At Park Pizza and Brewing Company, we're passionate about serving up delicious eats and craft beers in the heart of Ladera Ranch. Our customers rave about our expertly crafted pizzas, juicy chicken wings, and refreshing brews. We've been praised for our welcoming atmosphere, where families can feel right at home and relax in comfort. Exceptional service is also a standout - like Mary Sandoval's warm and attentive hospitality that makes all the difference. Come taste the difference for yourself, and enjoy a truly enjoyable dining experience.
Park Pizza and Brewing Company is praised for its excellent service, delicious pizza with good combinations, and pleasant atmosphere. Mary Sandoval is specifically mentioned for her outstanding service. The beers are cold and artisanal.
Tip: The customer service is very good, the drinks excellent, you can order the beers you want, they come out super cold and are also artisanal.
We rrally enjoyed our meal here very much. One of the things I usually try to scope out is if they are mailing in the experience just because they are in a busy and active area. Very much not the case. I thought each dish was prepared well, flavorful and presented as expected. Pizza retains a nice crunch even smothered in toppings. Salad was well dressed. Wings were wood fired. Thank you for a nice evening.
Enjoyed a birthday celebration with family and friends for dinner. We were able to enjoy each other's company, outside, at a large picnic table. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We opted for a different than usual pizza and it was right on the money. The appetizers were delicious also. TIP: keep your car parked in the garage and take a walk over to Boxi Park in the evening, for some live music and fun.
Not all pizza spots are the same. Afternoon lunch, quick, and delicious. I now understand all the buzz!!! Top notched pizza served fresh and hot. I wished there was one closer to my home.
Movie and Dinner. On Saturday, we went to a matinee movie, and driving home we stopped in Lake Nona. At first we thought it would be very crowded, because a Halloween event was being held for the children and there were a lot of people milling around. But, a happy surprise, we were seated immediately. The boor and food is always great here. Never disappointed. I started with a Beer Flight of 4 beers to taste some of the new and seasonal offerings. We ordered the Chicken Parm appetizer to share, then we each ordered personal sized pizzas. Service was great. Pizza is great.
Patrick our server was attentive and friendly. The food was great. We had Dough Bites for an appetizer and they arrived piping hot and tasted great. They were NOT smothered in garlic like so many restaurants do, but had just a coating of a little bit of butter and parmesan cheese. My husband had the 12” Margarita and really loved the perfectly baked crust. I had the Parm on the Farm, the 12” pizza with bites of parmesan chicken. It was not my thing, but it was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Hazy IPA and thought it was great. We shared the Cookie Skillet for dessert. Yum!
As a veteran who’s had a very very long 2 months. I am grateful I decided to stop at Park pizza. The beer… well it was near perfect. They have good variety. But that isn’t all that makes that place. It’s people like Sosa the bartender who keeps that awesome human element with his job. Can recognize when a person is having a rough day. His customer service skills are amazing and even when it’s a packed bar the man is always smiling ear to ear. keep killing it brotha and keep shining bright 🌟 oh and the Pizza… well they say a picture is worth a thousand words. 🔥amazing!
Amazing pizza 💯 The crust is so light that you can almost eat a whole pizza yourself! We ordered the Truffle Shuffle ( removed a bit of arugula off top ) and margherita pizza both delicious! Wings were outstanding and meat fell off bone. Baked mozzarella was a hit especially with the bread to dip. Nice beer selection too. Service was exceptional by Adriana ☺️
Stopped in for a solo lunch while my baby was working and figured I’d check this place out. First impressions: busy, stylish, and the vibe was on point. I was greeted and seated right away. Took about 5–10 minutes before my server came by, honestly, I don’t think, she was told, she had a table of one. But once she did, she was super friendly, attentive, and offered great suggestions. I went with her recommendation: half Nona Nona and half Truffle Shuffle. Sweet baby Jesus—this pizza was insane. Crispy, flavorful, just all-around delicious. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Next time, I’m bringing my forever.
I ordered pizza and wings to go for a quick bite and what a great surprise!! The pizza is New York style and delicious! The acidity of the tomato sauce was perfect, fresh buffala mozzarella cheese and pesto…wings were perfection
The restaurant has plenty of seating inside and out. I love the open kitchen where you can see the magic happen. We sat next to the kitchen this last visit and watching the pizzas being cooked was mouth watering. Food here is outstanding. I really love how you can do Half and half pizzas. When you see the many choices you will appreciate it as well. Chicken wings were extremely good, surprised me. Rival most any wing joint around. Homemade wing sauce homemade blue cheese, a killer combination. Naturally a fantastic beer selection. It's a very cool area to walk around. I wish they offered a gluten free pizza. But everything we have had here was amazing.
We ordered Pizza, Wings, chicken caesar salad, and the giant pretzel. Everything was exceptional. The food, service, & atmosphere were great. Highly recommend.
Sat at the bar today. Bartenders were awesome! Food... great quality! Good beer selection and cocktail was wonderful!
