Found this gem via Google. The Cafe has the most wonderful selection of fresh salads and sandwiches! We came in for a bagel but there were so many lovely things to choose from. The staff is all very nice, served everything with a smile and our lunch was delicious. This is far from home, but we will pin it to visit anytime we are close by.

This is a very good deli. The food is fresh, and everything that I have tried was delicious. The pastrami is first rate. My only disappointment is that they don't have egg barely with mushrooms, or derma. I mentioned this last year and I was told that they will have it, but alas, so far it hasn't happened. Anyway I highly recommend Bagel Girls.

Everytime I have gone here, the bagels have been super fresh with generous amount of cream cheese. I had the bacon egg and cheese and it was very good with generous amount of bacon egg and cheese. Everytime I have gone here, there have been very good customer service. I highly recommend this place!

But oh, those bagels! I visited a few months ago and enjoyed the BEST bagels ever, at least as good as those I enjoyed on King's Highway in Brooklyn years ago... I was not able to stay too long, but so many temptations - the hot pastrami, the potato pancakes and other delicacies behind the counter... I need to make another road trip up that way...

Great bagel spot! Very popular so it's busy inside, but they're quick and friendly. So many good options for breakfast and lunch. Plus snacks and candy. My everything bagel was soft and crunchy, so good!

In chester for a wedding. Found this place on google. The breakfast bagel was so fresh. The customer service was very efficient, friendly, and professional! The Cafe was clean and felt like home! If ever I am in Chester again..... BAGEL GIRLS CAFE IS MY GO TO SPOT!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!

I visited this place during the summer on a road trip I took to NYC. I had an iced coffee with milk and a sausage and eggs breakfast sandwich. The coffee was the best coffee I've ever had, and I've had tried quite a few coffee places. The bagel was also really good. It was huge and had great taste. I definitely recommend this place if you happen to be in the area.

Love this place! I’m from the Bronx, and in this area there is no Bodega to go grab a Bacon Egg and Cheese. This is the closest I have found up here to that! The only down side to this place is the long lines. Other than that, it’s fresh and delicious bagels. They have a huge assortment of flavors and even offer flagels and biales. They also have a huge assortment of muffins, Italian cookies and deli sandwiches. Everything looks delicious in there and it’s tempting to not want to buy it all! I come here for a great cup of iced coffee and a SOBO ( sausage egg and cheese with home fries) on a bagel. The best!

I live down the street from this place and I get food and coffee there a couple of times a week. The bagels are great and the sandwiches they make are amazing. The place is clean and the service is very good and very quick. I strongly recommend it!

Love, love, love this place! My whole family does because there is something for everyone. Before Covid they had a nice seating area which I’m hoping will return once this is all over with. The bagels are incredible. Fresh! Omg and if you are a fan of walnut raisin cream cheese....but save some for me. And they have also an entire side of pasta dishes and premade sandwiches that they will happily customize for you. Did I mention their potato salad???

Found this Jewish style deli yesterday (Sunday). It has everything including great pastrami (nice and fatty like REAL pastrami should be). They had all the salads, chopped liver, smoked white fish, and all the best sodas and iced teas including Dr Brown's, all the Stewarts flavors, even Manhattan Coffee Soda. And, all were available in diet for us diabetics. So considerate unlike many food establishments. Had the pastrami.......Sooooo good. And, there are tables to seat yourself and lots of super nice and friendly staff all running around trying to help you! This one is a must- go winner. Enjoy! We did and will be back. Good prices too.

Been going to bagel girls since I moved to Chester around 2021. Honestly one of the best places to get a good bacon egg and cheese.

Stopped in for a quick lunch bite while passing through. Got a half hot pastrami sandwich and some mac salad to go. Price is great, tons of items to pick from and staff is friendly. In and out in less than 10. That little half a sandwich had so much flavor it rocked my whole day! This deli is a little gem. Forget fast food, just pop in here and get right back on the road.

