Best wings and service! 🍗✨ Picked up a takeout order and was helped by a beautiful reddish blonde young lady this afternoon. She had the best energy and service not just with me but with others picking up orders as well. Her upbeat, welcoming, and warm demeanor made her shine amongst others in the overall food service industry. My boneless wings were fresh and delicious as well. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this location!

Food was pretty good. Ordered takeout considering the situation we're in right now and the service was fine. However, I had ordered sauce on the side because two kids have an aversion to sauce on anything, so I had nothing for them to eat. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I got home already and didn't want to have to go out again so we had to make do with it and find something else for the two kids. It was just inconvenient, considering I asked for sauce on side (and the ticket even said it) but it wasn't prepared that way.

I have been to this BWW multiple times. Their food has improved since the last time I visited them. I've ordered a chicken sandwich in the past and gotten a tiny patty that I could have made at home and been very disappointed. However, My most recent visit was a much better experience. My Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was much better. I was very happy because I don't like spending money on substandard food and I didn't this time.

Pretty wrecked inside, but probably a busy day since it was Sunday! We were there late, maybe 10 other tables? In addition, more than 15 tables were dirty, and there somehow was no one to greet us for 5 minutes. Food is always consistent, and our 5-star server brought the service score back up to a solid 4 after the initial wait. We'll come back. :)

Between the 3 of us, we had a Burger, Boneless wings and a chicken tender Sandwich. All were delicious and cooked well (nothing was dry). We always love the many delicious sauces. Our server was not very well versed on their happy hour specials, but was was very friendly.

We came here with a small group (3 people) after a nearby school choir performance (~9pm,) we arrived first and a much larger group (>8 people) from the same school arrived shortly afterward. The staff were doing their best to keep track of everyone and they seated the bigger group first. The staff then came up to seat us next and said something to the effect of "I noticed you had arrived first but that bigger group kinda pushed you aside, if you'd like to sit away from them in someplace quieter, we can seat you in our bar, we just can't serve you alcohol unless you're over 21 obviously," we took up the offer and spent our evening in a booth over by the bar. The food was great, we had wings, and took advantage of their incredible BOGO deal so we got unbelievably good service and great food for a great price! Highly recommend! I really wish I had the name of the employee who accommodated us, if he's reading this, thank you for a great night!

The service at the Apple Valley BWW’s is 2nd to none. Sheila, Mal, Tara, Tina, Mike and Cal always take great care of our group. The food is served correctly and quickly. The issue is consistency. Some times the wings come out perfect. Other times they come out with too little to no seasoning and we have to request more. Also the size of the wings vary from week to week. BWW’s has an excellent rewards program that should be used on every visit. You can also play trivia on their app with people nationwide to earn rewards. Please bring back the Buffalo Chips!!

The new Bird Dawg sandwich that I ordered was tasty with lots of Buffalo sauce and fresh slaw. Kind of messy though. We asked for more napkins to clean up with. The guacamole needed a kick of seasonings due to it's blandness. There were not any condiments on the table, and when I asked for salt and pepper I never received it. Our Server was very kind, yet Slow to attend our table. Drinks ordered did not arrive in a timely manner. Overall I would have to say that the service and lack of table set up were rather lacking for a Saturday evening.

Place an order over the phone today on 8/03 and I paid extra for and upgrade of my fries for my wings which I didn’t get the fries I paid for. Second off got a wrap and asked for one thing taken out and I get home to check and they kept more that that one thing out. I understand if your busy but it’s not that hard to read the tickets and make sure everything is right. This has happened to me at least 4 times now and I never complain but I finally need to say something. But the people there at the front are awesome

Been years since the last time I was at a BW's and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was pretty good and served nice and hot. Only thing was our dishes were brought out separately and not at the same time. Was a bit awkward when some were enjoying their dinner while others had to wait longer. Gotta clean that up, it made for a less than pleasurable experience. Staff were friendly but slow and not very engaging. Nice enough people, but they seemed not interested or enjoying their job.

Dinning in at this location pretty good. Never a very long wait to be seated and servers and friendly and attentive. Food comes in a timely manner. Take out at this location i have had nothing but problems with. Every order for pick up has been butchered. But even though the order is wrong the food is still good.

