We went for our anniversary and had a phenomenal time! The food was excellent! David (from Cincinnati) took his time to talk through the menu and recommendations and guest favorites. We ended up changing 1 of our orders to the Wagyu steak per his recommendation and it did not disappoint! It is definitely pricey so we'll probably only go on special occasions, but we for sure will be back!
I have to say honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in Orlando. Just everything was great. David our seasoned server was great and really guided us through the menu. Lobster bisque great. Beef carpaccio stellar. Brussel sprouts delicious. Ribeye cooked perfectly potatoes gratin just delicious. Blue cheese sauce so good. Only thing that I would want is crispier truffle fries. Oh and the Chocolate cake was just so perfect at the end of an already great birthday meal. This is a Really special place that just happens to be at a theme park resort hotel.
The food here was absolutely amazing. The kids menu was excellent and inexpensive. My son got the steak, fries, and Mixkey puzzle. The mickey puzzle was made from white chocolate and came with icing he could paint with. We got the ribeye and it was so tender and flavorful. It came with a potato stack with a white cheese sauce.-Amazing! The house made onion bread was so good my son who doesn't eat bread at a whole roll. The lemon cake was so airy and creamy and the chocolate mouse cake that was given to us for our anniversary was fabulous and so decadent. The waitress Kathy was very kind and knowledgeable. Another waitess noticed my son was cold and brought him a fresh tablecloth to wrap around him. Somewhat elegant, was perfect for our anniversary dinner.
We’ve been to some great fine dining steakhouses. I say this because the filet I had here is the best I’ve ever had. Not to mention the mashed potatoes. They were the creamiest mashed potatoes I’ve ever had as well. My husband got the 14 oz prime rib with gratin potatoes. My espresso martini was delicious as well. Hands down the best meal. David our server made everything even better. He was amazing, knowledgeable, and very friendly. This is a must when at Disney.
Amazing place and amazing food. We took several entrees, the places served additional bread and butter for free. The onion bread wonderful, soft with strong flavour of onion, i couldnt help myself from filling myself even before the rest of the meal came up. Ribeye steak- smooth and soft texture but with somwhat weak flavour. Only the crust had strong flavour, overall good dish. We took several side dishes with the steak. Mushrooms in wine- tasty and juicy, excelent. Brussel sprout- great flavours, mixure of sweet, bitter and salty, which i realy liked.
My favorite Disney restaurant! Came here for the first time this past Disney trip and I can’t believe we didn’t try it sooner. The bread service with a whole head of roasted garlic was amazing. Our server Katelyn was great. Both my filet and my husband’s ribeye were cooked perfect. I can not say enough good things about this restaurant and can’t wait to come back.
What an amazing meal! Top shelf professional wait staff, amazing meal and desserts that change every season! This is our favorite place to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries. The prices are high, but the quality is top notch.
Dan/ Daniil our server from Lithuania was fantastic- incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. We had a great meal for our last night at the park. Advice to all- get the onion bread
Our favorite restaurant and our “Uncle Walt” Thomas. We love you, so happy for your retirement. We will miss seeing you and are praying for you family always. Be sure and get the Caesar salad, chocolate cake ala mode, and splurge on the wagyu NY strip!
Amazing experience! This was our second time dining here and it’s become our favorite restaurant at Disney. The kitchen is a machine! The food they’re putting out is top notch. Compliment them, and listen to them thank the chef in unison! Service was outstanding! We will return!
Very fine restaurant located at Disney’s EPCOT resort area. Very pleasant atmosphere, and everyone is super friendly as you would expect from Disney employees. The service was excellent, all of our food arrived together in a timely manner for our party of 4 adults. We had 2 young children in our party, and they provided us with booster seats. The food was delicious! The huge 22 oz ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare, and was outstanding, as was the 7oz filet mignon. The meals cost $68 and $62, but you get what you pay for, and it was worth it in my opinion. The sea bass was also excellent at $59, cooked to perfection and quite good. All the side dishes were very tasty as well. We split a chocolate cake dessert, which was good, but I thought overpriced at $16. All in all, a very good experience, we all agreed how much we enjoyed it and will definitely be back
One of the best restaurants on the Disney property! Amazing ambiance and a really friendly staff who made our experience special. All of the appetizers were good but the main attraction is their sirloin. Perfectly cooked, tender, and a ton of flavor. The must try item on the menu. Definitely make a reservation !
This place is truly amazing. Our waiter, Brandon, was very good at his job. It was amazing food, and great service. I would recommend this place every time. Definitely an expensive place but definitely worth it.

