Food was delicious as always! I tried the meatloaf this time—it was good, but I probably wouldn’t get it again. The gumbo is absolutely the best; my husband orders it every time, and I totally get why. The Buffalo Blasts are a must—I could eat them every day. Service was great and the restaurant was clean. Parking in the garage is a big plus—just don’t forget to take your parking ticket inside to get it validated so you don’t have to pay. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a wonderful Brunch with my Two friends.. and there are NO words to describe How wonderful our server, Jamara, from Greeting us with her wonderful smile when she approached our table.. to answering my question about the breakfast Menu.. my friend had the Monte Cristo French toast which was delicious, I had the Spinach omelette and my other friend had the CA omelette which we both enjoyed. Over all Jamara our server, made our dining experience a real treat!

Here on a business trip and have had a lot of trouble with food service . We were immediately seated and greeted by Jayla. Jayla immediately took our drinks and orders . She was exceptional! She checked on us and made sure all our food was good and are drinks were filled . Was very bubbly and provided incredible service ! The food was perfect . I had the Nashville Chicken and it was great just a bit spicey . The serving is enough for 2-3 people . Also recommend the Avacado egg rolls and Mac and cheese bites

I stopped by the The Cheesecake Factory in West Palm Beach during a layover from work and had a great experience. My server, Lisa, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She mentioned she has been with Cheesecake Factory for 28 years, and her energy and professionalism truly showed. She recommended her favorite cheesecake, and it was absolutely delicious. Lisa’s friendly attitude and excellent service made my visit memorable. If you get the chance to have her as your server, you’re in great hands!

We had an excellent experience at The Cheesecake Factory, and a huge part of that was thanks to Shelby. From the moment she greeted us, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our table had everything we needed, answered questions about the menu with confidence, and checked in at the perfect moments without ever being intrusive. What really stood out was her attitude. Shelby clearly takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make guests feel taken care of. Even though the restaurant was busy, she remained calm, friendly, and efficient the entire time. That level of service makes a big difference and truly elevates the dining experience. Managers should seriously consider Shelby for employee recognition or employee of the month. Her incredible service, professionalism, and positive energy reflect exactly the kind of team member every restaurant hopes to have. She made our visit memorable, and we will definitely be coming back because of the experience she created.

This rating is specifically for their cheesecakes. I have tried several cheesecakes. I enjoyed the simple, but delicious dulce de leche cheesecake, plain with or without strawberry cheesecake Turtle cheesecake, and Macadamia cheesecake. However, I have a NEW FAVORITE! One of the newest neighbors on the block! I am pleasantly surprised! The delicious creamy, subtle taste of peaches, and drizzled raspberry (not over done)! All flavors compliment each other. "Peach perfect drizzled w/ raspberry" cheesecake! Omgoodness! I am in love!

I had a great time at the Cheesecake factory with my friends after a long day at school. The food was so good and we all enjoyed it very much. Our server, Juan, was a very nice young fellow and he was great with helping us pick what to get amongst the appetizers. He also cracked a lil bit of jokes and we all had a great time dining in with Juan as our server 😁!!!!

The restaurant was calm, clean, and had a peaceful atmosphere — a refreshing change from the always-busy Sawgrass location. Right from the start, the service stood out. Our server, Brenda, was absolutely on point from the moment we arrived. Before we even sat down, we went to wash our hands, and by the time we came back, Brenda had already set up the table with water, napkins, bread, and everything in order — ready to serve. That level of preparation said a lot about her professionalism. She gave us time to review the menu, never rushed us, and she clearly knew the menu inside and out. I should have asked how long she’s been there because her confidence and attention to detail were exceptional. Throughout the meal, she checked on us often, made sure everything was right, and carried herself with great energy and care. The food itself was excellent — everyone at the table enjoyed their meal, and we left happy and full. But what made the experience special was Brenda’s service. She made our visit feel personal and pleasant. Big shout-out to Brenda and to The Cheesecake Factory team for a wonderful family dining experience.

We went to The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was excellent. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Shelby for providing such attentive and friendly service, she truly made our celebration memorable

We dined in for my birthday and our server Bryce was amazing! She was super attentive and extremely social with us although she was very busy. We felt cared for our whole time dining in and if we are ever in the area again we would ask for her again! We also received a flower bouquet that was set at the table for the birthday occasion and it was beautiful. We give our experience a 10/10!

I didn’t realize that they moved location. Still pretty close to where it use to be at. I should of checked on maps but just thought they were gone until I saw some girls walking by with a Cheesecake bag 🤣 We came in about 40 mins before closing and were seated right away. I server was so sweet and attentive. I wish I remembered her name. My only complaint was that our appetizer didn’t come out until our food was ready which defeated the purpose of it. I order something from the small plate. The lettuce chicken tacos and they were AMAZING! We also ordered the Korean chicken with rice and that was FiRE! Overall a really good experience.

