Tip: Make sure to get reservations! Some reviewers suggest the salmon, and others recommend asking for more of your favorite dishes.
Talk about bring Texas to you. Amazing service from start to finish. Host very attentive. Servers very friendly so sweet. Food is amazing. They bring you ALL the appetizers first, watermelon, house bread (yum), cucumber salad.. then comes more food. Barbecue chicken, sausage, ribs, and brisket. It was all damn good. Stuff like chuck.. the. They bring out 3 desserts sample to finish putting u in a food coma. Drinks were good n reasonable price for Disney. Prices start at $50pp including soft drinks. Well worth it n i can be a cheap stake. Can't wait to go back again n again..
This is a fun place to eat for people of all ages. The atmosphere is vibrant and enjoyable to look at. The service is great from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave. Make sure you bring your appetite because this is an all you can eat restaurant. We opted for the vegetarian one and I have to say it was fantastic. I did see the regular menu items being delivered to other tables and that food looked just as good.
The restaurant is located in Hollywood Studios. It's actually called Rodeo Roundup BBQ. It's a cool place for some decent bbq. The decorations are nice. The theme setting is like the movie Toy Story. And I especially love when Andy is supposed to come into the room. Everyone in the restaurant freezes in place. It's just so cool. Lol. If you haven't been there, it is a must try, especially for the kids. The drinks were pretty good. We had the Rum punch, which was delicious. And the servers are very nice and engaging. The cost wasn't bad since it's all you can eat.
10/10 — Rodeo Roundup Barbecue at Hollywood Studios If you’re visiting Hollywood Studios and don’t stop at Rodeo Roundup Barbecue, you’re seriously missing out. This is hands-down one of the best dining experiences in the park — both for food and atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, the immersive Toy Story theming is next-level. You’re literally dining inside Andy’s toy roundup, surrounded by oversized playsets, colorful props, and playful details that make you feel like one of the toys. It’s fun without being overwhelming, and both kids and adults will appreciate the creativity and charm. Now let’s talk about the food — because WOW. The barbecue is legitimately excellent, not “theme park good,” but actually good. The meats are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, the sides are comforting and well-seasoned, and everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of meal that leaves everyone at the table happy, full, and already planning a return visit. The service deserves a special shout-out. Cast Members are friendly, efficient, and genuinely warm, making the experience feel relaxed and welcoming even during busy park days. The family-style format is perfect for sharing, sampling everything, and enjoying a sit-down break without feeling rushed. Rodeo Roundup Barbecue nails it on all fronts: immersive theming, fantastic food, great service, and excellent value for a table-service meal at Disney. It’s fun, delicious, and memorable — exactly what Disney dining should be. Final verdict: 10/10. A must-do at Hollywood Studios, and easily one of the best meals on property
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is exactly what you’d expect from a restaurant hosted by Andy’s toys—fun, lively, and full of down-home flavour. From the moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by colourful décor, playful Toy Story touches, and that signature Disney attention to detail. Main Course – Meat Platter (Smoked Ribs, Beef Brisket, Pork Sausage, BBQ Chicken): The meat platter is a carnivore’s dream. Every item brings something different to the table. The smoked ribs were tender and flavorful, falling right off the bone with a nice smoky finish. The beef brisket was rich and juicy, with just the right amount of char on the edges. The pork sausage added a nice bit of spice, and the BBQ chicken was moist and perfectly glazed with a tangy-sweet sauce. Altogether, it’s a hearty, satisfying mix that really captures that backyard barbecue feel. Sides – Beans & Corn on the Cob: The cowboy beans were smoky and slightly sweet, a perfect complement to the meats. The corn on the cob was buttery and grilled just enough to bring out a great roasted flavour—simple but spot-on. Overall: Roundup Rodeo BBQ delivers on fun and flavour in equal measure. The family-style setup makes it feel like a big, friendly cookout, and the theming keeps you smiling from start to finish. It’s a must-do for BBQ lovers and Toy Story fans alike—just make sure you come hungry!
I don’t understand the bad reviews for this place! For $50 a person, you get such a fun experience and lots of great food. My husband got the bbq plate and I got the plant-based plate, we really enjoyed both. Plant-based “meats” can be a little hit or miss, so I was pleasantly surprised for how good mine was. Our server Lucas, was fabulous and hooked us up with extra sides, desserts, and kept the food coming. I was a little worried about it being too much of a “kids” restaurant, but I really enjoyed the fun and whimsical atmosphere. If you are expecting a sophisticated 5-star dining experience, this is probably not the spot for you. However, if you like the fun and magic of Disney, and want the most bang for your buck for food, I definitely recommend this place!
this place is an AYCE pre-fixed family-style restaurant! it’s about ~$50 per person. MAKE SURE TO GET THE SALMON. it was so light, hot, melts in your mouth good!!!! our server Maria never left any of our cups empty! she was so attentive and kind. their chicken reminds me a lot of peruvian rotisserie chicken, brisket is very very dry, ribs were yummy! their tots, corn on the cob (although they put wayyyy too much cotija cheese), and cucumber salad were my most favorite sides. desserts were served in shooter little cups and it was nice to have a little of everything! the inside is BEAUTIFUL! they really captured the toy story movie well.
You are mainly paying for the experience - but the food was very good as well. Staff were very friendly, funny, and remained in character, and we were never left long without being asked if we needed more of anything or drinks. Biscuits were fantastic, buttery with a hint of salty, salads were admittedly strange at first (watermelon and tomato with onion and cucumber), but they were a nice option later to break up the flavour of meat. The meat we had was very nicely cooked and seasoned, with the exception of the brisket which I would not recommend. Noteworthy were the ribs - so meaty and perfectly sauced and tender, and the corn however I agree with other reviews that the subsequent portions you receive have way too much Parmesan for some reason. Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and tater sides were very good as well. The only downside is that everything fills you up very quickly. We had less favourable opinions on the deserts, but I’m sure it would cater more to a larger group with wider preferences. A few of them were good, and a few we would not finish. It is expensive but it’s an experience more than anything with a good, substantial meal.
The star was the Mac and Cheese! Wow! The tiny spiral noodles in velvety cheese. I'll be dreaming of this for a long time! You definitely need to make reservations! It's $50 all you can eat, but it's served to your table family style. The brisket and ribs are amazing! It's plenty of food for the price. The strawberry lemonade was so refreshing! It's cute when Andy comes by on the speaker! 🔊 Everyone has to freeze as a toy. The little dessert Parfaits are very good too! The atmosphere and decor are perfect, and it's really a fantastic dining experience.
It's within The Disney Hollywood studios park, within Toy story land. It is Toy Story themed. Such a fun atmosphere and food is served family style at your individual table for your party only. Sooo yummy and fun for all ages!!! Enjoy!!