Food is awesome and the staff is excellent. Actually trying to order food to go is a little tough since there isn't a lot of space to stand. It's always busy when I come, so people are always standing on top of each other waiting for their food. Not really the fault of the owners though- the store is only so big.

gluten friendly ,not gluten free ask the wonderful cook/chef Michelle to list specific ingredients for each dish. the chef is the owner and seemed unaware of how many more customers would like gluten free. personally i do not eat anywhere unless there is a completely knowledgeable and willing person to meet my dietary needs. since this is such a nice place, if you are gluten free, please let your voice known. all that is need is an ingredient list attached to all she home makes, and her willingness to understand the gluten free community. not sensitive to particular allergies. i would like to see some fresh juices made from scratch, carrot juice etc...ask her to include it. i would also love it if she would include organic items. if you are not gluten free, i believe she uses fresh ingredients and it would be a great place to eat. it opens at 5 am every morning, including wkends.

I ordered from Bagel Girls for 2 breakfasts during a family reunion weekend in the area. Toni was very helpful during the whole process, from figuring out the menu, to deciding on amounts, to making changes based on changes in the group size. The buffet style hot food on Saturday was solid, especially the French toast. I got platters of mini muffins and pastries for Sunday. The quality and the quantity were what I expected. I would order from here again.

Solid bagels. They have the usual assortment from rainbow to flagels, cream cheese and egg sandwiches. We also got rainbow cookies (so so good). Super easy access off the highway (this was about halfway between long Island and the Poconos so it makes for a convenient food stop).

The bagels are amazing. The prices are great. I could live off of their sobos.

Looking for cheaper options with good food while staying at the Legoland Hotel. This place did not disappoint. Portions are very big. Sandwiches delicious. We went in around 1pm ish. It was busy but not crowded, plenty of space to sit down and eat. Wil be back again next year.

All the sandwiches and wraps are wonderful. A great crew work here. My husband craved pastrami and they did not disappoint.

Went in unknowingly close to closing time so our options were limited but we were still graciously accommodated. This place deserves way more stars than it has. It is nearly impossible to get a GOOD shmear of cream cheese in this area and it's been so long since I've had a cream cheese bagel this good with the perfect amount of cream cheese. The pre-made sandwich was also very good which can be tough to perfect.

The way bagels should be - big, warm, and fresh. The choices are great - jalapeno, asiago - yummy. Staff are on point. Bagel Bill always a super friendly checkout.

¡Sándwiches deliciosos, 10/10! Tienen muchísima variedad. Nosotros pedimos un bagel de pasas y canela con jamón Taylor (que según nos dijeron, es jamón para el desayuno), queso crema con arándanos y pollo a la parmesana en panecillo. Los sabores de bagel están expuestos junto a la caja. Se pide con antelación y, mientras preparan el pedido, llevas el recibo al mostrador de la izquierda para pagar. El servicio fue amable y rápido. Las porciones son muy generosas. Las fotos solo muestran la mitad de cada sándwich y te los cortan para que sea fácil de comer. ¡Sin duda lo recomiendo!

Amazing bagels and bacon egg and cheeses. Only thing that irks me is that as a New Yorker you use one word to get your food: "baconeggandcheesesaltpepperketchup" For some reason they stopped accepting that word and force customers to put their own salt, pepper and ketchup on their sandwiches. I don't know who made this horrible decision but please change it back. Bagel Boys and every other deli in New York will happily make your sandwich correctly.

Food is good honestly, I just can't give a restaurant that doesn't take orders over the phone, and doesn't have a way to order online, post 2020, a better rating. (website says that you can order on doordash but restaurant doesn't pop up on doordash) When I'm taking a 15 minute break to grab food I don't have time to be ordering and waiting around for it to be finished. Lost my business today because of it, and I can tell you that there's a lot of people who don't want to interact with a human face to face and you're losing business because of this, very poor business management, get in the 21 century.

Bagels were good. Place was clean and staff was friendly. A little expensive but not too crazy. Decent selection of bagels and spreads. Lunch looked good. Would definitely come back at lunch time to try it.

Love their bagels! Very accommodating (my friend wanted just bacon in a cup and they gladly obliged) , super friendly staff, and they now have the addition of macarons! My only complaint is after ordering it's a little unclear/awkward where to stand - I think this is due to the layout of the store. This is minor though and does not take away from the friendliness of the staff or the quality of the food!