Pizza was really good, salad was amazing, service... epic. Shannon was super cool and helpful. Anytime we needed something she helped without us asking. The atmosphere was great, super mellow and clean. The outside area is where we sat, beautiful place with live music, highly recomend. Great extensive menu with a lot of options both food and beverages. Wife had a rosè that shannon recommended that was pretty good.
Park Pizza’s, Crystal is an AWESOME GM who clearly strives for the optimum customer experience and food quality. Her staff are all trained to consistent standards and it’s visible that she invests a lot of time and effort into her team and restaurant. The Park Pizza experience, atmosphere, service and food is hands down the best that Tavistock has to offer. Tavistock needs to listen and learn from Crystal with their other restaurants… Especially Canvas! Canvas is the complete opposite and a cluster by comparison to her Park Pizza. Chroma really needs to work on entrance and initial communication. The perpetual ‘snooty’ front desk people really need to lean into Crystal’s ‘welcoming atmosphere’ and learn from her! The manager is also out of touch asking with every visit if it’s our first time, when she has sat us countless times. You can dress Chroma up but the actual service and restaurant is lacking. Recently, I went for dinner and was charged for every single refill and a ridiculous price for a kids lemonade because it was “bar” made. I am getting increasingly tired of Canvas in particular. Where we can spend over $100+ for substandard food and extremely poor customer service - I even had a server decide on my meal (the managers on staff can recall this incident). Crystal’s Park Pizza blows them out of the water! Park Pizza any day of the week. Keep up the great work Park Pizza. You are awesome!
Park Pizza & brewing company; a new pizza place in Lake Nona. Let's talk about it. Nestled in a soon to be huge shopping and entertainment plaza lies a modernly built pizza place and brewery. Plenty of seating outside with great visuals of nearby arrangements and other businesses. The inside is one big open room with a bar on one end next to the beer vats. The murals on both end walls are a great compliment to the design. Now to the food and drinks! The waitress Kendra did a fantastic job of explaining the menu and also offered taste samples of the beer they were making which I did end up ordering. The pilsner was refreshing and the pale ale had just enough hop in it. Will be interesting to see how the beer list grows in the future. The dough poppers were simple but did taste good with the paring marinara sauce. The pizza however was definitely the stand out. We ordered the chicken and goat, and a half chorizo mushroom / cheese pizza. All of which were very good. The pizza is cooked in a hybrid wood / gas oven. The gas being used to regulate the temperature better. Good char on the crust which you would expect from a good wood oven pizza. The parmesian is also grated at the table, a nice touch. My only complaint is that they did not have any veggie meat options for my dining partner. I think that would help appeal to a greater crowd and would not be hard to implement. Other then that, the service and food was great for their age in business. Price point wise I think they are on par with non-chain pizzas, about a $$. If you want cheaper pizza it is very easy to go get that, but if you want a more freshly put together pizza then give this place a try. I also included current menu pictures in the review, but keep in mind this can change. Thanks for the experience!
This is an amazing pizzeria and brewery. Fully recommend. Details to follow. The pizza has amazing crust and so many delicious options. It's also made using fresh ingredients. I had a personal pizza (12" for $14) that was half "Awesome Sauc!", Half "Spicy Meatball". Both were fantastic. The food also came quickly and we had great service. My friend had ten buffalo wings ($10) which were some of the best I have ever had. The beer ($6 per) was also great and brewed there. They had over 10 of their owns brews to choose from. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and a unique and lively setting. Great for a casual date or getting together with friends/family. Definitely check it out if you are in the area or visiting Orlando.
Park Pizza & Brewery in Lake Nona isn’t just a spot for pizza and pints—it’s a whole vibe. We came together as a small family of six to honor and reminisce about my brother Luis, and the team here made the gathering feel effortless and special. The food? Next level—every bite was bold and full of flavor. The service? Warm, attentive, and real, like they genuinely cared that we were there. And the brews… let’s just say “award-winning” isn’t hype, it’s fact. Smooth, crisp, and world-class. It’s rare to find a place where craft, community, and comfort collide this perfectly. Park Pizza gave us more than just a meal—they gave us a memory. 🍕🍻💫
We had an amazing experience at Park Pizza in Lake Nona tonight! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service truly stood out. Our server, Mari Sandoval, went above and beyond to make our evening perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend asking for Mari when you visit—she made our night extra special!
Delicious pizza, thank you Adrianna for such great service. My family and I ordered chicken and goat and I don’t like goat but I guess I do now, it was that good. Also we got a half ham and half awesome saus, the half ham seem to only have 5 pieces of ham but once you cut it or bite into it it has lots of it, super delicious! The awesome saus was another favorite with all the veggies and sausage. Would definitely go back again and would totally recommend.
