I ordered food for 50 people which included 100 pieces of chicken, plus mac & cheese and mashed potato sides. Everything was perfect--the food was ready on time, and tasted great. The managers Erica and Dana were very helpful and got everything right! Thanks!

The potato wedges are not like they used to be. Now they Seam to be commercial frozen stoe bought. Not fesh potatoes wedges dipped in their breading mixture like they used to be. They were over cooked almost burnt. I ate 1 and thew them away. I tried the chicken wings and they had a funky flavor to them. I feed them to my dog because no one liked them.

Weirdest experience as a dasher yet. Waited in the drive thru, with a car behind me, but no one else in line and no one in the lobby as it was closed. They never said anything so after waiting I asked “hello?” and they said give them one moment. Again, why? No one’s there? Anyways, after waiting, I tell them the name and get nothing in response. No “wait a moment” or “we’re making it”, just silence. Then, I asked “hello?” a second time and they said they were making it, and to SIT at the microphone? With a car behind me?? So I sat and waited, and when they finally told me to go to the window, I STILL WAITED!! Can’t believe it. Do they even train these kids anymore?

I ordered chicken tenders from the 117th location around 725 PM on 2/16/2026 for the drive through. When I opened up the food they were dry and tuff at the bite like a dry piece of leather. One of the worst meal experiences. I don’t think I will ever go to another KFC ever again.

I went there Tuesday because my kids are having a picnic at school to get their meal deal the eight chicken tenders for biscuits two sides I got there at 10:27 they were still closed they were supposed to open up at 10:30 10:30 rolls around nothing 10:35 rolls around nothing 10:40 Rose around I start calling nothing 10:45 around I knock on the window dude says we're opening I end up sitting there and waiting for them to take my order once they took my order I had to wait for the food wasn't going to leave this review until I just noticed that he gave me one silverware for a family meal no biscuits no

I went in there to pick up a DoorDash and I could see the bag was ready to be picked up and just needed an employee to hand it to me… The extremely ignorant and rude employee told me I needed to get to the back of the line of the regular customers during the dinner, rush and wait for them to all order their dinner before she simply handed me my DoorDash order that was waiting and ready… She told me I need to get in line like everybody else Who has not even Ordered their food yet! lol… It’s like she doesn’t even understand the point of DoorDash in the first place what an ignorant human being

this store every night that I get home it’s around 8 o’clock and I’ll go to add my order on the app DoorDash, and then in the middle of me ordering my order they will mark the store as closed and no longer accepting DoorDash orders. Meanwhile, their hours stay they open till 11 PM. What kind of sense does that make that’s foul, its like -5 degrees outside, and they’ve done it for the past three nights in a row so take a one star review for that Buster.

Place was ice cold only 55° inside there and food was as cold as their dinning room was. To boot cane's is cheaper with way better food and a warm dinning room

If you enjoy getting attitude and your order is wrong even when it’s not busy, come here. Otherwise, avoid this location. First issue is they took forever to answer the speakerphone in the drive thru. Then they gave me my order. 2 combos with 2 drinks. They only handed me 1 drink that wasn’t even filled up and was spilling all over me somehow. I politely said I’m sorry, I’m missing a drink. She stares at me, walks away, then brings the wrong drink back. I tell her it’s a Dr. pepper. She looks angry then gets the right soda. I ask for hot sauce and honey. She only gives me hot sauce. I ask if they are out of honey. Then she gives me the honey and walks away. The whole time she looks angry and has a really bad aura. Young girl with blonde hair. Really unprofessional. Never will be back.

Just overall terrible. Dirty. They completely mess up the order all the time and then when you want them to fix it they want you to loop back through the drive thru. Terrible customer service.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Ordered a famous bowl was given no chicken had to travel back to get it replaced, staff acted like I inconvenienced them to do the job correctly! Horrible experience

Went to get food for my son and I and unfortunately choose to go to this dimly lit horrible location. After I received my food make it all the way home and realize that I'm missing the whole reason anyone goes to this place the chicken. As I wait patiently in line again I get to the window and the cashier remembers my face and immediately get the strips I'm missing. I kindy ask to have the other items I ordered to be remade because it got cold from the drive. She goes to get the manager shocked at my request. The manager tells me she can't remake the food or give me a refund. Then she asked me why I didn't check the bag before I left as if it's my fault 🙃 KFC you have lost a customer for sure. You guys could learn alot from Raising Cane's and Chick fila on how customer service is done.

I came in there. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I came in there, literally at 6:40 because I looked at the clock because I have somewhere to be. I stood at the counter. The boy in the drive-through looked at me multiple of times so finally I said do y’all take orders in here? He said they do I don’t so then I waited some more. Another guy with some headset came. I asked him do y’all take orders in here he said do you have DoorDash? I said no I wanna place the order. He said our dining room close at 7 o’clock at this time. It was 654 then he said but you can go ahead. I said no I’m OK so then I walked out. I called the store and asked for the manager. The manager got on the phone and I told him the exact story about how long I stood there with the boy told me in the drive-through everything so then he said at the end of my story. Well he did say did you want Order so you stood there and you heard him tell me that the dining room was closed when you are the manager and you know that it’s not even 7 o’clock because when I was talking to you on the phone, it still wasn’t even 7 o’clockhorrible experience and the only reason that they have one stars is because you have to press one star for Google

I will NEVER go here again and I encourage everyone to save their money and time. Ordered a 10 piece nugget for my kid. I was the only order they had. I got home, only 9 in the box and 3 of them are like tiny bits of fried breading. Absolutely ridiculous. Also the place was dirty and the workers were stoned and unable to comprehend simple questions. Such a frustrating experience when everything costs so much right now.
