This McDonald's location is everything you expect of McDonald's bad food quick. They built an empire on consistency in this location is no different. The people are happy to see you and the food is safe enough to eat. What more would you expect :-)
Passed through here from Iowa on Monday July 5, at around noon. Hands down the BEST customer service and friendliness I have had from a McDonald’s in a LONG time! Things I heard: “Would you like a salad bag so you can carry out those happy meals? That would be easier.” “Do you want a drink carrier? I’ll get you one” -before I could even respond yes! I didn’t realize the #1 my husband wanted came with a medium drink and I wanted a large one so he just gave me the large cup. The guy who took our order was super friendly too! Seriously just great all around! It’s so refreshing to get this customer service when you are traveling with kids and things are a bit hectic anyways. ☺️
They got all the right food into the order! Low bar to set, but I'm very happy about that. It seems rare that I don't have to go back and ask for fast food places to look at what should be in the bag.
I've been sitting here for about 6 hours backing up hard drives onto a 6TB hard drive array. Staff has been really nice and the interior of the restaurant is super nice. To the 1 star reviews, its McDonald's, not a 5 star dining establishment. I will definitely be coming back here as I still have 8 hard drives to back up the rest of my files (5 years worth of photography and literally hundreds of thousands of high resolution files). The staff is super nice, food is what you expect at a McDonald's.

This McDonalds is very new. It has you order at a kiosk and you can customize the order, so if its wrong, it's your fault. After the order and you enter your table tent number, they deliver it to the table! Very nice inside and very clean. If this is the way most are changing to, I'll eat inside instead of drive through.
I grabbed breakfast on my way back to Iowa from a business trip. Food was on point!

I've been going here every morning for almost 2 years now to get my morning coffee and morning sweet tea. I've already given a compliment to the ladies that help me there and now Josh, who I do get sometimes in the drive-thru, he's been very helpful and the one time he knew I was trying to quit smoking. He came over to me telling me 'good for you , I know it can be hard". He's very personable so I definitely give this place a five-star! Everybody there is very customer service oriented. .. Right down to the manager I don't know her name but she's very cool

The food was just right expecally the cookies and the medium fry it was hot just how I like it and when faith called out my food she said it's lot of time and called out exactly what I ordered, which was good. They were quick to make my order even though they were busy. Good job manager faith for running her kitchen well and of course with the help of Gloria and the Crew. We went for a quick bite to eat and had Quarter Pounders with a shared large French Fries. We opted to order in person with someone rather than by the kiosk. The person was friendly, and took our order promptly. The food was very hot and so good. I live it when you get fresh hot food at a fast food restaurant. I will go back to this McDonald's again.
Ordered using the McDs app. using one of the deals for the day. Used the drive-thru option. My order was ready quickly. Fries nice and hot too! Both staff (cashier and at the food door) were attentive ti the order and friendly.

My order was messed up 2 times the night before.. but Jafet fixed it the next day for me free of charge and that was really nice of him. He's a nice guy and great customer service 👍 God job man keep up the great customer service.
I only have the opportunity to stop at this location on my way home from the airport a few times a year, at some really off peak times. My order is right every single time and somehow they always manages to have hot, fresh fries. I don’t know how you do it, but thank you!
While traveling through, I decided to stop for food. I was delighted when I asked about fresh coffee and the employee enthusiastically confirmed it was available. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and coffee, and both were delicious. I was very impressed with the service and the food. It was a great takeout experience.
Those computerized ordering system, it's getting to be quite popular and in fact, it's quite efficient. Kinda lean towards those breakfast burritos, a little bit doughy, but I don't eat the first bite and then the salsa. This is what makes it click. You can also get water for free with a straw. Great place to eat. We ordered via the app and it actually glitched and gave my fiancée some toppings she was allergic to, and the staff immediately replaced it with the correct order without issue at no extra charge. Great service and the food is really good.

Always good for a quick ice cream stop. Used the new in-store kiosk ordering & payment machine, but waited awhile to get a cone & shake. Did hear a supervisor tell the worker @ the counter/register that if it's just ice cream, that order needs to be taken care of right away.
The very best McDonald's in Minnesota. Experienced staff, I don't think they have the turnover most stores do. McDonald's food is what it is, so it's the service here that makes this store shine. great during the week, service falls off on the weekend!
Clean and nice crowd. I tried the mobile app once. You have to pull into a reserved parking spot when you get there. Unfortunately, 20 minutes later the food was delivered.The coffee was old. Going through the drive through line from now on.
NOT! order complete & on a tray, not under hear or cold.. hot sandwiches, & a shake... minus hash browns. Waiting on hash browns? I mean really? 15 minutes... did they have to run to the store? We finally got hot hashbrowns, melted down shake & cold sandwiches. Absolutely the worst service for years.