Came in and it was very vacant except for one group that filled the bar at the end of the building. Found it strange that they asked if we had a reservation. Great wait staffing and utilization of iPads for the staff. The staff definitely kept the tables clean. We ordered the Dough Poppers which when they came out we're hard as a rock. From here on everything was ok. We got the Cajun chicken wings, great flavor and spice. Everyone should cook with a wood fire oven. Next we ordered the 16 in. San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Grande Mozzarella, Housemade Sausage, Elephant Garlic, Baby Portobello Mushrooms, Red Peppers, Red onion. It was phenomenal, great taste on all the ingredients and the crust was off the chart. Also ordered a Pepperoni Picante. San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Grande Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Banana Peppers, Chili Flakes, Parmesan. Another great pizza. Both had super fresh ingredients. So good!! On to service, this whole staff just Rocks. They all worked together, Everytime a waiter/waitress walked by they were checking the tables. Staff was constantly wiping down tables, no one in the place could say they weren't being taken care of. Management was also checking on the tables also. Corporate could easily use this site as a place where other Managers get trained. Also applaud the one Manager that showed off his dance moves to one of the employees.
We loved this place at Lake Nona. We were visiting this town and we ended eating here several times this week. My son changed their name for "Pizza Party Restaurant". Great environment, price was fair. quality food and good size portions. Excellent service, Kristine and Daniela gave us a great service!
Beautiful location in Lake Nona. One block from my VA hospital. Plenty of parking. They have a 2 hour parking that's perfect. Pizza & beer 🍺. Excellent👍. German spot. Clean, friendly staff. The waiter let us sample the beer 😋... easier to choose that way. Pizza 🍕 great! Will return & 100% recommend. 🧡
What a cool vibe. The music is a wide range, loud, upbeat, and straight from my playlist. Indoor and outdoor seating, both bench style, even though there are some tables outside also. There are several beers on tap t choose from, as well as liquors. Of course, the pizza is good, and several to choose from, or build your own. Wings are delicious and the dough poppers are garlic knots, yummy. At least one bartender is really nice, professional, and attentive. The other is more interested in pulling off moves from the movie Cocktail. Mustache. The outside area also has a bar for those hanging on the patio. Fun place, I went 4 times during my week here.
We went for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon. We started with chicken wings in a sweet Asian sauce. The wings were very small I would not order them again. We also ordered a giant pretzel and a house salad with vinaigrette. The pretzel was very good, the cheese sauce was too spicy for my little guy but I enjoyed it. The salad was fresh/crisp and the viangrette dressing was perfect. My little guys ordered kids pizzas. It's a nice thing they let kids have 2 toppings per pie included. One went for pepperoni, mushrooms and olives and the other one had pepperoni and sausage. They really enjoyed it and each ate 3 of 4 slices! We ordered a white truffle pie and also a half Chicago style sausage and gardiniera and half plain. The star of the pizza is the Crust. Its got good chew, crisp and bubbly and that cornmeal crumb on the bottom. The flavor reminded me of a nice rustic Italian boule. We enjoyed all the pizzas and you could tell they were using high quality ingredients. I enjoyed their Arnold palmer (ice tea & lemonade) made with homemade lemonade so much I ordered one to go. We will definitely go back again if we are in he area.
Park Pizza has some really great wings, beer, and pizza! They make their own beer and it is pretty damn great. The pizza my wife and I had was fantastic. We also got chicken wings, the Cajun I think and they were cooked perfectly. They have garlic ranch and blue cheese sauces that are great. The ranch is probably the best I've ever had. We sat at the bar so service was spectacular but they seemed to have plenty of servers for the rest of the restaurant. Great area and convenient parking garage right next to this store.
Best pizza and wings in town, been coming here consistently for 7 years. Try the reversed buffalo wings they’re the best! Ask for Raphael, Sosa or Dame when you dine they’ll take great care of you
This place is amazing! It’s a spacey indoor area that opens up and there are plenty of tables outside. I love the art on the walls, aesthetics are really cool here. The beers are great, and the pizza is even better. I came 4 days in a row because I enjoyed it so much. Staff is great and obviously because it is so new the place is really clean. Lots of TVs to watch sporting events.
Attentive service with great pizza selection. It’s a great place for a family outing. Either with take out or dining in you are getting quality food.
Park Pizza is a great casual restaurant with delicious food and cold beer. Their garlic dough popper are amazing - they’re soft, garlicky and have lots of parmesan. Outside seating has very big fans that make this Florida summer heat bearable! They are also very pet friendly and bring out water bowls upon request. My only complaint is that service was a bit slow in the sense that it was very hard to track down our server if/when we needed something and she took a while to come back every time. Regardless, it was a great experience.
Amazing experience! We tried the Awesome Sauce pizza and the Truffle Shuffle (white sauce), and both were absolutely delicious. As an appetizer, we had the dough poppers, which were also super tasty. Although the wait to get seated was a bit long, once we ordered, the service was quick and everything came out hot and fresh. Totally worth the wait. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Went last night with a family member from out of town. Greek salad with crispy chicken and truffle pizza were ordered. We shared both. The salad was generous with a lot of chicken which was cooked perfectly! The Truffle pizza was outstanding! We will definitely be back. Service was attentive and excellent. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was exciting and vibrant. We ate outside. There is a night market on the weekends so we got to walk around and buy some fresh homemade fruit slushees, sourdough bread and gigantic filled cookies. Parking in a garage was free which was a bonus.
