Let's talk about this gem located near downtown Lake Worth. I tried the Jerk pork with rice and peas, plantains, and coleslaw. My dinner taste better with every delectable bite. Make sure to ask for Chef J (the cute one) lol. Seriously, I know you've driven by and thought about trying them. Don't think, go and support. You will not be disappointed.

If you're looking for traditional Jamaican flavors with a bold twist, Hibiscus Jamaican Fusion is an absolute must-try! This spot masterfully combines authentic Jamaican dishes with Asian fusion, creating a flavor explosion that will leave your taste buds dancing.😋💃🏽😋 For appetizers, we started with the Bao Jerk Pork Bun and the Jerk Octopus Bruschetta—and wow, just wow! Both were bursting with flavor and perfectly executed. The bao was soft and pillowy, hugging the smoky, tender jerk pork, while the octopus was charred to perfection with a spicy kick, balanced beautifully on a crisp bruschetta. Simply divine! For the main course, we both went for the oxtail, and let me just say, it was so good I couldn't even stop to take a picture (yes, it was that serious!). The meat was tender, falling off the bone, and the flavors were rich and deeply satisfying. The portion size and presentation were perfect, making it an unforgettable meal. We’re already planning our next visit to dive deeper into their menu. The fusion concept here is genius, and the execution is flawless. If you're a fan of Jamaican cuisine and enjoy innovative flavors, do yourself a favor and visit Hibiscus Jamaican Fusion—you won’t regret it!

I was just a regular white guy, but now, I’m a Jamaican white guy. I’ve had Jamaican food before but not like this; this is original, family-owned, and DELICIOUS! Everything is cooked to order and the prices are great. My 2 favorites are probably the jerk chicken sliders and the wings but it’s all so good it’s hard to pick one thing. The house hibiscus sauce is spicy and delicious. If you like your wings a little extra spicy, like myself, let them know when you order and you’re good to go. I haven’t ordered anything I’ve yet to regret and I’m sure you’ll find this secret spot in LWB your new favorite as well!

My sister and I recently visited Hibiscus Jamaican Fusion while in town, and we were beyond impressed! We were on the hunt for authentic Caribbean flavors—and this spot delivered beautifully. I had the jerk chicken plate, and my sister ordered the grilled snapper. Both dishes were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of bold island flavors. You could tell everything was made with care. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and cozy. The owners and chefs were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. If you’re craving real Caribbean food and a laid-back, friendly vibe, this is it. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area!

Chef G & Chef Otis are top tier at their execution of the menus items they offer at Hibiscus. The food is always fresh to order and satisfies the appetite of myself and loved ones that I take here. This restaurant has become my go to Friday evening dinner location. I am happy they are here in Lake Worth Beach and look forward to their continued growth in our community.

Chef Otis was amazing. We ordered the oxtail dinner which was the best that I have had in years, the jerk bbq brisket dinner which was very tasty and the jerk wings which were outstanding. I would have liked more cabbage with my meal but next time I will have to order a full side so I am not disappointed. All in all, we were very impressed and will be back soon.

I've been here several times now and absolutely love it. The food is amazing and the customer service is top tier. Chef G always cooks up everything fresh and im telling you, you NEED to try the food here. The jerk pork and 6 cheese mac and cheese is my recommendation but everything is amazing! I know I'll keep coming back. I try to grab food here weekly!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Must-Try Culinary Gem! If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers bold flavors, generous portions, and outstanding service, look no further than Hibiscus Jamaican Fusion! With family visiting from Las Vegas; originally from Hawaii, we wanted something special, and this spot exceeded all expectations. We ordered the Blackened Shrimp Pasta and Jerk Chicken, and wow, every bite was an explosion of flavor! The shrimp was perfectly blackened, tender, and packed with smoky richness, while the pasta was creamy, well-seasoned, and utterly indulgent. The Jerk Chicken? Next-level delicious! Juicy, smoky, and spiced just right, it had that authentic kick without overpowering the dish. On top of the phenomenal food, the customer service was flawless. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. This is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. Hibiscus Jamaican Fusion is officially on our must-return list, and if you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out! 🔥🍽️👏

We've been craving some good Jamican food and unfortunately we do not have many options near us. Found this little Gem in downtown Lake Worth. We ordered Jerk chicken, oxtail, curry chicken and the macaroni and cheese. My wife's oxtail was next level. The gravy was amazing. I got the Jerk chicken and had to wait for them to cook it. We'll it was deffiniaty worth the wait. The curry chicken was tender and my daughter loved it. Mac and cheese was pretty legit. The vibe of this little place was spot on. Everyone working really made sure that our experience was great. The kept checking on us to let us know that the food was almost ready. I can't wait to order again. Keep up the good work and we enjoyed the services you provided. Thanks