Dined with a group. Waited for an extended period to be seated. That was a frustrating start. The server we had was courteous. Orders were taken fairly quickly and no long turnaround for the food. I had the honey chicken with mashed potatoes and it was really good. Portion size was way too big. Traveling so didn't bother taking the leftovers. Didn't have a dessert after the initial wait so we were all ready to leave. Very good location. Good quality food. Nice atmosphere. They need to focus on wait times.

Food is always good at this restaurant. I gave a four-star rating because the hostess failed to inform the waiter of the purpose for our visit. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s fiancé's birthday, and I had hoped they would sing happy birthday. Unfortunately, I later discovered that such celebrations were not conducted at that establishment. However, David, the server requested the kitchen staff to write "happy birthday" on the dessert plate, which brought me joy.

Food is classic, you know what to expect and it’s relatively consistent. Chinese chicken salad was good, chicken missing some flavor. Swiss mushroom burger was very good, what get again. Be prepared for a dining room that’s very dark, and service can sometimes feel a little too slow. Everyone on staff very kind and very welcoming. Pictures is the strawberry cheesecake, just know that the strawberries come on the side, not really over the slice (sorry it’s half eaten already).

The pasta was okay… it was missing some flavor so we had to add salt. They usually offer Parmesan cheese but we didn’t get that option & by the time the waiter came back to check on us it was too late. Their pancakes & waffles are nice and sweet. Definitely recommend trying. The breakfast sandwich wasn’t delicious at all!! I personally did not enjoy it. I only ate half.

Update: went back and had great service by Bryce, the food was still average, but the service made up for it. Thank you! This is the absolute worst cheesecake factory in the whole company!! I have been here 4 times and will never come back. The girl at the front is very rude and unprofessional. I have dealt with her twice and both times she was rude and unprofessional. Never greets you when you come in, doesn't say please nothing!! I asked to be seated at an end table because I had my service dog with me and we walked over to an end table that was being cleaned, she asked me to go back up front and wait which was no problem at all. When we came back she made me sit at another table that was very tight and had no room for my service dog. How do you tell me to go wait for an end table to be cleaned, and then after it's clean you tell me "we have no server there" AC was down, and it was very hot and humid in there with no air to breathe!! I just left, and will be contacting corporate this time!!!

Met some co-workers here. Wait time wasn’t long considering it was lunch time. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. We had a big group and we felt relaxed and welcomed. Orders were taking quickly and we were served at a decent amount of time though it appeared to be busy. Food was great, delicious and huge portions. Everyone enjoyed their meal with no apparent complaints. This is a good location, right in the heart of city place. Theres a parking garage and streets parking paid by the meter. There’s a lot of attractions here so it gets crowded often.

Food was good but menus were jam packed with too many options. Steak was good but that’s because it was steak. Not steakhouse quality. Good mashed and string beans. Good Mac and cheese balls. Great cheesecake. Atmosphere was just very busy. Really big portions. It was more of an expensive family dinner than a date night type place. Bathrooms were not as clean as they could have been

I had really hoped that a beautiful renovation and a slqight relocation would help the WPB Cheesecake Factory. But, alas, my hopes were dashed today. They are just as bad as ever. After waiting an inordinately long time for the food (We informed the bartender and server as soon as we got there that we were going to see an afternoon show at the Kravis Center, and made sure we ordered items that would not take too long). I ordered a simple pasta and shrimp dish from the Skinnielicious menu and the pasta was so over cooked it was ridiculous. Like ridiculous. Mush. The bartender was so apologetic. I cannot say the same for the manager. Needless to say, I left without eating. Very disappointed. I should note that my last experience at the WPB Cheesecake Factory was equally horrible and so I hadn't been back for more than a year -- until this afternoon, and that was only because it was conveniently located to the theater. (I own stock in the damn company 😏! That's how much I used to love it.) Listen, there are too many other restaurants within throwing distance that are better, friendlier and more customer-oriented that you can, and should, patronize. I gave 3 starts just because the bartender was great.

Parking garage is a nightmare. You need to bring in your ticket for them to give you free parking & most people leave it in their car. The walls next to the booth are dirty. The light fixtures above the tables are dusty. This place needs a deep clean.

So I went to cheesecake factory and order you'll see what that picture below the fish and chips So when I get home I have three regular sizes and then I have one small one the size of a chicken nugget. So I go back to the location and the manager tries to justify and say well we give 2 oz and 4 oz but I'm looking at the picture on line which I can sit online order and all the pieces are the same size So how do you try to justify that I didn't like that at all Don't make me spend my money and then you try to let us say well those are the sizes that you would normally get 2 oz or 4 oz then cheesecake factory needs to put the small sizes of big sizes on their page

We called a week ago to make a reservation they said we have to call the day before. We called Friday they said we have to call the same day. We called and they said they have tables for 15 people. We said we will be there at 7pm they said ok. We got there and they said they don't take reservation for big groups and we will have to wait at least 3 hours to be seated. 3 girls at the door and they didn't even try to find a table for us. So we left. Terrible service i can't talk about anything else because we didn't ate or anything. Just the service itself says don't go there.