Curb appeal was good. Inside they had you order via the kiosks. Food came out fast.
Consistent and solid. I only get drive thru, but sometimes it’s very busy and quite a long wait. Service is fine, and outside of the occasional line it’s fast and solid enough food. I don’t order much so I haven’t had any problems with getting my orders wrong. It’s also open later than most other chains, opting for the 2am closing time-if that’s useful.

The automated kiosk to order food creates an atmosphere where there is limited communication. The counter people act as though they don't have to communicate with customers they just shuffle bags of food over the counter without eye contact or a welcome greeting
They hired some school kids and there are mistakes in almost every order. Managers should check the order before delivering
The last drive thru experience wasn't great. Long waits. We were missing a sandwich that I noticed right away, went in to get it, and it took a while, but friendly and helpful employees. When I got home, there was not a toy in the Happy Meal. My child was disappointed.

My group had a first experience w/the new automated menu. It seemed to take much longer to get our orders and there was no opportunity to customize the order due to allergies. We agreed that dealing with real people is much preferred.
The food seemed to be under the heat lamp for quite some time. The pancakes were not the best tasting cakes I've ever had. There were more people working in the back then in the front. It took them about 5 minutes to take my order. The seating aria tables were dirty, sticky, along with the seating. Probably will not be going back to this McDonald's...
I have no idea what it is with this place but they just have a hard time getting it right in the drive-thru you order the simplest thing on the menu and they mess it up also "this is not subjected to any group" but if you can barley understand English why are you taking orders messing with my money I earned at that point I think it's flat out sad including when they mess up chicken nuggets and sauce I get the argument it happens when you get fast food but it's 50% of the time I cant imagine the amount of other people's order they mess up
You have a job to serve food. And serve it with dignity and respect. Even thou a customer can not see a direct smile on your face at this time an employee should at least show it in there eyes. A customer should never ever feel as thou they are the dirt under your feet.

Not happy. I ordered a Fish Filet. It came with a half a slice of cheese that was half on the sandwich and half in the box. The starter sauce was also on only half of the fish and in the box.
Caveat emptor at this location, especially when using the mobile app. I have seen on at least a half dozen occasions within the last month that the prices are anywhere from $.30-$.50 higher per item using the app than what is displayed on the menu board. When repeatedly told of the discrepancy, the manager at the window basically said there was nothing that they could do. Seems odd, because I patronize at least a half dozen locations in the south metro, and this is the only location where it repetitively occurs. Services is good, and they are open early, but the difference in price is significant enough to raise concern.
Went through the drive through just now and the lady was rushing us because we had two separate orders. Also didn't listen to the order properly, ordered a large fry and got a medium. So the employees need to have better manners when talking to the customers that go through the drive through.
The food is per usual for McDonald's, but I got the sense that it's a bit pricier due to a busy Interstate and limited dining options in the immediate area. Given that it was a busy lunch rush for this location, they can get away with the pricing. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the ordering service. They had a mere two cashiers available for in-person for this location -- and one of them dealt exclusively for drive-in traffic despite being seemingly available for walk-up ordering. (Yes, one of them seemed to want to take my order and then said that she couldn't. Given the line developing for the lunch rush, they have a bad customer service issue on their hands.) So, I'm not pleased with how they handle orders. Interestingly, they also hand you a number to deliver food to your table. Fear not, however, you can use self-checkout kiosks or your cellphone for mobile orders. Whether that's an acceptable alternative, I leave for my readers to decide Unusual retro decor makes for a very interesting dining experience. The seating ties in with the atmosphere. Some McDonalds do well with interesting ideas like this.
Have tried this location on many occations now nd its always the same issue. Staff here seem to always be in a rush nd dont take the orders in properly. Last visit we ordered 2 burgers nd as we were trying to speak nd finish ordering we kept getting interrupted by the guy taking our order. Both burgers were the same nd specified no condiments on one nd add condiments on the other but you could tell they were in a rush to move traffic even tho we were like 3 cars in total in that line🙄. When it comes to receiving our food on the drive through window you can tell they're not doing much in there nd they leave our food sitting on the window for a while instead of giving it to us straight away if the orders already done nd ready to turn in. Will be looking for a new location. Burgers are not even good nd the buns seem to be stuffed with grease. Literally when I got home my burger buns/burger wrapper were oozing oil. I just threw the whole thing away😒.

