Wow!! This shop only sells gluten free goodies so you can get anything you want without having to think about it. A massive selection of amazing treats. Prices are comparable to other cakes and treats in Disney Springs. Well worth a visit. I loved it

This place is great for people with allergies. If you don’t deal with food restrictions like celiac, maybe don’t be so critical, it’s made for people who don’t have the same food freedoms like many Service was great as well and ingredients can be pricey when not as mass produced

Both gluten free and hypoallergenic (vegan, too), the fresh bagels were pillowy and delicious, with store-made fresh vegan butter, too. I also nibbled on a rich, mint chocolate XL cookie for two days. The counter associate had food intolerances that were consistent with the store’s theme, and that was reassuring to have her expertise.

If you’re gluten-free, vegan, or kosher, Erin McKenna’s Bakery is an absolute haven! Tucked away in Disney Springs, this charming little spot is a must-visit for those with dietary restrictions—or anyone who simply loves delicious treats. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendliest, most helpful, and knowledgeable staff member who made our visit even more enjoyable. She patiently guided us through the menu and helped us choose some incredible goodies. We ordered the pineapple donut, banana bread, and chocolate cookie muffin, and each one was a hit. The pineapple donut was light, moist, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. The banana bread was wonderfully soft with a rich banana flavor, and the chocolate cookie muffin was an indulgent, chocolatey delight. Whether you have dietary restrictions or just appreciate a good bakery, Erin McKenna’s is a hidden gem worth discovering. We’ll definitely be back!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I had my birthday party at Disney World and the team at Erin McKenna’s Bakery made everything extra magical! I have an egg allergy and was traveling with friends that have gluten and shellfish allergies. We were able to order the perfect cake that was safe for everyone to eat! They even delivered it right to the restaurant at Magic Kingdom so I hard zero concerns the day of the party. And to top it all off, the cake was DELICIOUS! Special shout out to Aaliah for answering my millions of questions and going out of the way to make sure the cake looked exactly like I imagined. It was out of a fairytale 💜

Best GF/Vegan bakery EVER, such joy to walk into a place and be able to eat everything in the store!

I cannot eat dairy products. And I love desserts. Over the last 5-10 years there have been a lot of improvements to dairy-free desserts. There are good dairy-free baked goods readily available, particularly things like brownies and chocolate chip cookies. That said: I tried a cake slice at McKenna's at Disney Springs last week. That piece of cake -- and particularly the vanilla frosting -- was absolutely incredible. I have never had anything remotely close to as good. Since the slice was large, I expected to eat half and then have the other half later....but once I tasted it, that had no chance of happening. I had to gobble it down and scrape all remaining frosting off the container immediately. It was well worth the price. This was a super high-quality dairy-free dessert, and I cannot wait to go back.

My experience at the bakery was phenomenal first walking in they greeted me with such kindness almost making me feel like family already. Especially the light skinned boy with the braids and blue eyes I don’t remember his name. I think it might be Conner but he went the extra mile ive only been here twice and ive seen him here both times and hes outdone himself with his suggestions and honesty great conversation holder as well but the food here was phenomenal the smell when you walk here is nice as well

This is my first stop when in Orlando. So many fun treats and it’s hard to pick just a couple items to try; I usually end up coming in multiple times during my Disney trips. My non-gluten free family likes to try these treats as well! I have enjoyed the variety of items and seasonal options when stopping in, thanks EMB!

Rita at Erin McKennas was fabulous. Giving us recommendations and the insider scoop on the products. She was knowledgeable and so unbelievably kind. The baked goods were incredible, while pricey worth every penny as someone who is GF DF and has a nut allergy

This place is the best they have so many options. Every time I am in Disney Springs I make sure to stop in and get a few goodies. The staff is always very friendly and the baked goods are top quality. Don't listen to any of these poor reviews about prices and the cookies not being good. People need to realize that this is not a regular bakery something that is GF and vegan is not cheap to make these day and often requires special substitutions and REAL ingredients. Keep baking the stuff is delicious!!!!

I had such an amazing experience here! I’m from a small town so getting my hands on gluten free sweets are a treat for me. I got the pineapple upside down cake, dipped cookie with buttercream in the middle, marble cake slice, and a chocolate donut. SOOOO yummy! It’s so refreshing dealing with staff that are knowledgeable about your allergies and very attentive! If you’re ever in the area I would 100% recommend coming here!

