It’s interesting seeing a review that says they only focus on the drive thru because it is so slow. Even if you order ahead. Plan to spend 25 minutes in the drive thru line. When I got to the window today they didn’t have my online order I had placed 22 minutes prior. This was also at 10:30 so not a rush hour for them.

Starbucks is only focused on the drive thru… why do they even have an inside coffeehouse? For those who take the time to come inside and have a coffeehouse experience good luck, it’s a very long wait and or you’re ignored. I suggest supporting your local independently owned coffeehouses. They do have good clean restrooms though.

Do not come to this location unless you want to sit in a drive thru for half an hour for 2 drinks

Terrible customer service. Employees are rude. Even in some elderly they soooo rude, loud and have no manners. This would be my first and last visit here.

Terrible customer service experienced today. Ordered online, typically the most convenient way I’ve found for most locations… but not today. Drink pick up counter was completely disorganized with all drinks just sort of mixed together. Typically, larger orders are already in a drink carrier, with stoppers in them. The food items were all just thrown in a basket, all mixed together with other peoples food items. Meaning customers were just digging through and touching other customers orders to get their items. There was just no organization, I asked for help, and was basically told to find it myself. Whenever I asked for a drink carrier, they just pointed right in front of them, and prompted me to get it instead of passing me one. I get it, it’s the Holidays, it’s busy - but your job is to serve others, step it up.

I have visited this location several times in the last month or so, I always order same thing. Venti, no whip mocha Frap. However I have noticed at this location, the product is very water based with out much flavor. Not sure if they are cutting corners but this product is not consistent with other locations. I would highly suggest to visit other nearby Starbucks. I considered it might have been the Barista that day, but it has been same for last 3 visits.

The coffee is not brewed to standards. I’ve actually thrown out the coffee and went to another Starbucks to get another cup. Also, when there is a long line, pls don’t spend time chit chatting.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I really need to share my experience. Unfortunately, it’s a pretty negative one. This is my third visit to the drive-thru, and I’ve been really disappointed with the customer service. It seems like there’s some discrimination based on language, and the staff can be quite rude, even when there’s no one in line. It’s really disappointing to see that kind of behavior at a Starbucks.

MOLD IN MY GRILLED CHEESE!! Was half way through my sandwich when I noticed it. Now I’m ill. Thanks Starbucks. Unbelievable.

Wowwww. As a former Starbucks employee I am astonished by how truly messed up our orders were. Ya’ll had to actually try. My husbands Chocolate Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was not a frap but instead chocolate milk poured over ice with whipped cream on top. A frappuccino is BLENDED. I believe that Starbucks has it literally trademarked. Aside from the fact that a blended drink wasn’t blended, it didn’t even have the toppings (which thankfully it didn’t at this point, or we would have gotten soggy cookie bits soaking at the bottom of iced chocolate milk 🤢). Also no straw came in the bag. How are we supposed to drink it when the whipped cream is filling the cup to the top? Even taking the lid off to sip from the cup was annoying. My Pecan Crunch Oat Latte had no coffee in it. I swear I thought I was tripping, because I had to ask my husband who HATES coffee to taste it and see if my Italian/Latina ass was. He confirmed that it was essentially cinnamon/nutty milk. On top of my drink being flavored fall milk, I ordered my drink Extra Hot, and they threw it in the bag with no sleeve. How the heck does anyone hold an extra hot drink with no sleeve or doubled cup? Should I grab my oven mitts in this cool 90 degree Texas heat? GOOD JOB 👏🏼

I typically avoid writing reviews, but I've encountered this issue repeatedly and hope this brings attention to it. I find it inconvenient to drive to another location just to get the correct order. Once more, my drink was served without espresso. I confirmed this by ordering from a different store for comparison, and the two drinks looked entirely different, even though both were online orders.

This is the worst service I have ever had in any Starbucks ever! 4:30pm on the 13th of September 2022. 4 employees (3 females and 1 male). The tallest girl with long ragged hair was the worst. The male and the girl with the hijab were not far behind in rudeness. Absolutely rude. I will not return for a while. And the place was dirty, no clean tables.
