Sake Bar (Shiki-Sai) offers a great sushi experience, with fresh, beautifully plated sushi and excellent service. Many reviewers highlight the sushi quality and attentive service. Some mention high prices and overly sweet sauces.
Tip: Make reservations in advance, especially if you want to eat at a specific time or during peak season. Some reviewers recommend trying to time your meal to coincide with the Epcot fireworks.

So let me tell you about a place called Shiki Sai. First off our server was extremely professional, helpful, answered our questions about the menu and she made sure we had enough space in the restaurant to fit our stroller since one of our kids was sleeping. Food is excellent. My sushi was made perfectly and the kids options.. is safe to say are child approved. My wife had the Ramen with the duck and it was delicious. I wish I would've ordered some as well with how good it was. You also get some good views of Epcot and the Japanese town around the restaurant. My wife definitely made the right choice for dinner. Thank you again for everything
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Experience! Sushi Katana completely exceeded my expectations. The sushi was fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor — easily some of the best I’ve had in Orlando. The presentation was stunning, and every roll was a masterpiece. What truly made the experience special was the owner’s hospitality — he treated us like family and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to find service and food quality that impressive. Highly recommend Sushi Katana to anyone who loves great sushi, great vibes, and genuine care. 🍣💯
Excellent meal and service at Shiki-Sai in the Japan section of Epcot. We were able to get a reservation, and we were promptly seated when we arrived. Eating anywhere in Epcot for a sit down meal basically requires a reservation, so make sure you make one as far in advance as possible. Also, when making a reservation, make sure you make it in the correct restaurant as there is a Teppan restaurant (chef prepares food on a grill in front of you) in the same building. This restaurant primarily serve sushi. The decor in here is outstanding. Authentic Japanese decor that gave you the illusion that you were dining in Japan. For dinner, we had the six piece assorted Kushi. The dish consisted of two beef, two chicken and two shrimp skewers. Excellent flavor with the beef being the best. Highly recommend it. We then had two orders of the. Kappa Maki Roll (cucumber) and an order of the shrimp tempura roll. Very good. We finished off with the Ichigo Parfait (strawberries, cheesecake and vanilla ice cream) and Mochi ice cream. Love the plate presentation on the mochi! The parfait was okay and I probably wouldn’t order that again. Overall, a very good meal. Very efficient on getting us in and out without feeling rushed. Enjoy!
Great experience! The Atmosphere was spot on, the service exceptional, and the food very good. I had three items to eat and 1 of the three was exceptional, the other two, good. Bluefin Chu-Toro was unreal! It was exceptionally clean tasting and FRESH. Truly the start here. The Beef Kushi (Skewer) was OK. It had good flavor but was unfortunately a bit dry, although not tough so it was not overcooked. Just dry. The Beef Yaki-Udon was quite good but needed more “beef” in it. Good dish, just not great. Maybe the toro should have come last LOL.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive. Even during the holiday season, both the food and the service maintained great quality and high standards.
Absolutely amazing! The food, service and atmosphere are amazing! We were spending a day for family and this restaurant was perfect! Highly recommend!
I went with the family and one child said it was the best meal they’ve ever had and the other devoured their plate to be able to watch the fireworks on the balcony while the rest of us watched from inside. Food was great, service equally so, and the Lavender Sake one of the best drinks I’ve ever had! A great meal and experience.
Always wonderful quality food. Beautifully plated. Delicious drinks that are also fun to look at. Service is top tier and efficient. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this restaurant. If you like sushi, its a MUST!
I had a GREAT experience here. Was able to get walk up seating (not recommended), meal was DELICIOUS. Service was great. I definitely would come back, and can’t wait until I do so! I had the Kobore roll which the server brings out the toppings to mix for you and “overflows” it on top of your roll. I also had an egg and seafood umami soufflé type dish which was on their seasonal summer menu, this was SO unique and amazing. I’m honestly so impressed with the taste and quality of what I ordered. 10/10 would recommend.
Our family had an awesome experience here! Their sushi is simply amazing. We decided to get the $300 Sushi Boat. The sushi boat has the biggest verity of sushi and sashimi. The views are wonderful. On a Wednesday evening, our wait was only 15min. Once we finished eating, the fireworks began! What a great time!
Good experience and food. Food showed no mercy. Ate here before seeing Ralph Macchio for Candlelight Processional.
2nd time coming here and was just as impressed as the first time. The food is fantastic! Service is impeccable and it's relatively affordable! Definitely think about giving this place a try if you're in Epcot. I doubt you'll be left disappointed!
I always eat at Shiki sai when I’m visiting Disneyworld. Sea urchin is so fresh and so sweet!
This was one of my favorite dining experiences on our whole Disney trip. The service was phenomenal (our server’s name was Hana, and she explained our dining plan to us which was amazing). Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had.

