The best experience ever. I am a retired ARMY Soldier and appreciate good service. This store is the example of what right looks like, they greet you at the door, clean floors and bathroom. There attention to detail is evident through out the restaurant. Keep up the good work.

Always fast and hot. I've never had a order messed up here, which is wild.. all of their plugs and the waiting area are off. So if you are looking to meet with somebody to buy a computer and test it like I did. That's not the place to do it. I guess it's to keep out the homeless. That's the message.
The food was hot and fresh (I don't really care for Mac Donald's) the restaurant is clean and the manager is very professional, plus she brings your order to you at the table... great service!!!!

I would say this has to be one of the best kept and friendly McDonald's I've visited in awhile. Although I did not purpuse anything at the time i spent here, one of the cashiers was completely helpful. She saw me sitting for a few minutes and offered a cup of water. Wow, thank you. The restroom wasn't bad either just a bit small, however there were no paper towels. All in all, great place to take a break. Thank you race car McDonald's!

Its a McDonald's for sure. Not much else you can say. Naturally it doesnt have the 90s look anymore and is just another boring renovated "modern" one but to be expected.

I've not been to McDonald's for a very long time, but it was early, I was on the road, and wanted something easy. I did go in and order from an actual person and she was a really sweet girl, got what I wanted in and out. I might even beat the drive through...😊 Bacon egg cheese biscuit was delish!

The early morning staff - drive thru - seemed unengaged and not very friendly. It felt like they could definitely use some training in basic customer service and communication. I mean it's a McDonald's. the app is useful for deals. my complaints would be....stingy w ketchup most of the time, ONE TIME I ordered a double and got a single...didn't realize til I got home, and they don't usually fill the fries up all the way in the container.

Is not 24 hours closed between 4-5 23 hours they will try to see how long you will wait before trying to take your order at the drive-through. They will let you sit there forever hoping you drive away when they are open.

Bad service, bad customer, all bad, the food is decently good while they keep forgetting certain items you order for example the sauces you ordered beforehand.
The venue has undergone a renovation. It looks really nice now. However, both the management and employees need training. I'm trying to express my concerns to the manager, but they don't seem to be making an effort to understand. Instead, they prefer to turn away and leave (does this place only serve those who are fluent in English?). The employees also seem unaware of hygiene conditions and continue working in an unsanitary manner. They pick up packaging paper that falls on the floor and place it back on the counter to continue working. Instead of keeping half of my order in the hot area, as it should be, they bring half of it to the service counter, despite me choosing the delivery option. While part of my order waits on the counter, others are still being cooked inside. They bring them out after I've left. In my opinion, they should serve all of them at the same time and keep them warm. However, these issues are happening right in front of the manager, and they don't intervene at all. Therefore, both the management and the employees are really lacking. Cleanliness and hygiene are also very poor. The venue is new and beautiful, but cleanliness, service quality, and hygiene are failing.
This location flat out sucks! Got to the drive thru at 430 am, no one said anything , I called the store number but, got the voicemail. Maybe the ringing woke them up because finally in a low voice I was asked my order. Receipt day 434, I paid went to 2nd window. At 439 I got out of my vehicle and knocked on windows to ask if everything was okay, there were three people inside at least and all three looked at me but, no one came to window. After that I grabbed my phone and began to record, the recording begins at 440, you can see me knocking on window and finally someone comes to window saying they were cooking the food. I told them I was ignored and at this point 6 minutes later I just want my refund. This night crew sucks .
The help which is mostly Spanish let the Spanish customers have a drink over and over. When I asked 4 a refill the girl said to me in a nasty tone do u have a receipt I said it's in the garage she said no refill . I left and I will not be back.
They advertise that the location is 24 hours yet when I went there at 3:45 am the lady told me and 2 other cars they were closed even tho I just seen her fulfill and give someone else their order, this is very unacceptable, and if the location was closed then I shouldn’t have been able to place a mobile order at that time
This Mcdonald’s is trash. People that work here are rude and lie to you for no reason. They get your order wrong every time. Like if you don’t like your job then quit don’t treat people bad because of it. Better off going to the one on military that one is good.
I will NEVER GO TO THIS McDONALD'S Branch on the corner of Okeechobee and SR7 again. I have been a loyal breakfast customer here and have been meeting some friends here each week for the past three years. Several months ago. Claudia who is a Breakfast Lead or Manager had asked me if I "left a review and how I rated her store" after getting my order wrong the day prior. I told her I left a fair review. Due to a health issue I special order my breakfast without meat and butter pat and results had always been accurate. But, After that conversation with Claudia about my review, my orders suddenly became consistantly wrong. Claudia has filled my Egg McMuffin's incorrectly ie: with Sausage or Canadian Bacon and served me COLD, OLD Apple Pies. This is my ONLY ONE STAR Review EVER as I like to leave only positive reviews.
This will be my 3rd time with an issue. Location dose not understand and mess your order up , don’t know if it’s there intercom or no one understands English. Why call in to complain and take time out of my day to fight for my order. This location is marked Void in my book
They always get my order incorrect even if it's just a coffee. This time I went there I took my friend there and she also got an incorrect order. She went inside to return the food and wanted her full refund back and they gave her a hard time about it they also gave her the incorrect receipt.. Mind-blowing how an easy job can just be drama-free if they just paid attention to what they were doing and look at the screen with the orders and getting the correct foods in the bag. Is it hard to match everything in the receipt with everything inside of a bag?
Pull up at 4:15am to get some breakfast at this 24/7 McDonalds only to be told “Closed, we open at 4” then after noticing it was past 4 the kid says “Uh 4:30” when I point out everything on the building says 24/7 he says their system is down and the manager is counting the money. If you get up early for work or get out late, don’t count on this place because they’ll tell you they’re closed or only accepting cash.
Eat at this dump at your own risk, you can see my other reviews and I always try to find something nice or good about any buisness. This place should be closed at night. I did the drive in at around 12:30 at night not expecting any stellar service or even good food. But I do expect it to be warm and cooked. It almost killed me from food poisoning, you could taste from the fries that they had been thawed out and refrozen, that's not the worst part, I opened the hamburger and it smelled like rotten meat. threw it all into the trash and won't ever go back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump.
Forget using your app here unless you plan on having your money tied up for7 days for a refund, Because their system doesn't work right and they will not make your food. The manager and there's probably the rudest person.They could have working the counter. I've owned businesses for thirty five years. What a disgrace the way she handled this.

