I have lived near this location since they have been open, today we stopped in and had probably the best lunch ever! The French onion soup was to die for, the caprese sandwich was so flavorful. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The mangers were very excited when I complimented the location. Panera is doing great things for healthy eating. Thank you again. Carl Tuzza

I had the new ham and gouda melt on a baguette and it was delicious. My wife loves the chocolate chip cookies. My favorite cookie there is the kitchen sink cookie, but it has a copious amount of calories. That said, you only live once, right?

The manager Natalie is amazing. I placed an order online close to closing. After having issues with the delivery driver - the store called me to let me know they’d have to refund my order since it was too late to find another driver. Well to my surprise about 20 minutes later the food was at my door. The food was still fresh and delicious. It says something about the kind of employees they have that they’d go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Thank you Natalie and all the night crew at Panera!

Seeking a change of scenery, I frequently ventured out to work from various locations, such as Starbucks or the occasional Panera Bread. However, all that changed when I discovered this particular Panera Bread location. The staff here are simply amazing - incredibly friendly and welcoming, they make me feel right at home. I've noticed that their behavior also attracts similar, friendly customers, and as a result, I've made a dozen new friends here. While Panera Bread's food is consistently delicious across the country, what truly sets this location apart are the exceptional individuals who work here - Vikki, Mike, DJ, Dana, Maddie, and all the other team members. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a welcoming, friendly atmosphere to work or simply enjoy a delicious meal.

I had the opportunity to visit the Panera Bread, located in west Lake Worth, FL. Using the WiFi service being provided, while enjoying a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted. It was a nice start to the day and the restaurant was clean, along with the bathrooms. Staff was kind and greeted me as I came to the front counter for ordering. There was no wait and it didn't take long before breakfast was served. Thanks Panera Bread Team.

I have been to Panera Bread quite a few times in different locations. Overall their service is good, not long wait at the counter to order. I usually order vanilla latte and snacks (various types of salads, soups, cookies, bread. The portion is for salads and soups are good, and other sweet treats are tasty.

Food is good. Don't use curbside pickup. I have tried it multiple times and ended up going inside. On 8/11 I waited 15 minutes, then went in. There were four other cars also waiting. This was not the first time. And Check your order before you leave. Mine has been wrong twice. Not sure why I return.

Decent Panera Bread in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. A little disappointed after our last visit since our order was incorrect and the manager was not willing to accommodate but rather have us stand back in line after waiting for our meal to pay all over again. Unprofessional and inexperienced manager, unfortunately. I suppose we all have our days, so hopefully, it was a learning experience. We usually have excellent experience, especially at this location, so it was a bit surprising. I would still recommend if you're looking for places to eat lunch in Lake Worth.

I also want to thank Kira and Dee for doing an Outstanding Job. I come almost everyday. I enjoy the bacon,egg and white cheese with either coffee or a latte. They offer members discounts. The French dip was pretty good but I wasn’t thrilled by the cream of chicken and rice. Tasted like it if had oatmeal in it (to me). The smell inside Panera is always appetizing.

I ordered the pepperoni and mozzarella melt but there was very little pepperoni or mozzarella it was disappointing to say the least! After a couple of bites I wondered if there was any meat or cheese but it actually had very little of each ? Like a loaf of bread with a little sauce spread on it . Not worth the money

Ok, but not customer orientated service. Employees seem that they do not want to be there and are just going through the motions with no emotion or feelings. I am guessing that there may be a management issue as this is not normal behavior for Panera Bread restaurants. This was my second time in two days at this restaurant location (dinner then breakfast).

The food was basically good but the picture of their new teriyaki bowl does not look anything like when you get the food in the bowl the picture is tantalizing the actual bowl is just food not enough teriyaki sauce but still pretty good so sorry but they only get a three stars

Got dinner delivered and was missing my Breadbowl and my Flat bread was cold. Had almost the same order at pick up last week and it was perfect. Not a consistent store. Very hit and miss with just about everything. Order with caution ⚠️. If possible, go to store and stand in line.

