This is a really nice McDonalds. They work hard to keep it nice and clean. Came here for breakfast and the hashbrowns were nice and hot, pancakes were tasty and latte was great. Also loved the yummy bacon, egg, cheese bagel sandwich. The staff was so friendly when they brought the food to our table.

I can't believe I'm giving a McDonald's 5 Stars, but the staff is the main reason for it. The young man that's usually up front (I'm disappointed in not having a name to give him proper credit) is so polite and kind. The whole staff is great and the place is clean. McDonald's staffs are usually garbage (sorry, but it's true), but this one is the best I've seen and I've eaten at McDonalds all over the country.

Food is good for a McDonalds - hot & fresh. I've had a couple problems with charges & payments (keep an eye on your order vs receipt). You can only order through the app or kiosk inside, so I'd use the drive thru. They do accept EBT, INSIDE ONLY.

*Please like, thank you! This McDonald's location was a quick stop for is after we visited the social security office down the street. Customer service was fast, friendly and professional. Our food was served swiftly but it wasn't as good as expected, the buns were crunchy and the fries must have been in the warmer because they weren't as tasty as they usually are. The restaurant is clean inside as well as the 2 "all gender" restrooms. There's plenty of parking.

Not much to tell. You drive up , You tell them what you want , then hope they get it right by the time you creep towards the pick up window . I will say that today's trip was one of the smoothest & trouble free visits to this particular place that I've had in a while .

I always order the Big Mac snack pack with only Mac sauce and light Mac sauce and it's always wrong. There's way too much sauce and they always make them regular and extra Mac sauce. Everytime I go there they always park me up front and I have to wait 10 minutes and the order is wrong and fries too salty, and the nuggets are luke warm and hard it's like they just reheated them.

This McD's was remodeled well. It looks a lot like a trendy coffeehouse, which is probably what they were aiming for. The locals (including us) really miss the family friendly fun vibe with a playground and outdoor seating. Staff seem to know what they're doing. Orders are usually right. There's an optional kiosk for ordering inside. I've noticed people confused about whether they are required to use it to place their order because it's located right in front of the registers. One of our daughters wanted her Sweet 16 dinner at McDs before the party. That worked out well for the teens in the group. Adults all chose to eat at the party.

It's McDonald's! Some days the food taste freshly made, other times it's dry and been sitting under heat lamp too long. Employees are usually friendly and food usually comes out fast. They remodeled, which looks nice, but they also raised their prices 😩

You forgot my cheese but that's OK cause I'm lactose intolerant. Next time I come order cheese could you please remember it because it may be for my kids and they might be upset at me for not checking. Also I have a suggestion about your signs that you have posted on your windows; some children and even adults can not read. Individual such as myself have reading complications not disability because we have the ability to read we just don't read the same as other people so you might want to consider that when you put a sign up that Is difficult to decipher for people such as ourselves. Also could you please do your paying customers a favor and post some sort of visable sign, picture or poste That would give us a better opportunity to be informed of our rights and responsibilities because we need to know these things.we need to know the rules So that we do not bend or break them we also need to know any clauses there might be in doing or not doing so thank you very much again.

Saddest McDonald's in the world.. Understaffed. I'm convinced corners are cut to push out product. Exp Filet-O-Fish comes with the cheeseburger bun.. Always regret my visit. But those nuggets are life..Saving grase is the friendly staff..

This mcdonalds takes longer than any i have ever been to . It doesn't matter if they are busy or not you will be in line for at least 10 minutes or more . I have been in the lobby for nearly 15 minutes to get a 8 dollar order with about 2 people in the lobby and the drive through have no more than 3 cars . It's bad . Most of the orders are extremely messy and often you get the wrong orders . I don't like making bad reviews but this place has so many problems. Hope they get these people help to make them more efficient.

I've done a test my lunch is half hour,so I've been 3 times now all 3 times cars that come through drive through are served even after order counted 8 cars one day 5 another then gave up today,while they stand joking talking not even trying to care about others time

Six bucks for a breakfast sandwich. McDonald's can eat it. Bring prices down or no one's going to be there. End up like KFC across the street. Terrible prices for terrible food. Will not be back especially after they took all my points from the app. Was saving them for a rainy day. I also noticed Google deleted my other one-star review for them having terrible service. Meaning this three star McDonald's isn't a three-star McDonald's

One of the worst service I have ever received in 60 years. I got this google just to post on here. Bad service. They ignored people at the counter. Paid $3.99 for under-cooked, cold fries and barely full. The only thing good was the sprite.

I went to McDonald's in Lakeport California like always from my app I ordered this time I had over 1100 points so I ordered a Mc chicken a double quarter pounder and on my app I tried to get a quarter pounder but they told me at drive thru it was a breakfast sandwich no something is wrong with McDonald's app anyway the manager said I was not charged but I was charged and didn't get the quarter pounder and took the points man that's it 55 yrs going to McDonald's and I will start going to in and out burger the customer service is better bye bye McDonald's keep the points you stolen and what I have left keep it to I'm getting rid of McDonald's app
