From the moment we arrived Chris , one of floor managers was a fantastic host and sat us. We let them know it was our honeymoon and Nathalie was our amazing server was very helpful and helped us decide what to order. They have the best barbecue platter I’ve ever had and the service was great and so so fast, hot and fresh. I recommend this place to anyone. They even gave us a free sample of a delicious dessert for coming to their restaurant for to celebrate our honeymoon.
We visited CityWalk in Disney Springs with our family of seven and had a great dining experience. The kids loved their mini burgers, which were priced reasonably. I had the meatloaf, which was outstanding, along with a side of beans that was equally delicious. For appetizers, the corn ribs and duck nachos were absolute must-tries. My wife enjoyed her barbecue chicken salad, while my daughter’s tacos were a hit. My son-in-law and other daughter ordered pastas and said they were cooked perfectly. Prices were a bit on the high side, but not unreasonable for the quality and location. If you’re looking for great food in Disney Springs, I’d definitely recommend this place.
We visited this restaurant twice, the first for dinner and the second for a drink before dinner elsewhere. Both times we were served by Will, one for our meal and the other at the bar for drinks (hope you have a good London visit shortly). He was exceptional both times and very friendly and its people like Will that make businesses shine. We so hope he will be there next year when we plan to return. Thank you Will 👍😊
Wife and I chose this place on our only date night the entire week we were at Disney. We came all the way from Michigan and we don’t get out very much but the fish tacos were honestly the best thing I’ve ever ordered in my life. The service was outstanding. Our waiter DENISE was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had in my life, super helpful, kind, And polite to two out-of-towners that don’t know what to order If we ever make it back for a vacation, we will definitely be stopping by again
Was told to check this place out with their vast array of draft options and it didn’t disappoint! Thry allow you to make your own flights so I tried some of the local ones. Large bar space inside and outdoor seating too. Just got a few rounds and apps during happy hour where they have $2 off beer pours and certain apps are $8. Definitely stop in if you’re a craft beer lover.
This was our second time eating here. Every meal we’ve gotten from here was so good. The meatloaf will surprise you! Best we’ve ever had. The drinks are great and they let us sample the beers so we could decide what we liked. All the staff is super friendly, but our server Sarysa was just amazing. She was sweet, attentive and very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. She made sure we were having a good experience and that we were loving everything. She’s a 10/10!!
We come to City Works every year when we visit Disney World, and we’ve never had anything less than a great experience. The atmosphere, the consistency, and the quality have always made it one of our must-visit stops. This year we were fortunate to have Jonathan as our server for the first time, and he was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the entire meal. The food was excellent, cooked perfectly, and served just the way we like it. Jonathan’s professionalism and personality made the visit even better than usual. He truly stands out and is an asset to your company.
I live local so I come to Disney Springs often and this is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. They have a lot of great options for any taste preference. The mahi tacos are my usual go-to. I want to shout out the server Jonathan who is very attentive and had a great attitude.
My wife and I along with son and wife and grandkids just left here and we’re thoroughly impressed with the quality of food. Our server was thoughtful, considerate, and right there when we needed her. My son ordered the tacos which he said were in the top two best tacos he’s ever had. The margarita pizza my daughter-in-law had was also delicious and the grandkids loved their sliders with fries. Atmosphere is very pleasant, but not overdone. It’s the very first restaurant you come to when you enter near the entrance and I highly recommend that you stop in.
I had an amazing meal here. I got chicken wings and ice cream that's was fried. The service was top knotch and my server who I want to put a special shout out to (Reimy) was very attentive and overall had a super good vibe. Had some really good food and drink reccomendations. Which I ordered. Was super knowledgeable about wines and beers and what pairs well Overall would reccomend this food establishment and service. And I would definitely eat here again
We had a fantastic experience at City Works. The beer selection was vast…so many beers, so little time. Our server, Mario was friendly and extremely helpful! Seriously, he was a part time tour guide for our Disney vacation! We ordered shareables for the table, Kung Pao cauliflower, Hot Honey flatbread and a bowl of chili that was chock full of meat! Huge open space with tons of tvs and expertly cleaned restrooms. Bonus! They sell beers to go for exploring all of Disney Springs.
Our family had the pleasure of dining here before our Cirque show, we’re visitors from 🇨🇦. We had a wonderful meal. All the food tasted fresh and fantastic. Portions were huge. Drinks were good. Our server Tim was attentive, quick, and was very helpful. My mother, who absolutely hates eating out, remarked at how delicious her salmon salad was. Tim made us feel very welcome and we appreciated his suggestions and his help.
