Pizza Hut

I like this one. Place is clean, people are nice, and they make your food to your liking. The last time I was there I ordered the brownies, and they forgot to give them to me. And I was already home. Very sad.

Ok, NORMALLY I have great service and food with them. I just ordered some pizza and I had to hurry up and cancel it because for some reason my fam wanted to go out and go shopping. So, I called up. Must not have been more than 5 minutes later. I asked if they can deliver it about 6 instead and she was very rude at the end. She said yea ok and before I got to say thank you, she hung the damn phone up. I'm not the one to take these things to heart when normally I get great service, but I have to say I won't be ordering there anymore. Something as simple as putting the pizza in a heater or something until 5:40 and then deliver wouldn't have been too much. Yea. Sorry pizza hut, lost a customer.

This place is always a hit or miss. Regardless of pick up or delivery. Our order is either perfect or something goes wrong. This is not the Ford time there is something wrong with our order…. The last order we place & picked up we got a stuff cross pizza that came in as paper thin. We still tried it but it was uncooked we had to bake on our own and even then the dough just didn’t cook properly, Unfortunately, we didn’t expect it so when we called back. They said they would give us a credit on the account. But that next time they would want the w pizza back. Who would be willing to drive back on a cold night…. Ugh.No complain on the rest of our order ( chicken wings bone in, chicken bites, cinnamon sticks).

Ordered $70 dollars worth of food last night. My whole order was thrown in the garbage. The breadsticks had cinnamon on top with garlic seasoning thrown in as well...like they didn't even try to cover that they just topped garlic seasoning on cinnamon sticks. I orders garlic wings recieved soggy buffalo wings that weren't fully cooked. The pan pizzas are a joke... half of the pizza was missing cheese and the other half with cheese had old crusty pepperoni that looked like it was microwave 5 times!!!! Everything tasted old like it was microwaved 4 times before we got it.... like it was 2 days old. So gross I will never be ordering food from this store again. So expensive for nasty old food. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY HERE!

I ordered yesterday, they are so frugal with their ingredients, hardly any sauce even i said extra sauce it was dry. To top it off the white guy with glasses had no gloves touching so many different kinds of raw food. I will never go there plus they even burned the pizza crust.

I ordered for delivery, delivery driver name is Destiny she arrived at location but did not attempt to look for my apartment number to drop off the pizza. (I was outside the whole time) she got out of her car and called my phone, she said there was no apt number. (I have proof I entered my apt # for the delivery) point is, she was being lazy and didn’t want to look for the unit.

My boyfriend and I were starving so we walked into this pizza hut. The worker mentions the deal online so we sit and look at the menu. We finally order and when the girl finally comes from the back offers to take payment. So lucky me discovers that the EBT machine is broken and waits as the girl frantically tries to call tech support to fix it. Red faced she's clearly flustered and stressed and comments on how rude they are. By this point, my order was ready but she said I needed another type of payment. I was disappointed that i spent so much time waiting for an order they couldn't figure out how to sell me. So that was so much wasted food I wanted so much. Wish they had better tech support.

I was coming and my and my toddler of 3 were gonna pig out and boom. Pizza Hut is gonna be the spot. Called it and got the ordered confirmed and all.. and when I arrived... nothing was under my number or name.. very disappointing. This isn’t the first time either.