Ordered dummies and fries to go on the online app. We got the lemon pepper rub, it was great.

I placed an order earlier in the day on 7/29/21 for 10 traditional wings. I wanted to pick up my order at 6:15 pm. A couple hours after I placed my original order for 10 wings I wanted to add 10 more wings to my order. When I called to add on to my order they couldn't find any record of it. I talked to three different people and my original order couldn't be found. So I placed a new order for 20 traditional wings with a pick up time of 6:15 pm. I get there to pick up my order and they hand me my original order for the 10 traditional wings. However when I paid, I paid for 20 wings. They apologized and told me they would work on my order. A few minutes later they bring me back my order for the same 10 wings. I showed them what I paid for and said "This is my order and this is what I want please." Five - ten minutes later my order of 20 wings was ready. I do understand, yesterday was National Chicken Wing Day and they were running a special and it was busier then normal but my word. C+ for service recovery and D+ for efficiency but given the circumstances everyone makes mistakes and I will be back.

We were not greeted as we came in and see that is a constant issue at this location. The server we had didn't really seem to care about our experience and did not check on us after we received our food. No water refills were provided, dirty tables and floors. Server told us she would bring out appetizers and napkins for us, and she never did. Left pretty disappointed. Super disappointing - my recommendation is to check out another buffalo wild wings location before coming here.

We were a little surprised that the parking lot was practically empty at 11:45am on a Sunday. After the experience I can understand why my family and I were one of only a few groups of customers for lunch. The service was horrible. Had to ask for silverware and plates after the food was delivered. Drinks were not refilled. The group next to us had someone go get a waiter for their table so they could get refills. Had to remind our waitress to bring out the celery. We could see most of the staff at the kitchen entry seemingly having a good time talking to each other but they rarely visited the tables. Disappointing to say the least. The only good thing about the experience was the food which tasted as expected. We will not be revisiting this particular Buffalo Wild Wings.

We ordered the salad with no onions. It came out with onions. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap and it came out with crispy chicken. We had to ask for silverware twice. The remodel made the experience a little better. But I would still not recommend dining here!

I love B Dubs but it seemed like they were way too busy to handle the carry out orders. I got there and they told me just waiting on the wings. I figured 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later I asked the status and they said just waiting on the dessert. 5 minutes later I received my food missing all the sauces. I waited a few more minutes for that. I got home and it was clear the appetizer was done long before the rest of the food. My drive only took 10 minutes yet everything was cold and soggy. I'll still dine in but no more take out.

I was disappointed in this Buffalo Wild Wings location. When we arrived we were informed that they were out of traditional wings, pretzels, and a few other items. Understandable with times being the way they are. We chose to stay and ordered boneless wings, sides, and a kids meal. The friend I was dining with received her food nearly ten minutes before my food and my six year old daughters came out. Which I would have been fine with if my food would have at least been hot. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time with only four other tables occupied with diners. The waitress was not very friendly and didn't appear to be interested in interacting with customers. This is not typical of my experiences eating at BWW in the past and I hope not representative of how it will be going forward.

There’s always something missing—make sure to check your pickup orders. They forgot my side of wedges, and I ordered 40 wings but got just one tiny cup of ranch… I guess they thought that was enough. LOL.

We waited more than 10 minutes before a server finally came to our table. She was very slow in getting our drinks and extremely slow in taking our order. I found the surround televised programs to be extremely annoying. People seemed to be staring at you yet were focused on the TV. The food was marginal. We won't return.

Ordered online for takeout and didn't get food until an hour and a half later. I will say this was a very busy Friday night and all the workers were hustling so I couldn't get upset due to staff. However, after being kept waiting a full hour after paying, some of the food was substandard. The wings barely had any sauce on them, and just didn't taste as good as previously experienced at this same location. We will not be going back again.

This location has been notoriously bad for MANY years (read the other reviews). But, I thought I’d give it another try. Check out these pictures, lol. The wings were tiny, over-sauced and lukewarm. The burger looked NOTHING like the picture. They couldn’t even successfully toast the bread. It was a soggy, greasy mess. $120 for three of us after tip. Ugh, I should have known better.

