Just like every other In-N-Out Burger, during busy times you will be waiting in a line. Totally worth it though! This remains to be the best fast food burger you can get in my opinion. The staff keep the place well maintained, and they work fast enough to get the line under control. If you don't mind the wait for a burger sometimes, In-N-Out is the place to be.

This location is always on point... usually never a problem with our order. My only suggestion is to check your raw cut fries for bruising BEFORE you fry and serve them to customers. Just sayin'. And light mustard means just that... LIGHT... not so overwhelming you gag at each bite... All these issues I have already addressed with corporate and received a gift card for my troubles! Thanks In-and-Out Customer Service!

While the walk in order window is tiny, the food, staff and cleanliness of the customer area are top notch! There's even seats inside while you wait for your food and plenty of outdoor seating. Unfortunately, this location doesn't have indoor seating, but that's actually a normal thing for the older In N Out's so it's kinda awesome how they modernized. Regardless, this one exceeds the expectation of what I had pulling in.

I came here in the morning for a little brunch with my tia, sweetest staff ever. Food is always delicious and hot. I would recommend this specific in n out to anyone wanting a good bite and good atmosphere. It was a peaceful way to start the day. Darleen was amazing as a cashier as well.

Food was great! Long longs with long wait times in drive thru. There's a walk up window you can order from but no tables/chairs if you would like to eat there. Also, there isn't anywhere for you to "done-in" it's basically just for drive thru and to go orders.

This is a unique In-N-Out location in that it's primarily a drive-thru and only has a few outdoor seats. So for drive-thru, they are great! Note there are two drive-thru lanes and service is fast! Food is the same great quality you can expect from In-N-Out.

Outside eating only. I'm gluten free so the burger I had was wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. Delicious! They were busy of course, but I didn't have to wait very long. Happy customer here!

Service was great! I paid it forward to a Navy sailor and I asked the associate to be discreet about it....which she was. She was also very efficient and friendly! The air conditioning was not on in the foyer, so it was very hot for all the patrons waiting for their order or to place an order. I love In-N-Out!

This place is ia always busy from 11 am till midnight, always 2 long lines for their drive through. They have been doing it well for decades.

How can in-n-out be a bad experience?? Even with the long lines late at night when no other drive thru restaurant has a line, the wait builds anticipation for the animal style cheeseburger. I ordered the fries well done since they are normal too undercooked for me but these came out crispier than usual.

One of the better In-N-Outs in the area. Great presentation and well made burgers. Excellent service and faster than every nearby store except maybe Glendora or Chino Hills which are much larger. Parking is limited during busy hours, and the indoor order counter can be cramped, but understandable since I think it's the third oldest location.

We had such a wonderful experience during our tour at the In-N-Out in La Verne! Brooklyn and Veronica did an amazing job showing the kids all the behind-the-scenes details of how In-N-Out works. They explained where the fresh produce comes from, shared the history of how many locations have opened, and gave the kids a hands-on look at the operations—everything from how the fries are cut, to how the bread is baked and toasted, and how meals are put together with such care. The kids were so excited and truly enjoyed learning every step of the process. My 9-year-old daughter had an unforgettable time! A huge thank you to Brooklyn, Veronica, and to Marissa with Wild & Free IE & SGV for organizing such a fun and educational experience. Highly recommend this tour!

The service was rather quick for a Sunday. The food was very fresh and well seasoned as expected. In n out usually never fails to impress, and this time it was different not only because of the food but because of the service. Ivana, as it says on the receipt, was the one who provided the outstanding service. She was friendly and quickly provided a solution when there was a mistake on the order. Honestly I never really see that when it comes to food places. She deserves a raise or a promotion to possibly store manager. Would recommend to go to this in n out if you want the best experience both in speed and service.

September 2024 We've made several visits since my last review in late 2023. So they've been doing well and have made several key areas. These improvements were in how quickly the line moves and in overall customer service. Everything from the employees on foot taking the orders to the employees ringing you up or delivering your food. All superb improvements in the span of a year. INO employees have typically been courteous, and our latest contacts have been steadily improving to the level of other INO locations. So I can confidently state that they have improved greatly and encourage others to visit and take advantage of the improved service. We've been requesting special burgers and for fries, different levels of crispiness. All has been delivered as requested. Excellent ratings overall on the food. Great job INO and thanks for improving to surrounding restaurants A solid 5 stars.

