It's a great place for bagels and I go so much, they see my face and know what I usually get. The only reason it's not five stars is that I felt very rushed the first few times I went in but otherwise I like it.

Clean and fast New York style bagels! Bruegger's is a national chain and the locations all have a similar vibe and taste. Their breakfast sandwiches are worth checking out and the coffee is decent. The jalapeno bagel and schmeer are tasty and different if you like spicy food.

Bagels here are good. Just be prepared to spend some time to get them. Something has changed in the last few months that has slowed things down pretty significantly. I'm sure they will figure it out and I'm hoping they can soon.

I used you get their day old bagels. They were reasonably priced. Guess they didnt like anyone getting bagels cheaper than on the menu. It is a bit expensive and the bagels at the grocery store are sufficient for me. I only go now just for a treat on a holiday weekend.

This is sad to say but this used to be our go-to bagel place bc we like it being close to home and also to support Ladera but after so many failed visits after the years we gave up. Ice cold cement cream cheese as if it was just taken out of the freezer, and lack of consistency with the food has left us going elsewhere. The bagels sometimes are fully seasoned, other times nothing on them… toasted sometimes, burnt others, heaps of cream cheese, other times they seemingly forget to put any one. The ladies that work there are amazing however. Just a shame that it’s gone so downhill in the last years. I suspect a change of ownership has led to this.

The food is fine, but their process during this pandemic is unacceptably unsafe. They do not support ordering food via the phone app, and when I went inside to order, one of the employees had his mask under his nose. I try to support local businesses during this crisis, but I won't put my life at risk to do so. There are safer options.

The bagels are great and staff is fine, but it’s frustrating to stand in line when it’s moving really slow and then there seem to be orders coming in by phone that are taking precedence over instore orders. My husband and I have left multiple times after experiencing this and just have gotten tired of waiting. Please do something about this!!

Food completely went downgrade, greasy, the orange juice tastes a bit concentrated. Not to mention the terrible demeanor of the people who work there. 0% KID FRIENDLY

It was my 2nd time here, and both time's I felt rushed by employees and no help at all on explaining the menu or friendliness at all. They just worry about getting rid of customes as fast as possible. I would not recommend it; just drive a bit further for good customer service. The bagel was just okay, nothing special at all

Dissapointed, I was there this morning to get a bagel for my daughter and I. We were standing in line. And somone calls in for a phone order and cleaned out all the bins. And as I approached to order the guy said I'd have to wait 7min, really?? I watch 4 groups paying customers, just walk out... not good. Someone that calls that big of an order you should prepare and tell the a good time to come, Not clean out your inventory for people waiting in a long line... dissapointed, poor management.