Ordered sausage eggs and cheese on Jalapeño bagel, farm made chocolate milk, cookies, and coffee. It was a good breakfast to fill my stomach until 2~3 pm. The jalapeño bagel was a brand new flavor, and as a jalapeño bagel lover, I would say it needs improvements on texture and taste.

Very disappointed. My husband's sandwich had a large thumbhole in it. ?? The pickle is sliced so thin they shouldn't even bother giving it. It's called bagel girls but they were out of bagels at 1130 am. I wanted to order more but the ladies behind the counter seemed to not want to be bothered. We won't be coming back.

Very clean and inviting entrance way, service was prompt and the paninis looked wonderful, but truthfully my bagel and my wife's were mediocre at best (sorry). I wouldn't not return and I will give them another shot, but their bagels left a lot to be desired. ****UPDATE**** As promised I did give them a second try today. Unfortunately, it was no better the second time around .........

$21 for two bagels with turkey and cheese and waited 20 min with only one person in line ahead of me. Would have been better off going to a diner. And make sure you wear a mask, not for COVID but for all the kitchen smoke and have a change of clothing because you leave there stinking like burnt food. On the plus side they do have good bagels.

Food is good, but the service is horrendous. Wait in line, no acknowledgment of the client. I’ve been here at least ten times, and each time had been the same. As a business owner myself, client appreciation is a must. I’ve had several people just walk by me, like I wasn’t even standing in line. They are too busy for their own good, or need to focus more on their employees and culture. Again, great food, but plan on being ignored and not waited on for at least 15 minutes. Three stars, possibly 2.5 if I could, since customer service is paramount, and they don’t seem to get it.

I don't know why you cannot pre order over the phone to save time. The amount of cream cheese on the bagel is so thin, but the price is thick. Good thing I checked my order before I left, the kid missed one of my bagels, he left it sitting on the counter.

There isn't a large selection of bagel shops in Chester. This location is clean & does have a varied selection of bagels. However, they tasted average just like their customer service. I wouldn't come back intentionally just for their food. I've tasted better bagels locally but as a courtesy I'm not gonna promote anyone else's business on this review.

After individually wrapping each one of the 6 french toast bagels I ordered in wax paper, she told me they were an extra 25 cents each. I would have said never mind, but she would have wasted so much paper and didn't tell me until after, so I felt obligated. Then I get home and the french toast bagels have raisins in them! I hate raisins and have never and would never expect them in French toast. Pretty sure if anyone went to a diner and ordered french toast, they would send it back if it came covered in raisins. I would say I enjoyed the rest of the bagels, but they were too big to fit in my toaster or bagel cutter so I really didn't eat any of the bagels.

Used to be my favorite ‘before work’ stop. Able to get eggs and toast plus healthy lunch items. In the last 3 months they have stopped taking to go orders by phone. This is terrible and a little sad. ☹️ After reading the shops response I can understand their reasoning and frustration with not being able to find capable staff. I hope they are able to do so soon. I have visited this place many times in all the years that I've lived in O.C. It's usually not a bad place for breakfast or a sandwich for lunch. I walked in at 2pm when they closed at 3pm. The chairs were already upside down on the tables like they were ready to close. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and instead of rye bread, I asked for the sandwich on a spinach wrap. I was told it would be an additional $3 for the wrap. I've always tried to patronize the local places, but they are just pricing themselves out. I can't justify $20 for a pastrami wrap. If I'm going to pay that much, then I'll drive to Katz deli. Also the man behind the register not sure if he was the manager or owner, but he was clipping his nails while I was sitting at the table eating my sandwich. You guys are better than that.🤦🏾‍♂️

I used to live in Chester and this was my family and I favorite bagel place. I live a distance away and when I get my nails done I will stop by. Today I was SO excited to get a bagel and I asked if they had Apple Pay and the woman who took my order said yes. Everyone seemed miserable. And when I went to check out I said can I use Apple Pay the guy had a toothpick in his mouth and was just not friendly. He handed the Apple Pay but it was not working. I told him it wasn’t working and he said “idk what to tell you” at that point I have my food and my drink and it is very awkward he’s not doing anything to help me and I’m telling him their Apple Pay is not working and he said it just was. He proceeds to tell me again “idk what to tell you”. I realized by looking at the machine you can type the numbers so I gave him the information and it worked. Essentially the service and the people just aren’t the same. Very disappointed I felt like that while trying to check out for something I was super excited to eat.

