Good food but bad service. They always run out of food options and if you order something that is out of stock they give you something else but don't give you your money back. They don't have everything available on their screen menu, you have to ask for certain things in person.

Although it's supposed to be open until 10 PM, the staff are closing as early as 9:15 PM. Nothing is available; whatever you order, they tell you it will take half an hour, and you have to wait standing up because they've already stacked the chairs on the tables. Since they start cleaning early, they won't let you order food for the dining area, use the tables, or even the restrooms.

Van 2 veces que hago mi pedido y al momento de pasar hacer el pago me dicen que se les terminó algún ingrediente, en esta ocasión se les terminó la salsa Bbq, sé que esas cosas pasan pero creo que una cadena tan grande tenga estos problemas tan seguido no es normal, he leído algunas otras reseñas y vi que no somos a los únicos que les ha pasado esta situación.

Terrible experience on several occasions when purchasing from my car. They make mistakes and have a terrible attitude. Today I visited the store for the last time. The girl who served us had a very lazy and indifferent attitude…the worst part…they didn't have hamburger buns or Coca-Cola. I'll never go back.

I only left one star because I have to leave a review. Horrible experience. They didn't give me my order the way I asked for it. I ordered a hamburger, and besides it being cold, they didn't give me the fries or the soda. It also didn't come with the tomato and onion that were shown in the picture. When I went to tell the manager what was missing, she very kindly gave it to me, but she wouldn't replace the hamburger with the one I had ordered. And when I sat down, the manager and another girl gave us dirty looks, even though they're the ones doing their jobs badly. In short, terrible service. 👎🏻

It's a shame... 40 minutes before closing time, the staff tell you they're "sold out" or that "it would take ages to deliver your order." If you insist, they tell you they only have hamburgers, all so they can go home early. It's a real shame. The manager is awful, only looking out for herself.
