Service is very good. I enjoyed a black coffee plus an almond croissant. The was tidy and clean. However, seating is very limited.

Philthiest starbucks I have ever seen. Lazy worker making the tea drinks, his station is a mess. The guy keeps complaining about things to his coworkers and scratching his face. I am sitting at the "bar" and waiting to see if he picks up a rag and cleans up his mess. Glad I ordered a drip coffee.

Employees are always great and my drinks are always correct. But this sandwich is embarrassing. I know this comes prepackaged and frozen so it’s 100% not the fault of the employees. But Starbucks…seriously? My first 3 bites were JUST bread. Not even any sauce or anything. Thanks for letting me know I can never order your food again.

I ordered a decaf latte. It came out with warm milk. I couldn't taste the coffee at all. Maybe the recipe needs to be improved somehow.

I usually go to the starbucks near gateway but stopped here because it was on my way, after I ordered my drink I was standing by the counter and saw someone leave the bathroom, go behind the counter and without washing her hands start making my drink that she then handed to me. I didn’t see her name because she didn’t have an apron on but she had long curly hair. I threw the drink away after taking it because that is disgusting, please teach your staff basic hygiene, I will keep going to the starbucks near gateway after this experience.

I waited 20 minutes for a bacon sandwich and a croissant, and then they told me I wasn’t charged for one of them. I didn’t know the prices. No apology or anything. This is my first time here.. and last

Took 20 minutes and all I got was a croissant and a grande coffee There was nobody ahead of me it was made wrong twice first time they didn’t give me my cold foam and then the second time they added cinnamon after I said no cinnamon topping and extra pump of sugar (which i also didn’t receive) So I got the cinnamon I didn’t want and no extra sugar I could not even wait to get my order fixed because like I said it took 20 minutes and at this point I was already late for class! terrible Wait time But the workers were nice, I guess

Much better coffee shops in the area attitudes are kind of smug. They don’t accept US cash so I literally ended up leaving the store with nothing because they wouldn’t take cash. I think Starbucks has outlived itself

ordered a Frappuccino with no whipped cream. It was given to me with whipped cream in the crumbles, and the syrups on top. I tell her it was supposed to be no whipped cream. She wipes the whipped cream off, Gives it to me without the toppings, No crumbles, no mocha, no nothing. I asked the lady again if she can put the crumbles and the syrups on it. She goes and puts whipped cream on it to add the syrups and the cookie crumbles, and I said, no whipped cream, I just want you to add the toppings without the whipped cream. She empties out my cup 😑 and tell the guy to make it again. He was nice the other two girls horrible and the one that took my order cause I repeatedly said NO WHIPPED CREAM to her but must have been in a rush to leave cause after me she grabbed her things and a drink and left.

They’re friendly, but their service is incredibly slow. I won’t be returning to this establishment. The constant movement and chatter of people around the bar make it difficult to get a drink served quickly.

Worst experience and I will be contacting corporate ! I was inside T-Mobile and sent my African American boyfriend inside to grab me a coffee and he asked to used to restroom first Dani asked him if he was going to make a purchase first and he was upset and left . After I was done at the store next door I walked over to get my coffee and he was able to use the restroom HOWEVER as we sat we watched the whole staff allow 2 white women inside the restroom WITHOUT ever asking if they where going to make a purchase first !!! COMPLETE RACISM

Slow service and After I ordered a Frap with $1 tip and the preparer left a very MESSY outcome with whipped cream all over the sides of the drink cup. Won’t come back to this place Is that how you treat a customer after $1 tip on top of $7.00?

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars that’s what they’d get. The first Starbucks I went to on Federal Hwy& Woolbright was filthy, we walked in all employees turned and looked at us then turned away without an “I’ll be with you in a minute” or even a hello. We stood there for ten minutes waiting to be acknowledged yet nothing as I stood there I looked behind the counter (I’m a barista in CA so I understand standards) their sanitizer buckets were not clear liquid they were rags going into water so dirty it might as well have been milk. After seeing that I had seen all I needed to see so we went to another Starbucks, this location I’m reviewing. While we did get greeted the place was absolutely filthy I didn’t think it could get worse than the one before but while my partner ordered I looked at what was happening behind the counter. Not only did they all seem to be accomplishing nothing the photo I’m attaching will tell you all you need to know. I didn’t even want to get the drink after seeing the place. Carmel bags on the floor and milk and syrups spilling from the counter down the fridge to the floor. Instead of taking two seconds to wipe it off I watched the employee set a Carmel drizzle bottle and multiple drink cups down in the mess on the counters which then means the Carmel bottle sitting in who knows how long the guck has been on the counter is now transferring into my drink as he pours Carmel on. Not only that but I watched him make my drink and while I ordered blonde espresso the espresso was not taken out/cleaned or refilled it was just simply run through again also assuming it was their typical medium roast beans. Meaning it was used to pull espresso at least three times once which led it to be used and in the machine before ours and twice for my partner and I’s drinks. When I received my drink there was the tiniest bit of Carmel drizzle in there after I paid extra for it, the coffee also tasted like water and milk with the littlest hint of coffee. The sheer amount of laziness and disregard for the health violations happening here is disgusting. I will not be returning and I seriously hope you guys get some help in there or at the least some training and common knowledge cleaning education.