This is pretty much the only bagel place I go to unless I’m feeling lazy. The one in my town is at best mediocre and doesn’t really care about the customer. Bagel Girls has friendly staff and the wait time can be long due to how busy they are, which is totally understandable.. Not everyone works good under pressure. However, when my sandwich tastes like something else that they used the knife for something else to cut my hard roll or cross contaminated food somehow. Which is very not cool. What if someone had an deathly allergy? The cooks that make the food need to use different utensils when making people’s food so no cross contamination occurs. Also you could put a little more cheese on my sandwiches. Thank you. This is only constructive criticism and I will still frequent here just please take my suggestion or I might have to find some where else to go!

Great food quality, but horrific service. Got my mother's order wrong 2x's and mine as well. Attached picture below of my order, they forgot to apply the Salt, Pepper and Ketchup! Had to do it myself as you see the packet laying there. Overpriced food for such horrible service, most of the employees seem lost as if they have no idea/experience on what they're doing or too young to even be there.

Food has been good, but I’ve seen moldy food put out for sale. When I reported it they didn’t seem to care, but threw it out. Also, they don’t accept call in orders - Even on non-busy days/times. When we called they just said they don’t accept it and hung up before we could even respond. Seems kind of rude in my opinion. Maybe if people call for this often (as I see in the reviews) they should consider offering this service.

Not the worst but my order was forgotten and i waited a long time. No dairy free cream cheese. No hummus. They used dirty hands to make my peanut butter bagel and got cream cheese all over it. Not great.

I waited TWENTY MINUTES STANDING in line just for bagels! Not a sandwich, not salad...just a bagel. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Why they do not have a separate line for JUST bagels is beyond me. I will not return.

I just went there today to get a simple toasted bagel and cream cheese with bacon. When I opened my bagel there was literally 2 tiny pieces of bacon on it and almost NO cream cheese was on it. Im not even exaggerating, I had to go home and put my own cream cheese on my bagel. I took a picture of it, if only we could post the pictures of it on here. I go there all the time and the regulars cam make a great bagel but the girl with the glasses and V shaped hair cut with the ponytail, CANNOT and I repeat CANNOT make a bagel for her life. I didn't pay for a bagel and a strip of bacon with no cream cheese. My father has experienced the same issues multiple times with her. The food is great but not that specific employee.

Normally this place has great food. We get at my office. Today was horrible. The bread looked like left over scraps , all orders were missing toppings, usually we get pickles and Mac salad and nothing. Hope they were having an off day

The prices don't match the quality here. honestly without the guy at the front, The food might taste better. Because he leaves you Disgusted.

Ordered a ham bacon sausage and cheese no egg because I’m allergic was charged 2.69 for 1 slice of ham and another 2.69 for a couple pieces of bacon on top of the breakfast sandwich price of 6.00 so it was over 11 for a sandwich with no deduction for no egg. I would have been ok with it however there was barely anything on it. Thin sausage 2 pieces of bacon and 1 thin slice of ham. They took an opportunity to gouge me because my sandwich was not typical

The place is impressively large with a wide variety of options. I got two bagels and two pastries. The prices were above average but I was excited to give the place a try. Unfortunately, the bagels had a funky aftertaste and the pastries were stale. At the prices they wanted, this was really disappointing.

This place is extremely expensive. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and 2 bagels with butter, 3 drinks, and a cake that said $13 on it and my total came out to $39? And I didn’t get a receipt so I can’t even see how much they were but the menus online are saying bagel with cream cheese $3.50 and bagels with butter are $2.25 so my total didn’t make sense unless they are charging $6 per beverage. Also the last 2 times I went there, I got a muffin and it was stale and hard. How to you not feel that when you are putting it in my bag? Anyway this last time will be my last.

