Kabuki Cafe is a popular spot in Epcot's Japan for refreshing shaved ice and quick sushi. Many reviewers recommend it as a great way to cool down on a hot day. Some find the shaved ice doesn't match authentic kakigori, and flavors can be artificial.
Tip: Visit on a hot, humid day for refreshing shaved ice. Try the Blood Orange Sake Mist for a unique flavor.

Teriyaki chicken with ginger salad 10/10 very good and honestly one of the healthiest meals I found in all of the parks
This cute Japanese spot in the Epcot World Showcase Center is just the place if you’re looking for refreshing shaved ice desserts and to fix your sushi cravings. The booth itself is beautifully decorated with traditional Japanese imagery and wood furnishings. The Cast Members are super friendly and have the brightest of smiles! I got their Blue-raspberry Shaved Ice, and my fiancé got their Cherry Shaved Ice. Both were great portions, refreshing, tangy, and delicious! The Blue-raspberry flavour they used wasn’t sickly-sweet, and was evenly put all over the shaved ice. It was the perfect treat to have to beat the Florida Summer heat. Their sushi is premade, but fresh. I really liked their spicy salmon rolls! I definitely recommend this spot for your Japanese cuisine cravings. I will absolutely be back for more of their refreshing shaved ice!
This is the place you want to hit up on a hot, humid summer day! The price is on point for Disney standards and the cast member is extremely kind and friendly. I got the rainbow with sweet milk topping. It hit the spot. I really recommend hit this place up.
Quick service and decent sushi as it's premade, but tasted fresh! Shaved ice hit the spot on a hot humid summer day! I'll surely be back!
Definitely stop here if you are looking for a nice way to get cooled down. Shaved ice is good but the Blood Orange Sake Mist is even better!
Stopped by for the violet drink specialty and some saki! We were advised to try them both separately then mix them together and everything tasted great both ways!! Highly recommend stopping and trying out the drinks!
Delicious and refreshing shaved ice on a blazing HOT 🥵 day!!

The frozen beer is quite a treat! Sushi is good too, but the green stuff is wasabi and you should NOT stick the whole thing in your mouth at once! Learn from my mistakes kids! LEARN.

The service was very fast which was awesome. The shaved ice was good and there was lots of choice for flavors and sauce. The sushi was pretty good, there weren’t many options but definitely something for everyone (veggie, dairy free, etc.). Nothing too special but it was good!
Kabuki Cafe is located in Japan, World Showcase in Epcot. It has a variety of items such as Sushi and Sake, but for me the best thing to get on a hot Florida day is the Kakigore. This is basically a Japanese shave ice. It’s actually more like a snow cone, since shave ice has a much finer/sifter texture of ice. Shave ice is still better in my opinion, but this is still refreshing on a hot day.
They provide a tasteful, decent treat during the food festival.
Need to add more flavor but still very good

We were looking for something to quench our thirst. We found just the item in Japan Pavilion. Here at Kabuki Café, the staffs with sweet smiles greeted us, and yes, they were Japanese! They offer some snacks like edamame, sushi, and some Japanese beer & sake! We wanted one of their kakigori, and while struggling to pick one, one of the female staff told us we can get “rainbow” that comes with three of the most popular flavors. Sold! We got Rainbow Kakigori. It was a good size, especially for the cheap price tag. Tall and packed, and I mean, really packed. We didn’t realize how tightly they packed the ice until we started to “try” to eat it… We had to jam our plastic spoon into it a few time to get a piece, but if we were not too careful, it will just fly into the air with the force! I wish if they didn’t pack the ice so much… Otherwise, it was refreshing and tasty. After we were already eating them, I realized I could’ve have gotten the “sweet milk topping” which is like a drizzle of condensed milk on top for another $1. Well, it was less sweet and more refreshing without it, so I was fine with that.
Got sushi. It is a snack stand but it was the only time I was given something in a plastic container. The Sushi was good but was definitely expecting better presentation. Cast members just grabbed on out the fridge. Felt very awkward with 3 cast members standing talking as I walked up. I felt like I was interrupting their day as I went through the transaction....

Tried the KAKIGORIE in the flavor strawberry with sweetened milk. It was delicious but I wish they layered the condensed milk. There was only a little bit on the very top and I would’ve enjoy it more with the milk in the middle and bottom as well. Great service.

Haven't tried their sushi, but they serve a version of shaved ice called kakigori. It's more akin to a snow cone with lots of food coloring and artificial flavors. I wouldn't recommend it

Got the kakigori melon. I feel like this is a very poor representation of what kakigori is actually like. This was more like shaved ice branded as kakigori just because they have a stall in the Japan section. It's more like a syrup ice cone. Better spend your money elsewhere
This booth should be included with the American section next door not Japan because it tasted like an “American snow cone”Got the strawberry and melon shave ice. Terrible thick ice chucks. Junk flavoring. Please upgrade to a better ice machine. Japanese shave ice is soft like butter. Not crunchy.
I was in line before they closed after a long trip from our hotel just to have their deserts. They denied me. They shut the doors on my children and myself. They admitted they closed early. I stood in line and they took my order but them denied me. Please do not order from here.
They have one bottle with dairy, and the only place in Disney that turned us away because they didn’t want to “take responsibility” for cross contamination of a dairy allergen. Appalling attitude. We got it anyway after pressing them to understand their process. The shaved ice here is the worst i’ve had. Skip this place

Aunque la visión original evolucionó, el parque se dividió en dos áreas principales: Future World (ahora World Discovery, World Nature y World Showcase) y World Showcase.
