We reserved a table for 20 with store manager Paul who was very friendly and accommodating. Our group arrived, as planned, two days later. We had dining room #3 all to ourselves. Service by Carey and Emily was outstanding... prompt food delivery and speedy refills on our beverages. The restaurant gladly gave checks to individuals and couples. Easy access to nearby Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Although the food was delicious as always, we were extremely disappointed in the service. We weee given our menus as soon as we sat. 25 minutes to the clock we were asked if we wanted anything to drink. Another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Then take our order. We are very patient people but when people are served food first that arrived well after we did is hard to accept. When we addressed this with our waitress she gave us a sad look and said she was behind. Told her ai thought the drinks should at least be offered. Said she couldn’t do it. Our food was good when it arrived. We enjoyed the shopping. Just may think twice about popping in for food next time. Best place to find a birthday gift. So many new things to choose from as always

My family comes to Cracker Barrel every year for Thanksgiving lunch. Our server Rishae B. was the best. She was very quick and attentive. My kids loved the holiday hot chocolates! They came with a Christmas tree peep. So festive!

Had meat loaf and it was great. The waitress we had was amazing. She was hard working, polite, sweet and we want to come back and see her.

We haven't been to Cracker Barrel in quite a long time. We were craving a hearty breakfast and I wanted to try the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast. The service was great and everything was delicious. It definitely did not disappoint it was so good 😋

Even though this location is tucked away and not quite as visible as most, it's worth the effort to find it. We've had Bryan as a server twice and he's excellent at his job. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and the food has always been prepared correctly. We'll definitely be back.

Old fashion food and and an ambiance that takes you back to simpler times. Best carrots I have ever had. Can't be beat!!! And I'm not a fan of carrots, that's speaks volumes.

Still the best country food and family oriented restaurant in the area.\nCountry fried steak done like mom use to do.

I discovered this restaurant two years ago in upstate NY, and on this occasion I wanted to bring my relatives who I was visiting here in FL. They loved the place and the good taste of everything we ate. I ordered the Smoky Southern Grilled Chicken with green beans and loaded mashed . The chicken was juicy and had a good flavor. Next time someone orders a delivery order make sure the order is secured and cant be tampered with. Like put some safeguards in for that. Yall don’t even close the packaging properly. Do better. That would be a plus.

As disappointing as you can imagine. Just think: Your group expects a hot, freshly cooked meal of comfort food. But you receive lukewarm, mushy vegetables, paltry portions, dry chicken breasts and overly breaded catfish. There's a gray, slimy, worm-like thing on your mac and cheese, which the waitress assures you is, "just baked-on cheese from the oven" (no, it wasn't). Speaking of macaroni and cheese, the cheese is a liquidy sauce that spreads all over the plate, barely adhering to the macaroni. The baby carrots were so overcooked that they mashed easily with a fork into a shapeless mass. After you peel off the excess breading from the fish fry, the resulting mound of batter towers four inches above the table. The seasoned chicken breast was dry but edible, and at least the broccoli was hot. The waitress was friendly enough, and carried an apology in her eyes as if to say, "I know." We went on a Friday night, after a long day of travel for medical appointments, and were just too tired to do anything but tolerate the mediocrity. For a Friday night, the dining room was half full, showing that the word had gotten out. Our opinion? Skip this below-average location.

Thankfully this is one of the locations that did not receive the awful modern upgrade. The country store is still there and filled to the brim. The wait staff was absolutely amazing. We got there at just the right time so our food came out super quickly. However, I did notice that one major change was the food itself. Both my friend and I got the biscuits and gravy, which was the main dish I grew up on going to this place. The biscuits are not the same at all. Dense and flavorless, and so white you would wonder if they had been baked at all or if they just used the heat lamps to do the work. The gravy was awful. It used to have real chunks of sausage in the gravy and you could see the flavor. Now it's got like pink flakes of questionable origin mixed into a gravy cement mixture. Again, absolutely zero flavor. The only reason you knew you had food in your mouth was due to the weight of the items you were chewing through. If you want the visual of what you grew up on, you'll still find that here. But if you're looking for the flavor. It has gone home to be with Jesus. I would move on to a mom and pop establiment if you're looking for some good home cooking. Because it is not here any longer.

Walked in and was seated pretty quickly at 8pm. 3 out of 4 tables surrounding us were dirty with plates, the tables didn't get cleaned until we were about to finish our meal. Husband order the honey butter chicken, it came out as normal chicken and when mentioned to the server he only brought out a bottle of normal honey. I had catfish that was raw in the middle, the manager was very nice about it and got me new food and comped it. The overall service was slow and the server was forgetful, I feel like I border line had to beg for items because he would bring 1 thing and forget the other things so then I had to ask for it again. First time at this location and our last.

If I wanted chicken tenders I would have ordered it. I ordered the home style chicken not knowing it wasn’t bone it. What southern restaurant serves chicken without the bone. It should say boneless. And to serve bone in chicken only on weekends is ridiculous. Same with catfish; it should be bone in. The cornbread was overcooked but good. The vegetables and sweet tea were good also. The server was very nice and helpful. I more than likely will NOT go back.

Our waiter was excellent, but the service was too slow. In addition, I ordered online for 1:15PM pick up and the food was not ready until about 1:45PM. That wait time is outrageous! Timed pick ups should be ready on time. This is the third time this has happen at this location.

This restaurant has been a family favorite for years, so I was disappointed when my family dined there on 12-28-05. The disappointment started right away. The place was half empty, no waiting line, but it still took 15 minutes to be seated. The noise level was loud, the music was loud. Then I see people getting served that were seated after us. We finally got our food, 50 minutes later. It was over cooked, dry, with the exception of the Hash brown casserole, which was the only bright spot of the day. During our wait I saw servers just standing around, doing nothing. I will think twice before going there again. No one asked how our food and service was.

Terrible experience. First it took forever for our food to come. Water spilled on biscuits, we had to clean the table ourselves. Waiter tossed us 3 napkins. Did not offer to help us clean the table. When we asked for fresh biscuits, they returned the same wet basket, it looked as if they just added some butter packets near the buiscuits. That happened twice. Third time I just gave up. There was hair in my hash brown, the mccheese had green beans mixed in. The manager was horrible. Showed no desire to help or amend any of the the situations. Health department needs to do an investigation on this restaurant!!!I will be reporting. Hair in food, mixed food (cross contamination)

Just got delivered biscuits and Gravy with sausage and a side of pancakes. Biscuits were cold and stale. Sausage dried out and inedible. Gravy was hardened into bricks. And to top it off, the dry pancakes had NO SYRUP! Who would eat them with no syrup!? Answer: nobody.

We went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Our group of 9 spent almost 3 hours there most of it spent waiting on our waitress and food and it was not busy. Other tables came at the same time as us if not after us and they ate and left before we even got our food. We got drinks, but our waitress did not come back to refill them. We had to ask other people for straws and refills. Our food was taking a long time even though it was not busy. We asked another server about it and we were told our food was sitting on the counter. By the time it came to our table the food was cold and most of us had no desire to eat cold food. My husbands steak had a butter wrapper underneath it. We had missing items, undercooked pancakes, and no apologies from our server. The manager provided us a discount of $60-$70 off the entire check which amounted to about $2 off each check. Do better Cracker Barrel!