There’s a sign on the door that says “Mask Required”, but no one (not even a single employee) wears one. There’s still a pandemic, and we are at an all time high for covid cases, and these people are why. Enjoy your overpriced sandwich that you waited too long for while you can still taste things, because you’ll probably get sick while you’re here.

Refused phone order when I explained I have an infant with me and wanted to run in and out, the man said he still wouldn't help me. I'll go elsewhere. I just needed an egg sandwich. Went there this morning was greeted by the only young "man" behind the counter as sir(just because of by short hair). When he realized his mistake he and the 2 young girls behind the counter that think they're cute started laughing. He practically threw the ticket at me. When my bagel was ready he shoved the bag at me and never said a word. When I got home and opened my bagel it was wrong. So not only was I insulted and treated rudely my order was wrong. I will not be returning.

OMG! Completely rude and disrespectful! Especially the guy at the counter! Prices are doubled the cost than what you would pay elsewhere! Corn beef Ruben sandwich $20 plus change! Bagel Boys sells it $10 plus change! Like what the heck! I settled for a $6:00 sad bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Wanted I drink with it and a Monster Mean Bean coffee drink was $6.00 they go for almost half that price everywhere else. I voice my opinion and very politely said that’s expensive that’s more than double the cost and he ranted in rage at me, laughing at me with someone else and telling me than don’t come in here to buy it how do you like that! Completely rude, he’s a jerk!

I ordered a hero and it was ridiculously over priced. If the lady would have told me the price when I ordered over the phone I would have said forget it. Who wants to pay 12 dollars for a hero, when you can get one from subway for 5 dollars, and subway has different types of bread. They didn’t even have different bread. That’s not even all of the problem; I asked for mayo and didn’t get any, and the lady who took my order was completely impolite. She had an attitude over the phone, and when I went to pick it up she was rude and unprofessional. I’ll never go there again.

It is so disappointing that our local bagel shop in chester is poorly run and has a cook who has no idea how to make a simple egg sandwich order. First off we are still operating all businesses through a pandemic and not one of the staff or cooks in the back of the store where wearing masks. I waited patiently to place my order for 5 egg sandwiches. Simple, easy order of over --easy eggs on toasted bagels, and two scrambled eggs cheese bacon on bagels. I waited 25mins for my order while I watched paying customers after me leave with orders like mine. I got ridiculous excuses and finally my order. The egg sandwiches were cold, fried to death, dry as dirt, and not made to order. Get a cook who knows the simple task of preparing an over easy egg sandwich so people like myself and my family don't have to throw out their hard earned money on poorly prepared food and service.

At first good when I first started going here. But the people making the sandwiches are quite incompetent. The ingredients of the sandwiches upon the wall, however the people making the sandwiches (not all) either don't know how to read or just choose to make the sandwich the way they like it. Constantly order a hot sandwich only to be given it refrigerator cold and on the sign it says "hot sandwich". I think they should get more knowledgeable people to make what's on their menu especially if they have signature sandwiches. Or just make all cold food.

My co workers used to go here but stopped because 4/5 times they mess up a bacon egg and cheese... the name of the sandwich is the ingredients for the sandwich! And when i told them about how they forgot hot sauce on my sandwich the "bagel girl" says "so you want extra hot sauce is what your saying" i then opened my sandwich and the bread was glowing orange because it had so much hot sauce on it. These people are not friendly and only want your money. At least the italian deli next door treats me like a paying customer

15 dollars for a Chicken Cesar Salad Wrap! Posted price is 12, plus 2 dollars for a GF wrap plus tax. 12 is already high for a SANDWICH, but then tax someone for an allergy problem? Inflation is 12% across the country, and this is almost a 30% increase in price from 2019. Prices in 2019 were already too high. I could go next door to Mike's Bistro and grab a Cheeseburger dinner meal for the same price, as some lettuce, dressing, chicken and corn wrap. What a Rip!! This ain't downtown Manhattan, so why are u charging the same??

Will never be going back here. Decent food and the staff handling the food orders are extremely nice, but the way I was treated by the cashier was beyond disgusting. He not only said some disrespectful things to me, regarding women, but also commented that my parents who were not even with me, did a bad job at raising me. I feel sorry for the workers that need to work in the atmosphere.