I ordered two large caramel lattes and took them home for later. The next morning I poured one into my measuring cup to heat it up in the microwave. The cup wasn't full to begin with and it measured 12 oz. in the measuring cup! ( not 20 oz like a large is supposed to be). The next day when I went to heat up the other one it was the same thing. I love McDonald's caramel lattes but was very disappointed I didn't get what I paid for. I did report this to McDonald's and got an email that the manager of that restaurant would contact me. I've not get heard from them.

Horrible. Guy sees us walking into front door and proceeded to lock the door know we were right there. He even looked up and smiled plus had people in lobby. Kids had to use the restroom and we were going to get something quick to bite.
Just ordered here. Service usually is great but the last two times...all the way through the drive through they fail to listen. Ordered a meal didn't ask about what drink I wanted and charged me for a burger and not a meal. No fries told me to drive around and reorder fries. Sad
I have certainly had good experiences here but the bad FAR outnumber the good. One thing you can almost always count on is waiting in the line for 7-10minutes. It's a 50/50 whether or not your order is correct and/or cold. Luckily for this McDonald's there's nothing else close by...
If I could give zero stars, I would. Just got home from the worst experience at McDonald's I have ever had. Ordered, went to the first window, found out their computers were down so she took an extra minute to do the math to give me change which was fine. What wasn't fine was when we got to the second window, we ended up waiting almost 25 minutes without any word of what was going on and were completely ignored the whole time. We didn't even get our drinks on time. I watched one of the ladies sit and lean over the counter more than once doing absolutely nothing. When we finally did get our food, there were 5 cars behind us and the lady that handed us our food was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I do not recommend eating here. Extremely poor customer service.
Fries tasted like cardboard and were cold on top of that. We were the only car in the drive-thru and waited forever. Woman working the window definitely did not want to be there. Find a different location.
The Manager Zach was extremely rude to my family today. They messed up our order and then made us wait and then demanded we pull forward to wait even longer. When i asked for my drink i was told that we would just be sitting in the drive thru lane. I called the store to ask for zach's boss name and I got pure attitude and then was hung up on. I'm from texas and I drive all over, when I see McDonald's I stop. Went inside to use the restroom before I ordered but the restroom was a mess, looked like it hasn't been clean in days, no soap, no toilet paper, if y'all can't keep a restroom clean, there's no way I'm ordering food. If they had pride in clean place, and when Josh took my complaint, He had a bad attitude, look Josh if you don't like working there, there's the door, we make choices in life to better ourselves, no matter what job we do , we do it with pride and a smile, especially if your in customer sevice..

I just had this McDonald's steal all of my change!!! no warning when you order. They have a change shortage they say. They did not even tell me. I found out when they handed me the change from a $10 bill. Shortchanged is called stealing. Isn't that illegal!!
Stood at counter five minutes and no service. One worker sitting with friends visiting. Another eating in next room. Two managers visiting in next dinning room. So left with no food.

I had the most bizzare experience here today. A worker approached me as I was ordering and whispered to me that they have a policy and my shorts were too short. She demanded that I pulled them down. I was very confused. There is no way that this is a truthful policy. Not to mention, my shorts were of appropriate length. Will not be visiting here again.