One of the managers Sam suggested the Ham Jam & Half Margareta Pizza. The pizza was amazing. The Ham Jam was my favorite but both were tasty. Fresh ingredients. Fast and efficient service. My waitress Caylea was so kind and attentive. I’m seriously thinking of going back tomorrow for a whole Ham Jam this time.
Took my family here for the first time, and had Kirsten as a server, and she was amazing! personals and provided with the best experience! I order the truffle pizza but sub mushroom with sausage, also ordered the The Italian Job, add jalapeños and banana peppers!! 1000/10 recommend this place!
My family and I went to Park Pizza for lunch on weekday. It wasn’t that crowded so service was fast. We were able to order a lot of food and left feeling stuffed (with leftovers)! There’s lots of seating indoors, and there’s a large central area outside with tables and chairs. They also have house-brewed beer, but I didn’t get to order one. I recommend coming here if you want to enjoy some delicious pizza and have a great time!! I do want to mention that they have a chicken and goat cheese pizza. It was seriously the best pizza I’ve ever had- goat cheese on pizza is probably my favorite flavor now!!! It’s a must try!!
Park Pizza and Brewery really hits the spot when you're craving some good food in a laid-back setting. Service is great. Their meat lovers pizza is a treat – loaded with toppings and bursting with flavor. If you're into something lighter, their Greek salad is a fresh, tasty choice. Plus, they've got a fantastic outdoor seating area which is perfect for those sunny days. It's an awesome spot to catch a game too, with plenty of TVs around. The cold beer is just the cherry on top. Had a great time and can't wait to go back!
First time here, but have been wanting to try for a long time! Father’s Day was the perfect time! The pizza, sandwiches and caesar salad were amazing! Emma was a great server and was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back here again soon. Lots of nice areas to walk around outside and a free parking garage too.
I like this place. I have been a few times now. The atmosphere is awesome. The pizza is huge and makes for some great leftovers!! I also enjoyed the salad. You can watch all the sports games in the restaurant. I loved watching like 4 NFL games at once!!
If you're in the Boxi Park area in Lake Nona, Pizza Park & Brewing Company is a must-visit! Hands down, the best pizza in the area. Their appetizers are incredible especially the baked mozzarella, which is a must-try. The pizza is absolutely delicious! I love building my own every time I go, picking from their fresh ingredients, cheeses, salsas, and unique topping combinations. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The open environment and friendly service make the experience even better. Just a heads-up, Fridays can be busy! The wait times in the afternoon can get long, but that's just a testament to how popular this spot is, especially with families. Boxi Park is the place to be on Friday nights, and Pizza Park & Brewing Company is definitely a fan favorite. Highly recommend!
Oh my goodness what delicious pizza. We did take-out since we were at Boxi Park across the street. We ordered dough poppers, a cheese pie and another with pepperoni and truffle oil. These were so delicious. The crust was a bit on the darker side and crunchy. Yummilicious 😋 it took a bit under 25 minutes but the wait was very worth it.
Our first time here with our father and my brother and there was great games, music ice cream treats, volleyball 🏐, drinks all that you can imagine and one square along with a running group marathon that happens across the street. I think it’s absolutely amazing. It’s beautiful here the people are super friendly and I’m so glad I made the chance to start my life over again.
I’m usually not a fan of meat-heavy pizzas, but the Meat Market Pizza completely changed my mind. The crust is incredibly crispy—perfectly cooked without being too hard or soggy. Despite the generous amount of meat, the flavors are balanced and not overwhelming. Each bite has a nice crunch with just the right amount of savory richness. If you want to try somthing new, this one's surprisingly addictive!
My wife and I come to park pizza every Sunday during the NFL season. Davina and Raf (and formerly Davina’s sister Dalia) have always made this the best time ever. Great selection of craft beers.
I had the pleasure of dining at Park Pizza and Brewing Company three times during my recent stay in the Lake Nona area, and it quickly became a favorite. The pizza is simply outstanding, with the Chicken and Goat being an absolute standout. I also appreciated the option to create your own pizza, allowing for a personalized touch. The beer selection is top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the Innovator dark beer—it had a rich, bold flavor that was perfectly balanced. The Tiramisu-flavored beer was another delightful surprise, offering a unique and enjoyable twist. Service was consistently good across all my visits, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of. While the atmosphere can get a bit loud, it adds to the lively vibe of the place. There is outside seating available, but I chose to stay indoors as I’m not a fan of the heat. One thing I noticed was the popularity of take-outs, which is great if you prefer enjoying your meal elsewhere. Overall, Park Pizza and Brewing Company is a must-visit if you're in the area!