I order with my coffee subscription on the app. Sometimes, it is ready when I get there. Sometimes, they ask if I am at the correct store since they don't have my order. Today, I had to wait to be given an empty cup to make my own coffee. There has been too many delays for my morning coffee on the way to work, and I am cancelling my subscription. The coffee was warm but not hot.

Never disappoints. Although clearly they are understaffed and training a lot of people on the job at the same time. That made it a little slower and difficult and slow to ask for additional things at the bar (i.e. condiments). Still, they make up for it with good attitude and willingness to do a good job. The kitchen did a good job. Oh and the new power lemonades (with caffeine) rock!

We love Panera Bread here in our office. Their food really is good... However, their Rapid Pick Up Orders need to be checked more thoroughly. We always have 1 issue or another with them not including something in the bag, or not customizing the order correctly... But today they seriously forgot to include one whole meal. We ordered food for all 4 people in the office, and someone's food was not in the bag. Panera did rectify it and delivered the food (we are 5 minutes away from their location), so that was nice and appreciated, but only because they are so close by that the person did not need to wait too long to get their food... but again, there's always something.

They always have my order ready and correct when I order through the app. Staff are usually friendly and helpful, though sometimes they're more involved in their conversation than customers. Mostly clean though could sometimes use attention near the beverage dispensers and there always seems to be a lot of liquid on the floor. Plenty of parking and seating.

We had an ok time here, got some potato soups and a chicken salad sandwich. They don't put a ton of chicken on it but it was good. I recommend a cup for the soup and not the bowl because the size of the bowl is just huge and with the bread a cup is pretty filling (to me). We sat by the window. Lots of places to sit here. Drinks were ok. We don't go often but its good every now and then. $27 for what we got seems steep. Not blown away but it wasn't bad. Soup is nice for the cold weather

I have been to this Panera on average maybe once a month. Most of the time I pick up a dozen bagels and some of their bakery items. Today I decided to try their lunch. I chose "You pick 2". Several years ago when I lived in a different state. I ate Panera lunch at least a couple times a week. Total bill was $14.75 with no drink. I ordered a ciabatta cheesesteak with chicken rice soup. When I ordered the chicken rice soup I did not realize it was a creamy soup. I thought it was more brothy. So I did not like the soup. I did not like the sandwich either. It barely had three pieces of meat in it so I would say about less than half the sandwich had meat in it. It was pretty sad. In terms of bagels, they are shrinking. Every time I go they get smaller and smaller. Also, with their rewards program, the only way to reset your password is through your phone number. You cannot reset your password through your email address. At least I wasn't able to do it. So if your phone isn't working or having problems with text, you're out of luck.

I’ve had multiple times now that getting the food has been ridiculous slow. Multiple people were waiting and frustrated. The staff is extremely young and there is a lack of urgency within the kitchen. Food is still good but be prepared for a long wait time.

Food is always good, but super expensive for fast casual. Staff is always friendly. What I am not thrilled with was how dirty the place is. Food and trash all over the dining room floors, in the booth crevices, stuff smeared onto the booth and walls, smells bad, etc. This place needs a deep clean and then better maintained. Not a pleasant environment to eat in.

Disappointing. Used to be so good. Now too expensive for what you are getting. No more table service. You have to pick it up youself and they don't even give you a tray anymore to carry all the stuff on so you are left to juggle all the plates. I ordered a grilled cheese and there was very little cheese on it. Just sprinkled on shredded cheese and not much of that. What kind of person makes a grilled cheese with shredded cheese? Terrible!

The girl upfront was very sweet. I came here and asked for a broccoli cheddar soup with a bread bowl. I asked if they could warm up my bread bowl and the manager said they couldn’t warm it up in the back oven but I could warm it in the microwave. But they make hot sandwiches which they have to warm up in the same oven. How do they sell bread but refuse to warm it up for you with your meal?