We spent well over a thousand$$ that afternoon on food & drinks. I love the food at cheesecake but we were very disappointed on how we were treated at this location. We even purchased bread to ease our wait while sitting there. The manager messed up this day.

We were told 45 mins to an hour to split & 2hrs to sit together. We patiently waited for about half hour continously watching parties of 4-5 be sat right away. So we inquired about splitting again & hostess said she misunderstood that we were willing to split & was attempting to try to start sitting us . Manager came over & stopped her saying he told us he didnt have anything for us yet & we needed to wait. A few of us walked over to another restaurant that were not only accommodating but went above & beyond to make us comfortable & welcome. We spent well over a thousand$$ that afternoon on food & drinks. I love the food at cheesecake but we were very disappointed on how we were treated at this location. We even purchased bread to ease our wait while sitting there. The manager messed up this day.

Most of the veggies were burnt (snow peas & mushrooms were charred! The dish only had 4 small pieces of shrimp. I noticed they SPLIT the shrimp in half to make it look like it had more! We’ve been loyal customers for years so over the Christmas holiday, my husband bought $100 worth of gift cards and as a promotion received 2 $15 bonus cards. I had to throw it straight in the trash and ended up going to bed hungry. When I called the restaurant, the manager was rude and told me they couldn’t do anything, that I should complain to DoorDash instead. But the food was prepared in their kitchen, so how is that DoorDash’s fault? Very disappointing experience – I expected much better from Cheesecake Factory.

The fried cauliflower was drenched in oil and overly sweet — it honestly tasted like drinking oil. Then came the main course: chicken breaded with fettuccine Alfredo. Except it wasn’t fettuccine — it was spaghetti. The pasta was dry, stuck together, and completely tasteless — no cream, no milk, just butter. It felt like something reheated in a microwave from the day before. When we asked to speak to the manager, she barely listened and offered a free cheesecake to “make it right.” We agreed, but she brought out a mini strawberry cheesecake — a token gesture that honestly made the experience worse. Two chances were more than enough. Never again.

Frequent local customer, but this visit was very disappointing due to management. The salmon portion on my salad was extremely small for the size of the plate. When I brought it to the manager’s attention named ieli. she offered no solution and simply said, “That’s how it is.” I didn’t mind up a charge for a bigger salmon but no solution was offered. She pulled a chair next to our table to discuss it while we were eating, which felt unprofessional. I didn’t eat the salmon and sent it back, yet it was still on the bill. We had to wait an extra 20 minutes for it to be removed while she walked past our table multiple times with no urgency and ignored the server’s requests. Poor customer service and lack of accountability from management.

We took our team to this location after a game. We were a group of 23. The hostesses tired to seat us in the same area. However the manager Henry? Homer? Cut them off and insisted that they couldn't accommodate us. They were trying to find us a solution and he said we needed to wait 1.5 hours to get seated. We waited 30 minutes in which they sat 6/7 groups of 4 or 5. Even when we said we would be open to be splitting the party, they wouldn't work with us. So, of course we walked out and ate at Il bellagio instead. So thanks to this manager we will not be returning to this location. 🤷🤷‍♀️

I have never sweat so much in my life eating indoors at an air conditioned restaurant! So much for dinner then a show at Kravis! We were LEGIT soaked in sweat tonight! Disgusting! The poor servers were dripping sweat and were saying; the a/c is working, it’s just so hot out! Yah, NO! Management must be lying to the staff! There was definitely something wrong! Party or 6! Spent a pretty penny, and it was far from comfortable! 2nd time we’ve had an issue here! Definitely not what it used to be. The old/original location was far better!!!!

BIRTHDAY NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET. As someone who has been going to Cheesecake for over a decade now, thankful that today was my last. 1. Reservations are absolutely pointless. Made a reservation for 9:30pm and was not seated until 11pm. Had to stand and wait for over an hour with a reservation that was made weeks in advance. 2. Finally seated an hour later and they provided the worst server of all time. I mean, from someone who has been to thousands of restaurants all over the world, our server was the absolute worst. She was angry from the moment she got to the table. She was the icing on my birthday cake. She had dark hair with the bangs, wore glasses and had some tattoos. 3. Ordered the MaiTai (which I always order) and it was entirely watered down. Had 2 people at my table taste it just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. 4. Ordered Fettuccine chicken alfredo and for the sprinkles on my birthday cake…. they claimed that they “can’t find the parmesan cheese” So I ate two bites and had to take my entire plate home where I have parmesan cheese because apparently that’s not something that you can get at a restaurant that sells pasta. And, not to mention… only two pieces of chicken in the pasta of course. You would think the night couldn’t possibly get any worse after not being able to get any cheese on your pasta….. I get ready to order my birthday cake, I’m paying for a full sized cake… … They don’t have the smores marshmallow cake. … The chocolate mousse cake is frozen so you have to wait an hour if you want to eat it. 10000% should have went to the Ruth’s Chris next door. This Cheesecake Factory is overpopulated and the service is the worst of the worst. I could have had a better birthday dinner at Wendys.