A fun a tasty experience! Loved the family style meal and being part of the act without having to interrupt dining time or conversation (for more than 30 seconds at a time). All-inclusive buffet style dining and delicious bbq/southern style.
Awesome atmosphere. The food is all pretty good. We ask for more brisket and they brought us a nice size portion of it. Everything is served all you can eat family style. The kids loved all of the colors and the character models. The place is HUGE on the inside! So much space for seating.

This was my second visit here, and I have to say, the all-you-can-eat BBQ is fantastic! Amitspher is amazing, and you're supposed to be a toy, which makes it even more fun. When the kid returns, the whole restaurant pauses and freezes until he leaves—that's both adorable and entertaining for the kids. The food was delicious, especially the cheese biscuits with jelly—those are a must! The ribs were tasty, and though the pulled pork was a bit dry, adding BBQ sauce helps a lot. The Mexican street corn on the cob was excellent, and the beans and cucumber salad were pretty good too. Overall, great food, lots of fun for the kids, and such friendly staff—it's really a wonderful place to enjoy a meal.
We absolutely found the food to be really delicious, the atmosphere was sublime, we had a lot of fun. The issue that we had was, we could not take our leftovers. We did not even ask for second portions of anything because it was such a big portions. But you should allow people to bring their leftovers because we are paying for it.
The restaurant has an amazing theme, perfect for Toy Story fans. We loved the menu: the salad was very tasty, the bread was warm, and the meats and sides were very flavorful! I loved the mac and cheese! The desserts weren't anything special, okay. The staff were very kind, but they were slow to check for drink refills. The restroom wasn't in good condition, which was a shame! But overall, even if it was a bit more expensive, it was a great experience! We'll be back.
We had a great time at Roundup Rodeo BBQ! The atmosphere was fun and creative, perfect for Disney’s Toy Story Land. The cheddar biscuits were absolutely delicious—soft, cheesy, and paired perfectly with the sweet pepper jelly. The ribs were tender and flavorful, definitely one of the standout items. Our server Walter was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The reason for 4 stars is the pacing between courses felt a little rushed, and desserts doesn't have that WOW!. Still, a great dining experience overall and worth a visit!
They have the best salmon I’ve ever had! And also their biscuit! Other were just average! But nice experience overall

Staff were amazing and in character the whole time! Loved the characters dropping in on the intercom. Also catered to vegetarians and vegans well! Our server was happy to go through what we did and did not want and brought us extras of our favourites whenever we asked. The mac and cheese was especially good!