Chef Flex is a really cool Down to earth guy. It was my 1st time going there. So I was having a hard time choosing. I asked chef if he could customize my plate, Bcuz I really wanted to try 2 different dishes. He made me an oxtail plates with rice peas, plantains & Jamaican Cole slaw. He also loaded me up with jerk chicken. I paid right around $36 for the plate & got a fresh pineapple, mango drink with it. When he handed me the plate it felt like it was 2.5-3lbs. The food was amazing, the oxtails were insane. Between the chef being such a cool guy & the amount of Food & how it tasted, I will definitely be returning. I even called him when I got home to tell him how great the food was. Just being honest, I got full twice & put the food away. But later that night I pulled it out, reheated & finished it. Not even bcuz I was hungry just bcuz I was being a glutton & it taste so good.

This place was highly recommended, and I was not disappointed. The oxtails are fall off the bone tender and they were big and meaty, not bones and fat like most oxtails I've seen. I have never had jerk chicken I liked, and this was absolutely a first. It was seasoned to perfection and nice and juicy, I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was top notch and the price was very reasonable for the amount of food I got. Everything was made fresh and it was overall an amazing meal/experience. This was my first time eating here, but most certainly will not be my last!

Second time having the oxtail. I ordered it for pickup. The oxtail was so tender and full of flavor with just the right amount of spice. The pieces were large with plenty of meat. It was served with rice and peas, sweet plantains, and Jamaican coleslaw. All were delicious. Special thanks to Chef G for bringing this culinary gem to Lake Worth Beach.

What really blew me away was how everything came together—the salad, the rice, and that rich sauce from the chicken. Every bite was mouthwatering, layered with flavor, and deeply satisfying. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, flavorful Jamaican fusion!

I can’t express how grateful I am to have found this gem of a restaurant! Sunday, I was searching for a place to eat, but nothing was catching my interest until I came across this incredible Jamaican fusion spot. To be honest, we kinda got lost, but once you find it, you’ll never forget it. The flavors were out of this world! Every bite was a perfect balance of rich, authentic Jamaican spices and creative fusion twists that took the dishes to another level. The jerk seasoning was spot-on, the curry goat melted in my mouth, and the sides were just as delicious. You can tell the chefs put real passion into their food. On top of that, my husband said the service was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. It’s not often you find a restaurant that delivers on both taste and hospitality, but this place nailed it. If you’re looking for bold flavors, great vibes, and food that leaves you craving more, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back Sunday or any day of the week

Chef Andre took such great care of us! We ordered the grilled snapper with lemon coconut sauce, rice and peas, cole slaw, and plantain. Everything was seasoned perfectly, nuanced and not heavy handed. One in our party had special dietary constraints and he fine tuned his cooking to her taste. We also were looking for a light dinner and he graciously split two entrees into four servings for us. He really turned us into fans!

On our girls trip we stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant. I snarked to my girls “ this place is small” … but the aromas were reminiscent of somebody’s grandmas kitchen… we proceeded to walk in this little spot…when chef Aundre turned the corner flashing a huge smile and said “you calling my restaurant small?!” he joked with a wide and bright smile. That made us feel comfortable and we unanimously agreed to eat here on the patio. We were well attended to. Service with a smile, patience and respect. The food… authentic… flavorful…unforgettable. We were all satisfied. Though this restaurant is small it packs a big punch in flavor! It reached all of our standards! Thanks Chef Aundre and the crew!!

Absolutely incredible! Hands down, the best wings I’ve ever had — perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned with just the right amount of spice. Hibiscus Jamaican Fusion is a hidden gem that deserves way more recognition. Aundre, the owner, personally made my meal and you can tell he puts his heart into every dish. You’d never guess they’ve only been open a few months with how well everything is run. If you’re in Palm Beach County and love great food, just google “best Jamaican food in Palm Beach County” and head straight here. You won’t regret it. Support this place — it’s a must-try!

Hibiscus Jamaican Fusion – A Must-Try! Ask for chef G and Otis!!!!! I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas, plus an extra side of jerk chicken, and it absolutely delivered. The chicken was perfectly charred on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with authentic jerk flavor—smoky, spicy, and well-seasoned without being overpowering. You can tell it was cooked with care. The rice and peas were flavorful, not dry, and paired perfectly with the jerk sauce, which added just the right amount of heat and richness. The steamed cabbage on the side was a great balance—tender, lightly seasoned, and a nice contrast to the bold spices of the chicken. Portion sizes were generous, presentation was solid, and everything tasted fresh. This meal gave real island vibes and felt like comfort food done right.