Got a dozen bagels and when I looked at my receipt I saw an extra charge for the French toast bagels!! No one said anything about an extra charge and there wasn’t anything posted by the Bagels!! When I called and spoke with Michelle she was very nasty and argumentative from the beginning!! I said to her that they should’ve let me know and then if I still wanted them it wouldn’t have been a surprise!! Her attitude was horrible when I said they should say something when you order it and she didn’t care!! I will never go back because of her attitude plus the bagels aren’t even good!!

Service was just terrible especially towards Hispanics. It looks like they don’t even want to work there. I have tried giving them a try a few times but it is just not worth it. Food was okay but it was overpriced. I walked in, said good morning but the male worker just gave me a disgusted look. The guy in the front thought I only spoke Spanish and tried to dumb down words for me and I after I told him I speak perfect English , he just rolled his eyes and said “well you could’ve just said you’re not Spanish.” Well sir, you wouldn’t let me speak and you tried talking over me. I will definitely not be going back there ever again. Save your money and go someplace else where there’s better food that’s reasonably priced and with better service.

THEY DONT TAKE PHONE ORDERS unless it’s for catering. Since when? They couldn’t take (1) BEC order over the phone. I went elsewhere and [unnammed business] didn’t turn me away. It was the day after a snowstorm too and on a holiday, so it wasn’t busy. If I had time I would’ve walked in but most of us are used to being grab and go.

*If you have a nut allergy do not get muffins!!!* I asked for a blueberry muffin, they grabbed it from the blueberry muffin spot. Got home and took a bite. It wasn't a blueberry muffin but a cranberry nut muffin. I'm allergic to nuts and had an allergic reaction. Not okay!!! I will never return to this place. Luckily it's not a severe allergy but that's not the point. If this happened to someone who does have a severe allergy, they could be hospitalized or worse!!

What happened to you Bagel Girls, Today I was craving a pastrami on rye. I always got it from Bagel Girls because they are the best. Until today. First of all I called to order for pick up and they answer the phone with just hello. Then I was informed that they do not take phone in orders. I went to the store, and ordered a pastrami sandwich on rye and was amazed that it cost $20. With a soda. When I got home to eat, pastrami looked dry and I was disappointed. I expected the usual juicy delicious fatty pastrami usually hot. This pastrami tasted like processed meat. I am very disappointed and I hope you guys get your act together soon. Bring back the old Bagel Girls.

I have been going here for years and I am sad to say, that clearly doesn't matter to the owners. They installed a clearly faulty currency reader - and refused to take my payment. I, shockingly, am not up in Florida New York printing counterfeit money and if I was, I wouldn't be wasting time buying sandwiches with my pile of fake cash. Absurd experience and it makes me sad to see a local business tank itself like this. When you know your customers...you should have enough brain power to question your technology, not your long time patrons. UPDATE: I went to a smoke shop and their bill reader read the $50 bill and it wasn't an issue. Get your machine checked and use your brainpower when dealing with customers that come weekly. It's common sense and it has become increasingly less common that anyone has it.

Not surprised by the reviews about service. I cannot believe the way we were treated there today, but after reading the other reviews, a bit less shocked. They have employees there that don't care and say and act however they want. I've been going there for a long time, always kind and patient with their slow service, I tip, and never an issue but today marks my last visit there! What happened: my mom is visiting and she ran in at 240pm (they close at 3) to order some bagels, woman in line in front of her did not want the 5 remaining plain bagels they had so at my mom's turn she says "I'll take those 5 last bagels" employee starts bagging my moms bagels and customer 1 says "I changed my mind, I want them" . Employee tells my mom "oh well, she wants them so she gets them, sorry" my mom says "she said she didn't eat them and I waited my turn, this seems unfair" my mom and customer 1 agree to "split the bagels" 2 and 3 so they each get some. THE EMPLOYEE TURNS TO MY MOM AND SAYS NO! then proceeds to give the other customers the 5 bagels FOR FREE. she says "know what? I want you to have them, on the house" my mom at this point was still not upset, but asked the employee why she did that. Employee tells my mom because she can and it's "tough" then tells my mom to leave if she doesn't like it. As my mom is walking out employee IS STILL yelling out at my mom about how she is rude and claps at my mom...CLAPS and says "happy new year, just get out". My mom left that place embarrassed and crying. When I called to speak to manager/owner she just said "I don't know what happened, but your mom couldn't be that embarrassed no one was in the store. The owner did say sorry nut it was followed by "I don't know what you want me to do about it" now, I certainly did lose my temper on the phone with them as I was livid at the behavior. I own a small business and I can tell you I'd never allow an employee to represent my business qith such entitlement and disdain. I'd also not allow my employees to give away free food to spite a paying customer. Shame. Twist the story how you want, bagel girls. You know it was unfounded and gross behavior