Lantana Panera: Online Bagel order, days in advance. Order#: xxxx Initially they couldn't find the big bag of supposedly, 36 bagels mixed flavor. I Waited 12 minutes to find the bag of bagels, sitting on the back shelf. In plain sight. Passed me the bag. No thanks for the order. Drove back to our brunch location...and before I opened the plastic bags I counted 0nly 34 of supposedly 36 bagels. Not a big problem but .... After calling the store to register my short count...the phone staff answers, that she needs to know which bagels were missing of my 36 bagel order...and said somebody miscounted, and they were busy. NOT MY PROBLEM, COUNTING IS BASIC. Wouldn't offer return the missing $$ to credit card I used for the online purchase. Wanted me to come back and get 2 specific flavor bagels. Tasty food. Poor staff and manager.... Count your catering order before you leave the store.. obviously it's the buyer's problem. Sorry I left a good tip on the online order.

Holy cow on the pricing! The cashier messed up 4 of the 5 sandwich I ordered. Payton the shift supervisor had the nerve to tell me that he will fix my order "when he can get to it." Excuse me, what? I just paid $80 for food it's not my problem my ciabatta cheesecake was made on an onion bagel.

Wow, Panera has hit a new low (high?) for over-pricing. I just paid almost $10 with tax for a bowl of chicken noodle soup that contained a *very* small amount (if this is a bowl, how little is in a cup?) and a piece of bread. Panera has a nice atmosphere and service, but I won’t be returning again because of the extremely high prices.

I had broccoli cedar soup that looked & tasted like it was either left over from day before or the bottom of the pan. My whole grain roll was stale. What has happened to Panera? It's gotten expensive and quality definitely not what it use to be. Very disappointed

Unfortunately I had poor customer service, twice. My dad went to pick up my order, they would not give him the order unless he had a confirmation number. Which I get. So he showed the confirmation number, then they wanted an email confirmation. If he has the confirmation number why do you need the email? They even told him he was at the wrong store which of course he wasn’t. The email said the order will be ready by 10:30 (I know it’s not always precise) but my dad had to wait almost 15 minutes after this just to pick up an online order. Also please make sure your online menu is updated. Another day I ordered 6 soufflés and then when I went for curbside pick up they said they only had three and I wasn’t in a position to go inside to cancel and get only 3. Hope this is addressed.

I went Saturday the of March, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a salad I had 2 rewards and the manager for the store took my order and didn't use my rewards aside from that I said no dressing on my salad it had some and I asked for extra peanut dressing on the side no I didn't get that in my bag. The manager was the blonde lady very petite and she's short. I don't think I'll go back. The worst customer service...

Something has changed for the worse at this location. Used to love it but The last 3 or 4 times the food has been so disappointing. Last week ordered full size Fuji chicken salad. Had 1 mushy wedge of tomato and not one piece of chicken, not one apple, no cheese, maybe 2 pecans. Ordered full size again yesterday and had 1 slice of apple and 3 little pieces of chicken. Also a few weeks ago a Turkey sandwich with a tiny piece of turkey only big enough to cover 1/4 of the bread. Bowls of soup only filled maybe 1/3. Love the food but seems like they don't care what they are serving. Won't be going there anymore 😕

Somehow they always get my order wrong. Every time. Not an exaggeration. Today for example, I ordereda simple breakfast sandwich off the menu. The cashier repeated the order back to me and incredibly, it’s still wrong. It’s either gross incompetence or the employees just don’t care. Either way, it is unacceptable. This was the last chance. It’s so frustrating when a place with good foods has terrible customer service. Went in to pick up an app order. It was ready on time, great so far. Went to the counter to get a bottle of water and a tea. The water was sitting in a bath of melted ice. Ick, right? Like, who wants to have to reach into a freezing pool of dirty water to fish out a bottle of water that you have to then put your mouth on to drink? Asked the cashier if she had napkins close at hand to wipe down the dripping water before leaving a path all over the restaurant. Sorry, can’t help. Cool. So now I’m juggling two drinks and my wallet, and try to carry my takeout bag as well. No handles, flimsy bag. Cool. Go to the takeout counter to ask for a bag with handles. A man who I’m assuming is a manager sees me struggling, obviously pregnant and carrying all of this, and throws the bag onto the counter. Still folded up flat. No offer to help open the bag, which is frankly the least he can do. So I have to take all this, including the folded up bag, to a table and open it to put my things inside. It should be so easy to take care of customers. They obviously just don’t care to. It’s sad really. Edit: the food is TERRIBLE today. The grilled cheese is literally microwaved with cheese on half of it, not even the whole thing. Bread on the size of the soup was unwrapped, thrown in the bag with utensils. No croutons which are supposed to come with the soup. Cleanliness and packing can’t be up to code. Disgusting quality, will be asking for a refund. So disappointed.

