My wife had the smoke turkey sandwich and I had the pull pork sandwich with apple slaw and all we can say is DELICIOUS! The food was on point from beginning to end. She had the waffle fries with a seasoning that reminds me of a potato chip back home which was really good. I had the street corn, OMG! When we come back definitely gonna go back. The service was very awesome and the atmosphere was too
If you ever have the opportunity, you must try The Polite Pig. I’ll admit, I originally walked right past it because the idea of standing in a long line only to then battle for a table didn’t exactly scream “vacation relaxation.” But on day two, the stars aligned and an empty barstool practically waved me over—so I took it. The bartenders were fast, friendly, and incredibly informative. I ordered the chicken wings and the street corn. At $16 for six wings and $6 for the corn, it is—by Disney Springs standards—practically a bargain. And honestly, these might be the best wings I’ve ever had. The staff explained that the wings are smoked and then deep-fried, and however they pull off this magic, it’s damn good. It was so good, in fact, that I came back the very next night. This time, we had the Dinner for Two for $45 plus a beer flight for $10. The spread—chicken, pulled pork, brisket, sausage, cornbread, coleslaw, pickles, and two sides (we chose the mac and cheese and, of course, more street corn)—was more than enough for two people. And every single thing was excellent. It ended up being the best BBQ I’ve had and easily my favorite stop during my five-day visit. The Polite Pig is absolutely a must-do in Disney Springs. Just keep an eye out for that open barstool—it may change your whole vacation.
Finally gave this place a chance after a long time. There will be a line before you order, but it moves quickly. There’s also a great atmosphere here. Don’t be alarmed by the amount of ‘reserved’ tables, it’s for people that already placed an order. The service was also accommodating for us. The food itself is the best part. It can get spicy for many people, but it’s enjoyable. I liked my sausage as well as my sweet potato tots. I also recommend mixing the Mac & Cheese if you get them. Overall, this place deserves the fame and I recommend going here.
Great experience at The Polite Pig in Disney Springs! Definitely worth it. Staff were super attentive and helpful! The sliders were super tasty and the waffle fries were amazing. They offer delicious house sauces that you should definitely try. Loved the beer-pitcher option to share and the ambiance was great. Will definitely visit again.
I absolutely love this place! A must stop for me every visit! They have my favorite old fashioned on property, made with buffalo trace private barrel, made exclusively for Disney. All the ones with red boxes are exclusives. They have some really good fries and the pickles are some of the best. As if you couldn’t tell lol. I haven’t tried the bbq before because im from Texas so i like to eat things i cant get at home on vacation but ive heard its good. The bartenders are super chill and there is indoor and outdoor seating for both the bar and tables. They also have cheap fireball shots if its that kind of day or night lol
Everything the exceptional here. Bbq was good, the beer was cold. I got a side of Mac and cheese and that was great. The wife liked the salmon. The serving sizes were perfect. The service was on point. Lots of workers and they took care.
Really good bbq in Disney springs, the line moves pretty quickly and they have tables to eat at and will drop your food off. The brussel sprouts and macaroni and cheese are incredibly and a highlight! The brisket and ribs are probably the best of the meats. Didn't care for the sausage, pulled pork and the chicken was just fine. The butcher board can be a good deal if you are sharing and want to try everything!
I absolutely love coming to this place. I’m usually here at the time of year when they have a chef special called the open faced turkey smash. It’s turkey with all the trimmings. Stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce on a thick piece of Texas toast. Pair it with a side of the best mac & cheese in Disney World. And don’t forget to pick up a few custom sauces at the sauce bar in the dining room. It’s supercalifrag-delicious barbecue!
The Polite Pig is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner while at Disney Springs! You walk in and order, then find some seats and the staff brings your order to your table. The chicken and turkey were both juicy and well seasoned, all the sides were great and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Reasonably priced and great food. Plus they have a very large selection of bourbons. Definitely will eat here again!
The concept of this place is order at the counter, pick a table and your food will find you! The service was fast and the staff super friendly. I highly recommend you mind the hour you’d like to dine in because for dinner the lines were insane! The wings were recommended by the cashier and they did not disappoint, the veggies are very tasty too! The sandwiches are very big.
Amazing BBQ spot! I tried their brisket sandwich, and it was absolutely fantastic tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, perfect for enjoying some great BBQ. Highly recommend it if you love brisket! 🥩🔥
We loved this little quick service spot that actually turned into a table service situation after sitting down. We ordered the food, we had a server come to the table, we ordered more from her, it was lovely! We enjoyed the turkey, sangria, beers, and we even got to get the little pig everyone talks about in my drink!
The Polite Pig quickly became my favorite restaurant on our entire Disney trip! So much so that we ended up going twice because it was just that good. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. I ordered Layla's ribs both times, and they were absolutely delicious, tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The sauce they served with the ribs had such a great balance of sweet and smoky flavors. I couldn’t get enough of it! The waffle fries were crispy and seasoned just right, making them the perfect side to pair with the ribs. The pulled pork sandwich was another standout, it was packed with flavor and so juicy. It’s hard to find a pulled pork sandwich that hits all the right notes, but this one nailed it. And don’t even get me started on the dessert. The blueberry bread pudding was one of the best I’ve ever had! It was so rich and flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and tart from the blueberries. I could’ve eaten a whole second serving! If you’re visiting Disney Springs, The Polite Pig is a must-visit. The food was incredible, the service was friendly, and everything about the experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!
We had such a fantastic experience at The Polite Pig in Disney Springs! The line looked long at first, but it moved quickly — about a 15-minute wait. We were handed menus before reaching the register, which made ordering smooth and stress-free. The service was absolutely top notch — every staff member we encountered was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. They checked in several times during our meal, asked if we needed anything, and even brought us boxes without us having to ask. Now for the food… wow. The BBQ was beyond incredible — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We went with the Butcher Board and added ribs, which was a great choice. For sides, the mac & cheese was gooey cheesy goodness, and the street corn was packed with flavor and just the right amount of spice. Highly recommend The Polite Pig to anyone visiting Disney Springs. Delicious food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere — you can’t go wrong here!

