Sheesh! They make a good steak! We had such a good experience. We checked in online and the website provided the wait time. We got there early and it was packed. The online wait time accurate to what we actually waited since checking in. The hostess was very busy and handled everyone with composure. Our mushroom appetizer was FIRE. We had no complaints about our main course. One more thing.. get the bread. It was fresh and on point. We will be back. Meal for 2 w an appetizer had us out the door at about $60. Our server Dan was pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you Dan for being awesome. Longhorn never fails on service and their menu. Every time my family visits, service rocks.

Great food.. i recommend the Baked Potatoe with cream and bacon... If you want a drink i recommend THE PERFECT Margarita... And the Rib and Parmesarn Chicken We spent $110 but the plate were big.. so we share each plate .. and still had enough to take home .. he ordered 2 margaritas so over all in food and 2 appitizers were under $80-$85

Great service!! Sat at the bar today. Melissa was my bartender, she was personable nice and attentive. Ribs were perfect!! Definitely stop in and ask for Melissa she’ll take care of you!!

USUALLLY THEY ARE ON POINT. BUT, NOT FRIDAY NIGHT! I KNOW THEY WERE BUSY BUT, MY MOTHER (IT WAS HER 78TH BDAY) AND I BOTH ORDERED THE COWBOY RIBEYE. BOTH REQUESTED MEDIUM. NOW, IT THE PAST, MEDIUM ALWAYS CAME A LITTLE BROWN AROUND THE EDGES AWITH A WARM PINK CENTER. NOT THIS NIGHT. I STUCK MY FORM IN IT AND IT WAS STILL MOOING!!! I USUALLY DON'T MIND IF IT'S MORE RARE IN THE CENTER OF THE STEAK BECAUSE I CAN NEVER FINISH A WHOLE STEAK SO HAVING IT ALMOST RARE MEANS WHEN I REHEAT IT, IT WILL STILL BW TENDER AND JUICY! I DIDN'T SEND IT BACK AND I COULDN'T EAT IT BUT I WAS OK! I HAS A CEASER SALAD, BREAD, AND MY LOADED POTATOE. THE STEAK CAME HOME WITH ME. Fabulous food and staff. We had a great dinner and really enjoyed the wait staff we had. I'm sad I didn't get a picture. We were so hungry and just dove right in!

The food was very good. The service was OK. The host had too many tables to wait on. She had no control over that but her customer service was amazing.

Recommend arrival at 3pm -4pm on a Saturday walked right in, friendly staff very knowledgeable about the menu drinks continued to be refilled love this steakhouse. And recommend to everyone.

We went to this restaurant for lunch. Excellent preparation of the food but the timing was off...the entree arrived as we just started to eat our salads. We had the Steak and Lobster with Mac & Cheese and my husband had the same except he had the Asparagus. For dessert we had the Strawberry Cake but we split it....Portions were plentiful of everything. Nice place to go. There was absolutely no line like there is for dinner.

Great quality. The food over all was just too salty. Should remember next time to ask for less salt. Staff were nice and friendly, could have more staff to accommodate people's needs timely.

Wonderful waitress, I hate that I can't remember her name . The food was great. And so we're the drinks. Awesome atmosphere 😎 We are from Nashville and this was our 1st meal after our flight and we were not disappointed. 10 out of 10 would recommend Just my food is posted but we had 7 other people in our group that were happy too😊

First experience here and it was a pleasure. From the zero wait time for a table to the Bloody Mary. Food was perfect. Steve had 1/2 baby back rib rack I had 6 oz sirloin medium and they got it right. They never freeze their steak meat so the end result is perfection.

While visiting Palm Springs for Spring Break, my wife and i decided to make our last food stop, Longhorn Steakhouse. Unfortunately, we do not have one here in the Bay Area. This is one of our favorite food chain steak spots. It is so good. Well, we went here 3 days before this day for dinner, and it was a horrible experience. However, we decided to give it one last shot because I really wanted steak. Welp... good ish of a choice. Everything was delicious 😋 😌 🤗. My steak was cooked well (I will eat it medium from now on vs medium well), fully loaded baked potatoes, warm bread with cinnamon butter, and a strawberry don julio marg long pour!!! Thank you to Ms. Charmie Magbanua, the manager who was on duty the 1st night that we came and it was a no-go for us with that creaky waiter. You and your hospitality were superb and outstanding, ma'am. Please try to visit home when you can. I'm sure that you are missed!! Thank you to our waitress, Ms. Lynette for ensuring that our food was just right and the great steak suggestion on how to order it moving forward so it is perfect each and every time. Yassssss.... this was lyfe!!! We were 😊 😃 😀 😄

We were seated immediately and our waiter for the night Jazmine, came over right away to take our drink orders. I had Handcrafted mango lemonade which was so delicious and my children ordered Sprite. I ordered appetizers as my entree: Wild West Shrimp and Parmesan crusted spinach dip. The shrimp were flavorful and crispy and the Parmesan spinach dip was flavorful. We enjoyed the crispy flatbread chips paired with the dip. My children enjoyed the flatbread chips with butter! Amazing! For desert we shared the Chocolate Stampede Cake served with Ice cream. We were so surprised with how big the dessert was. It is enough for the entire party to enjoy. The chocolate was rich and delicious without being too sweet. We had a wonderful time, the set up and atmosphere of the restaurant was great. We will be back.