I will definitely will never go to this McDonald's again. I got the Grinch box, Omg no bag for the fries, the big Mac was disgusting, fries 🍟 were cold.abd the sock bag was ripe open. I called the store no one answered that night ,The next day I went back to the store, a man came to the front of a register said he's a manager yet he screamed hey there's a lady up front had a bad meal, called a woman Grace to him, she was extremely rude, I had receipt,loudly she said you didn't bring anything in, again They don't answer the phones I tried to explain, and told there's nothing I can do, come back in the morning speak to manager? I work up north, I can't come in, she said that's not my problem. I told her I'm reporting this to corporate, she said fine do that. I paid over 14 dollars it's absolutely a disaster. Horrible staff 😞 When checking it's not showing the location. this is the McDonald's on 441 across from the Hard rock hotel. 33314 area code

"Anna" quickly ran to the register to happily greeted HIM and she recall his "regular" items...I don't expect A+ service...but to blantinly be disrespectful is NOT OK!!!! All I needed was a soda....smh

On 02/24/2025 I was traveleing for business in that area. I stopped by and bought an egg mcmuffin and a medium caramel frappe no whipe cream at 6:48 a.m thru the drive thru. 1st the guy at the drive thru did not give me any receipt and did not ask me if I dnt want my receipt. Got my caramel frappe waited to be at my work location to start eating. Thats when i tasted the frappe. That frappe tasted really bad. That caramel tasted like the milk went really really really bad and used the expired milk for the frappe. It was too late to go back as i was going to be late for work if I have to go back to that location. Called the 800# telling me someone from that store will give me a call back which I am still waiting. The worst part is i passed a lot of mcdonald on my way. Nope I decided to order from a store 35 to 40 miles from my house to waste my money and my breakfast. Please everyone if you go to any store, ask them for receipt and also take a sip to make sure the drink is good or not. I am still waiting for the call and my refund
This place is an absolute joke the night staff here are absolutely deplorable!!! I specifically said NO MUSTARD!!! Why you ask? Because I’m highly allergic!! So surprise surprise when I bite into a Burger with mustard that was labeled NO MUSTARD. Night shift her is completely incompetent and are going to seriously hurt or kill someone because they can’t read an order. What would I have done if I didn’t have an epi pen???? Is McDonalds going to reimburse me for that? Absolute joke!!!!!! Ownership should 1000% reevaluate who they have working at their stores

I tried to buy a Happy Meal toy by itself and was refused, said it was store policy, she said that for popular items there must be a happy.meal purchase, this was not a popular line. So I left the store with 30$ worth of food and drove a bit down the street and saw they forgot a whole burger and I had to drive back to get what they forgot, I asked again if they'd be willing to sell me the toy after I spent 30$ for dinner i also pointed out that I spent and additional 25$ in the morning for breakfast and copled with the fact that they had forgotten parts of my order and had to drive back and wait even longer, so in light of all that, I asked again if she'd (Manager) sell me just the toy for the hassle, was willing to pay full price for the toy like every other McDonald's But she refused and so I told well this will reflect on my review on this restaurant and she replied "that'll" be great. So I'm posting my experience with this location that I've been a customer of since 1990. I've never left there so disappointed. All I wanted was a toy for my sick child.

I’ve noticed that although this location is advertised as 24 hours, every time I come by between 2:00–3:00 AM it’s either closed or the system is “updating.” I work late, so that’s typically when I’m able to stop by. The inconvenience is frustrating, especially since I end up driving two miles to another location that doesn’t have this issue. If this location isn’t consistently open 24 hours, it would be more accurate to remove or update the signage to reflect the actual operating hours.