LOVE this place! I love that there's personal space, which is extremely important to me, so people aren't in your face. The space itself is decorated in an interesting way. The food is delicious!!! Pizza was fresh and yummy - I ate the rest the next day and it was still delicious. It was really cool to watch all the people making the pizza, since the kitchen was visible. I also ordered veggies and was super surprised how good they tasted. As a vegetarian, this was 100% approved. Oh, and my non-vegetarian friend, who doesn't like veggies, stole half of my veggies lol. The service was very nice and friendly. I also appreciated the wax sticks for children, instead of the usual crayons and coloring. Those sticks were fun even for adults 🤩 Definitely coming back!
Good and drinks were great. Our server Louis was outstanding. He made the night fun and gave us amazing service!
Hector is the best waiter there. Make sure to ask for him if you ever go there. On the menu, definitely order the bacon bird sandwich if you are early enough. For pizzas, get the blue bird, personal favorite. I always get the reverse buffalo wings also.
¡Gracias! I would like to give special thanks to Mary Sandoval for her excellent attention and service. She was very professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. Her warm attitude and willingness made a big difference in my experience. Thank you!!!
Ame la ham Jam con base de garlic Sauce es increíble el contraste y fusión de sabor
This is my second time dining here as I am in the area twice a year. The ambience is pleasing; but the music is way too loud. I was by myself; but had I been on a date, we would have been shouting to hear each other. The server Dahlia was sweet and did a good job. The pizza…..Ordered the 16” Margherita. If the dough didn’t have some flavor; the whole thing would be disgusting. The sauce tasted like tomato purée with absolutely zero seasoning that I could detect; and I cook and certainly eat my share of pizza 🍕. It was as if, they hadn’t prepped enough sauce for the dinner shift; opened a can of pure tomato sauce and slapped it on the pizzas. For a place that is pizza centered; the sauce was bland and pitiful.
Very lively atmosphere. Lots of big screen televisions and some good live music. It gets noisy but it’s up to you if it’s a bad thing or a good thing. It’s very energetic. The pizza were very good . The ingredients were of very good and fresh quality. They were very generous with the quantity of the ingredients. If you are into loud and lots of movement atmosphere with good food , this will be a good place for you. Enjoy and see you soon.
I spontaneously stopped here for dinner one evening with a party of 8 on the patio. They pretty much only have pizza, but there's wings and a couple of salads/apps on the menu, too. They have beers and a full bar too, but it was a food only kind of night. There's tons of outdoor and indoor seating. Going around our table: the reverse buffalo wings had a pretty good dry rub, but the sauces made them quite good, 7.5/10 rating. The goat cheese and chicken pizza got a 6/10 rating, "could use caramelized onions or something to add an extra pop." The pepperoni pizza got 6/10. The salad got 6/10. I can't remember the other two pizzas, but they were given 8/10 ratings. Service was very good, and everyone said they would be willing to come back.
Loud but manageable. My only complaint is the soda prices. I've never spent $5 for a glass of Pepsi ever. Wings were good, pizza was good and getting out order was super fast.
Great place to have dinner and share with friends. Ambience is very good. Good rock playlist 😎🤘🏻 Upon arrival receptionist helped us to get a great table for our party. The manager kindly gave us a comfortable chair for someone in our party. Server for our table was just okay. More empathy, and introduction to the menu makes the difference! Food was delicious, all of our pizzas were amazing. Be aware that they charge for refill. Hope to be back soon! ✌🏻
Great atmosphere love that you can reserve tables with Open Table. Great space when you are first visiting the area it was hard to figure out where the garage was, lot near was full, but once you realized it there is plenty of parking. Large space, high ceiling, tvs above tables, open kitchen, medium sized bar. We sat at the bar and had great service saw the grains being moved out from the brewery area while we were there. Beers were plentiful. Loved the Vienna Lager. Guest taps were good as well. Love the wine on tap. Food came very quickly had the dough poppers, good sauce, hot. We ordered two personal sized pizzas for three people and it was too much food. They loved the awesome saus, we got he Margarita as well and I felt there sauce ratio was too much. Practically choking the crust. The mozzarella and basil was fresh but too little of each especially compared to the sauce. I scraped most of the sauce off. Looking at other reviews maybe they had an off pizza day for this one. Crust was good, dont know what that guy was talking about in another review. Cant wait to try the salads next time.
Park Pizza is a place I've eaten at for the last 4 years and I can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet. The wait time is long, so be sure to either call ahead or put yourself on the waitlist before you arrive. In the meantime you can enjoy walking around the other areas especially on Friday. The food is great, the dough poppers are cute, the wings and the hot sauce is great. And the pizzas are incredible, special shout out to the pepperoni it's honestly one of the best I've had. Unfortunately the service is weird. Maybe the waiters think the park part is literal cause they love running around and playing and talking instead of checking up on tables. Good luck asking for parmesian cheese cause they are probably talking with Jessica about the new Ashoka episode. But there are some good ones.