The new renovation of this restaurant is perfect in every way! Definitely will visit again.
Food was good the octopus balls were good but the wagyu gyoza was very disappointing had flavor but was too fatty and flavors didn’t work very well together. Sushi rolls we got were great and were delicious and very fresh. Service is good a bit slow sometimes and can take a while to refill water. Theme was excellent and had lots of Japanese flair and design. Had an average price for a Disney food restaurant. Would recommend to anyone looking for authentic Japanese food in EPCOT world showcase.
Service is nice. Highly recommended for advanced reservations. Overall, the sauce is a bit too sweet for me. Beef omu udon Portion is good but the stone pot is a bit too little. Price is a bit too high.
Appetizers were amazing and fairly priced. The sushi I believe is hit or miss depending on the item. Highly priced and one was incredible however the other lacked some flavor. Other than that it was very delightful and had an incredible view of the night time show. Would go back again and was extremely happy.

Visited in December of 2025. The food was better than expected as my expectations for theme park sushi were not very high. You won't be blown away if comparing to your favorite go-to big city sushi spot, however the food was solid. Fish was all fresh and a large variety was available. We ordered the sushi bridge and a variety of appetizers/ala carte sashimi. Cocktails and saki were also great.
Great service, great atmosphere, food presentation is top notch, but food flavor and quality was overcooked, dry, or old during our first experience. Seiko Sushi Sand Lake is far better tasting and fresher with respect to the few dishes we tried, especially the edamame. -Salmon from the izakaya plate selection tasted a tad burnt, but was delicious overall. I would recommend it if you enjoy salmon. -Rice in sushi (snow crab california roll) and Unagi Don is a tad on the dry side, but edible. -Edemame is worse than if you cooked it from a frozen pack at home. Hands down the worst edamame I have ever tasted, couldn't finish it. -Summer's End alcoholic beverage was wonderful. Overall, for a Disney-Epcot restaurant, it is nice and the experience is there. You have authentic Japanese staff dressed in native Japanese outfits who also are very accommodating and polite.

This was probably the worst sushi I have eaten in many years. Aside from the sushi, every dish was bad. The miso with clams had a nice broth flavor but the clams were putrid. The following dish was some sort of tuna-tar-tar but was drowning in a vinegar sauce that was awful. Then the pathetic $50 plate of sushi was difficult to eat: the fish was on the warm side, there were few prime pieces the rest was brined and second-rate fish. With the exception of the salmon and eel, every piece of fish was no better than supermarket sushi(in flavor) and I’ve had MUCH better sushi at Whole Foods and various delicatessens which I enjoyed a lot more than the $140 I tossed away for this meal. The girls working were pretty and polite and the service is great. It’s a beautiful location with a wonderful view of World Showcase.

WORST DISNEY DINING EXPERIENCE! Extremely disappointed with Shiki-Sai. We had an 8:40 PM reservation, seated at 8:45, and ordered cocktails, appetizers, and entrees. Shortly into our entrees, staff were already Windexing windows at 9:20. Around 9:25, while still eating, our server asked if we wanted anything else, so I ordered another cocktail. At 9:35, another server brought the check, saying the kitchen was closed. We told her we were looking forward to green tea ice cream, she said, “Oh, I can do that,” but to our disgust, a third staff member brought it in a paper to-go cup with the payment device. If Disney accepts 8:40–9:00 reservations, guests should not be rushed or feel like an inconvenience. Serving dessert in a to-go cup while pushing the check is disrespectful, not the Disney standard. On top of that, the sushi was low quality, and my entrees were overly salty/MSG-heavy leaving us all feeling swollen. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Junmai: Significa "puro arroz".