Stopped here on a whim as I wanted to eat something that would be a little tough for me to cook at home and they had good reviews. Turns out the good reviews were well-deserved. Since I was torn between oxtail and jerk chicken, Chef Aundre hooked me up with a combo plate, and it didn’t disappoint. I was the only person in the restaurant for most of my meal, as I managed to arrive smack between lunch and dinner service. Everything was moist and fall-off-the-bone perfect, and I’d gladly go back.

I visited this restaurant for lunch with my family on mother's day. The service was great and so was the food. We had the oxtails with rice and peas, the jerk chicken pasta, jerk pork tacos, truffle fries, curry chicken and oxtails bao buns. While the oxtails was very tender, it was a bit too fatty for me (but I also understand that restaurants may not have the time to de-fat a large batch of oxtails). My only other issue was that the A.C. was not efficient, it was a bit hot in the establishment. Overall, I will definitely be returning, heat, fat and all 🤭.

Excellent food, atmosphere, and customer service were 💯 percent authentic, and that's a plus for Jamaican restaurants! Attitude is everything! I am so happy we found this place! This was my first time eating here, and it definitely won't be my last! The next time I'm on vacation in Florida, I'll be sure to make my way back to Hibiscus Jamaican Fusion. Chef Flex didn't have to make the food this good, but he did THAT!! Whether you're a local to Lake Worth or just in the area visiting, I highly recommend giving this place a chance. I promise you won't be disappointed. I truly look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. Respect!

This restaurant was great. Several menu items were already sold-out, so we got the blackened Shrimp pasta and Wings with the Hibiscus sauce; both were so good. I would recommend. The only down side to this location is the parking, not much of it. I would recommend ordering to-go more than dinning in.. I will definitely be going back..

This place has been calling to me. I finally decided to walk over there and get some dinner. Wow! Amazing!!! I ordered the Jamaican Jerk chicken wings, the Jamaican bbq brisket and the Hibiscus punch. The wings were delicious! Great jerk flavor. I didn’t really need to order the brisket too because I was full after the wings. The brisket was moth watering too! Generous portion, tender meat, rich bbq flavor that wasn’t your normal old bbq sauce. The rice and peas were delicious too and they gave me some extra sauce that I used on everything. They have another take on coleslaw that is out of this world, it is flavor packed! The hibiscus punch was super refreshing. Super friendly service I’ll be back soon.

I love island food and I have yet to find something to complain about. I work next door and finally had the chance to try them out. Customer service is really great, especially G. When I came back to place my second order I asked me how my last meal was and if i enjoyed it. I really appreciated that as most businesses rarely remember customer’s faces. The food is reasonably priced and the restaurant plays my kinda music which i love (Old school R&B). This time i got the jerk chicken tacos with rice and peas and the Pineapple mango juice. It was super good. Last time i came i got the jerk chicken sliders with tostones and the Lemonade. You can tell the lemonade was made fresh and the 3 sliders were very filling. That sauce that comes with it (i think it’s the hibiscus sauce) is SO SO SO good i always request extra. I will forever be a returning customer.

I can’t say enough about how good my experience was at this restaurant. I initially intended to order take out but the restaurant was so nice and inviting; I decided to dine in. I had the oxtail bao buns which was amazing! The combination of the soft bun with the oxtail was so tasty I was tempted to order more to go. Incredible food! Ordered for takeout and couldn't be happier. The Jamaican wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce had a subtle sweetness mixed with delicious spices. I had ordered the curry shrimp bao buns but they ran out because they are so good. They were kind enough to swap them for pork bao buns and I'm glad they did, they were amazing. Fluffy bao buns with hefty portions of pork that were cooked wonderfully. Highly recommend a taste.

Try at your own risk, 1 star dont recommend. When walking in I was greeted by what some would call medicine in the air, and a glossy eyed person at the regular. So my 1st thoughts were this foodwas going to be fire, like the aroma in the air. But boy was I let down. My wife said not to be harsh on this place, but for $45 for 1 entree, wings, and mac & cheese I think I should be honest. Don't know if it was the time of day but everything was flavorless, hard and old. I won't be back, but I'll gave them a 5 star bc of the free bottled water I got for my 20 minute wait. So my review was based on service not flavor, taste, and temperature. To me their food was trash, not even worth a picture.

I ordered the Snapper with Rice & Peas, Cabbage and Plantains. Everything was good except the Rice & Peas. It was as if they cooked white rice and added the peas. It was not made the traditional way with the added seasoning and such. It really made my whole meal disappointing. I wouldn’t try it again. But that’s just my opinion. How does a Jamaican spot mess up Rice & Peas? SMH.

Food was just ok. Had the grilled snapper. Great portion but tasteless. Rice had a nice coconut flavor but other than that was dried. Snapper was also dried. Plantains were very good. I would give them another try as fish is not something easy to please when it comes to serving.

