screen. This can definitely cause confusion for customers, including loyal customers like myself. I wasn't even upset, as I know mistakes happen. I was just glad to figure out the issue, and share the information. If I was a manager, I'd want to know. This manager clearly didn't care or inform his staff of the error. If they're following his example, how can we expect this location to provide good customer service? I just smiled at his ignorance and kindly told him to have a good day. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Highly disappointed.
I checked in for my order, 30 seconds later it says it was already given to me. Waited, and got asked if I was there for a different person. This issue wouldn’t happen if they didn’t clear/check off orders before the customer gets what they bought. 3rd time this has happened to me at this location, it’s starting to get annoying.
The old man (Manager) is very rude, shut the window on our face as we were going through the drive-through and made us pull around. Don’t waste your time on this sonic as the machines don’t even work and it is very creepy in the back and you can get your car robbed. The sonic should be shut down immediately and effective starting tomorrow!!!
Never gets my order right I actually got a cold burger yesterday I asked for a bacon cheeseburger no onions and it had onions . The only reason why I went there yesterday was not mom wanted a chili dog, I said no onions and it had onions. I understand mistakes happen. But every time I go? Don’t was time or money on this place.
Third time getting sonic blast with only candy on top. Not all the way through. Doesn't do any good to speak to someone about it. They always act aloof or they understand what I am saying. Like why would I be upset my order is wrong? just shrug it off or some how blame me. Paid alot of money just for cups of vanilla cream.
Only giving a one Star because I can't give Zero Stars! Very horrible customer service. Person taking order was extremely rude. He was wearing a red shirt, so I assumed he was in charge of the place. He stood in the door window talking to me very condescending when I was questioning something. (Like pronouncing every syllable kinda thing) I would never spend my money at place like that. So I cancelled my order and left
I went through the drive through and the girl never acknowledged me at the speaker to order as I sat waiting honking and saying hello for about 4-5 minutes. The vehicle in front of me drove off. She looked at me and said nothing. She didn't wave me up or anything. She was on her phone until I drove up to the window and waited another 3 minutes for her to open the window (the place was empty btw). Poor poor service.
Thought everything was okay until I got my order. There were no chicken tenders I asked about them. They didn’t charge me but they didn’t tell me they didn’t have any, the server at the window at that point gave me an attitude and really gave me a bad vibe. I had been avoiding this place for a while and forgot why and now I remember. I didn’t write about it now but I am now. I had bad service then and they haven’t changed it at all. The one on Spencer is way better avoid this place. Just see the other reviews for confirmation.
DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL Estimated pick up is way off. Sitting in drive through wondering where my food is? Why order ahead if it still takes 20-25 mins to get your food? 7:37 Still waiting for food….got my food at 7:42….29 minutes of my time. And last update….The food was COLD. Called Sonic corporate to complain and they offered me a Cheeseburger for my i convenience. So here I say, DO NOT GO HERE, read the other reviews, they offer their sorry we did not do well, or sorry you had a bad visit. However, they have fixed nothing or offer no real compensation for cold food.
Went there two weeks ago to get ice and something to eat. Parked and punched the red button. It was taking a long time for them to answer. We saw waitress and we asked her how long it was gonna take them to get our order, but she said they weren't taking any more orders because they were busy, carelessly shut us out. We left disappointed because we never ever had that service here. Don't recommend, incompetent workers with horrible attitudes
This is the first time I visited this location. My wife is pregnant and was craving something cold. We ordered a cold drink and tatertots. It took them about 30 minutes to get this out to us. Only for the tatertots to barely be warm. We left disappointed and will probably not return even though we recently moved near by.
Normally I wouldn't be taking the time to write a review but tonight was ridiculous. We parked and ordered our food and 4 out of the 5 items were wrong. The guy named off everything we ordered and it was correct so we went home. Didn't bother to check the bag as it was such few items. There was only one other vehicle there so I can't even blame it on them being busy. This was just pure laziness. The Oreo cheesecake shake I asked for was a strawberry shake. The Reese's blast was literally vanilla ice cream with Reese's sprinkled on top. Didn't get the hotdog we ordered either... SHOULD I GO ON? My family will never go to this location again, Honestly probably not any sonic again as the service sucks.