As a fellow baker myself, I must say I can appreciate what they're doing! I'm newly gluten free/dairy free and have been struggling without dessert (except for what I make at home). Sometimes you just want something you don't have to make yourself. I was so excited to try this place! I got donut holes, cinnamon roll and marble tea cake. Everything is delicious and did not hurt my stomach. It's so amazing to enjoy dessert again, without worrying. It's so difficult to make treats without these typical ingredients but they are doing wonderful. Will look forward to going again. My only complaint is that by the time I went they didn't have any more eclairs left :( ... that must mean they are good. Hopefully next time.

My daughter typically does not care for eggfree desserts, so we were totally surprised that she Loved the cake pops and donuts. The man that helped us was so personable and friendly to my kids. Definitely a win for our girl with severe allergies.

I have visited here every time I come to the Orlando area. Yes the prices are more than your typical bakery, but being gluten free and having an option so close to a theme park is awesome! Most places you have to hunt and find something that can accommodate your dietary needs and most of the time you have to miss out on whatever else your group may be enjoying. I have tried something different each time I go (sorry no pictures as the product does not last that long). I cannot wait to come back.

I have been coming to this bakery for nearly 10 years now. My husband and I got our wedding cake from this bakery. I have celiac disease and it’s wonderful having a bakery that’s safe and I can pick anything I want. The prices have definitely increased over the years, but in my opinion, it’s well worth it as the quality is always five stars. The team constantly provides a different variety of options. Recently, we tried their tea cake, which I had never heard of before, but I’ll definitely be buying it again as it was incredibly moist and delicious. Our go to favorites are their cupcakes with seasonal varieties, but again they have different options, such as pies and donuts as well. I highly recommend McKenna’s Bakery for anyone with celiac disease and whoever else wants to try GF baked treats. Please keep supporting this wonderful store and THANK YOU to the entire team at McKenna’s for your hard work on baking each and every day. Also please note that I just discovered that you can Uber Eats this to you if you can’t drive out to Disney Springs. 🥰💚

A Magical Experience at Erin McKenna’s Bakery! I just had to share our amazing experience at Erin McKenna’s Bakery in Disney Springs. From the moment we walked in, Matthew and Connor went above and beyond, not just with great service, but with genuine kindness that truly touched our family. Our daughter has special needs, and it’s rare to find employees who don’t just acknowledge her, but really see her. Matthew and Connor interacted with her so thoughtfully and warmly, making her feel special, included, and celebrated. They were patient, attentive, and so sweet with her and it created a moment of pure Disney magic we won’t forget. The bakery treats were incredible, but the heart these two put into their work is what made our visit unforgettable. Thank you, Matthew and Connor, for making our daughter smile so big and for giving our family such a beautiful memory. Erin McKenna’s Bakery is lucky to have you!

It is difficult to find vegan/gluten free desserts so I was excited to try Erin McKenna’s bakery. The sugar cookie and donuts are really good. I still have the cinnamon roll and cake to try. It is on the pricey side but they are located in Disney Springs so that would justify some of the cost as well as the price of natural ingredients. The staff member was helpful and would recommend if you have dietary restrictions.

I really appreciate the allegh friendlliness of this bakery. Everything is safe for my almond and dairy allergy. They are a bit pricey and the inside is not at all designed for the lines they get. The shop is nice and cold when it's hot out. My only other complaint is that the workers were only a bit helpful. We didn't understand the thick vs thin mint and she didn't help explain. What it does mean is this: Thin- a chocolate top. Thick- A chocolate top and bottom with mint creme in the middle. Do not attempt to eat this all in one go or on your own. They are very dense and rich. Share with at least 1 other person. Holy mint!! Wow. Very thick and filling. Oatmeal creme is is the best.

Creative gluten free treats. A step inside for an up-close view is worthwhile. If your diet excludes gluten, give it a try, otherwise, a variety of nearby options could offer better choices.

We were attracted to Erin McKenna’s Bakery by the outward appearance which is very nice. It is pretty and attractively laid out. We would consider the cookies and cupcakes pretty average, at best. The ones we bought were somewhat dried out and overly sweet. The service is also very lackluster, not friendly or attentive.