These 2 White dudes consistently stared at me and my guy. Now if we felt so uncomfortable to the point we addressed it, I think it would've got out of hand. We just enjoyed our time and got up out of there.

Since when did Buffalo wild wings sell boneless wings that were the size of chicken McNuggets... And they sprinkled a little bit of sauce on there. This wasn't to go order and I'm sure that's exactly why. Since you can't complain when when you're not there. If they do this to every customer all the Buffalo wild wings would be shut down within one year.

This was my first time at the Apple Valley location. Not sure if it was an off night, but the service was very slow. Had to wait for a host to be seated, took about 20 minutes for the waiter to even come ask what we want to drink. We ordered everything at once. Waited about another 20 minutes for the food to come out. They brought out appetizer with our food. Our meal came out wrong, the guy who brought it out said he would have them remake it, and would take about 5 minutes. It was atleast 10 minutes. My wings didn't have a lot of sauce on them. We mainly went to watch the Wild game, which was only on some of the small TVs. They didn't even have it on the big screen with sound. Very disappointed. Probably won't be going back to that location.

I general do not like giving bad reviews but the service here is pretty bad. Long waits, wrong food, wrong drinks and generally boring atmosphere. I love bw3 and I'm no longer going to this location. Going to Eagan instead.

Came here on a Saturday night and expected it to be busy. It wasn't, which isn't a bad thing. However... The service was not great, so I understand why this restaurant wouldn't be busy. No refills on drinks with little attention to customers. The food for four didn't come out all at once, so some of us awkwardly ate while others waited. The food for some of us was good, while the boneless wings for others was SO bad. We weren't sure why the food was so inconsistent. Would only recommend take-out, but not dine in.

This has got to be a joke! Ordered takeout for just a 6 piece and fried pickles. Pickles were fine that’s why this isn’t a one star post but COME ON look at these wings😂 I have worked in the food industry before and all you have to do is throw pre-made wings into a deep fryer, take 6 out, toss them in the choice sauce and VIOLA! Never refunded a duplicate order that they made by mistake. Wings were soggy and poorly seasoned and came with a ranch that they must obviously be cutting with water. Wouldn't recommend this place …

The staff and manager were so rude, we will never visit this place again.We went there to watch NFL game and mentioned that when we asked for seating. They changed the game upon other peoples request and when we asked them about that they informed us that it was first come first server. We were the first ones there so we told them since we were the fist ones to be seated and told them initially that we were there for the nfl game they need to honor our request, they changed their stance and asked us to move seats instead of asking the other customers that came after us. Their staff came and started an argument with us when we are talking to our waitress about how we were being treated(by the way our waitress was so nice and caring).

This place and one point in time was great! Now the last 3-4 times i have come here the service is bad, food takes a long time, and the manager/ customer experience person just hangs out in the back by the kitchen along with 90% of the servers and even the hostess. It has been almost the exact same thing every time. One of the times I mentioned how long of a wait it was for the food about (35-45mins) for wings and the server just said yeah it is what it is we had a lot of takeout/ deliver orders... really? This place needs new management or management help bad!

I walked in on a Friday evening about 7pm. Was greeted by a worker (who I recognized) with “look what the cat dragged in”. Went to the bar, all seats were open, asked bartender where he’d like meet to sit, he said “anywhere in the dining room”. I’ve been a regular for 2-3 years, spend $30-$40 per visit, and tip well. No more, not going back.

Only reason why I gave 1 star is because it would t let me post with out having a star rating. If I could I wouldn't even give a star. This was my first and will be my last time eating in at this place. Yes we went in there on a Tuesday with a party of 9. (2 adults and the rest kids) we only had 2 large orders of naked wings and French fries. No saucing to it! Took them almost 2 hours to feed my starving children. There were customers arriving after us that received there food 30 minutes after they were seated. We also ordered food to go and that came out an hour before we got our dinner. When the food finally came out everything was old, cold, and dry! Overall, a HORRIBLE experience. Don't waste ur time!

Ive never felt so undervalued as a customer. We waited at least 10 minutes while 3 hosts walked to and from the host stand and couldn't figure out how to even greet us let alone seat us in one of the 10 plus open tables. If you don't want to engage customers do the world a favor and get a new job that you don't have to. As for the managers responsible for this location, you might want to spend some time training your hosts how to greet customers. Won't be back. Lots of luck.

