The food was so good. I got a bowl with a vegetarian options. Their tofu was so good. They also got this new tequila lime chicken which was so good. They let you try the item before you can buy it. I loved their nature and it was so friendly.

You have to try the Queso.

I was specifically looking for Moe's for my daughter, who was very hungry at the moment and needed to eat right away. I didnt expect Moe's to be in a gas station! Very clean and nice inside, though service was a bit slow. They had everything that she wanted so all was good.

April 2025: I haven't been to Moe's since the summer. I tried to place an order on the app and it wasn't going through. I asked the cashier if there had been any problems. She said none that she knows of then asks me which app. I said Moe's and said she's not familiar with the app. Workers should know familiar with their work business app. She asked someone else who didn't know either. I decided to just place the order in person using my points. Half the toppings needs to be refilled or replaced. The lettuces were almost done and were not fresh, the corn didn't look fresh nor the pico. I had to ask for the chips. If something comes with an order, courtesy is to offer it vs being asked for it. I contacted support to find out whats wrong with the app as it didn't need an update. July 2024:Have not had Moe's in yearssss since it closed on Steinway street. I seen one opened from the bus and finally ordered the other day. It be a good idea for the app to allow you to put sour cream and guac on the side vs on the order. Guac is free with certain meals but to get it on the side is a charge either way. The food was fresh. I went back today and was missing a salsa that comes with the chips. They ensure the bags are closed tightly for pickup.

The food itself wasn't bad, but the portions were terrible. I ordered 2 bowls, and they were barely filled. I could combine both bowls together, and it would only fill 1 of the bowls.

Restaurant owners should understand that a bad server can completely ruin the experience at the restaurant. Even though the food good. This guy named Harpinder (overnight server maybe, i went at 1:30am) had a terrible attitude.

As a longtime fan of Bolla gas stations throughout NYC, I was eagerly anticipating the opening of this new location featuring Moe’s Grill. However, my recent visit left me utterly disappointed. Upon ordering the bowl, I was dismayed by the meager portions of rice and chicken provided by the cashier. Despite inquiring if this was the standard serving, I received confirmation and reluctantly opted for double chicken. To my dismay, the veggie toppings were scant, barely amounting to half a tablespoon. When I questioned the serving size, I was informed that this was indeed the norm. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I advise against patronizing this establishment, as they seem intent on serving miniature portions and coaxing customers into ordering extras at an additional cost. The level of customer service was deplorable. While I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, I felt compelled to express my outrage at the lack of food provided, especially considering this is a newly opened establishment. Instead, I recommend visiting GUAC Time across the street for superior food quality and generous portions.

I physically drove to the Moe’s a block from my house and they said they never received my order. Myself and my partner went inside and asked the pick up counter and they said we didn’t receive the order! Make no sense. When we went inside there was employees ignoring us and having conversations without making any food! I request a refund via email!

Different driver and different food dropped off by, I guess, UBER EATS by Hector and the driver should have been Janneth(?). Telephone number NOT operational @ Moe's. I've been ordering from this Moe's every week for the past year but won't be ordering again. The past 4 times I've ordered, the bowl portion sizes have gotten comically small, and mainly consists of rice and lettuce with only 6 small cubes of meat per bowl (I've counted). It would take 3 portions of a Moe's burrito bowl to fill a standard burrito bowl portion from other restaurants. I've seen the portion size slowly decrease gradually the entire year to the point where its now half of what it once was. Somehow, they thought it was fitting to increase the price as well on top of this. Take your money somewhere else.

My kid’s boritto was the size of my finger and had literally two pieces of chicken. It was boring and dissappointing. I do not recommend this location. Also the workers need to stop posting 5 star reviews on here. It’s unethical. You’re not fooling anyone.