It is nice to have a dedicated gluten free bakery in the area. The bonus is that they offer dairy free and egg free options. Their baked good are hit or miss; some are delicious others are dry and lack a good taste. On top of that the expense of being gluten free AND in a Disney resort location makes it tough to enjoy thoroughly. I would say, try it once, form your own opinion. We visit occasionally when in the area, but it is not a 'must visit' bakery by any means.

My wife and son have a dairy allergy so they wanted to try this place. Although they weren't thrilled about everything being gluten free (more on that below). We had never been here so my wife asked the guy working the counter "is everything dairy free?" and he said he didn't know. Another guy, who we think was the manager chimed in "what was the question?" And then verified "everything" is vegan. The employees need better training. The prices are insane and for that alone I will never go back. Even for Disney Springs it's outrageous. 38.65 for 1 sandwich cookie, 1 sugar cookie and vanilla 2 donuts. The chocolate chip sandwich cookie was really good, I would give it 5 stars. The cookie was soft, the filling was sweet and it was dipped in chocolate. The price was crazy, $13.75 plus another $2.70 for the chocolate dipping for a total of $16.40. The sugar cookie was gritty, not sweet, and had zero flavor. That was a big swing and a miss at $9.20 and it was average size. The vanilla donuts tasted nothing like a donut. Not even remotely close. It was a round shaped piece of gritty flavorless tough cake-ish texture with hard paste like icing for $6.50. It was terrible. My kids would only eat the icing off it. I also think it's a mistake when a business tries to be everything to everyone. Vegan, gluten-free, egg free, nut free except coconut. People with celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity are not always allergic to dairy or nuts or eggs, or vice versa. My wife actually hates gluten free food because it bothers her stomach. The texture and mouth feel of gluten free stuff is usually more gritty and crumbly and taking out the eggs makes it worse. I think this bakery only survives in the high traffic tourist trap that is Disney Springs because it doesn't need repeat business to stay profitable. It relies on one time customers that will most likely never return. Put it anywhere else and it would go under very quickly without a repeat customer base. This place is a hard pass.

I’ve been really wanting to try this bakery as I am gluten-free. I knew it would be expensive as everything is expensive in Disney Springs, but I was a bit surprised that ONE sugar cookie was $8! For reference, my husband got a box of SIX doughnuts at Dunkin that morning for $8. The cookie was average, kind of thick and dry and had a flour taste even though they’re gluten-free. The only decent part of it was the icing on top, but still. Not only was the single cookie I got very expensive and overpriced, but the employees weren’t very welcoming or friendly at all. We came in and weren’t even greeted. I walked to look at the case of baked items and the guy behind the counter walked over there too and silently stared at me with a straight face as I decided on what I wanted— which made me feel rushed and awkward, as if I was inconveniencing him! I asked where the doughnuts were since they weren’t in the case and all he said was, “Over there.” Without even pointing to the counter near the register. At this point, I was already a little flustered by his rudeness so I rushed and just got a single iced sugar cookie. I wish I had looked more to see what else I might’ve wanted because I’m sure everything else is really good (overpriced but still yummy) but he made me feel like I just wanted to get out of there. I won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately they started to use oats a few years ago which triggered my wife’s celiacs disease. We used to love coming here but after a few trips she kept getting sick and rashey. We asked for the ingredients and it turns out they used Oat Flour! They said it was gluten free oats (never really is 100% gluten free) so we took some treats home and tested them with two different gluten detection kits and what do you know.. tested positive for gluten! We paid over $100 for these treats only because they’re marked as 100% gluten free. Out of all the different types of flours that you could use and they choose oats when they know their clients come here for gluten free items.

Terrible bakery. Insanely overpriced. The pastries tasted good but nothing about them, the venue, or the service justified the cost. Cake pops for $6, sugar cookies for like $10!

M

Wow! Extremely overpriced! It's the Disney tradition. 2 cupcakes and a cookie for $24. Worst bakery ever! The cupcakes were like sawdust, not fresh at all. My wife asked one of the employees if the cupcakes were "fresh" his reply was "there baked fresh every day". Unfortunately this place will be successful because of location and the thousands of people who stroll by. Do yourself a favor and keep walking.