First and foremost, there was no hostess and we waited forever to be seated. Next, when seated we ordered drinks and an appetizer and they brought the drinks only a moment before our appetizer. Following that we requested refills and consistently waited and even had to remind her to bring them more than once. She only had 4 tables around and it's 445pm now... And yet disappeared several times for lengthy periods. Food was good but service was just that bad. How many times should a customer have to remind the service to bring your drinks, sauce, fill the ketchup etc.... Awful experience and will go back to Woodbury for bww's from now on.

It's bad enough paying $100 for two beers, 2 sodas and a total of 25 wings. But to be talked back to by the hostess because I didn't want to sit by the door, to wait a half an hour for said wings and see people seated after we were being served before me just confirms that the entire Buffalo Wild Wings organization and especially this location is a business that my family of four will never visit again.

What a joke of a business. Just skip this place. Went there after visiting another local business during a Vikings game. Got virtually no service in 2 hours then they said no drinks for someone at our table without explanation. I go to BWW once a year, took someone from out of state and we all left confused. Literally was not asked a food or drink order in 2 hours. Bye. You guys could have had a great order and good tips. Why work here or dine here? I don't leave bad reviews but this place is trash. No reason to go here at all. I have good income and was responsible. This place doesn't deserve anything. Try better alternatives. This place was comically bad.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but here it is. We ordered takeout. The confirmation email asked us to pick it up in an hour; the ticket time says it took 7 minutes and 53 seconds to make. Good thing we arrived early.. We ordered 30 naked boneless wings with sauces on the side, plus potato wedges with queso on the side. I checked my order at the counter to make sure everything was there (based on other negative reviews). The potatoes had queso on them instead of on the side, which I was willing to let slide. However, none of the sauces had been included with our order. When I asked the person at the counter to grab sauces for us, it seemed that the request was very irritating to him. He came back with two dry rubs, despite the fact that we ordered sauces. I asked for additional sauce instead of dry rub. When he returned, he practically threw them on the counter and ran back into the kitchen like it was a huge inconvenience to be filling the order we placed. We weren’t expected gourmet, but we also weren’t expecting dry, cold, oven baked chicken. 2/3 of the chicken went in the trash. You’ll be better off with Tyson frozen strips and Sweet Baby Ray’s.

probably the worst restaurant experience i’ve ever had. we were ignored the whole time and tried to get someones attention without being rude. no checking up on us. DO NOT order the wedge salad it’s a disgrace to salads. overpriced and rubbery. my poor mom was too nice to say anything and just paid. i hate writing bad reviews. i will not try to contact anyone because the other reviews said it’s useless. just putting a bad review on here to let y’all know. go to five guys right new to it way cheaper and better. only drunk people will find this food good.

I frequent BWW for lunch and typically enjoy. The service in restaurant has been generally good. I did a takeout order (2 hours in advance) and specified the time I would pick up. When an order is made 2H in advance there is usually a reason. I arrived on time, paid for the order and was told "your order is being bagged now". The person who arrived before AND after me for a pickup order were also not on time, although they received their orders before I did... I finally received my food nearly 15 minutes late! Mistakes happen but being treated by the staff and it seems just being casually lied to seems absurd. We can see behind the counter where the food is being prepared. It would have been nice to (1) get my food on-time or (2) at least be spoken to honestly or (3) have someone be considerate enough to say I'm sorry. It is unfortunate that none of these happened... I remained cordial although frustrated. I will share this with others and be unlikely to try the takeout option again at this location.

My boyfriend and I had went here for a friends Birthday and I have to say the service was horrible!! Sat waiting for 45 minutes at our table before getting our order taken, waitress rolled her eyes at us and came off extremely rude!! our order sat waiting for our waitress to carry it out for 15 minutes! the appetizers had arrived after our main course. By the time we finally got our food it was cold. Never once were we asked if we'd like refills nor were we supplied with silver wear and napkins. Our arrival time was 10:00 and we didn't leave until 12:30 due to their lack of service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very displeased.