Had a beautiful dinner here recently and what a gem it is. Beautiful wood-trim steakhouse with a great view of the Yacht Club and Beach Club pool. Reasonable prices considering the fare and the service. We got the 7oz filet mignon, the 22oz ribeye, the mushrooms, and the hot honey brussels sprouts. What a treat and A+ service from Miguel! New favorite steakhouse! :)

8/30/2025 Update. Still as great as it was. They have Wagyu Steaks now!!! And the Creme Brulee was awesome. Excellent service and perfectly cooked steak! David was our server, was very attentive and was first class from start to finish. They also have Gluten free options.
I took my significant other to celebrate a birthday and our anniversary. I wanted to go some place special and I was totally satisfied at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. The atmosphere is elegant and the food is delicious. Their steaks are cooked to perfection and they pair well with the wine that is available. We had the NY strip and the Ribeye. We paired it with a Malbach red wine. Don’t forget desert. I had the signature chocolate cake. It was decadent and I took half of it home. Our server was personable and professional. She was very attentive to what was going on at our table. We live in Orlando area and the drive is worth going to the Yachtsman Steakhouse.
This was an amazing experience! The food was amazing!! I highly recommend the lobster bisque for an appetizer! I also recommend the fillet mignon for an entrée! And to finish out for dessert I highly recommend the the signature chocolate cake! The service was AMAZING!! SHOUT OUT TO OUR WAITER MIGUEL HE WAS AWESOME!!!! The atmosphere was GREAT! So clean so nice and was just amazing!! This was an amazing experience for us for so many more reasons but these were just some of the reasons why I highly recommend this restaurant!!

The Waiter (named Bao) had been there 6 years, which is always a good sign and he offered A+ service and recommendations. Four of us had the lobster bisque, which he said takes 3 days to prepare and the result was the best I’ve ever tried. We shared two dishes—the fettuccini with added chicken and the bone-in ribeye—and they were superb. Asking for a good cab, Bao suggested one the restaurant has been serving for years, the Chappellet Mountain Cuvée, which was very good, a strong one best with steak and I highly recommend it. We had the chocolate cake for dessert, which was extra yummy and above the typical good chocolate cake, extra moist. Outstanding restaurant, far better than I had expected even for a prime Disney hotel.
10/10 experience. Our server Brandon was impeccable. Shrimp cocktail, wedge salad & French onion soup were truly perfect. Steaks cooked to perfection. And they acknowledged our anniversary we were celebrating with a complimentary little Mickey flourless torte. Highly, highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Excellent Service and Atmosphere, Slightly Missed on the Steak Dining at The Yachtsman Steakhouse was a wonderful experience overall. True Disney fine dining with the level of service you’d expect from a high-end restaurant. 🍽 Service & Atmosphere The service was absolutely top-tier. Our waiter was clearly professionally trained — from the precision in how dishes were presented and cleared to the careful table maintenance between courses. Crumbs brushed away, fresh cutlery set, perfectly timed pacing — it all reflected a polished, refined dining experience. The atmosphere was elegant but not stuffy, maintaining Disney’s welcoming warmth while still offering a quiet, upscale escape from the parks. 🥩 Food & Drinks The food was generally very good, though there were a couple of misses. Steak: I ordered my steak Chicago medium rare, but it came out Chicago blue — much rarer than expected. I still ate and enjoyed it, but it wasn’t quite what I’d requested. Our waiter was ready to return it, but I decided to keep it. Sides: Outstanding. The Brussels sprouts had a touch of sweetness and were perfectly cooked. The creamed spinach was rich, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Caesar Salad: Simply excellent — crisp, well-dressed, and balanced. One of the best I’ve had. Dessert: The lemon meringue pie was the only real disappointment for me. It was more of a cake-style pie and just didn’t hit the mark flavor-wise. 💰 Value For a signature Disney restaurant, prices were quite reasonable given the quality of service, presentation, and setting inside the Yacht Club Resort. --- Final Verdict: A refined dining experience with world-class service and great food overall, even if my steak was slightly underdone. The atmosphere and professionalism more than made up for it. Would definitely return and recommend.
I would like to give six thumbs up to our Waitress, miss bonny because she made my first experience absolutely phenomenal
Nice atmosphere, very classy, I had the sea bass which was excellent. The rest of the group had filet mignon which were good but nothing amazing. Very expensive too…so definitely a special occasion type meal. Service kind of slow but was a busy Saturday night. We got seated right at reservation time which was a plus.
Roasted garlic with bread was awesome. Old fashion with candied bacon was xpensive but delish. French onion soup was sooooo salty and barely any onions, not good. Ribeye was very good as were the corn and creamed spinach sides. Kids meal was perfect, good size steak with fries and green beans. Service was excellent. Will definitely go back.