First time ordering out from this restaurant. I was excited to try it based on the reviews and it was an hour drive for me. I used the kiosk to order and after 20 minutes of not hearing anything from the staff (I wasn’t greeted at all) I went to the window and he said it will be about 20 minutes for my order so I did have to wait a while. Jerk taco bao buns- I was excited to try this fusion dish. The jerk chicken was dry but they provided a cup of sauce for me to dip it in. The bao had no taste but was soft. Jerk chicken wings- The sauce on the wings was soooo tasty but the chicken itself was hard/dry. Mac and cheese- Reminded me of kraft mac and cheese from the blue box; I desired more of a baked and flavorful taste. Total cost was about $40 but I did not enjoy it unfortunately. Made I was better off ordering other items that has really good reviews like the rasta pasta or the oxtail.

Everything was cool I just moved down here recently, and honestly, I think I’ll still make the hour drive to Miami for Jamaican food. Out of all the spots I’ve tried, this one actually had most of the dishes I was looking for, except for the mac & cheese. That was super bland—just plain noodles and cheese, no real flavor. Thankfully, the guy working there was really nice and swapped it out for something else. The oxtail gravy was on point, but $27 for just four pieces of oxtail? That’s wild. It feels like they might’ve just opened, so I’ll probably give them another shot. The vibe was good at first, but once I started eating, it got so hot inside. I was literally melting and couldn’t even enjoy the food the way I wanted to so I left but everything is good just better Mac and cheese and more gravy and oxtails 😅

I’ve been there on two occasions and the wings are real good, the rice and peas are always super dry. The occasions I did go literally waited an hour and some change on my food And waited even longer for them to let me know that my food has been done, I heated the wings up and it was still good I decided to call ahead yesterday evening to place an order and the way this business lacks customer service is insane like I get it, I’m a server and sometimes I can be moody, but don’t even answer the phone correctly. Talk about some “what you want”, “Oh, we gonna close” And I was like really I thought y’all was open till 9:30. (I called at 8) He said “well in a little bit why what you want tell me what you want”. I said you just made my choice even easier he said “oh I like that. I like to hear that” These people are so rude I will never support them again, we love to support a black business, but forget them Let’s see how long the little Reky dank place stay up Place looking like a halfway house…..

I ordered the stew chicken to go. When I got it home there was No Gravy. It was dry and no flavor at all. The rice was dry. I wasn't pleased with that dish at all. I also ordered a fried escovitch snapper it was just OK. I also ordered the chick peas and potatoes that too was kind of dry. No gravy!!! And they didn't have the buss up shut. So I got the roti. It was ok. But not my favorite either. But customer service was nice.

My friend and I were really excited to try this spot after seeing so much buzz on social media, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The service was decent and the place wasn’t crowded, yet we still waited over 30 minutes for our food — which set expectations higher than what was delivered. The jerk chicken sliders were passable, mostly thanks to the jerk sauce. Beyond that, everything else was disappointing. On my curry chicken platter, the only standout was the sweet plantains. The jerk pork bao buns were undercooked — tough and gummy — and the jerk chicken wings were overpowering in spice, even for someone like me who usually handles heat well. Overall, we left feeling let down. With all the attention this place has been getting online, we truly expected better.

i ordered an oxtail burrito and wasn’t satisfied. There was barely any oxtail in the burrito, there was more rice than anything. The lemonade i received tasted like you would clean surfaces with. I was offered a replacement drink but the burrito and the lemonade was a let down.

This was my first time going to this restaurant let me say I was really disappointed. The staff were really nasty. They were smoking in the back. The rice had no flavor. The chicken tasted like nothing . It was so nasty. Only thing that was good was the Gatorade I do not recommend. To top things off the owner actually had the audacity to respond back to my review saying disrespectful things. I’m just being a customer and as a customer, I was really disappointed and I’m gonna tell you exactly how I felt about the business. I’m not trying to ruin your reputation or your business I’m just saying that the food was really nasty. It was dry and if you were Usain Bolt personal Chef I wanna ask you if you are still his chef because I don’t know what But that food was trash and just take it with a grain of salt and just do better. I’ve had way better Jamaican food and yeah if you be cooking, you should stop. customer service was disturbing I was at the Place way before two other gentlemen and they were served before me and because they were Jamaicans and I’m not Jamaican Yeah. mind you I’m not the only one that’s saying this man food is bad. It is bad. Maybe you guys are having a bad day that day.

I recently ordered the curried goat and jerk chicken, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The curried goat was so tough it wasn’t edible, and on top of that it was completely bland. The gravy texture was like gelatin, slimy, and horrible. The jerk chicken was beyond dry, nowhere near texture it should have. The only things that were actually edible were the rice & peas and the cabbage. For a total of $45, it felt like a complete waste. If I didn’t live so far away, I would’ve taken it back immediately. My advice: taste your food before leaving the restaurant.
