Absolutely fantastic find. A family run restaurant that serves delicious Italian dishes for reasonable prices. The pasta and seafood is fresh and layered with wonderful flavours. The tiramisu is not only artisanal, it is also the best in Liguria. The servings are in perfect portions. Incredibly friendly and welcoming service. Meticulously clean. Do not walk by!
The Pink Benny was hands down one of our favorite dining experiences in La Spezia. The owner welcomed us like old friends—even seating us before opening—and that level of warmth carried through the whole meal. We started with the antipasti plate: a stuffed mussel, a small cup of ciupin, fresh anchovies, a lobster-filled crepe, and more. Every flavor was thoughtful and balanced. The spaghetti with mussels was perfectly al dente and briny in all the right ways, while the Creola-style beef was tender and rich, beautifully offset by the sweet-and-sour Sicilian vegetables. For dessert, we shared a shortcrust pastry filled with chantilly cream and syrupy strawberries, and capped it off with a smooth, bold affogato. Every course hit the mark—elevated but still comforting. If you’re in La Spezia, don’t miss this place.

This amazing restaurant really made a great meal for the family. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. All five dishes were really amazing. The spaghetti Carbonara is some of the best I've had. But my absolute favorite was the creole style sirloin. Cooked to perfection and the sauce was amazing, I would recommend a side of roasted potatoes.
No fuss, just simple and hearty and delicious food and feels like home cooking. We had the the artichoke ravioli and mussels spaghetti and mixed fries seafoofd, the place is run by a husband (the host) and wife (the chef)
Fresh authentic food. Excelent service and symphatico owner. Ask for Paella the day befor you do the reservation. You will get the best ever. Thanks for our delicious and nice evenings.
We had the stuffed muscles, pesto pasta and the ravioli ragu. All three were excellent. We tried the pesto pasta at a few places in the region and this was by far the best. So creamy and fresh. The ravioli ragu was unreal. I’m now on a journey to discover how you can make a bolognaise sauce this good. The service was also exceptional. They had no tables outside for us so they moved one from inside to outside without us even asking. They were also short staffed on the night with only three people running the whole restaurant and it was still great. Highly recommend Pink Benny.
This was hands down the best food we had in Italy. Our waiter - Benny’s nephew - was extremely jovial, helpful and a delight to be around. His wife is the chef and so much of the food is homemade. Heres what we ordered: Tiramisu: 10/10 best tiramisu we had in Italy; homemade, so fluffy and so tasty Ravioli: 10/10 homemade with a red sauce that was hearty but not heavy. The filling was impressively light for ground beef, but the star of the show was the noodle on the ravioli. Pesto special: the pasta for this dish was the equivalent of the noodle in a lasagna but to be honest you could serve this pesto with literally any noodle/starch and it would be phenomenal. The pesto sauce itself is that good. Octopus Ragu Paccheri: 8.5/10. Kind of the opposite of the pesto where the noodle was the star of the show in this dish. The octopus ragu was amazing, but just a little lower compared to the others.
Was looking on Google Maps for restaurants and ended up eating at Pink Benny, turned out it’s even better than I expected! Fresh seafood pasta and tasty tiramisu, both me and my friend loved it!
Lovely little restaurant with amazing customer service. Our food was delicious and we had a lovely view of the street. Highly recommend.

Delicious meals , obviously made with the desire to please. Our compliments to the chef! The owner paid personal attention to us from the moment we looked in the door. Sat us down, offered to explain the menu to us (as we don't speak much Italian), which was much appreciated, and also suggested meals with my diet allergies. The atmosphere was perfect....personal and welcoming.
"Awesome Ribeye Steak on Hotplate" This restaurant is located very near the famous Navale Museum. We were welcomed by the cherry and friendly staff. He is probably the most friendly guy we encountered in our trip. He gave us se reccomendation for food and so we ordered the Entrecote (steak), pesto pasta and ratatouille. This only set us back by €41.50. Portions were very large so we thought this meal was really very value for money. The steak was served in sizzling hot plate with cheese, tomatoes and rocket leaves. The beef was very fresh! This area is famous for their olive oil and pesto. The pesto tasted very refreshing and fragrant. The sauce was very thick. So it is must try in you ever step foot in Linguria areas. The ratatouille was the most flavourful dish. We ordered this as it was not easy finding vegetable dishes at restaurant. I definitely reccomend this restaurant to any one who visits La Spezia.
What a lovely surprise in La Spezia! Probably the best pasta we have had in Italy so far!! The homemade ravioli and the pasta with shrimp and crab were amazing!! Very friendly staff. Highly recommend🙌🏻

Food was good but not stand out, gelato was not gelato unfortunately. Guy serving was very nice. Place was dead quiet on a Friday night and a group brought a dog inside that wouldn't stop barking.