The food was great, but the quality of the children's meals could be better in this price range.

So when you go to a Disney World restaurant expect that you'll be paying for a high end meal but end up with a average one at best. Disney is not selling Michelin, they're selling Disney. So if you do that you can't be disappointed and yet I was. The dinning area we were placed in was very nice but the table for four would probably have been better for two. The dinning area was pretty covered by tables and diners proving the staff to be extremely skilled in their service. Our challenge was that between two glasses (water and soda), an entree plate, light in the center of the table and two vegetable plates to be shared, it was cramped and a culinary obstacle course. So I got the preliminarily experience out of that way let's move on to the meals. Only two appetizers were ordered, the Lobster Bisque which was presented very well but was a bit underwhelming. Then there was the Pork Belly. Now pork bellly, when executed correctly, should just melt in your mouth. The joy of the pork belly if the rendered fat and tender meat. NEITHER existed with this fish. Where the Lobster Bisque was underwhelming, the Pork Belly was a criminal offense. The table ordered one Filet Mignon, one New York Strip and two Bone-in Ribeyes. The Filet was a good piece of meat, and cooked perfectly to a medium. The New York Strip and Bone-in Ribeyes were not close to the quality of the pricing. These were priced like Capital Grille and delivered more like a Texas Roadhouse without the execution. My ribeye was accompanied by a crab cake on top. Yes it had crab on it, but that cake was all shape and nothing else. Don't get me wrong, I prefer my crab cakes aren't mostly filler, but I also expect a little effort in creating a dining experience. The entrees were served with either mashed potatoes, flavorless or scalloped potatoes. The scalloped potatoes were one of the two best tings about this meal. Enough so my wife gave up on her mashed potatoes and told k over my scalloped potatoes and asparagus. There were also two sides ordered, creamed spinach which, here we go again, was underwhelming and the second star of the night, the brussel sprouts. Best flavor of the evening hands down. These were excellent. The meal was finished off with chocolate cake that was fine. Overall I gave this restaurant 2 stars and would never go back. The experience was not worth the almost $500 cost that included a $100 tip (with no alcoholic beverages ordered). Definitely not when there are some AMAZING steakhouses in the area both chain and local that will deliver excellent aged cuts of beef. My personal favorite is F&D Prime Modern Steakhouse in Lake Mary, but I also think STK in Disney Springs delivers a much better culinary experience at the same if not slightly higher costs. So the only question I have for such a disappointing experience is, is it laziness, cost control or just a rush to deliver servings that led the such a blah dinner? Or maybe it's Disney arrogance that their visitors will pay anything just to say I did it? Neither is good and pride should matter which here it clearly didn't.
