This place is great. Their food was delicious and presented beautifully. Any Mexican restaurant that serves bean dip with their chips is a good one. Will definitely go back regularly.

Looks like they have done some updates to the interior since I came here last. Place looks great and the food and service os just as good. Dined here around seven tonight and the place was nearly full. Despite how busy it was the staff did a great job of taking care of us. Everything we ordered was very good and very well presented. The chips were served with beans and salsa, all of which were great. My daughter enjoyed the kids taco plate and opted for fresh fruit rather than the beans and rice. The calamari was cooked perfectly and the shrimp taquitos were light and crispy. The molcajete was amazing. Everything in it was delicious; even the chicken was cooked to perfection and super moist. Classic margarita was a little sweeter than I was expecting but still very good. The coconut margarita and the tamarind margaritas were very good as well. Look forward to coming back for sure.

Starting to really like this place, finding some favorite dishes. The pricing is a little bit more than our typical regular neighborhood spot. The food is very good. Compared to Javier‘s, that’s hard to beat, but several dishes are grabbing our attention to return. I especially enjoyed their crunchy tacos. They actually fry a tortilla. And they do it on Carnitas, which some restaurants will not do. The cilantro dressing is good and they do allow substitutes for rice and beans. My children like their burritos, and my son loves their cheeseburger. The salsa and bean dip is good. My daughter says amazing. I recommend you try this place if you’re looking for a good local restaurant. And the margaritas are pretty good.

One of the best restaurants in Mission Viejo. super undercover low pro best food, biggest variety of seafood, steak and Mexican. My favorite. Make sure you check out the Happy Hour specials or Taco Tuesday. All day. Just missing a DJ and dance floor, this place would be off the chain. 🔥🔥🔥 all you need to know is the food is Fuego!!! Family owned, they always take care of you. No matter what if something’s wrong. Let them know. They will fix it. No questions asked.

Great breakfast spot! I was looking for a place that served chilaquiles. This restaurant recently started offering breakfast. The food was delicious and nicely presented. I ordered the green chilaquiles, a café de la olla, and a mimosa, next time I’ll be trying the mimosa flight. Service was excellent: friendly and attentive. I was also recommended the calamari and camarones a la diabla, so I’ll definitely be coming back to try them for lunch or dinner.

Great restaurant!! The chips were freshly made(still warm). Every item was excellent, freshly cooked with a great presentation. Daniella was amazing. She knew the menu and took pride in her work. She brought me a full vegan menu, mushroom tacos, out of site! 1st trip, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Daniella.

We came in for happy hour and had a great time. The food and drinks were crazy good and the service was superb. I recommend the watermelon margarita 🤤 I also had my first ‘cantarito’ (pictured), which was delicious.

I love this place, the food is delicious and exclusive, the chef does a great job. The atmosphere is perfect, you enjoy your stay in the restaurant. The welcome is always very friendly and the service is respectful, friendly and helpful. Super recommended, don't hesitate to enjoy a good dish and an incredible atmosphere, it's worth it.