Would rather go out of my way to another Panera. The past few months, I’ve been ordering curbside. The order is either extremely late, or just sitting behind their counter after they marked it ready. Today I found my order at the pick up station even while the ticket is for curbside. I did eventually decide that I’ll just order in-person or place for in-store pickup, but curbside is convenient for a hurried person as myself. I don’t like that if you order a drink with your pickup, the straw is exposed (no wrapper) and taped to the bag. There’s tape residue on the drinking straw. Boynton Beach Panera is really quick, never a delay!

We had by far the worst experience at this specific facility at 6300 Lantana Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33463 on the evening of January 3rd. We decided to order from the app to minimize the amount of time inside as we had our toddler with us. We placed the order and paid all on the app and got the little progress chart that is supposed to indicate preparation, quality control and ready for pick up. The system went through all the stages and stated ready for pickup. I also signed up for the text notification, which also stated ready for pickup. We went inside and there was nothing on the pickup shelf. We waited a few minutes then asked the person at the counter about it. She asked for the last name, did a check and then came back and said they have no record of that order. We were utterly confused as we had an order number, a confirmation and a paid confirmation. We then gave the counter person the order number and they checked the system and found the order. She then proceeded to give the preppers the printed order and we waited for about another 45 mins, then we asked again for status. The preppers proceeded to tell the counter person they tossed the printed copy out. She printed another copy for them and went back to the preppers and discussed. The preppers then indicated they didn’t have most of the items to prepare the orders. We are now more than an hour in after the “ready for pickup” the manager then comes to relay the same info. At this point we asked for a refund as there were 3 others there; 2 ordered at the counter and 1 was a door dash, who all encountered issues of not getting their ordered meals. This is the first time we have ever seen anything like this from the franchise and will not be returning to this particular one unless they improve.

Went in before work to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered a Turkey sandwich with no spicy mustard or anything spicy about it. My mouth is still burning a little from whatever they put in the sandwich. The last 3 times something was wrong with my order. This is the last time I go.

I love Panera Bread, but Rapid pick up is a disaster at this location! Morning staff is very irresponsible. At 6:26am I placed an order to pick up at 7:10am, I wanted to bring breakfast to my daughter’s teacher. At 7:45am, order still wasn’t ready. When I asked the staff, they had no idea because they were too busy chatting with each other, and not paying attention to the computers, finally they saw the order that I placed at 6:26am and offered to make it at that time, I had to cancel the order, I was too late for work, I couldn’t bring anything to my daughter’s daycare. A complete disaster, very disappointed. Staff at this location is very lazy and is given really bad reputation to panera bread!

We don't go to Panera like we used to anymore because every time we go there we run into problems. My teriyaki meal was cold when I took it to the table and both of my kids mac and cheese was barely lukewarm. I have them reheat my meal but most of my kids dealt with it and just ate it. Also they also never have chocolate chip bagels so we never go for breakfast anymore daily. Wish they would improve but every time we try it again they never do.

I ordered online for pick up at 5pm. The order wasn't ready until 5:20pm. They forgot to include 2 soups that I had ordered. Didn't find out until I got home. So 2 out 4 of us got to eat dinner together. Terrible service all around.

Went in at 8:45pm and tried to place an order. Told me they were out of the first two things I ordered (they close at 9 and didn’t want to take anything out they didn’t have to). So, instead of my going through the menu of items they no longer felt like serving, I asked what they did have. The response? “Soup.” Seriously? Lol - and these responses came w no apology. So, I took my business next door where they were happy to serve me even though they had started the clean up process themselves. Thank you PANZ!