I came to this location twice and both times I was over looked and not acknowledged for long periods of time as the staff was only attentive to others that were not African American. After finally placing my order I still had to wait as numerous people walked in, placed orders and receive their food ahead of mine. Talk about prejudice, racist, maybe even jealous of black women. I will only spend my money where I am appreciated.

We arrived at 12:30 for lunch. They weren't busy. Lots of open tables. We sat at a high top in the bar area. The waitress greeted us in am acceptable time, brought drinks then menus. We order wings and a sandwich. Took over 50 minutes to get barely warm food. Another server brought out our food. Our waitress never came to check in until we were almost done eating. Spenot too much money for terrible service and barely edible food.

Worst experience ever at a Buffalo wild wings, walk through the door, the employee looked up and saw us, she did not greet us, she had the worst expression on her face, like it pained her that we walked through the door, she then went up to another employee and asked if we were able to sit in her section and that employee said no, she wasn't taking any new tables, we then offered to go sit at the bar, we walked up to the bar and sat down at the counter, the bartender was talking to another employee immediately in front of us and did not acknowledge us for like 5 minutes. Clearly this store deserves the low ratings on Google and I will never return here! Extremely poor management and even worse employees. This location should be shut down because it is THAT horrible! Do NOT waste your time or money here!

They refused to take my order by phone. I have been placing phone orders for over a year! Once I got there to place my order in person, I was told there was a 30 minute wait. That was why I wanted to place my order by phone, in the first place! Then, as I tried to order, I was told there was a limit to 3 sauces, something I have never heard from any other location. My typical order is 5 to 6 sauces, which has never been a problem, before. How ridiculous! Needless to say, I canceled the order and went elsewhere, and will continue to go elsewhere.

Took probably 45 minutes to get 10 boneless wings. I assume the server forgot to ring in our order due to the fact a table next to us got sat and ordered there food 15 minutes after us. Sever was barely at the table and left us with empty drinks. Food was good but not worth waiting 45 minutes on a slow night. Very disappointed. A manager never touched our table. As a server/ bartender I get it if you mess up but own up to it. Probably won’t be back.

Went and visited this location today for some wings and disappointed is an understatement. Sammi, our server greeted us and sat us at our table. Took our drink order but before I could even ask for a pop for my daughter was already walking away. Once we ordered, which she seemed to be almost annoyed through out, we waited which was fine. Our food came out in three different time frames, my husband getting his food almost 10-15 mins before me. He was almost done eating by the time o received my burger. Not once did she check back at this point to make sure we had everything. My husbands pop was empty and placed at the end of the table for a while and she never stopped to refill it after walking by 5-6 times cleaning off a dirty table. She finally came over after he was done eating, I was about half way done, and asked if he wanted a refill. She dropped his pop off without a word, and never came back. Once we were done, she was almost like avoiding our table as she swept the floor around her section, and then was greeting another table. After her not coming back we just got up and paid at the counter asking the manger for our check. She seemed like she did not want to be there and just in a foul mood. I’m sorry if you have a bad day, but don’t make customers experiences bad because of it. We stopped at this location a few weeks ago after a zoo visit with both our daughters and had a fantastic server, not sure of his name but the difference in visits was astonishing.

Plz save yourself the time and money. The one over in lakeville is way better quality. I'll drive the 20 min out of my way...

I was not pleased with the service we received tonight at all. I was with my friend and her kid for a nice mother’s day meal. I arrived after they had and went to sit down at the table while our waiter Dan was standing there. He did not ask me if I needed anything to drink when I arrived and I had to wait 10 minutes to order a drink. He ordered it and told me they were sold out of the reds apple ale so I had to wait another 10 minutes to get a drink. When we ordered our food we had asked for an extra cup of ranch which was never received. His customer service was very unprofessional and I would not recommend coming back here. The silverware we received was dirty and had sticky residue on it as well. Food was good, service is poor.

The Server we had tonight seemed like tonight was her first day, she lost 2 of my friends debit cards. Our waitress forgot our orders and they took over 2 hours to make! I have been coming to bubs for the past 13 years and never had this service but I will be back but just a bad experience.

We stood to be seated while 3 managers just looked at us for over 5 minutes. One of the two servers sat us and we sat for another ten minutes while the managers were conversating and watching the servers run and try and keep up. Never even got to order drinks its not fair to the servers. Maybe they should have more servers and less managers.