This was by far the best meal we had while staying at Disney resorts. And the best part, it was included in our quick service meal plan!!! I got the taco trio with a side of brussel sprouts, and a butterscotch old fashioned... holy moly was it good!!! My older son got a side of mac and cheese with his order and I'd 100% recommend getting the Mac and cheese! I honestly don't want to eat anywhere else after this meal!!! 10/10 EDIT... this place was SO good we came here a second time on our week trip. I got the same meal as the first time, but this time I ordered 2! I've tried the brussel sprouts, mac and cheese and burnt ends chili. I'd recommend the brussel sprouts #1 Mac and cheese #2 and chili #3. This is still my favorite meal this week!

We had a wonderful experience at the Polite Pig. The pulled pork sandwich was very tasty. I sampled both the sweet and spicy sauces and found them both to be very good. The bbq seemed like Texas style bbq with Carolina influenced sauce. I found it to be very enjoyable. I would certainly recommend stopping by this Disney Springs location if you are in the mood for southern bbq. The staff were friendly and helpful as well!

1st time being here. Overall the food was delicious. The food was hot and came out quickly. Everyone was very friendly. The prices weren't crazy, which was surprising for Disney Springs. I ordered the brisket and added jalapeño sausage and side Mac n Cheese. It was good, nice smoky flavors. I would come back here again if ever in the area.
The line at The Polite Pig was very long when we arrived, but don’t let that fool you—it moves very quickly. They do a great job keeping things organized and moving the line along efficiently. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout, checking in and making sure everything was moving smoothly despite how busy it was. Since it was our first time, we ordered the Butcher Board so we could try a little bit of everything and really narrow down what was a hit or miss for us. It included the polite pork, smoked chicken, prime brisket, and cheddar sausage, along with slaw, house pickles, two cornbreads, and two sides (we chose the mac and cheese and grilled street corn). The food was great overall, and we each had our favorites. However, we did find the portion sizes to be a bit small, especially for a sampler plate priced at $45 USD, and felt the portions could have been more generous. It’s definitely worth trying, but with so many great places to eat in the area, it’s hard to say it’s a must-return spot.
This place was packed, but the food did not lack. The sweet potato tots were delicious; as were the pork belly tacos. The wings were crispy, but tender and the brussel sprouts are an absolute must! I wish there were more condiment options snd more staff to assist. The staff was not super friendly, but they were not rude either. The bathrooms and restaurant were messy and untidy- it was not dirty per say, but certainly not clean either.
4.5 is fair. I dropped down only because there’s just a touch of chaos happening with the order process. Like the Host stood there at the podium chatting with another employee when we approached for like 45 seconds before i had to gesture to them like “hey I’m kind of lost here. Do we just go in and order or do you seat us or?” They were very polite like, yes just go on in and order. Food and drink were great, and the staff after that point were incredibly friendly.

Food is good. Portions could be bigger for the price. Servers are friendly. If you are comfortable eating in a noisy place, it's a nice meat restaurant choice in Disney Springs. Turkey BLT was good as well as the mac n cheese side. Tables were available after 9pm on a wednesday night.
Thought hype would be as good as food, not. It was Okay at best. Drinks were good n reasonable price for area. Adult daughter n wife did not like grapefruit margarita. Brisket had too much fat n chewy. Pulled pork sand was good of 3 sliders. Other two were not. Wife did like her smoke chicken wrap and whiskey sour drinks. Sangria was okay

Good food but the WORST service ever. You pay at the counter. Then we can’t sit inside as every table is reserved. Don’t know for who as we’ve been here now for 20 minutes and they’re still available. They say they have a seat outside, across the walk way. Had to climb over 4 tables and a curb to get to a corner table. Are you INSANE! I have mobility issues from an injury. This has to violate some Health and safety protocol. I tripped!!! I spilled Diet Coke all over myself. Great way to lose a loyal customer. Wish they didn’t ask for tips upfront. Never again! Food was ice cold!!!!!! Fully cooked but sitting out. My sandwich is cold on the tongue the brisket no sauce!!!!!!!!!!!! The fact a manager bring it my food and says here it’s extra hot, just like you wanted. Nope. I just wanted it warm. But it was an effort.