Very small location. Smaller menu. Only outdoor seating. They did a great job on the burger even though they were very busy with a huge drive thru line. Fries weren't great though. Tasted like they were under a heat lamp for a while. Though that seems to be how they always are at In and Out for some reason.

I go to this location often. However, this time was a little unnerving. When the young lady gave me my drinks, the straws were completely open and inserted in the drink. I asked her why and she stated it's always that. I told her that's not true. She disagreed.

Standard hamburger-stand-type In-N-Out, though usually fairly busy. Staff are fine, location is small, no seating inside (hamburger stand). Parking lot is usually a slight pain to deal with. Overall is okay, but I usually go somewhere else just because it is always too busy. Lots of parking around, if none available next to In-N-Out. Parking, entrance, and counter all accessible. Put up something with a larger kitchen that could handle demand, would be a 5 star location, as is only 4 stars.

Usually, this location is on top of things, but my visit on Feb 18th at 10:39 p.m. was a study in apathy. Upon arrival, the outdoor tables were cluttered with trash and old sodas; I had to clear my own space just to sit. ​The real issue was the service at the pickup window. I am precise and articulate, yet the young man handling orders seemed entirely checked out. I approached for Order #55—a significant number for me (5/5 birthday)—but there was zero acknowledgment or engagement. ​The lack of attention to detail was glaring during the hand-off. I politely requested ONE yellow pepper and EIGHT ketchups. He initially gave me three ramekins (9 peppers). When I corrected him, he removed them without a word. When I repeated my request for 8 ketchups, explaining my voice was a bit raspy, he dismissively tossed a handful of about 15 into the bag. ​It wasn’t just a mistake; it felt like a "prick" move in response to my precision. When I politely apologized for being "OCD" about the count (trying to bridge his awkwardness with kindness), he actually dismissively waved me off as if he were forgiving my behavior, rather than apologizing for his own lack of listening. ​In a world where businesses charge for extra sauces due to waste, this kind of careless service is exactly why those systems break. Usually, it has good service. The drive up lines were very long, so I went inside to place my order. I waited over 20 minutes, and that was okay as they were busy. When my number was called, it was missing 2 shakes. I waited another 15 minutes. By the time I got home, the burger and fries were cold. It should never take 15 minutes to get 2 shakes.

I have had to eat at this particular restaurant a number of times before forming my opinion. This is the worst In N Out I have ever eaten at. They have gotten my order wrong once. The produce leaves something to be desired. And the ordering area is too small. While the food is not bad I feel it's not consistent with other In N Out's. The staff is awesome. They're friendly, and attentive to customers. And in spite of the cramped work area they have positive attitudes.

Order two double-doubles both with onions. Not there. Didn't put them on. One grilled one one with regular onions. The lettuce was yellow when it should have been green and the bun was hard. Very busy but they weren't able to accurately fulfill their order. The In-N-Out Burger on foothill in upland is truly the best

Four (4) burgers for our fam--& my parents-in-law in their late 80s are about to move to Pennsylvania where In-N-Out doesn't exist 🙁, so this was likely their last round--All four (4) burgers came with badly burned, hard buns. I was so sad to have the worst hamburger & fries from In-n-Out ever. It was dry, 1itty bitty piece of lettuce & I think that someone forgot to salt the patty. The La Verne site is never one of the better In-n-Out sites but when you live far from an In-n-Out & look forward to having that wonderful burger only to be so disappointed- it’s a sad day! Got lunch today and honestly, first time I’ve ever had bad service at in and out. It was the girl with rosacea on her face. She worked the drive thru line and she kept aggressively asking me about what I wanted but I needed to ask my friend in the car about the quantity spread and the worker kept screaming “HUH?? What ??” Give me a second to ask to see how much I need. Jesus. Shift was today at 1:00pm.