If you want 25% sauced wings for $25 eat here … the chicken was obviously heated up and not fresh as someone in our group got the wings without sauce and they got their food 20 mins after us… absolutely nasty!!

Stopped here for dinner on a Friday evening around 6 pm. We were greeted, seated and ordered drinks/apps within 5 minutes of entering - super awesome! When drinks were dropped off we ordered food (two of us, ordered boneless wings and a wrap with chips/salsa). Our fried pickles came out less than 4 minutes after ordering them, and then a few minutes later the wrap was dropped at the table. My family has a courtesy rule that you don’t eat your meal until everyone is served. 15 (FIFTEEN) minutes later my sons wings were brought to the table (wrap was cold at this point), however, my son had ordered boneless wings with blue cheese and was brought bone -in wings with ranch. We sent his food back since it’s not what he ordered. I also then asked if they could take my food back (none of it touched) and bring the food hot and at the same time so we could eat dinner together but was shocked at the servers response. I was told that the kitchen prepares and sends food when it’s ready so he wouldn’t take my food back! I continued to not eat since my son didn’t have his dinner. 20 (TWENTY) minutes later we still didn’t have my son’s dinner and I’m pretty sure my wrap was growing icicles. Every other table was receiving food AT THE SAME TIME so they could dine together. No apologies from the server. We walked out and might check back tomorrow to see if his food is ready yet. With 30+ restaurants to pick from in the immediate vicinity we will never go back to this place.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was slow and unprofessional, with our server completely ignoring us for long stretches of time. The food was bland and overpriced, and the portions were ridiculously small. To top it off, the ambiance was noisy and uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Upset is not even the word . Waste of money maybe . Called this location, specified on the phone that I want my wings to be extra wet and fresh fries . I came home just to find out dry wings and cold fries . I took it back for them to basically give me this ?? Never going back again

Very disappointing experience and meal. My son ordered The boneless wings, which were cold, dry and chewy like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. My wife ordered a salad and cauliflower wings. I ordered the traditional wings and fries which were also cold and dried out. We could have been satisfied with the poor quality of food, since we had low expectations to begin with, but my son really wanted to go there. The worst part about our dinner, was the fact that our food came out one plate at a time. My son got his cold boneless wings immediately, then 5 mins later, my wife's plate, then my fries came out. Another 10 minutes later my wings came. Very strange. Usually people want to eat their meals together, not served one at a time over 15 minutes. We did not express our disappointment at the store, just paid and left. I had the impression it would not have made a difference. We had no complaints about our server. She seemed nice, and did a fine job, but we wont be coming back. You would think a restaurant with "wings" in their name would have some good wings. Maybe they should stick to happy hour beer specials and showing the big game on the 500 TV's they have.

We sat down, when ordering we indicated that we knew about the food and drinks, they tell us that we can't order food and drinks together... we waited, they brought us the drinks and still THEY DID NOT TAKE OUR FOOD ORDER, we ordered the food when the boy wanted to take the order, 30 minutes later, food comes out for all the tables (4 tables), they even arrived later and everyone ate and paid and we didn't receive our order... after waiting 50 minutes, we had to pay for the drinks and our food never arrived. Bad service, terrible.

I went February 19. Not a ton of people there but was seated by the bartender even though she was busy with her area and then was greeted by our server after 5 mins. We ordered food a burger and some wings. I got my burger and finished it before my GF got her wings. After we were done with our meal we were told that if we used the app we can get 10% off our bill which was a lie. Still had leftovers and wanted to double check why we didn’t receive the discount. Waited 10-15 more mins to even get said box and get issued resolved with our bill. They said they took care of it and refunded my money but I haven’t even gotten it back yet. Would not recommend would not come back.

One star is way to much!! Ordered take out last night. Over $80! Got home to find the fries were missing and the boneless wings were so hard I had a hard time getting a fork in them. I stopped eating after three due to my jaw hurt to bad from chewing. I called about the fries and was told there was nothing that could be done cause the burgers were the same price with or without the fries. That's not the point! I wanted my fries too! Absolute garbage food and even worse customer service! Never again will they get me as a customer!!

