This location has great pizza and wings, the staff are friendly and professional. The food is always hot and fresh. I like that I can pre-order on the App and set the pick-up time, my food is always ready when I arrive. Danny always makes us feel welcomed and appreciated, he's a great representative of Little Ceasars.
We have been hearing about this particular Little Caesar's on the weekend racing shows on the radio, so since I was in the area, I stopped in. I ordered a $7.99 pepperoni pizza & an order of pepperoni crazy puffs. The order was done pretty quickly. I noticed that they have self-serve style order pickup trams, which a few people used while I was waiting. It looked very efficient. I live about 30 minutes away from the store, but my order stayed mostly warm all the way home. It was very tasty, and I love those crazy puffs! I will definitely order those again. Next time I visit Arcadia, I will try to stop by this Little Caesar's again.
Its hot and its ready. Clean spot, convenient location that is pretty easy to park in and plenty safe with other shops nearby if you need to order something and wait it out. They are pretty fast as well.
Thank you for being the best around in affordability and quality. I truly appreciate you guys being here in the community for years. Reliable, great taste, I have never had an issue with any pizza EVER.
Best Little Caesars in my honest opinion. Fresh pizza the crust was impeccable, crispy just the right amount. Absolutely perfect... Well worth the 20 min wait.
This is the BEST Pizza 🍕 around and cleanest store around. The staff is friendly and professional the new owners are outstanding. The prices are fair and the food is fantastic.

This is a great take-out 🍕 My family and friend only know one place to go LCP. We love little Caesars Pizza service and their atmosphere.

I don’t know if same guy still works there in the back but it might be him that makes these consistent beautiful looking pizzas. Good god I love little ceasers. On the other hand the bread sticks are pretty skinny most the time I don’t know if they make them or they come like that but yea there skinny most the time.
They let me change the time I picked up my food, so that was cool, but the pizza puffs left alot to be desired...
Ordering online at 8:28 store closes at 9:30 and they don't except online orders. Wow! Thats a heck of a customer service they have. An intire hour befor they close pizza takes 20 mins to make ready and they close online ordering! WOW!
When you come at 12:30pm for a "Hot-n-Ready Lunch Combo", and the store is empty (so much so all workers are in the back razzing on each other) you'd expect to be able to grab lunch and go in minutes. Or, you can stand around for a few minutes waiting for someone to help you, then find out there aren't any pizzas "hot and ready", and none are in the oven so you'll need to wait around 8-10 minutes while they make one. (The cashier blamed his manager -"he doesn't want us to make em early") Considering the lunch combos are supposed to be "hot and ready" for customers until 2 pm, I was surprised that they continued to hang around instead of making more than just my lunch. Sucks for the mom with crying toddler who came in 5 min ago ("It'll be 8-9 min..."), and anyone else who was hoping for a quick lunch

Not all locations are the same. Same order, 2 locations. If you have the choice between Foothill and Arrow, go with Arrow. Foothill is terrible in comparison.

Went in for a single pizza before work and was told it would be 15-20 minute wait...after 30 min. I inquired about how much longer and was informed that it was in the oven. 10 more minutes went by and still no pizza, I inquired again and the manager said "let me check on that'. I returned a few minutes later with a pizza that he placed behind the counter and went to the back again. When he returned he proceeded to take a few orders from customers that had walked in. Then he finally picked up the pizza he had placed behind the counter and handed it to me. I told him that the pizza had been sitting there for 10 minutes and I was now late for work and the only thing he said was, " it wasn't 10 minutes". No apology, just lies. I'm so disappointed with this Ceasars. It was always my favorite, but the quality and the service has gone way down. I won't be returning
Placed an order online over 2 hours in advance and when I got there they couldn't find it. And after they realized I had a call-in order, I had to wait 20 min while the staff was hanging out in the back talking. Probably would have got it faster if I showed up 10 min earlier and placed the order in-person. Going back to Sam's Club or Costco for the next party order...
Usually my go to location however lately it has been a little disappointing. There have been several recent occasions where I have gone in before 10, which is the time they close, and have been told they don't have any pizza left. In other words they are not making anymore because they are almost closed. I get that they are closing but all the businesses I know of when they have hours of operation posted till a certain time , it doesn't matter if you walk in at 9:59pm they will serve you. Its not the coolest thing to do as a customer necessarily, but were open means OPEN!! One time it was 9:45 and the open sign was lit, doors open, had 15 minutes till closing time, and I was told " Im sorry, we actually closed early tonight. And we dont have any pizzas made" with 5 employees roaming the front end counting registers etc. If thats the case then maybe you should turn the open sign off and lock the doors. It was very rude. Not to mention annoying. As i mentioned this was not the first time. Not good customer service to push away paying customers . if they want to close earlier change the hours. And dont say your open until 10 if you dont plan to serve your customers until 10!

Ordered pinnacle with pepperoni and received pepperoni with jalapeno. So inconvenient not realizing until i get home. I called 10 times and no one answers the phone.
This place will not answer the phone almost an hour before closing hours. Website says online orders are not available. This is the third time we have gotten these results from this exact location . I'm not sure if the staff just quits an hour before closing time and doesn't want to take anymore orders or what their deal is. They are clearly open because i walk in and put the order in in person. I just dont want to wait twenty minutes after i order for my pizza to cook. Its very un convenient. They should have bussiness hours properly stated instead of not taking online or phone orders.
The worst pizza have ever had, thin crust,extra cheese,extra sauce,mushrooms,pinapple&onion nothing on this.pie was not close to being correct, no extra sauce,no extra chees,no mushrooms and covered in bellpepper,and was not cooked cheese not meltd and when I called the manager michaelhe told me to bad just.bring it back if you want it fixed and then I recieved a call from someone telling me he was the owner and and he told . Me the same thing really pass poor customerservice. And when I told him I would file a complaint with the Corp office and he told me to go ahead and the fact that I explained to him I was disabled army veteran unable to walk and they have no diability access to enter and he said "i know." Real nice The pizza went directly into the trash
JOEL the manager was not empowered to make on the spot customer service decision. Treated me as a customer as if we were in a city unbecoming of La Verne. Tried to explain the inconsistency of what the Little Ceaser Option was for the crazy bread promotion and the expectation of receiving a sauce with it. However, upon arrival no sauce. Explained that there are other locations of which I have ordered from that have bread only as an option to order but this specific location where Joel is a Manager it does not. So therefore my expectation was to receive a sauce had I known that sauce was not included then I would separately ordered the sauce. Still Joel seemed lost as what I was trying to accomplish by explaining to him. He kept regurgitating the same thing like a Robot..."thats how it is here even though the app says sauce we give no sauce". I order often from this location due to convenience...but that is the only reason why I would do it...I certainly would not say I order there because of their exceptional service...it all starts from management, franchise owners then the professionalism trickles down to the staff since there is none here that staff dont demonstrate that. Treated as a second rate customer was refunded items purchased and asked to repurchase again on different card in order to get promotion. A transaction that should have taken 3 minutes at most after entering code to take items out took 33 minutes jn total. Terrible service Joe ask tour franchise owner to empower you to make good customer service decisions on the spot.

Knowing the store doesn’t close until 8, so theirs no excuse honestly. My food showed up cold and missing my soda. I wouldn’t waste my time again for delivery from this store.