The breakfast from this place is pretty good. I usually never write a review for places but this place struck a nerve. My first time going in ever for a bacon egg and cheese with my significant other after a night shift and we get to the counter to order. My fiance keeps my card in his wallet, we take it out to pay.. the man behind the counter asks if you want a receipt.. looks at my fiance only. I respond no thank you since it's MY debit card and he doesn't break eye contact with my fiance to ask a second time in the rudest tone.. would you like a receipt. The man didnt acknowledge me once yet im the one who paid for the food. While we are waiting for our food i hear him behind me talking to another customer saying he wasnt ignoring me but i didnt pay my fiance did so why would i practically need to answer for him as far as the reciept. Food was pretty good but the atmosphere and everything else? I will not be returning whatsoever.. over a God damn reciept

NEVER AGAIN!! Wouldn't take phone order, so I physically went in. Thought I'd try something new Ordered and paid for 2 sandwiches... Waited for 25 minutes and then asked if it would be soon. I was already watching people come & go w their orders. They looked at receipt and had to ask someone else - who looked up and said " oh " before thrn starting to prepare them. Not sn apology . Nothing to say They could care less. Not a smile- or any thing to make me feel like it was worth it. Are you kidding???? $43.78 FOR 2 SANDWICHES 2 DRINKS & 2 Chips NOT COOL. Will not be back Central Deli is always king.

The food is good, when and if they get the order correct, I’ve gotten food from them makebe 6 times and at least 4 times it was wrong, I’m never going back, plus I’m not liking the attitude that they have, no matter the time of day

I recently visited Bagel Girls Cafe with high hopes for a good breakfast sandwich , but my experience was ruined by the rude customer service. The white woman at the register was absolutely dismissive. She barely acknowledged me and seemed irritated when I paid. In stark contrast, The white guy who took my order was also unfriendly—he didn’t say a word to me but, when it came to the white couple behind me, he suddenly became chatty, asking them how their day was going. I felt a clear difference in how I was treated compared to them, which was uncomfortable. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff, especially the white girl cashier and the white guy who took my order, was extremely disappointing. It’s hard to ignore the uncomfortable feeling of being treated unfairly, especially when it’s evident that the staff's behavior shifts based on race. While the bagels themselves were decent, the negative experience with customer service overshadowed the food. The only reason I am giving it a one star is because I can’t give a zero. I won’t be returning.

I went there for the first time and ordered a egg and cheese bagel and coffee. I had to wait a little bit when I seen other customers that came in behind me getting their coffee so why was that?. Now I have my sandwich and coffee, I ate half of it there and took the other half with me. As I'm driving and eating my sandwich I started to bite down on egg shells(ugh!!!) Not cool and as I was finishing my coffee all the sugar was at the bottom. If they make the coffee for you then they should have better sense to stir the coffee Sonos cool. For this reason my overall experience was not good. Oh and maybe the owner should let the employees know to change their gloves frequently.

A rude man took my order & was making food - he was very passive aggressive about a very common order that he found ridiculous perhaps culturally.. essentially something very simple and realistically none of his business.. A truly standard order that he found lavish & not to his taste. It was totally abnormal so i left.

Although I understand prices are going up and everything is more expensive, these prices are unbelievably expensive. Went to get a bacon, egg and cheese and it was 8.50, close to 9 dollars. Honestly mind blowing and I will never be going back here.
