What can i say, it's a flame broiler. Chain restaurant. For what it is, I give it 5 stars. Very consistent quality and portions. Nice staff. Every once in a while I'll get the tiniest little bone piece or grizzle (not often), but it's happened. Not big enough, often enough, or big a deal to take a star off. It happens no more at this location than any other chicken and rice bowl places. Will definitely continue picking up food. We like their house sauce too. They have a serve yourself sauce bar. Yummy and always clean.

I eat here at least once a week because i love there basic menu and how good their food tastes, it fills me up and the employees know me well enough that they put my order in b4 i walk in. Lol.... Love that kind of service considering i was that type of food worker when i did that type of work for a good portion of my work life. Keep up the tasty food everyone!!!!!

So I recently started ordering from here again and I LOVE that when I ask for well done extra onions, that is exactly what I get. I suspect a change in ownership since the voice on the phone sounds different, but last few times they have given me what I ask for and its been great.

This place is so good, you can request extra or without, they're fast, & nice.. One bowl looks "normal size".. but it's packed with food! They also have serve your own hot sauces, etc.. with to-go containers:)

Great Korean bowls great food in general u can sit in without having to worry about it being super buisy the environment is really awesome and I couldn't have any other better experience besides all that the staff is friendly theres a guy by the name of Luis always positive always smiling and energetic and puts the effort to make the customers feel theyre welcomed and appreciated and make their day always hard working keep up the good work and as for customers I highly recommend this location as well as the flame broiler in foothill ranch 💯💯🙏☝️🙏☝️👌👌👌👍👍👍

White meat chicken bowls are the best! Good tofu bowls too! Magic sauce is the BEST!

They have bowls and "platters" I was under the impression a platter would have more food but for $4 dollars more you only get a quarter of an orange and about 1 oz of cabbage. $14 later, I left hungry. The staff was polite and efficient. Place was extremely clean. Portions are poor.

I was expecting it to be fresh and hot. The veggies were also pretty hard. I thought they were supposed to be cooked. $12 for a bowl of cold food wasn't really worth the price.

Rice is really soggy doesn’t feel nice to eat.

This Flame Broiler is very stingy with their meat. We've been to other flame broilers that gave us a good amount. If they're going to give us such a small quantity of meat, then they should lower their prices. After all rice and veggies are cheap ingredients. Sincerely Jeff

I felt the service was problematic but better than the food. Beef was tough. Taste was bland and I had thought it was to be Korean inspired? I think it is made for a typical American pallete, fairly bland. Another Flame Broiler in AZ was better.

This Flame Broiler is very stingy with their meat. We've been to other flame broilers that gave us a good amount. If they're going to give us such a small quantity of meat, then they should lower their prices. After all rice and veggies are cheap ingredients. Sincerely Jeff

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! When the owner is there she is super rude, very angry and always wants to charge extra money for everything, napkins, forks, magic sauce, hot sauce, she has a very bad attitude

Ive been to this flame broiler 3 times in the last month and each time has been more and more disappointing. This last time will be my last. I will drive across town to another or go to waba. Basically all 3 visits involved the same employee. So hispanic lady on her cell phone while taking orders and making orders. First time more order was wrong, i said ok whatever ill deal with it. Second time, my wife and i stopped in to get a quick bowl after the gym. Order made completely wrong by the lady who took our order and made or order, doing both while on her cell phone. Then she has the nerve to give us attitude when we asked for the correct order. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered a vegi bowl with rice (trying to eat lite before run) im handed a bowl filled with chicken and veggies. I brought it to her attention, im given an attitude by her because im apparently interrupting her call or whatever. A few minutes later im handed a bowl filled with cold veggies, maybe half a spoon of rice, and filled with water, yes water. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not go to this flame broiler again, good luck to the management.
