No recomiendo pedir pir DIDI FOODS, en la app no te manda a su numero oficial, y te dan largas

Tardaron 2 horas en traerme el pedido, llegó frío. Cada que pido a domicilio, mínimo espero una hora y vivo a dos cuadras, sobrenaturalmente malo.

El gerente no de hace cargo de dar la cara por la falta de organización que NO tiene su equipo . Jaír Alvarez es un mentiroso y trata de resolver sus falta , el repartidor confirma que salió 10 min previos a la llegada y no coló comentaba el sr Jaír hace más de 15 min “por que llevaba otros pedidos “

Pésimo servicio, llevo la hora acordada esperando y llame para darle seguimiento a mi pedido y no contestan, personas incompetentes, ojalá y el encargado del estacionamiento ponga orden con su personal que no hace bien su trabajo😠😠

Pedi una pizza y llego 1 hr y 15 min esperándola, me trato de comunicar y la llamada se corta, un pésimo servicio para una cadena tan importante. Parece que no les importa, sucursales como estas deberían quitarles la concesión.

Very bad experience with this branch. A few months ago, I decided to order a pizza, but after waiting two hours, I decided to cancel it. There wasn't a major problem (just the inconvenience of not receiving anything). However, I tried to give it another chance a few days ago by ordering again. To my surprise (or perhaps what I already suspected), the pizza never arrived. What was truly worse was that the app notified me that it had already been delivered. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting for it (I'm still within the established period). This happened through Didi Food, but I see that the comments also indicate that it happens on the Domino's platform itself. With all due respect, if you don't want to have an unpleasant experience, go to another branch. Regards.

Don't even bother ordering the "new" Croissant pizza. I placed my order at 10:00 pm, called back at 10:30 pm to ask if they were still delivering it, and they said yes. At 11:40 pm, they told me they didn't have any left and wouldn't deliver it—"or rather, they didn't want to work." But they should have said that from the first call I made, not the second time I called and they said no. To the owner: "Check your staff because at 10:00 pm they don't want to work anymore. Don't pay them for that last hour."

Terrible experience again, today we ordered a pizza through the app at 6:50 PM and at the time I'm writing the review it's 8:43 PM (I live 5-10 minutes away from the pizzeria) and it never arrived, we called and the guy who answered the call commented that the delivery guy was at our address and that we never left. (A total lie because we were outside waiting) Afterwards, we asked them to send the delivery guy again and they haven't done it. We paid by card and now no pizza and no refund. I was waiting for an order for 3 hours that never arrived. It seems to me that they don't even serve people. They should mark it as out of catalog in the applications if they don't want to serve people. I had to call the application support to cancel the product because it couldn't move forward and they marked it as being prepared, which isn't even true.

This place is awful. First of all, the pizza is terrible quality... but what's really unbelievable is that you order through the app... and you're tracking the order on the tracker... and it turns out the app shows it's already been delivered. You call to complain and they give you the stupid excuse that the app has a problem and it automatically marks it as delivered (this after 40 minutes had passed since you placed the order). And when you ask what time your pizza will arrive, they tell you in another 30 minutes... which means your order would break a new record and be delivered 70 minutes after you placed it. This is the worst Domino's Pizza I've seen in 20 years, hands down. And to top it all off... they mock you by giving you a cold pizza. FUCK YOU
