So I recently started ordering from here again and I LOVE that when I ask for well done extra onions, that is exactly what I get. I suspect a change in ownership since the voice on the phone sounds different, but last few times they have given me what I ask for and its been great.

Great Korean bowls great food in general u can sit in without having to worry about it being super buisy the environment is really awesome and I couldn't have any other better experience besides all that the staff is friendly theres a guy by the name of Luis always positive always smiling and energetic and puts the effort to make the customers feel theyre welcomed and appreciated and make their day always hard working keep up the good work and as for customers I highly recommend this location as well as the flame broiler in foothill ranch 💯💯🙏☝️🙏☝️👌👌👌👍👍👍

What can i say, it's a flame broiler. Chain restaurant. For what it is, I give it 5 stars. Very consistent quality and portions. Nice staff. Every once in a while I'll get the tiniest little bone piece or grizzle (not often), but it's happened. Not big enough, often enough, or big a deal to take a star off. It happens no more at this location than any other chicken and rice bowl places. Will definitely continue picking up food. We like their house sauce too. They have a serve yourself sauce bar. Yummy and always clean.

This place is so good, you can request extra or without, they're fast, & nice.. One bowl looks "normal size".. but it's packed with food! They also have serve your own hot sauces, etc.. with to-go containers:)

I went in right when they opened and got the mini bowl with the Angus beef which was $12 alone. A bit pricey, but initially I was fine with it. Service was fast, but the food was cold. I was expecting it to be fresh and hot. The veggies were also pretty hard. I thought they were supposed to be cooked. $12 for a bowl of cold food wasn't really worth the price.

They have bowls and "platters" I was under the impression a platter would have more food but for $4 dollars more you only get a quarter of an orange and about 1 oz of cabbage. $14 later, I left hungry. The staff was polite and efficient. Place was extremely clean. Portions are poor.

This Flame Broiler is very stingy with their meat. We've been to other flame broilers that gave us a good amount. If they're going to give us such a small quantity of meat, then they should lower their prices. After all rice and veggies are cheap ingredients. Sincerely Jeff

This Flame Broiler is very stingy with their meat. We've been to other flame broilers that gave us a good amount. If they're going to give us such a small quantity of meat, then they should lower their prices. After all rice and veggies are cheap ingredients. Sincerely Jeff

Worst food I had in a long time. Burned food, see pictures. They need to clean the cookware. How did they get 4 star? I would take my hard earned money and run the other direction, wherever you can.

Terrible food, terrible customer service. I had an encounter with Stingy Sauce Man...you can tell he hates working here. As for the food, the chicken was overcooked, dry, and tasteless (that's why you need the sauce). Do yourself a favor and just go to Chipotle if you want a bowl. This place is useless. Supposed to be Korean inspired but not one person there knows anything about Korean food.

The guy in the front is very rude. First and last time coming here. Rice was all melted and felt he did it on purpose because I asked him to cook my meet well done.

The main reason I'm giving them a one-star review is because both of their restrooms are out of service, which I don't believe it's true more than anything. Anything? It seems that they don't want to open the restrooms to the public and have to clean them. The food is up to par to what you expect from a flame. This cashier or manager maybe needs to get an attitude adjustment. He was very short when I asked him what came included in a plate, he even rolled his eyes! I'm sorry but if I'm paying good money I shouldn't feel like I asked for something I shouldn't be asking. To the franchise owner of this establishment please review and maybe retrain your employees to smile and provide great customer service. Best wishes.

Also ordered a $3.50 side of kimchi that they didn’t give me. Just a waste of money in my opinion will not be going here again.

Then she has the nerve to give us attitude when we asked for the correct order. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered a vegi bowl with rice (trying to eat lite before run) im handed a bowl filled with chicken and veggies. I brought it to her attention, im given an attitude by her because im apparently interrupting her call or whatever. A few minutes later im handed a bowl filled with cold veggies, maybe half a spoon of rice, and filled with water, yes water. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not go to this flame broiler again, good luck to the management.