Sports bar, pizzeria and microbrewery all in one. Service was great and the pizzas well done and very flavorful. Great beers are available, and you can ask for a tray of four 5oz glasses of different beers to try at a very reasonable price. Seating can be inside or outside, and reservations are recommended for the weekend. It is casual, can be loud, and large overhead monitors will be showing your favorite sports
I love their pizza, it’s very tasty, has great ingredients and has the best pizza dough in my opinion. This was my fourth time here. Our server was fantastic, kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I think their manager does not offer the best customer service. We walked in after shopping at the fair and we had 1 large bag, 1 medium bag and 1 small one. Two of them had food and we didn’t want to place any in the floor so we placed them in our table. We ordered 4 personal pizzas and asked our server if we could bring any of the empty chairs that were around us so we could place our bags (we were 4 in a table for 4 and though we could use a chair from the table for 4 next to us, in which only 2 people were seated). She said it was not possible because her manager said no (she kindly apologized, it was not her fault). So we ate with our pizzas on top of our plates, which we couldn’t even use, surrounded by bags, struggling to fit our drinks, one of our phones ended up falling and it just was not a confortable dinner space. I believe our request was very simple and by the time we asked for the extra chair there were already a couple of empty tables. This was very disappointing, as we were not even offered an alternative such as a purse holder or something similar.
The pizza was delicious and clearly freshly made. However, we were disappointed to find that the plates we were given were dirty, and to make matters worse, they had hair on them. This was quite off-putting, especially considering how good the food was. On a positive note, the beers are excellent, especially since they’re brewed in-house. My favorite was the house lager—definitely worth trying! The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, and it has a lot of potential to be a top spot. I hope they can improve on cleanliness because, aside from that, it’s a nice place to diner
The place is very nice outside. Inside looks not as nice but still ok. Noisy, busy, lots of TVs. Definitely a casual atmosphere. The beer was subpar. The standard lager had a certain astringency, and the Golden ale was a good example of an American pale, but not a good example of a golden pale, as it lacked malt presence. The pizza was ok. The veggies weren't cooked all the way and were a bit chunky. The service was cordial but hurried. My server seemed more interested in her after-work plans. I felt dumb driving all the way there...
I’ve had several great experiences here in the past, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of lower. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. Not sure if there’s been a change in management, but the service and environment were nothing like before. I went in on Sunday with my family, and the location had a noticeable issue with flies. The first table we were offered had wrapped silverware and plates already set out, but they were covered in flies — so I declined to sit there. When we were seated at another table, two other families came in after us. After waiting about 15 minutes, both of those families had already been greeted, served alcoholic beverages, and received appetizers, while we still hadn’t even been acknowledged by a server. I informed the manager that we were leaving due to the poor experience, but there was no attempt to address or resolve the concern at the moment. Sadly, this visit fell far below the standard I’ve experienced here before.
I’ve been here 3 times now. Try the reverse wings. Skip the roasted veggies. I thought the spicy pizza was great. Marcos (the head brewmaster) brews are only ok right now. I’m sure he’s getting his base beers down. For now, drink the ellipsis brews. They are always awesome. Marco’s brews are kinda boring. The pretzel is also great but my mom wanted mustard. I don’t think that’s too much to ask. The queso is good but a few different dips would be good. I was expecting a beer cheese. I think that would have been better. The food takes a very long time to come still and the servers seem more interested in talking to each other than attending to their clients. I have no idea how they are going to keep up once boxi park opens and brings more walk ins. Seems like their capacity to prepare food is very limited. Also bathroom for men is tiny. Love the vibe but this place needs to step up. It’s not as good as its neighbors chroma or bosphorous yet.
So, we tried out the first batch of chicken wings, but they weren’t crispy enough. The second batch was better, but the blue cheese and ranch sauce were a bit watery, which was a waste. When we want blue cheese and ranch sauce, it needs to be really good, with the right texture, not almost water. The pizza was okay, mostly because of the dough. We ordered the Nonas chicken parm 16-inch pizza, and it barely had chicken parm on it. And the tomato sauce was missing again. The draft beer was okay too. Overall, I think they’re a bit overpriced for the quality and presentation of the food.
Pretzel and cheese was good but 5$ for a knockoff coke is crazy !!! Wasnt huge on the pizza the Ingredients were fresh and of good quality but it was kinda soft and soggy idk maybe cus im from ny . But id only go back here for a pretzel and a water lol.
We were headed to Lake Nona for lunch and drove past Park Pizza and Brewing Co. I decided to turn around and give it a try. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly host and we were sat right away. I love the decor and the vibe of this place. I think the wood fired ovens are really awesome!! The beer making area is in an enclosed room at the back of the restaurant. Nice size televisions hang above. I am not a fan of IPA beer so I tried a beer that the waitress said tasted like Yuengling. I did not like it so we each got a glass of sangria. They took a while to arrive and both came as green apple. We sent one back and waited for the correct one to come. One was raspberry peach and the other was a green apple concoction. The raspberry one was ok, much better than the other one but not that good overall. We ordered chicken wings and a Mediterranean Veggie pizza and asked they the wings come first. Well.......the pizza came first and then the wings. Pizza was bland so we added their blend of spices. That made it tolerable. The wings were spicy as they should be but they were on the small side or basically average restaurant wings. We paid the bill and left and looked at each other and said one and done.
