Could not believe how dirty the restaurant was at non peak hours with almost nobody in the seating but one other couple and I. The register people were polite and efficient. They were the reason I might return. Just saddened at how I had to wipe down my own table to have at least respectable cleanliness while I ate. Also they barely put any of the sub par coleslaw in the container. For $10 I want to get my side as least full enough. A little less mayo goes a long ways. The did have disabled parking and wheelchair ♿️ ramp.

We had to wait twenty minutes to get our food. When we walked in, there was no greeting and they started working without asking us what we needed to order. And then when we asked to order, she said, no, and then she said yes, and don't even get me started, there's trash in the parking lot, and it's not even their trash, it's dairy queens like what We also had to witness another customer. go through the same thing we did How RUDE!!! Also, the food is gross, it's all tough. You can't eat it and the meat is soggy and looks undone. Do not come here!!!

Delivery system needs to be fixed. Had a door dash at 1:30am as it showed the order to be put through on the Popeyes website. Store hours start 9am-11pm on the door but Google showed it was open (and that there was a drive thru, which there is not). Customer also got a notification that the order was ready for pick up when there wasn't even any employees there.

Easily the best part of this meal was the Cajun fries, but the spicy chicken was not only not spicy but had no flavor at all. Thank goodness they included watered down ketchup packets pretending to be hot sauce. The portion side would have been okay if it wasn’t $12 way beyond over priced. Honestly the worst was the drink, a southern fast food place selling drinks in plastic is crazy. My ice dang near melted before I got home with my drink and it’s December and the tea tasted like day old tea that was drowned in corn syrup to make it “southern” Absolutely terrible and will never be back

Look at the 12 piece chicken i got...it was all wings and drums!!!! I called, and they did not answer! I ordered a gallon of tea and he handed me the bag to fill from the dining room container. Then there wasn't even enough to hit the fill line, and he was like "that's all we have. " he told me they were being audited and unable to make anything new. The chicken wasnt even hot. They were also out of strawberry biscuits. It really is too bad we only have popeye' s in this area. Bring back church's or KFC Or something!

I order 2 spicy tenders meals and didnt get the spicy tenders instead I got the regular tenders I dont know if they church extra for spicy tenders but I call the lake jackson tx Popeyes where I went to buy this and no answer

Google states they are open until midnight and that is a lie. I had a doordash order that i needed to complete for a customer I go inside, they had 0 chicken and were closing the kitchen down at 10:20pm. I guess they don't care that we are timed and if it's late then that goes against us. Also, if we click out of the order that it goes against us. So please update the times if your not going to honor the times posted.

They give bean gravy instead of beans. If you ask for rice on the side, they give you a teaspoon of what suppose to be beans. Way below cup limit. This is only the Lake Jackson location, that don't care about the customer. Rest room unclean, could not use or wash your hands. Paper towel machine broke. Did not give ranch dressing like the guy said he would. Had to ask for napkins 😐 . May be bias towards Policeman 👮🏿‍♂️...

We love chicken we have tried this place three times only to find the chicken strips only cooked for three minutes. They were still partially raw. There was a hair in the middle of my husbands biscuit. The guy was not wearing a hearing that the ladies were not wearing a hairnet. They were handling money and food, the floors were dirty the fountain area was disgusting smelled of mold won’t be going back
