My first time I went to this place was Dec of 2017 with my back then girlfriend who is now my wife. Every time I visited her in Monterrey, I asked her to eat here. Even now when we both visit we try to go to this place. We love their food though I really miss their octopus in their menu that was my favorite. Also this place is a romantic place to take your love one. They also have live music usually a guy playing guitar and it's by a man made river.

The restaurant stay in a place where is a bestest tour location in the Monterrey. And the dishes is awesome, the ceaser salad with Salmon comes in a good portion. The place it's so beautiful that's look likes I'm in Veneza,the atmosphere of the restaurant is very good both day and night, I need to come back very soon!!

Great place to relax enjoy a beer 🍺, the guy who served me was the manager i believe. He was very courteous and amiable. He saw me sitting alone and quickly came over to get my order. I only had a beer but it was one of the best beers after walking so much around the riverwalk.

I only stopped in for a drink, but the atmosphere is truly special. I could sit here for hours and relax. It's terrific for simply hanging out with friends or a romantic outing. I never went inside, only sat on the waterfront seating. But I would most definitely return.

Great location and good food with really poor service! This is definitely a popular spot by Paseo Santa Lucia with a great view to the little river, however the service is horrible and does not match with the potencial of the place. When we arrive the hostess was so bothered to have to leave her phone to point a table that was completely dirty, we had to take the cover and shake it to clean it before sitting, so awful start! After this, we had our stuff like cellphone and wallet on the table as usual, the waiter told us to move everything so he can put the plates. Of course we were going to move it but it’s the first time we are asked to do it. So different than a lady that can eso kind with the entrance and accommodate everything without bothering the customers! Almost at the end of our meal it started raining, all the waiters ran into the restaurant instead of helping the customers to move inside, so insane! We moved our wine by ourselves and waited inside for our food, only half was brought because the rest was wat already. At the end the waiter came with the terminal to charge the bill with the amount already typed with 20% added, he mentioned it was a suggestion and of course we weee going to leave service, but it is the worst ways we have been “invited” to reward a poor and deficient service. Hopefully the owners can do something about all this situations, the food is good in general but the star is the location, please save this place!

Decided to dine here on my first day in Monterrey. Absolutely beautiful scenery: You're dining along a stunning turquoise- watered canal. Romantic and day-dreamy. Keep in mind you have to go down steps, so it is not mobility-impaired friendly Carolina cocktail- delicious and refreshing. Perfect, if you're a fan of zesty, sour-leaning drinks, though does balance sweetness as well Lady Dragon - more on the sweeter side. Tasty. Steak casserole w/ Chipotle sauce - though fairly balanced in flavor, half of this dish was practically inedible due to the huge chunks of impossibly chewy fat and sinew. I was very surprised, given the fact that this appetizer is $30 USD. The ambience is excellent. The food, not so much, disappointingly.

Overall this place looks amazing and has great vibes. It was very relaxing and stunning, especially at night. But the main issue is the the food and speed of service. The food is pretty bland and forgettable. You're also paying significantly more for, again, food that is serviceable at best. The servers are very polite but the kitchen staff are slow and on their phones. We had to remind them twice about our packaged leftovers. I will mention that street vendors will walk up to you and tend to bug you into purchasing flowers. But if you aim for a scenic and relaxed dinning experience, without caring about the quality of the meal, this place is pretty good.

Like most places in Mexico, service is a bit slow. The restaurant is a really nice spot on the riverwalk, very romantic. Though they did kind of kill the vibe with the loud live music right next to our table- it would be better to position this further away. The flaming cheese was the best part. Otherwise, food was not great.

The food was tasty & delicious! The service on the other hand was terrible and could have been a lot better. Food took about 1 hour to be served. (It was a slow day by the way. A Tuesday evening) The server never came back to refill drinks or to check on us during the 1 hour wait time.. They had 5 waitresses just hanging out talking among each other...

The waiter was unfamiliar with what a vodka tonic is. In addition, I ordered a beer after my friends had placed their orders, but my request was overlooked. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I asked about it again, at which point the waiter informed me that the beer was unavailable (information that had not been communicated earlier) and also stated that I had not placed any order. While the atmosphere is ideal for those who prefer calm and quiet spaces, the quality of the service leaves room for improvement.