Overall a very good meal and a great spot to people watch. We have been here many times and it's always amazing. Today was a little different. The pizza was amazing but food was served all out of order. One person ordered pizza and wings and the wings came out about 15 min after we all got our pizza...and they were terrible. We also ordered a side of focaccia bread wish we had to ask for twice and when it can out it was inedible. The beer and pizza is very good ..service is always good just stay away from everything else or ur taking a risk.
We’ve been coming to park pizza for years and love the food. Unfortunately I think they have spread themselves too thin and can’t keep up with the growth. Service is slow (you’re lucky if you can get a refill). Tonight we had a reservation at 4:45 for outdoor seating. They placed us at the tables along tavistock lakes blvd. Smelled horrible (assuming it was the dumpster 5ft away). After 15min our waiter came over and apologized as they weren’t made aware we were seated in their section. Ended up ordering food to go. To-go staff was nice and helpful. Good food. Service can improve.
First time customer and last… ordered at the to go windows during Art After Dark this past week. Employee took our phone number and advised we would be contacted when the pizza was ready for pick up. No text… approach the window 45 min later and the male and female were chatting it up. Provided name and they grabbed pizza from warmer. Proceed to ask the female for napkin(s) and she gave us one. Yeah, one for two small pies. I went back to asked for me and she proceeded to give me two more. Seriously?
Been going to Park Pizza for years and have enjoyed the pizza and beer. This visit was a little different with the pitcher of beer. They bought it out and after filling everybody it was warm and when i said something to the attendant he was confused so i asked for the manager. The manager went to check on temperature and came back and said he checked and it was 50 degrees which is proper serving temperature. So that was the last pitcher we got because he said all his taps were the same. After we quickly ate and checked out I went to him to say proper Pale ales are served at 40-45 degrees and regular lager were 34-38. He said “He has a certificate in beer brewery and I was wrong for asking for a cold beer. Not sure I will return as long as Michael the manager is there.
Worst pizza ever! They mixed the orders, service was awful, and the taste was even worse. I have no idea how people like it! The cocktails were too sugary. Definitely, I'll never come back. I left almost all the pizza!
Services was great! Thanks Solangel! Food was ok! I wouldn't go back for the food! Pizza is tasteless dough and sauce, the super familiar atmosphere, weather to be outside watching the children play, except when it rains, the roof on the outside has leaks, we had to move with the table to finish eating and yet we could not find a place where the drops would not reach us 👎🏻
They forgot one of our pizzas and when it came out, it was obviously burnt. When we told the waitress, she told us that’s how it is because of the oven. Yet we have two other pizzas at the table that did not come out like this. She definitely needs to work on customer service because that made us feel like she didn’t care. Luckily when we asked for the manager, Sam came over and actually showed concern instead of trying to brush us off. Thank you, Sam!
1st experience with this brewing company. I heard some good things about it so I thought I would try. Checked into the hotel and had 40 minutes to place an order before closing. I called and was on hold 15 minutes and by the time I walked there I was still on hold. The message said I was the 1st caller in que. Thought they may be busy. I walked in and saw the hostess standing there at the door cleaning menus. I asked where i place take out order, she pointed the direction. I walk over and see the lady talking to a line cook. I asked was the phone working as i was still on hold. Terrible customer for my first experience. Ordered 2 sets of wings, Mango Habenero and spicy thai. Excellent blue cheese flavor and sauces on them. Unfortunately some the wings were overcooked and dry. Overall impression not that great considering it was not very busy, close to closing time and hostess and staff not answering phone calls but rather chatting with employees. Hopefully mgmt addresses that issue. Atmosphere was great with all the large tvs.
Pizza was great but I literally received my pizza 30 mins later after being the only ones on line who ordered. Meanwhile the guy placing the orders is staring at us instead of calling out a number or something. It was awkward and we ended up eating cold pizza. The customer service was weird and probably won’t be coming here again. Mind you, we were here with a toddler. My friends got their order first before we did and we ordered first lol
We've eaten here a handful of times. The food is good and it's decent enough. The service is just too hit or miss and the price makes it cost prohibitive. It's too expensive for what it is. A large pizza and salad with 2 sodas is over $60! For a place trying to market themselves as a more casual pizza option they need to dial the prices back.
NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!! This was my first time trying this place but the wings were dry and literally made me sick. They taste old, I only got a 9 counted when it should've been 10. I paid $16 bucks for this and it was hella unpleasant. If I had time to talk to the manager I would've but this was a pick up order so I can get back to work. I'm literally sitting at my desk with a stomach ache from these. If I get food poison, its not going to be good for this location. I'm definitely reporting you. What makes it even worse, I wont even get my money back. UGH!!!! I hate when I pay for food and its like this.