Went there with my kid and ordered food. First they only didn't give us 2 of our Burgers. I was ok with that. Fine there was a high school team from iowa there. Wile we were ordering the coach ordered 20 mc doubles and the girls were ordering there Individual meals on the self check out. 20 min later I hear the coach talking to the people at the counter. They were telling him that he didn't order the 20 mc doubles. He had his receipt which he had paid what the debit card. Still telling him to leave that he DID NOT order them. And they were calling the cops! Wait what? Yeah that's right! So I go up with my receipt Show them my receipt the time stamp and everything and said this guy ordered at the same time as me. Then a customer that ordered right after him showed him his Receipt said yes I was behind him. Then they were willing to look back and see oh yeah he did order those. But this went on 5 minutes before I even said anything..
Save yourself and go to Subway instead. Wasn't even busy, took 13 minutes to get our order. Place was disgusting. Trash everywhere, tables were gross, high chairs were not clean, trash cans were all overflowing, ketchup dispenser had sprayed all over the cup lids. Truly the worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. And my McDonalds standards are not that high.
Constantly messing up on orders at this location. Recently, I went and ordered an Apple pie, and it was missing. when I got home, I called and asked to speak to the manager, he was very rude he lied and said that he was only there for that day,he refused to give me his name told me that I could go the next day and get a free apple pie or happy meal. The next day they refuse to give me the happy meal. I asked for the employees name , he refused . Not wearing a name tag. Will be calling headquarters.
The workers clearly need to be trained more. I had a horrible experience, they forgot my order and took a long time before I got my food. Drove off with my food only to find out they were missing part of my order. I was pretty upset that I had to drive back and they didn't even give me a complimentary coupon for their errors!
The worst McDonald's in my life. It says here that he works until 11 p.m., but at 10:30 a.m., an employee closed the front door right in my face. It was terrible and insulting, we were on the road all day and really wanted to eat.
Ordered bacon QP and the meat was raw!! I spit it out brought it to counter and the manager or lead literally asked me so you want it cooked done? Um yes!!! Then they replaced it with the same kinda raw burger pattie and I'm sorry I'm not eating anything undercooked from a fast food joint. Sooo disgusting
Good coffee, but a 20 minute wait for food was unexceptable. Most of the kids just standing around, while the rest did their best to serve people. Won't go back there. I have been there more than once. Same thing happened . They need better management.
I come to this McDonald's quite often because I live down the road. More than half the time I order anything they forget my items or they almost always forget my bacon on my "Bacon" quarter pounder I don't get it this shouldn't be that hard like really start double checking what you put in customers bags this is terrible service
I understand you get the quality you pay for, and I actually don't eat at McDonalds often. I just ordered a chocolate shake without whip cream in the drive through. Pay at the first window. Get to the second window and they tell me they have no chocolate shake mix. No worries, I'll do vanilla. Again I asked the gentleman behind the window to leave out the whip cream... He comes back to the window and says, here you go! I was confused because my vanilla shake was half brown and had whipped cream. I honestly thought they gave me the wrong order. I said that I wasn't sure what he was giving me. He told me that they used this cup to realize that the chocolate was out, and then just put vanilla shake mix on top. After I left I tried it. I was too far away to turn around. It was the consistency of milk. Not good.
The service was absolutely awful. Almost every customer had their order messed up. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get food. There was one young boy working that was so pleasant and was apologizing to everyone for the delay. There was a lady who appeared to be the manager, but the only time we saw her was when she came out and was yelling at the kids for doing something wrong. She never once was helping them out.
Where do I even begin? I know, I know. McDonald's is unhealthy and you shouldn't expect much, but I have been to my share of McDonald's restaurants ALL OVER THE WORLD (I used to travel for a living) and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such a mortifying experience in my life. I stopped in today for a quick lunch because of time constraints and the area I was in didn't have much else to offer. I walked in and there was a line out the door. They only had one register open and the poor kid stationed there was brand new. He kept messing up orders and when he'd ask for help, his managers would get publicly irritated with him and then just walk away. When I FINALLY got my order, half of it was missing. I went to fill up my cup and there was black mold all over the ice dispenser and dried/sticky syrup splashed ALL OVER the soda towers. The ketchup dispenser had caked on and dried ketchup all over and the floors were littered with food and waste debris. I had to clean off my own table and when I finally opened the wrapper to my cheeseburger, it was cold and such a sloppy mess I couldn't eat it. I requested from one of the "managers" a new, warm burger and she rolled her eyes and acted like I was "putting her out". She finally came to my sticky table with the "new burger" and I mentioned to her that there was mold all over the ice dispenser and she quickly jumped to the excuse that they've just been really busy today. I told her that mold doesn't grow in a day and that the machines are obviously not being cleaned nightly like they should be and that it is a health concern. She threw her hands up at me and raised her voice saying, "They ARE washed nightly. But, I WILL LOOK INTO IT!". Then she walked away shaking her head. My entire time there, she never once even looked in the direction of the soda and ice dispensers. I saw her a few times giving her staff irritated glances and looking at me sideways. Super professional. Hahaha I also love the fact that none of the managers wear name tags or are willing to give up their names so that specific employee complaints can't be made. She was a short little snot that should not be working as a manager. She should be fired on the spot. Horrible, horrible, horrible! I came home and almost wanted to swallow peroxide. SUPER disgusted. Never ever go here... unless you want a staph infection or worse. Puke.
Just stopped by at 8:52pm- the posted information on ALL of the entries show that the "dining room" is open until 10pm. All of the doors were locked and the person visible behind the counter ignored us. This is the third time that this has happened to my family at this location. Apparently they consider their posted hours optional.
Some how manage to take food-like items and service to a new low. Basically the equivalent of an overpriced truck stop deli sandwich. Also don’t order lemonade and expect a refill… it actually takes effort on the staff.
Parked next to the waste containers, employee taking out trash swings the wast enclosure gate and slams it into my truck. Luckily it hit the bumper part and didn’t cause any major damage just a small fiberglass crack. Not cool!
This places hours have been a non-stop issue since COVID. Prior to that they were 24 hr Operation that had their ducks in a row. They don't open when they are supposed to. I sat in line till 5:15am today and ended up leaving. The one thing McDonalds has going for them is consistency - and now they can't open and close on time anymore!!!!