Rodeo Roundup Barbecue has been on my daughter’s bucket list since it opened, so we made reservations for our visit to Hollywood Studios. While I can see the atmosphere might be fun for Disney lovers and kids, it falls short on the food and service. I did not read reviews before booking a reservation as I wanted to go with an open mind for our experience. (I will not do that again.) First, the Prospector’s Biscuits and jelly were good-4/5; the tomato salad is a solid 4/5, and I would give the watermelon salad a 2/5 (very little mint). The platter of smoked items was very disappointing; the best item on it was the chicken because the ribs were dry, and the bratwurst was super spicy (2/5). The mac and cheese was the best side item (4/5); the slaw was ok (3/5), and the corn was cold. As for the baked beans, they were not good at all (1/5), and the tater tots are basic tater tots. While the ambience with “freeze, Andy is coming,” is probably fun for some, not a ton of people were into it. Our food was cold, and our waiter was super nice when we did see him. The mini desserts were good (lemon blueberry cheese cake and chocolate silk pie) 3/5. I really wanted to enjoy this experience, but after dropping $107 (not including tip), it’s a one and done for me, and I would not recommend this. Save your money and time.
When Disney commits to a theme; BOY DO THEY COMMIT! I felt like I was transported into the Toy Story world. The atmosphere and the theatrics we were encouraged to join in on between courses made this dining experience all the more special. When it was announced that “Andy’s coming”, we, “the toys” had to freeze until the coast was clear. We also got to practice our roars with Rex and that was pretty funny to see a bunch of adults finding their inner child again. My favorite part of the meal was actually the first course of the tomato and cucumber salad and the watermelon salad. Super light and refreshing on a June day. Also the cheddar biscuits and pepper jelly were an unexpected combination I never knew I needed. I’d come back just to eat those three things! The only reason I only gave a three is because the main course wasn’t the best barbecue and the sides were ehh. The chicken was dry and the ribs while looked good weren’t that flavorful. The brisket was decent though

We had reservations for 430. Loved the setting, service and fun. Staff were great! Food, meat in particular was really bad. Sausage roll… ok…. Ribs had a spicy rub that not everyone could enjoy eating the ribs. Brisket , bland and not very tender, like a good brisket should be. The chicken was…. I’m not sure? It says it was bbq but it was just not good. One bite from each of us, we had 6 people, and none of ate anymore. Great place but Disney really needs to work on the food!
⭐️ 1/5 – Amazing Theme, Great Service… but the Food Was Shockingly Bad My wife and I visited Woody’s Roundup Rodeo BBQ on November 14, 2025, around 4:30 PM with a reservation. She had been wanting to try this place for a long time, so we finally went. Even with a reservation, we still waited about 45 minutes after checking in before being seated. Our waitress, Mimi, was great—friendly, attentive, and overall did an excellent job. The theming and atmosphere of the restaurant were also fantastic. Disney nailed the concept, and visually the place is awesome. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The restaurant uses an all-you-care-to-enjoy menu, meaning you get everything on their preset menu and can ask for more. Great idea… but the food itself was the problem, and honestly the reason I’m giving this place one star. Starters They serve cheese-infused biscuits, watermelon, and a cucumber onion salad. The biscuits were good, but that’s about it. Sides This is where it starts going downhill: • Mac and cheese – the blandest mac we have ever tasted. • Baked beans – confused flavor, bland, honestly unpleasant. • Tater tots – okay, but they’re premade so it’s hard to mess them up. • Coleslaw – not good at all. • Roasted corn – decent but so overly salted it ruins it. The Meats (the entire reason we came…) This was the most disappointing part of the whole meal: • Chicken – completely inedible. My wife took one bite and told me not to try it. I tried it anyway… and regretted it. • Sausage – not good. • Ribs – edible but tasted like the premade kind that just get reheated and sauced. • Brisket – the best thing we had, and even then it was dry and they only give you two tiny slices at a time. Desserts Served in shooter-style cups. Pretty decent, but nothing special. Final Thoughts The food was extremely poor, especially for $50 per person, and that completely ruined the experience. Great service and great theming can’t save a restaurant when the food is this disappointing. My wife and I left feeling frustrated because the concept is fantastic—but the execution is nowhere close. For us, this was a one-star experience all around, and we definitely won’t be returning.
THE QUALITY OF BARBECUE WAS SO BAD.. All the beef was bit tough, dry and cheap flavored. Amazing vibe, great service but the barbecue was so disappointing. All the sides were good and the dessert was mid. The lowest dining I’ve had in disney property. If u eat a lot, the 50$/person will worth it but there’s no value to order another plate of this cheap and dry beef. If u really craving barbecue, I recommend the flaming tree at Animal Kingdom. It’s a cheap quick service restaurant but WAY better than here, trust me.

I am going to be completely honest. Besides the atmosphere being over the top and fitting perfectly with the Toy Story theme, this was the absolute worst food. I thought that everything tasted awful from the brisket, to the mac and cheese, to the dessert. All of it was gross. The staff are kind and service was perfectly fine but, how do you not have any option for chicken tenders or even French fries as even a side option? This restaurant is based on a child’s movie and you have no options that children eat? And to top it all off? You are basically paying for a character dinning experience with no characters! I won’t ever return and I recommend never going in the first place. I am warning you all, as I wish someone had warned me… don’t waste your time.