I would love to say the food is great but I didn't even get any. I came in, sat down...saw that I got to scan and order using my phone..OK, it's 1230p on tuesday April 30th. And the prices aren't reflecting the lunch price. I was provided a menu and asked what I wanted to drink, I wanted something with alcohol so was provided a menu. That was the extent of my service. I knew what I wanted to eat. It's 1244p and I finally just left bc nobody else came up to help me, the guy was at the host stand, just standing there. The manager walked right by me, I was not looking at the menu anymore in hopes I would get help. I'm on a lunch break and know it take a little while to cook the food, as 15 minutes has gone by and no 2nd visit to even get the drink order, I just left. Nobody cared, asked what was going on, no nothing. All I wanted was a blue Hawaiian, a 10 count wings with a salad and a loaded ice cream... simple and quick. What's going on with Bdubbs lately? I figured in person it would be better bc I had 2 delivery orders in a row recently that were very wrong as well.. 1 where the wings didn't even have sauce and tots no chili then the second order was the wrong kind of wings. I do traditional but received boneless. Hard enough getting good wing place that now I can't even get service or a correct order from these guys now...

Burger was really good however the fries weren't edible so fed them to the dogs. The wings were the driest and smallest wings I've had. Way to expensive for what it was

Ordered through DoorDash, you need to make sure you are giving out the right orders. Spent $40 on food and received a completely different order. Ridiculous honestly. I work in fast food and things like this don’t happen in my company we make sure we have the right food that goes out to customers. Do better.

** PLEASE READ** As a family establishment with chains across the country the BWW name would be deeply embarrassed to have this location be part of it. This place was a disaster, food on the floor, booths covered in wing sauce, dirty utensils, wrappers and garbage in every direction. The thing that irks me more than anything is the fact that in the family seating area there were 8 people working and all sections were not full, meaning there was plenty of time to clean up the establishments as the evening goes on. Not to mention it appeared to have two managers on duty who sat and chatted with one another the entire duration of our meal completely oblivious to the surroundings of your work environment, WORK AS A TEAM, it’s a sports restaurant!! Shame on you for this, learn the value of time. Ask any kitchen professional the duration of a minute and they will be sure to tell you a lot can be done within 60 seconds. Please avoid this place or talk to your TEAM and make some changes. It deeply saddens me to write this but it leaves me no other choice!

Probably the lowest quality food I’ve ever ordered from this place. I ordered bones less wings but my order looks like I got popcorn chicken. They also got my order wrong. Really disappointed I spent my money here.

So disappointed... Tonight I ordered a buffalo chicken SANDWICH (comes with fries), and pickle chips to be delivered by door dash. Order was sent and received just after 5pm. I received my cold order after 7pm - you are literally .4 mi from the delivery location that I could not leave. I received cold pickles, soggy cold fries, and an approximation of a some kind of chicken wrap. NOT THE SANDWICH THAT I ORDERED. I had to throw away a large portion of my meal due to it being inedible. The little ranch and bite of the wrap I did eat I hope doesn't result in food poisoning 🤢. I want a refund of the cost of my meal. Order#1060007.

My experience at this location has consistently been disappointing. One recurring issue is that they cannot seem to get the wing count right. This has happened multiple times, and just last night I was shorted five traditional wings. For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable. When I called to address the issue, the woman on the phone was not sympathetic at all. Her response was essentially, “What do you want me to do? Do you want to come get five wings or a partial refund?” She confirmed my information and said she’d leave a note for the manager—but unsurprisingly, I have yet to hear anything back. It felt like she was just trying to rush me off the phone. This isn’t the first time this has happened. A while back, I had a similar issue and spoke with a manager named Scott who made it right by offering a full meal replacement. That level of customer service is what I expect, and unfortunately, this time around was a far cry from that. If you value your time, money, and a professional level of customer service, do yourself a favor and visit the Eagan or Lakeville locations instead. Apple Valley seriously needs to step up their game.

My carryout order was 15 minutes later then the "promised" time which would've been fine but they were missing an order of my wings and then I got two wings that were almost non-existent per my picture.

The frise were so salty my whole family's mouth hurt after. There were items on our tab that we changed before the waiter even left the table.