Food: excellent. Service: above expectations. Atmosphere: slightly off excellent as we were placed right across the aisle from the wait staff cubby and it was WAY too crowded around there. We'll go there again for sure, but will require a better table.

We loved our dinner, the steaks and sides were tasty but the service was impersonal and lacking at times. I feel like our waitress finally got into her groove in the second half of our dinner, but at the beginning, just getting silverware was a chore and all the staff seemed apathetic. Had to ask 3-4 times until we finally got it, and the restaurant at that point in time wasn’t busy at all.

Had lunch at the La Quinta facility and the food and service was very good. Don't understand why the background music has to be so loud it is difficult to communicate. Manager advised that music was set by managment.

It was very loud. We eat at the one in Colorado Springs because it is not loud. The misic in Indio Restaurant sounded like we were in a bar on Sat night.

It’s a pretty good chain of over 500 locations. The bbq ribs are really good. Hot bread and butter come when you’re seated. Chicken fingers are also pretty great. Fried are good but over-seasoned. Their version of a ‘blooming onion’ called a Tonion is a bit sloppy. Bonanza by Camus is $48 a bottle and is ok. Ceaser salad not bad. Check was $120 for two with a bottle. 3rd visit—I’ll return.

I know this is a chain restaurant and I usually try to avoid them as I prefer local businesses, but it is longhorn and we did have to try it out since it is new in the desert. We went for lunch and the food was cooked correctly. The steak salad was really good. They have really cool options for pairing. Different things for the lunch menu at a very decent price. Service is a bit slow, but I think that may just be an issue with them being a new restaurant. We will definitely be returning. Keep in mind they do not take reservations, and there's always a long wait at night.

First time at Longhorn La Quinta, the wait was between 20 to 25 minutes to receive a table. The service was fast, the food in the restaurant is good. My only complaint and disappointment was the order we ordered to go. I ordered two baked potatoes when I got home I realized that one of the potatoes was uncooked and raw 😤😡

It was my second trip back in a year and found the quality of the meat was not up to my expectations of Longhorns’. We both had the bone in rib eye, one rare and one medium rare. Both steaks were all grizzle and very hard to even cut. If I go back again u thin I’d stick to the Flo’s filet. The salad and baked potatoes were great as expected. We always go out if our way to find a Longhorn Steakhouse, but this experience makes me want to try Texas Roadhouse. I will update this review after I do that!

Food was decent but wish they didn't flat grill their steaks. You would think they charbroil or wood cook, but nope they are put on the griddle. Other than that the rest of the food was good, as well. The pricing was also good for a steak and sides.

Music too loud for an enjoyable experience. We courteously requested twice for the music to be turned down. They did not comply. Although the food and service were ok, I'm reluctant to return or recommend.

This is the third time here where they haven’t gotten it right and never even had a manager follow up. I won’t be back to this location unfortunately.

I’ve always enjoyed dining at LongHorn Steakhouse and appreciated the food and service over the years. However, I was very upset to find out that LongHorn no longer offers a military discount. As someone who values and supports our military and veterans, this decision is extremely disappointing. Many restaurants still choose to honor service members in this small but meaningful way, and removing the discount feels like a step backward. I understand businesses can change policies, but loyalty goes both ways. This change has definitely affected my decision to dine here moving forward. I hope corporate reconsiders this policy and brings back the military discount as a sign of appreciation and respect.

Waited about 5 minutes and saw she was at her POS system so had to get up and grab the silverware from the host stand

Host was very rude. She would not admit even when showed that we were not notified through there text system that they said to rely on, the party was take off due to a change. And was not found out until we went back up and she was rude. Not a fun experience

Just because you can expo does not make you a manager , they obviously put themselves above the customer experience . It's policy which I understand but sometimes read the room and sometimes policy cost you customers . Restrooms were filthy and there was no hand soap throughout the 2 hours we were there so if any employees did use the customer restroom they did not use soap . It was a Sunday which is no where as busy as a Friday or Saturday so after having high expectations I've had better service at a Sizzlers .

I don't recommend this location . There are plenty of better options throughout the valley , that will accommodate correctly .Food is okay nothing out of this world . We had a large party and after noticing an available table we made our party more comfortable, they then took away the table after service had begun . And the table ended up not being used anyways .
