Everyone is polite and their bowls are delicious. Pricing is pretty normal for acai bowls.

Not buzy at all when we walked in. Stellar guest service. This is a great way to cool down during summer months.

I come here almost every week! The bowls are delicious, refreshing and healthy! The service is also great! My favorites are the “Red Zinger” and “North Shore”. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for.

I cannot rate this place high enough. Incredible acai bowls (especially the peanut butter bowl, holy cow) and such a friendly staff. The owners of this restaurant are some of the nicest people I have come in contact with. I'm definitely glad I found out about this place. 5 stars easily.

This is a hidden gem!! The bowls are amazing and I never feel guilty afterwards! Only thing to improve is to showcase the yummy blended part of the bowls. I thought the bowls were all solid ingredients tossed together. Then when I realized there was a smooth, cool blend of deliciousness I was in food heaven. I say show some of that in your pics so newbies like me can partake in your mouthwatering masterpieces!!! God bless your business!

First and foremost, the customer service is awesome. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. Their acai bowls are AH-mazing!!! You visit this place once, and you're definitely going to want to go back.

They are made consistently delicious with quality ingredients. Though I do wish they'd be a bit more generous with the toppings.

The whole place is super clean, the guy that helped me was incredibly nice, and on top of that all the toppings including fruit are ORGANIC which is huge because I've never been to a spot that has organic fruit. Great selection and tasty. 10/10, will 100% be back and highly recommend!

I love them. Plus there is a decent amount of customization. Now, I do have to say that their prices are a smidge higher when you consider that other places have coupons, but that's not enough to deter me from going here. The service is fast and the staff is always nice. I'm used to waiting a while for bowls at other places. They make them as you order them, but I've honestly never had to wait long here. There's almost always seating even though it is loud, so there is at least some place to sit when I'm waiting for my bowl. Overall, this place is really good. I'd definitely give it a try!

Excellent service and FAST. everything was absolutely delicious and the portions are literally perfect. (they even offer kids sizes!) we got there right when they opened and they already had a line of customers that they efficiently and effectively served without any problems. I would highly recommend and if we lived here this would definitely be our açaí bowl spot.

I love this place. The acai bowls and smoothies are delicious! My boyfriend doesn't care for fruit but LOVES this place! Only have had one problem which I assume they probably had an emergency as to why they opened an hour and a half later than 9am but besides that one incident I have never had a problem. The staff is nice and kind and give great recommendations on their bowls if you want to try something new!

You don't find genuine customer service and hospitality like that anywhere, but this was such a great experience for me!

Very nice staff and very good acai bowls with fresh ingredients. Bit expensive but not too bad considering what you get (organic ingredients and a pretty good portion).

Service was too good to me unfortunately. I ended up getting my bowl before the old lady who ordered before me. I lectured the employees and they gave her a discount fortunately. Food was good.

I love this place. I was coming here about three times a month at one point. It's a little pricy but healthy food is not cheap.

Great acai bowls! Even though I went three times, they keep getting my order wrong. I asked for fresh fruit on top because they do not do it that way & I still get missing fruit. Weird way to make acai bowls and forget the fresh fruit on top.

Their acai bowls and juices were super tasty and their staff was super friendly. The wait wasn't too long though it looked like I got there at just the right time not too long after they opened. It was a little harder to find than I expected as it's just a little small shop, but well worth the hunt.

The guy at the counter was very nice, friendly, and down-to-earth. We enjoyed interacting with him. The bowl itself (sea sider) was good, but nothing special. The smaller size filled me up enough for lunch. :) It's tricky because the smoothies and the bowls have the same names, so when ordering online especially, you have to be careful and pay attention to which one you are ordering. I accidentally ordered a smoothie when I wanted a bowl, but the staff were kind enough to turn it into a bowl for me (there were no other customers at the time).

The large size is mega huge. Good for two people. It was very fresh and tasty. Granola was fantastic. Would recommend it. I will come back for sure.

45 minutes for my order! A effing joke! No one there pays attention to the people waiting and orders. Apparently my order was sitting in the back with no care in the world. This has been happening for quite some time now with orders and also missing my orders sides that I paid for. I come here because I like it but I may need to start finding a different place. 45 minutes of my time waisted! Really "The Bowl?" Come on!

Walked in and walked out immediately. Vibe was weird. Felt like I was interrupting their video game playing or something. Awkward stares my wife and I looked at each other and walked out. Went to nekter and had the complete opposite customer service .

They do not let you pick your topping or customize your bowl. Seems like they are premade ahead of time. Store also has a weird smell.

Went in 35 minutes before closing and what is posted on their door. Guy behind the counter tells me sorry I just took the last order, we’re e closing early and I said but your hours are listed as closing at 6:00 today and it’s not even 5:30. He said, yeah well we’re closing early I have another job to get to. He was so rude and unprofessional. I hope the owner knows that his employees are extremely rude, unprofessional and closing the store early. They just lost a customer!
