I never imagined I’d visit Red Lobster again after the bankruptcy. But with the new CEO and their big rebranding push, I’m glad I gave it a try. Not only was the shrimp scampi affordable, the service was impeccable. Shoutout to Stephanie for being friendly and timely. I’ll definitely be back. Btw — the cheddar biscuits still slap. 🦐🧈

I've been a fan of Red Lobster for years but recently took a break because my last few vists the food and service was mediocre. My recent visit to the Lakewood locations was very pleasant and the menu changes are a nice upgrade! Our meal came out fast, fresh and flavorful! Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. The star of the show was definitely the Soy-ginger brussel sprouts! They were a perfect balance of sweet and savory with a nice crispy crunch! The stuffed mushrooms were also creamy and delicious and the additional crab on top took it up a notch! I would most definitely return especially for the Brussel Sprouts!

My name is Antonio Griff, and I like to give two thumbs up to the new CEO of Red lobster. I love the Red lobster in Lakewood food was great service was great and the atmosphere was phenomenal. This Lakewood in Lakewood was the best Red lobster I ever been to. Guys it's a great place to take a date. I highly recommend Red Lobsters when you going out to impress someone and have great seafood.

A Great Experience at Red Lobster - Lakewood, CA A wonderful time was had at the Red Lobster in Lakewood, CA. From the moment we arrived, our host Bishop greeted us warmly with a smile and promptly showed us to our seats. Our server, Parris, was exceptional—attentive, professional, and consistently checked in to make sure all our needs were met. His service truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was flavorful and served in a timely fashion, adding to the overall satisfaction of our visit. We were also impressed by the manager, Amber, who made it a point to personally stop by our table as well as other tables. Her positive energy and professionalism were clearly reflected in the team’s excellent service and smooth coordination across all sections. Kudos to the entire staff for making our visit enjoyable. We look forward to returning!

My overall experience at this location in Lakewood was completely over the top and reignited our desire to support Red lobster. Our server Paris was exemplary. He greeted us with kind salutations and ensure does that he would do his best to give us the best service that we could have this evening. After we place our orders for beverages that he personally inquired what our desires were and assisted Us in making proper choices he inquired if we would like water because it was hot outside 90° today and the Los Angeles area we thanked him because it in fact was needed to hydrate our advertisers came out soon after very thankful the service that was offered was very refreshing. As we as a family go out to a Sunday meal on first Sunday every month overall this service was completely rewarding. I'm not only did Mr Paris and the staff at this location free game Our Hope and the food industry service they were proud to help us out with our visit. The reason I am taking time to complete a customer review is not a week ago but a few days ago we attempted to support Red lobster and enjoy a wonderful meal at the Inglewood location we received very different service. We waited 45 minutes at around 1:00 p.m. with open tables because there was one waiter and one bus table representative one manager one bar associate and one greeter who was also cleaning tables. We waited 45 minutes only to be told that there was a new staff member coming in in just a few moments we never saw that staff member so we did leave after seeing friends who were seated their appetizer. I was present at their front of the restaurant table when they asked for a straw and the waitress walked by 3 times and never brought a straw. I then left Red Lobster and walked to Chilli's and they were full all tables being used as it appeared. However we were taken directly to a table. Given water and asked want other beverages we may be interested in ... In not only :20 we had beverages and guess what we even had appetizers we placed our food entree request. I called my friend who was at Red Lobster they still have not placed their entree order. I offered to have them come over to sit with us. Back to today's visit in Lakewood. Thank you for this location. From the Manager who clearly has lead her staff to excellence. I thank Ms. Lea as the shift manager. She was kind and attentive not knowing what I wanted to speak to her about. I did forget to mention I live :20 from the Inglewood location and :45 from the Lakewood location. I took my wife here to celebrate our anniversary on a Monday evening. We were seated right away. Our server was great, and the food came out nice and hot. I went with the ultimate shrimp experience, which gets you unlimited shrimp. You have about 5 different styles of shrimp. My favorite is the scampi and shrimp and fettuccine pasta. The cheese biscuits are also mazing. It's the perfect place for a nice dinner with someone special.

Food really good service amazing ambience not packed at all. I recommend this place to you guys.

First time at Red Lobster and I was surprised. I thought this place was on the same tier as Applebee’s or Chili’s, but it beat my expectations. My steak was cooked accurately to medium, the lobster was fresh and not overcooked. I got a fully loaded potato when I ordered just a regular plain one, but they accommodated and gave me an extra potato on the house! The service was a little slow, but it was busy and their great servitude made up for it. Good experience, would eat there again.

I visited this Red Lobster on Valentine’s Day with my daughter and my date. While the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing due to how my service animal was handled by staff. I ordered the steak with a baked potato, and the food met my expectations. The atmosphere was generally calm, and we remained seated for several hours until closing without any issues related to noise or crowding. The issue arose with customer service and a lack of understanding of service animal guidelines. My service animal was clearly wearing her vest, yet an employee approached her as if she were a pet. Service animals should not be approached while working, as this can cause distraction or a reaction. As a result of being approached, my service animal barked once to signal for space. Another employee then approached and stated that my dog could not bark. I calmly explained that service animals are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and should not be approached. After this explanation, the employee walked away. This was the only time my service animal reacted during the entire visit. Despite this, the interaction felt unprofessional and indicated a lack of staff training regarding ADA compliance. Although the staff was helpful when I later called to retrieve the glasses I accidentally left behind, the earlier incident overshadowed the experience. Because of this, I do not plan to return and hope management addresses proper service animal training in the future.

We got seated within 15 minutes but no server came to our table. We waited 20 minutes before we walked out.

After they sat us down at our table and took our order, the staff pretty much forgot about us. We waited almost an hour until we decided to leave. They didn’t give us our drinks or bread until 45 minutes later, didn’t even get the food that we ordered after that. Manager and hostesses were just standing around and talking since it was slow. Which is fine but maybe check on your tables more often.

There was so many LOUD people in the restaurant, another one smoking weed in the bathroom with a line waiting to use it, kids running around and not enough waitresses/ waiters. Ordered a cajun seafood boil and it had ZERO potatoes and was salty! Never again as we didn't even get one refill to our drinks and our waitress was supposedly going on break which she didn't because she was bust tending instead to a bigger party. This location sucked.