I get it, mistakes happen. You think you're reaching for sandwich A and grab sandwich B. The first time this happened the manager was incredibly apologetic and redelivered the correct items fairly quickly. The second time it happened, the manager could not get me off the phone fast enough. I get it if you could care less that my dinner was not coming tonight, and now I have to figure out an alt plan, but at least try to hide the contempt in your voice until I'm off the phone. Also, "Corporate" Panera send too bad, their indie and not our prob. 😕

I came here and spent $50 on trash. My Mac n cheese was cold. My sons pizza was covered in sauce that was thick and goopy like ketchup. Not high quality marinara or tomato sauce at all. Then they charged me an extra $4.00 for a fruit cup cause they didn’t have bread sticks. So I had to pay extra for the side I didn’t want. Never coming here again. Complete trash

So we just went here after not coming in about a year. We got a few sandwiches. After passing 3 tables to find one that looked clean, we found one of our sandwhiches had a very long hair in it. When I returned to the counter, the manager didn't acknowledge me or anything about the incident and he was right there because the employee showed it to him. The sandwich didn't get thrown away just moved to the side. I did get a new sandwich but a few hairnets or hats instead of ponytails and messy buns might stop this from happening in the future. I swore it used to be common practice to have gloves and hairnets on. But I guess it's no longer part of their SOPs. So PSA check your food before you eat it

Unfortunately there is a pest problem that hasn’t been taken care of. Saw a roach by the coffee station. I let a staff member know. I have been going to this Panera for years but if this location doesn’t get cleaner they will continue to lose customers.

I placed a pickup order and when I went inside they I heard these two young ladies who were putting together the order say my name (that's on the tag) and then start to talk trash about my me. One of the girls walked over to the cash register to help me not knowing it was my order. I proceeded to tell her I was there to pick up an order. When i told her my name her eyes got really large then the two girls laughed and then proceeded to tell me I was a celebrity at the Panera store. I rarely go there but they apparently remember my name. So rude and unprofessional. I won't be going to that location ever again and I will be calling corporate.

Online order for pickup, not ready when I arrived. Waited approx. 7 min for order that was cold when I arrived home. Also, had gift card that I wanted to know balance. When I presented the gift card the girl, Amanda, said I would have to purchase something to find out!! I said, "what if there's nothing on the card?" She replied, "then we'll find out together." Very unprofessional. If this was the case, why couldn't she perform a sale, then void it if that was the only way to find out the balance--which I find hard to believe. I did try to find out online, but was told the particular card had to be brought into the store to find balance. So, I still don't know the balance, or if there is a balance.

The girl servicing me was excellent. She found not submit a coupon to finalize our order so she requested a manger to assist her. We waited over 10 minutes as she continued to ask for assistance but the manger would not come over. JP was the manager and he decided to wait on another customer instead of helping us complete the order. After 15 minutes and JP going to help another customer I asked if he could please finalize this order. He had such a poor attitude and started saying negative things to me for requesting his assistance. I have come to this Panera for years and have never been treated so poorly. JP is no manager or example for his employees. Very disappointing

I ORDERED DELIVERY FROM PANERA BREAD. THEY NEVER BROUGHT ME THE FOOD. THEN WHEN I CALLED THEM, THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND PRACTICALLY TOLD ME EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED THRU THE PANERA BREAD WEBSITE THEY SENT THE ORDER VIA DOORDASH AND I NEED TO CALL THEM. HOWEVER PANERA BREAD GOT PAID THE $16.39 FOR MY FOOD. THEY HAVE CHILDREN WORKING HERE AND HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Not a place I would even think of eating at or ordering from again. The management is rude and fails to value their customers. The staff can't get an order out the door anywhere close to the time it was promised. Further, the work ethic of the entire operation is highly questionable. This is clearly due to the poor management, who is more interested in process than actually delivering quality food on a timely basis. Stay away until Panera wakes up and begins to treat their customers as though they are valued.

Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. Despite my instructions, they made my order incorrectly. When I presented back to them and asked for a refund, they unapologetically took it back and refused to refund and instead remake the order. Even though I said I do not have the time to wait for them to remake the order, they proceeded to remake the order. They once again made the wrong order! This time when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the one that was remaking my order now for the third time was the manager herself - Diane/Diana who once again unapologetically and quite rudely told me that she was the manager herself and she couldn't talk to me previously because she was making the order herself as if it was a favor. When I expressed my concerns that I would expect a professional manager to understand the frustrations of 2 wrong orders and LONG waiting times on finally a third order - she neither acknowledged my concerns nor offered any apologies. In fact, she condescendingly said "Calm down" like I was supposed to have not been frustrated at how unprofessional and inhospitable this entire visit had been. Extremely rude staff, manager and unprofessional attitudes. Disgusted by who is even allowed to be a manager. Will never return.

8:15a. Ignored by whay appeared to be a supervisor or manager. A gentleman came up a minute later. The least she could do was greet me or say just a moment rather than look right at me and walk away. Only soufle left were bacon. When I asked of they are making any more I can wait I was told by the same sup/manager, NO. I asked for a bagel, turns around to show me me that there are only sprouted left. Breads were empty too. I walked out. There was nothing I could order. The gentleman said they had orders. I told him politely, I understand, that's business, but the lack of customer service, a smile or just speak kindly when you don't have the product and suggest an alternative or ask me of I'd like to wait. Or plan accordingly and make more when you realize you're running out.

I went to this Panera Bread for dinner with my wife and we both ordered the choose 2 meal deal along with a cinnamon crunch latte for myself and a chocolate cold brew for my wife. When we finally got our order along with our drinks I went to take a sip of my latte and it was warm. I went up to the counter and politely explained to one of the employees that my latte was was warm when I took a sip. He continued to tell the female employee named Elina who made it that I said it was warm. Instead of making me a new one which would have been the right thing to do, she and the other employee told me to just put it in their microwave. I was in shock in my mind and I just went to put it in the microwave like they told me to. This is the first time I have ever received such poor service from this Panera since I have been coming here as a kid. I thought the employees were better than this. I did not complain or start an argument with the staff because I did not want to casue a scene. However, I was very disappointed and upset at the kind of service the younger staff gave me.

The food was disgusting and that’s being kind. We ordered 2 of the steak and cheese sandwiches and there was 1 tiny piece of meat on each sandwich. Seriously ridiculous for the amount of money they charge for 1 sandwich. All baguettes were sold out by 5:30 pm and that eliminates the majority of their sandwiches. The girls Re the front were not helpful and seemed very lost. Bey disappointed in this location

I don’t know if it’s just this location or panera bread as a whole but I feel scammed $10 for a piece of bread an chicken soup might I add there was one small piece of chicken in the soup. Then the salad I got as well had very little chicken ridiculous price ridiculous portions.

For the second time in a row I came there around 4:00 in the afternoon for coffee it was lukewarm they tried to give me another one claiming it was fresh but it was empty. They wanted me to wait around another 10 minutes we decided not to ask for a money back got it and left

This Panera is the worst! The service is so incredibly slow. If you order at the restaurant, you will wait 30 minutes for your food. If you order online and go pick up 30 minutes after you ordered, you will still wait 15 more minutes to get your food. Either they need more help or better management. I do not and would not recommend this place to anyone! For the prices Panera charges, they can afford to hire more staff.

I don't know what the disconnect is. I put in an online order for a hot cup of coffee in the morning. That's it! All they have to do is put out the cup. I specifically order early and show up 10 minutes AFTER they say the order is going to be ready which is giving them 20 minutes to put out the cup. You can guess what happened. No cup. So now I have to find somebody and ask them for my cup.

This used to be good. I asked for a bagel and after cutting the bagel it was placed on a counter with no plate or paper under it. We ordered two Mac and Cheese and they were cold. We asked for new hotter ones and they just microwaved the first order. There was no coffee so they made a fresh pot and it tasted like hot water and no coffee in it. The staff was making their own food and drinks with more hustle than for the customers. Just sad how much money they charge and can’t get it right. The floors don’t look like they have been vacuumed in a while.

I purchased a sandwich breakfast, 3 little pieces o chicken and when I ask for a little more, they told me is only 1 ounce per sandwich. $7.00 sandwich, half the size and 1 ounce of chicken!!! See pic. Panera bread is raising their proces and reducing quality, not worth it