We decided to come to Disney Springs for a bite to eat before heading back home to Canada. We found this restaurant and liked that they offered brunch. What a way to finish up our trip. Colin was our server today and it was so much fun. The food was amazing and drinks even more so. We def glad we had Colin as our server , we had lots of laughs in between eats. The speed at which the food came out was super fast. So happy that this was the last sit down table service before heading to the airport. Great prices and big selection of beers like 99. An overall great experience, if you can request Colin as your server. I’d say go for it you’ll have a fun and memorable experience.
We had the opportunity to eat here twice during our stay. One time we came for dinner and another time we came for brunch. In both occasions, we sat at the bar. For dinner, we made a reservation. I highly recommend it. City Works is popular, especially for dinner and late night. We were on our way to see Cirque du Soleil, so we had drinks, an appetizer and dessert. The Kung pao cauliflower is delicious. One of the items I would get when I return. I also had the Snickers pie, which was outstanding. But if you know me, you know, I love my desserts, and this did not disappoint. Even though this is known for its beer, we had several glasses of various wines. For brunch, we stopped by in the hopes that they would be showing a particular collegiate soccer game. The staff went out of their way to find the game on one of the TVs (right in front of us) and put it on for us while we enjoyed brunch sitting at the bar. This is outstanding customer service and greatly appreciated. For brunch, we had the steak and eggs, fruit, cup, and cheddar burger. All were delicious. The bartenders at both meals were excellent. Attentive, professional, and engaging. Overall, City Works has a lot of great seating, both indoors and outdoors. Great place to watch a sporting event, have a meal, or sit back with friends and relax. We really enjoyed ourselves, especially the outstanding customer service.
Definitely one of the better restaurants in Disney springs. Everything made in house. Cheese curds we're great. Highly recommend the spicy shrimp taco's or smash burger taco's. The tots were well seasoned and crispy. Over 70+ beers on tap you can't go wrong.
I’ve been here about 6-7 times in the past two years. They have a great menu, great vibe, you can reserve seats, you can watch the game, you can get stuff to go. They have an indoor and outdoor bar. We watched the Super Bowl here - it was awesome. Tonight we’re watching the college football playoffs and once again, just a great vibe. Service is also top notch. Finally, don’t miss out on the smoked fried chicken served on top of savory mashed potatoes. Pure deliciousness.
Went for Sunday football. Had a great view of the TVs and all of the games were playing. The atmosphere was great with lots of cheering for the various teams. The wings were the best we've ever had. The salad was just okay, the avocado toast was great, and the s'mores fried ice cream was fun. We were able to get a reservation the night before, buy the walk in wait was on the long side.
Amazing food. Ultra friendly service from hostesses to waiter. Food was fast and delicious. Great choice. Decent choices for vegans and picky eaters. BBQ was top notch.
🍽FOOD - the best burger. We ordered scorpion burgers with salad and fries and it was amazing. Also baked cookies for dessert was warm and delicious 👨🍳SERVICE - very nice and attentive 🏡AMBIANCE - You can watch your favorite game here really liked the vibe 💰VALU - It's mid range price
We absolutely LOVED this place! We ordered the Smash Burger Tacos, Fish Tacos, and 2 kid's meals - the Mini Cheeseburgers and the Chicken Tenders. The Fish Tacos were OK but the Smash Burger tacos?! My goodness! I cannot stop thinking about them. They were perfection! I would 100% recommend that entree. You will not be disappointed. For the kids items, the burgers were better than the tenders for sure. Service wise, our server was great! He was seriously amazing which is hard to come by nowadays in the service industry! His name was Nathan, and he ensured we had everything we wanted while also recommending our favorite item - the Smash Burger Tacos. He was super friendly and a bit funny, too. He was truly the icing on the cake when it came to our whole experience at City Works!
Great food and drinks. Wait staff very nice and accommodating. Good people watching place and live music from the Blues bar across the way. Seemed clean snd plenty of seats st bar, tables inside and out.
Amazing place, service has been the best ! Server named bishop are pretty attentive and professional, the food 10/10 ! First time i come and definitely I will come back !!

Wow, what a place. We popped in for a quick drink and cool down. We were blown away by the choice of beers. The bar staff were fantastic, really friendly and attentive and helped us with our choices. It was great in the day, but very busy in the evening. We will be back!