We have not had this in so long and I was pregnancy craving it for the super bowl. Never again. We only ordered two orders of 10 wings and the website said the ASAP option was 15 min. Our email confirmation said 70 min. I called and they went in back to confirm and said the 70 min was accurate and they keep saying the website needs to be fixed and it hasn’t been, and offered to cancel the order. We decided to wait and my husband arrived at 70 min and was told it would be at least 20 more min and that they didn’t know what to tell him. I called and spoke to the same girl and was told our order was now 8 pages back and she didn’t know why since it was 2 pages back when I called right after the order was placed earlier, and she offered to cancel it again. I reiterated that my husband was already sitting there waiting to bring his pregnant wife food and this was unacceptable. They went and asked if it could be rushed and a manager came to the phone and said they would get it to my husband in 5 min. A 16 min phone call. A 26 min wait for my husband in the restaurant after he arrived at the time they confirmed it would be ready. What a disaster. I will never be able to convince him to order here again.

So me and my husband went to the apple valley location tonight for dinner … was not busy as all, we got our food I got the ultimate platter on my platter I got medium buffalo boneless wings they was cold so I ask the server if he could have them bring me out some fresh ones, 10-20 mins waiting on just my wings ( while watching our “server” across the way talkin to another table the whole time, scratching his hair an back.) I then asked the server Hugo if he could check on wings , as it was only 5 wings shouldn’t have took almost 25 mins for them. Hugo then went a got the I believe to be the manager Mark . I told him the issue a that I had been waiting for my wings at this point I’m almost done with my food. Mark then tells me and my husband that it takes a while for fresh wings . As I am a chef an cook for a living I know it does not take 25 mins for 5 wings. Mark came back to the table with the wings at that point I was over it and the service . I walked outside my husband comes out telling me that Mark told him there is nothing else he can do for us no discount on our meals or anything and to have a good night. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

We Went there when it was not busy. Got seated. Put in our orders for a Family of 5. Waited for over 40 minutes for our food but it never came. There was 4 group that came in ordered and got their food after us and we were still waiting for our food. The waiter never came to say sorry our food is a little late or apologize for waiting so long. There were only 4 group of ppl including our table but everyone got their food even though we got there 1st and order 1st. We just up and left cause apparently they did not have good customer service and doesn't care about their customer. We went to a new BWW and got our food in 15 minutes after ordering. Never again will we go back to that BBW.

So I came here with my family to have a nice dinnet and had a very frustrating experience. We were seated and left sitting for over 20 to 25 minutes without a single word from any server no greeting, no drinks, nothing. What made it worse is that the side we were seated on wasn’t even that busy, so there’s no excuse for being ignored that long!! During that time, we watched multiple other families and couples come in after us and get served, greeted, and taken care of while we just sat there. That felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We finally just got up and left If a restaurant can’t even acknowledge its guests in a timely manner, that’s a problem. Definitely not the experience i wanted with my kids and wife it left a bad taste in our mouths without ever even getting to order food or a drink

This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings, I always wonder why it was s popular. Discovered it was nothing special just bar food but chicken. I tried there supposedly 2nd spiciest, I was really disappointed. It wasn't spicy just taste bland and taste like they didn't season it. I would not go back again.

Purchased dinner on a Saturday night with 2 different sauces.. everything was way over seasoned! I’ve never had wings seasoned ever from Buffalo Wild Wings besides the sauces that I normally order and I use to be a loyalist for Bdubs. It’s like they waited to season the fries until they were in the same box with my wings. It was so over seasoned, it was disgusting to eat. It makes me never want to go back to this location again because the first few bites tasted like cigarettes and garbage. They couldn’t give me a free meal to turn this around. With how many people are moving to this city, I can only hope something else takes this locations business because this isn’t the first time that I’ve had bad business from them. Go elsewhere in a hurry. You will regret it if you decide to take your family and friends here.

We just took out 60 wings of 5 different fallouts and they taste soooo bad. We requested them for extra wet and it far from wet.. the wings had a thin flavor of sauce. This would be the most disappointed experience ever.. I gave good review to this location year back so it did not allow me to write one this time, so writing from my wife’s account. We are very very disappointed from BWW for the first time. I will surely think about going on Tuesdays again...