11/6/2024 Had a fantastic dinner at Xclusive this evening. Enrique and Nacho were professional, friendly and provided top shelf customer service. I ordered a mango margatia which I enjoyed with the chips, salsa and bean dip. Enrique stopped by and I ordered a nice dinner salad with ranch which was perfect. After the salad I ordered the tampiquena entree with an enchilada, rice and beans which was well prepared and presented. Nacho was also terrific and we spoke of our mother as his just turned 101 and we spoke of the wonders of Mexico and my recent trip and his as well. Nice ambiance and very welcoming staff. Highly recommended. 11/30/2022 Stopped in for lunch today and was greeted by Ivan and Polo both very professional and personable staff members. Soon I had chips and Salsa with bean dip and the menus to review and select my desired choice. Polo brought over water and napkins and I ordered steak Tampequena with a seafood enchilada and a Mexican coca cola which was awesome. I had a great time watching Mexico and Saudi Arabia play for the World Cup series while chatting with Jose, one of the managers whom I met for the first time. Jose was quite knowledgeable about the cup games and a pleasure to talk with. Back to the food which was simply amazing. Ivan was very attentive and we also talked about several things and I enjoyed his professionalism and personable demeanor. Eddie, the owner, also stopped by to say hello and welcome me back. The people here at Xclusive are part of the overall experience and the foodnis certainly over the top good! I am very thankful for this new dining establishment in our home town. They have mariachi bands on weekends, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and also kareoke nights. Just a great place with great food and people as well as many big screens for the sports enthusiasts. Highly recommended!!!! Previous visit Beyond words as this new restaurant has the best authentic Mexican cuisine this side of the border. A must try. I had dinner at thos wonderful new restaurant yesterday and had the Tampequena with a seafood enchilada, rice and beans...simply amazing. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. You can also tell that the Chefs take pride in their masterpieces as the presentation of each dish is perfectly prepared. The chips are fresh and salsa is tasty as well as the bean dip. Today I stopped by for lunch and once again spoke with the owner who is quite humble and you can tell very excited to launch this new location as they also have a smaller location in Ladera Ranch and also have top shelf food trucks for special events. I had a Chile relleno and chicken enchilada with rice and beans for lunch and one again it was a home run. Eddie also brought me some ceviche to enjoy and it was awesome. What a great place and one that I highly recommend. Please stop by and grab a drink and some delicious Mexican dishes. They also have breakfast and a Mariachi band on the weekends. You will be glad you stopped by.

I Loved this place. First restaurant in a while that I’ve been to that plays music at a perfect volume to create the mood but not distract from conversation. The carnitas was a huge portion and had great taste. Good margaritas. Wonderful service. 5 Star Mexican restaurant. Bartender was really good and created a good environment.

This is our favorite sit-down Mexican restaurant in the area. The quality of food is excellent with a large menu of delicious options. Drinks are strong and thoughtfully crafted with an impressive selection of tequilas and mezcals They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner - plus a great happy hour M-F until 6:00pm. Price point is a little higher versus the basic Mexican joints, but the quality is definitely higher across every category. We feel lucky to have this in the neighborhood and appreciate the staff for always providing great service!

Great vibe with half booth seating and flat screen tv for sports game viewing. The food was good but priced on the higher end. The tacos were a B+ and margarita was on the weaker side. Over all great service and vibe with average food.

It tasted stale and had a weird, fridge-like smell that was a major turnoff. Skip the flan, but the molcajete was definitely the star of the meal!

It was hot. The air was stuffy. Terrible service. Our glasses of water were empty most of the time. We tried to get a check. Couldn’t flag down someone, so I had to walk up to the kitchen to ask. I couldn’t find someone to get the card so I had to walk up to the kitchen to get it paid. Honestly, pretty bad. The order got messed up - got flour tortillas instead of corn. The food and prices were just ok. Not terrible. Not great. I usually give high ratings. This place is the exception. Came in super happy. Left the place extremely annoyed.

Came here for lunch after it was recommended by a customer. I was greeted the second I walked in the door by the bartender with a smile. I sat at the bar and they brought over some chips with salsa and beans. I started with a cucumber margarita, and it was delicious! Just the right amount of tequila and mix. Would definitely recommend coming here for the drinks. I ordered cheese enchiladas with no beans. Instead of giving me double rice, they just didn’t bring out the beans. I guess it’s fair, I didn’t ask for extra rice. The rice was bland and flavorless. The enchiladas were even more disappointing. The tortillas were really thick and hard to cut with just a fork. The enchilada spice tasted sweet and seemed to come from a can. Would not recommend. I also ordered a taco trio of steak, pastor and carnitas. All the tortillas were hard and honestly gross. The pastor and steak was the generic chopped “meat” you get at any carnicería. Disgusting. Stay away, don’t order it. The carnitas were decent, but still needed seasoning. Still hoping to find a good Mexican place east of the 5 in south OC.