Mario was the best! His recommendations for our lunches or spot on! The cream corn is so delicious as are the Spicy maple baked beans and the brisket tacos were to die for! I highly recommend this place, go in and ask for Mario And he will steer you to the right food and drinks
We were at City Works for Thursday night football, and the atmosphere was awesome huge TVs and everyone coming out to cheer on their teams. I ordered their Chef Special Ribeye with the charred Brussels sprouts, bacon jam, and chipotle cheddar mashed potatoes with that crispy potato haystack. The ribeye tasted amazing and came out exactly the way I wanted, and everything else paired so well together. You definitely get your money’s worth with that meal. The butter on the steak paired with the rest of the sides was just a chef's kiss moment. I couldn’t even finish it all because I was getting so full. The mash potatoes were easily my favorite side, and even the Brussels sprouts tasted amazing, which is crazy because I usually don’t eat them. The only thing I didn’t really like was their spicy margarita, it just tasted alright. It would’ve been a 5-star night if that drink had been good!
This is a fun place to visit, especially if you like different ales and lagers. It doesn't get crowded during the week. The server, Isaiah, was very attentive and helpful when ordering drinks, as well as dinner. We sampled a few lagers before ordering. They will modify the specialty drinks with a different liquor, if preferred. You can get short or tall for your drinks. We tried the chicken nuggets, and they were definitely made in house. Not a lot of coating and come very hot. For dinner, we had one of their specialty bowls and the fish tacos. The bowl was nice because everything was placed in the bowl separately, so you could remove it, Eat it separately or mix it all together, as you prefer. The fish tacos were tasty, but skimpy on the amount of fish for the price. The skinny margarita was too salty. I asked for a Stoli bay breeze, and i'm fairly certain it was not Stoli. I did like the atmosphere and being able to try out the different lagers. Definitely worth trying again.
Really cool sports bar atmosphere right in Disney Springs. The TVs are great - one really huge one right in the middle so it makes it easy to see. The service was great, quick to take our order and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was just ok - wings were very good, but we weren't a fan of the fries or the buffalo chicken dip.

City Works Eatery & Pour House – Disney Springs (August 6, 2025) On August 6, 2025, at about 7:15 PM, my wife, daughter, and I set out to try something new at Disney Springs. We’ve been to plenty of spots there, but City Works was one we hadn’t checked off the list yet. We made a reservation, arrived about 10 minutes early, and were pleasantly seated right away. Our hostess, Denice, set the evening off on a great note—she was warm, friendly, and had that genuine hospitality that makes you feel welcome. While browsing the menu, we signed up for their rewards program and scored a free appetizer: pretzel bites. The pretzels themselves were soft and tasty, but the cheese sauce? A little lacking in flavor. For my main, I went with the BBQ burger. The patty was cooked well, and the sauce had a nice tang without overpowering everything. Unfortunately, the pulled pork topping was very dry, which dragged my rating for the burger down to about a 7.4/10. My wife ordered the pulled pork entrée with spicy beans. One bite in and she was done—the pork was extremely dry. I tried it myself and have to agree—it was easily the driest BBQ I’ve ever tasted. The spicy beans didn’t redeem the plate either. We decided not to make a fuss, so we paid for her meal anyway, but honestly, it was trash. My daughter went for the adult spicy mac & cheese with pulled pork, but said she couldn’t find much meat in the dish. Her verdict? “It’s okay.” Overall, the atmosphere was great, the service was genuinely friendly, but the food—the main reason anyone visits a restaurant—fell flat. Dry meats, underwhelming sides, and lackluster flavor make this, for us, a “one and done” spot. We appreciate the hospitality, but given the prices and the quality, it’s just not worth a repeat visit.
I do not understand how this restaurant is rated 4.7. Four of us ordered food. Four of us received luke-warm, over salted food. My daughter wouldn't even eat her fries. None of us finished our food due to the poor taste. Service was slow and waiter was annoying - started talking e.g. interrupting and talking over us as he was walking up before he was even to our table. Sat outside and could hear thr band at HOB, which was nice. Multiple vegetarian and beer options. Otherwise, I do not recommend. Picture is of fish tacos. Hubby attempted to eat them but said they were not amy good and gave up.