This McDonalds uses Guardian towing services, a company known for taking advantage of people and using extremely unethical tactics for dealing with customers. I would never go to this McDonalds again. If this is the type of business practice they used, they should not be patronized.
Went through the drive-they this morning and ordered a large orange juice for my daughter who wasn’t feeling well. I love McDonald’s Orange juice and although it’s Minute Maid, it absolutely does not taste the same as the bottled Minute Maid orange juice, which is why we went to McDonald’s instead of the gas station! I paid $2.59 + tax for what I thought was going to be a large Orange juice, only to be handed a 12oz bottle!! I hesitated, as this wasn’t what I ordered! The guy explained that their machine was down, it caught me off guard, so I simply requested a cup of ice. The guy handed me a small cup of ice with no lid or straw! Again, very unexpected! I had ordered a large, so I figured I would be handed a large cup of ice along with the straw and lid, but wasn’t! There is a gas station literally in the same parking lot area as this McDonald’s, had I known before I paid, that they only had bottles, I would have went to the gas station if that was what I wanted and I would have been able to use my food stamps!! After I pulled away and processed what gas just happened, I called the manager asking them to at least notify people when they are ordering, before paying, so they may decide before their card has already been swiped. He was unapologetic and simply said okay and ended the call, so I’m sure that went no further… ugh Rant over!
Ordered a sausage "egg"McMuffin and the drive-through rang it up as a sausage mcmuffin. Didn't notice the missing egg until I drove home. Called the store and the supervisor on duty was very snippy and rude with me, indicating it is clearly on their menu even though that is not what I ordered or expected. Maybe I wasn't clear, but we were disappointed and especially at the supervisor's attitude. If his attitude had been a little nicer and not so condescending and snotty I would not be writing this right now. Please know that there are 5 adults in my house that will no longer go to this McDonalds. I don't really feel like being talked down to at 6 am when I am just trying to get breakfast for my spouse who just worked an overnight shift. Shame on you, McDonalds.
With almost 13 million views of my reviews, I'm so pleased that people are actually reading what I've experienced, and are able to make informed decisions. With that being said.... The male manager in the photo I posted with this review, should find another profession. He SHOULDN'T be working in customer service!! He was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONDESCENDING!! We will NOT be back. Also... Why does McDonald's have contracts with HOSPITALS AND MORGUES?? WHAT ARE THEY FEEDING YOU??? Question everything...
Always check your food at this location. 2 days in a row they screwed me. Paid 15$ for a hotcakes meal and mcgriddle meal. They left out BOTH HASKBROWNS, butter, napkins and silverware. so 15$ for just that.
I just purchased $100 worth of food. I was missing half of my order and the half that came was also stale and Cold. I tried to call the restaurant to deal with this and they dont take any phone calls.
Horrible experience. Went tbrough the drive through and the first lady gave us attitude for simply trying to order food, we then said that the menu isn't on the screen (it was on the receipt page of the last customer), she ignored us then we heard her talking to the other lane. Another lady came on the mic and we explained we still cant see the menu (very hard concept apparently), she proceeded to not understand what we were talking about and had no idea what to do. So we went inside to order which went fine, other than the order kiosk having no receipt paper so we had no clue what order number we were.
Food was cold, fries were old and soft drink was flat. I waited in line for “Fast Food” which was a terrible meal. The cost of fast food meal is ridiculous, 12.00 for a meal. For the cost of gross food, anyone could go sit down in restaurant for a few more bucks for non processed foods. I again was reminded of why I don’t do McDonalds much, gross food, terrible experience.

The man working the drive thru tonight (Monday 1/20/2025 around 830pm) was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! So rude we won't be back to this location. He slammed the drive thru window on my husband while he was talking. My husband is very nice and polite so there was NO REASON for his rudeness! He had such an attitude because we asked for everything fresh. He threw the food in the bag carelessly, the bag ripped and food fell all over my husband's lap! This is unacceptable!!! He needs to be fired! If you don't want to work there DON'T! I'll be calling corporate tomorrow to make sure they address this! Totally unnecessary and unacceptable behavior!!