I was waiting with my son for 1 hour for the table the very friendly waitress attended me but when we asked for the pizza 25 minutes later the order arrived we were so hungry and they gave us the burnt pizza I was frozen I tell the waitress how I eat it if it's burned 🙈 she answers me if you want I call the manager 🤬🤬🤬🤬 a very unpleasant experience and besides you have to pay for it. was not the problem but the bad time. then I go to the manager and tell him try not to let this happen to someone else The manager tells me if you want I'll make you another pizza and they wait 15 minutes! it was not what i expected really very bad experience and waste my time and money
We went there Friday night and had a rude encounter with one of the hosts. The girl name was eliana. We watched her roll her eyes at one of the other hosts when she was asked to do something. When we got sat we said that we didn’t want to sit there because we needed a highchair and it was to compact. We expressed our concerns and she looked us up and down and it became a get what you get situation. We told her we would like to get on the wait again for a different table she gave us attitude and then we left. Horrible service!
Sunday 10/19/25 at 3PMish. Worst Margarita pizza ever. One side burnt. At least 3 of the slices had no cheese. We were charged for tomato paste over dough at full price of $24 despite the fact that this has been pointed out to the manager. She was so incompetent to remove it or remedy the situation whatsoever.
Very bad experience and terrible customer service. I want to explain what happened first with the cashier, and then with the manager, in the correct order. I arrived at the store and told the cashier that I had an order. I showed my receipt and explained that my order was for three pizzas, all paid for, ordered at different times through the app. The first pizza was ordered at 7:00 p.m. and was ready around 7:25 p.m. The second and third pizzas were ordered around 10:00 p.m. and were ready around 10:30 p.m. I went to pick up the full order at 11:20 p.m. The cashier could not find the full order. After checking, she was only able to find one pizza, corresponding to the last ones that were made. The first pizza from 7:00 p.m. was never found. During this confusion, the cashier tried to give me a pizza that belonged to another customer with a similar name, without properly verifying the receipt or the order. I told her clearly that this was not my pizza and that my order was for three pizzas, not one. Because of the situation, I asked her to call the manager. The manager took about 5 minutes to arrive. From the beginning, he had a bad attitude, with poor body language and no intention of helping. The first thing he said was, “What do you want?” I showed him the receipt again and explained the entire situation. He said that the pizzas had already been picked up, that someone collected them at 9:15 p.m., and that there was nothing he could do. He told me that if I wanted to eat, I would need to place a new order and pay again, and that I should file a complaint with DoorDash. I explained that the order was placed directly through their website, but he insisted it was DoorDash and repeated that he was not going to remake the pizzas or issue a refund. He even refused to look at the receipt I was showing him and ignored me when I asked him to verify the order. After it was clear that no solution was going to be provided, that I was treated poorly and felt humiliated, I admit that I also reacted badly and said some words out of frustration. This happened after being ignored and mistreated throughout the entire interaction. I then turned around to leave, and the manager shut the service window abruptly. Final note: How is it possible that, when this was clearly the store’s mistake, the response was to act this way without offering any solution? They gave my food to someone else without checking a receipt, I ordered the food almost four hours in advance, and they still had the nerve to say they would not remake it or refund my money. I lost my time, my money, and I went home with no food for my family. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable service. I do not recommend this place at all.
We had a reservation for 14 guests that grew to 20 last minute. The hostess was upfront about the wait, and we gladly accepted. Our table servers were excellent, and we ordered food and drinks for everyone, spending over $600. Unfortunately, the experience at the bar ruined the night. Three of us were told by our servers that seats were saved for us at the bar. When I arrived, the bartender immediately scolded me for having a drink in my hand and for “saving seats,” then ignored me when I tried to order—without even letting me explain. I did not ask for seats to be saved; that was arranged by the servers. The bartender’s attitude was rude and completely unprofessional. While the table service was great, the bar service was disrespectful. If it wasnt because food was ordered i would have left the place immediately Based on this experience, I would not return need to do better .
Dined in with family. Atmosphere & service was good. Food was bad. It’s the dough. It’s like the dough was blown and over proofed or they forgot the yeast in the recipe. Either way it ended up as a cracker. And when we got the pizza we couldn’t pull a slice, they didn’t do a good job cutting it. So we had to send it back to recut and I hate sending anything back because it’s embarrassing. The pepperoni is too big, not on the cooks or chef, I’m sure it’s an ownership/company decision because they like the look, but big pepperoni like that renders a lot of grease and it makes the whole thing super greasy. And on a dough that isn’t airy or light, the grease just runs off.
I am still here at your restaurant and for a lunch shift, the attention, empathy, sympathy and patience from Isabel, your server has been second to none. When one has to deal with elderly folks, like mine, the server must have all those qualities and they have been demonstrated. The pizzas, wings and beers fresh, hot and cold. If I may have one thing to say is with as many managers on the floor, no one came to check on us. However, your hostess (redhead lady) more than compensated. Thank you for having us…. After all these things that I said, they just dropped the ball on the 4th quarter and messed up dessert and service at the end. Forget this place

# Descubriendo Park Pizza and Brewing Company: Un Epicentro Gastronómico y Comunitario en Ladera Ranch