We went here because we had a gift card. It's a bit of a walk from parking to the restaurant. If you want to minimize the walk, park in the Orange parking lot at the back, away from the auto entrance. The exit is on the second level. You go through security to get into Disney Springs. After security, you go down to the ground level and walk into Disney Springs. Keep walking. City Works will be on the left. The restaurant is clean and neat. It's large. Service was friendly. Most of the food was good, but I don't recommend the New York strip steak. I've had better steaks at half the price in plenty of other restaurants.
Food was cold, even the steak. I think the avocado on the chicken tacos was the warmest thing on it. Disappointed and won’t be coming back again.

I had high expectations for City Works at Disney Springs, but unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had on property. We chose to sit outside, which initially seemed like a great idea. However, the wind made the experience chaotic. Menus and napkins were flying everywhere, and nothing was secured. Instead of enjoying a relaxing meal, we were constantly grabbing at paper goods blowing off the table. It felt unorganized and uncomfortable from the start. The service only made things worse. Our bartender was inattentive and rarely checked on us. Our drinks sat empty for an extended period, and she never came back to ask if we needed refills. At one point, she completely disappeared for about ten minutes. The gentleman seated next to us was also visibly frustrated, trying repeatedly to get her attention just to pay his check — and he couldn’t. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken tenders with fries. We were warned they were “really spicy,” so we were expecting a kick. Surprisingly, they were completely bland — no heat, no flavor, nothing remotely resembling Nashville hot. The biggest disappointment, though, was the fries. They were rock solid and extremely overcooked. Honestly, some of the worst fries I’ve ever been served. As someone who is diabetic, I needed to eat, so I didn’t have the luxury of sending the food back and waiting — especially since the bartender had already vanished. I ended up eating it simply because I had to, not because I wanted to. To top it off, there’s no live entertainment. At Disney Springs, where so many venues offer live music or some kind of atmosphere, this felt like a missed opportunity and a letdown. Overall, between the chaotic outdoor seating, inattentive service, bland food, and lack of ambiance, this was not the Disney Springs experience I was hoping for. I would not return, especially with so many better options nearby.
Not sure how this place gets 4+ stars, must be all the drinkers. The atmosphere is good, has plenty tvs and entertainment showing. The food, which is why I came was a mixed bag for sure. The pretzel bites was the app and was good, but the cheese sauce was realllllly thinned out. This place could use a better hand at seasoning as well, like any at all would be good. The strips and fries lacked seasoning all together. The biggest sin on this order was calling that cup of onion Cole slaw. As you can see, that is the biggest piece of red onion ever seen in a slaw let alone a small bowl. Sadly, that wasn’t the only piece. Red onion is strong and is not needed. This is also a “savory” version not a sweetened version. Awful! The tots were cooked well, but again needed help. The fried chicken sandwich was a complete disaster. This was like chewing shoe leather. So over cooked and again missed out on an opportunity for seasoning.

We were there for their Thanksgiving meal for $39 a plate. We ordered each one. Ordered a appetizer. The plates came out in 5 min... can tell all pre-made a head. Wasnt fresh at all. Was a tiny scoop of each.. was a joke!! But then when we tried it...Turkey was dry... dressing had way too much sage.. couldn't eat that at all. We couldnt eat half of the rest.. just wasnt good and we were so hungry. Waited for a refill of drinks... had to ask..aince empty way too long. Appetizer came after we were done with that meal we could eat. Would never go back. That $39 plate wasnt worth $10. SOooo disappointing. 😢
My Family and I “ an African American family” was treated like crap when visiting this establishment! They wanted to sit my family and I outside in the COLD with three young children. We were told that the establishment was completely booked out by a host by the name of Khrista. We told them we would wait until a table clear out and her exact words were, no tables will be cleared out tonight, everybody that’s here is here and that we would have to sit outside. When they were well over 5 booths in counting open! We asked to speak with a manager, and a guy named “Collin”, supposedly a “manager” completely ignored my wife on three different attempts! He refused to come speak with us and when my wife walked back inside to speak with him, he completely blew my wife off as if she wasn’t standing right in front of him! Please find photos attached where my family and I was refused service and placed outside in the cold with no waiter or anybody else out there and a restaurant full of empty tables!
Seriously, avoid this place. It was pretty gross—I was genuinely concerned about the cleanliness. The service was just meh, nothing special. But the worst part? The food was disgusting and they charge way too much for it. Don't waste your time or money here; there are so many actually good spots at Disney Springs. Now I understand why it was so easy to snag a reservation.
