I love greenhouse cafe! Me and my family come here a lot, and it is very delicious. The wait time is pretty reasonable, and prices are great! It is a lot of food, and can definitely be shared with someone. Their food is usually fresh, which is why I love coming here.

Absolutely amazing! Got their cajun chicken pasta with a salad I can't remember the name but it had raspberry vinaigrette, apples, craisins, and walnuts. SO delicious! Our server also anticipated needs that we wouldn't have thought of like a separate dish for the bread so it won't get soggy from being on the pasta, how to reheat the pasta I didn't finish, and a box before I asked. Super thoughtful and pleasant workers. Highly recommend!

Delicious food and great atmosphere! Our waitstaff were friendly and super accommodating of my dietary restrictions. There were only two waiters on staff and the place was jam packed, yet they were fast, helpful, and kind. We will definitely be back! Thank you Greenhouse Cafe!

I have been coming here since highschool! It's always about the Cajun chicken salad and fettuccine!! We literally never order anything else. I have tried other menu items and everything they serve is very good. They do a nice catering setup. I have made many great lunch/dinner memories with friends over THAT salad. This place is a valley staple and I was very sad to see the Mall location close. I would love to see another location pop up closer to the westside on Ave. N!!

I went to this location for the monthly AV Holistic Chamber of Commerce meeting. The Greenhouse Cafe staff greeted me and were friendly. They were also very helpful. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich on a croissant. It came with a small salad. The sandwich was delicious and filling. I also ordered coffee. The coffee tasted fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a healthy alternative. The sandwich was a little over $9.00 so it is a bit on the pricey side but I found that the food was fresh and flavorful.

Their mondrian chicken salad was simply amazing!!! Reasonably priced, great portion size, love the fact you could call and place an order over the phone. The atmosphere looks great inside, too. I've been wanting to try this place out for years and I'm happy I finally did!!!

Menu looked great, food was tasty, and the actual seating area (tables, etc.) looked pretty comfortable. Too bad it was take-out only. I arrived 910 am. Only the second customer. This is the first time I tried breakfast here. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a breakfast plate for my man. I waited a bit since they cooked it all fresh and hot. The first bite of my burrito It taste like my grandma was in the back making breakfast! The food was seasoned to perfection and delisious. I'm impressed because most resturaunts fail to season breakfast!

Greenhouse Cafe has great customer service, and the food is so good. Try out their turkey melt with a side of pasta 😋 😍. It's all you need to get to sleep early. One of the best food places in Lancaster, I highly recommend going to check them out.

I meet friends at Greenhouse Cafe a couple of times in a month. The servers know us and so the atmosphere is friendly. The food is tasty, typical lunch fare.

Cafe style dining. Order and pay at the counter, food is delivered to your table. Good variety of salads, sandwiches, pasta and soups. Everything I've had is good! My favorite is the Mandarin Chicken Salad 😊

We ordered through PostMates so that can’t comment on atmosphere but the food is absolutely delicious…. I got the chicken focaccia and it was fresh and the bread was so good… my husband got the tri-tip and he said it was phenomenal and my son got the French dip and he said it was fresh and seasoned perfectly!!!! All our sandwiches came with a delicious side of pasta salad 10 out of 10 !!!

Every dish I order here is fresh and delicious. Some of my favorites include the Roast beef sliders, cobb salad, and the Greenhouse club. Their pasta dishes are amazing too. Nice clean restaurant. Great service and staff. Make sure you check out their daily deals, which gets you a meal with a drink for a reasonable price.

Wow! What a great place to have lunch. The Greenhouse Cafe was suggested to me while I was having my car serviced. I have been by this location numerous times and had never noticed the Cafe. I am so glad I stopped in once I found it! They have a large menu but I could not resist the sound of Pastrami Sliders. The order line moved very quickly. I selected the Sliders, two cookies and a Diet Pepsi for just over $12! They handed me my cookies, the drink and a number for my table. Tables are bussed quickly so there's no problem finding a seat while waiting for my meal even a lunch time. In short order, I received three large very hot sliders and a mound of crinkle potato chips. Oh, my. So good! This is now my go-to place in Lancaster!

Service was great. Our waitress was very helpful and the staff very understanding of our 6 year old son who has autism (he was a bit hyper during our meal). the food was delicious and very large portions. I loved my broccoli cheese soup bread bowl. They were also very accommodating to my other son who has a dairy allergy. I was really pleased to have a good experience.

We have been going here for years. The Cajun Chicken Pasta is to die for! One of my favorite dishes of all time. When ever I'm in Lancaster I try to stop by this place. Great service. Unique and wonderful dishes and a comfortable casual atmosphere. I highly recommend to everyone!

Greenhouse has been a staple of the Antelope Valley as long as I can remember. It is a warm welcoming small restaurant, that’s served some of the best pasta dishes in the Antelope valley. The portions are very generous, enough to where you can always take some home and reheat. I would highly recommend the Alfredo shrimp pasta. Very delicious and creamy. Another thing I love is how calm and peaceful of an experience it is when coming with my small family of three.

In the city of Lancaster, this is a great vibe. The staff is attentive and personable. The cooks prepare entrées without grease. The whole menu is prepared oil free.

Our Senior Center had their annual Thanksgiving Luncheon yesterday. Green House catered it for us. They set up the food in a beautiful way. The food was absolutely delicious!!! One of the best Thanksgiving lunches I ever had. Green House never disappoints. Everyone loved the food especially the carrots! I loved everything and I am looking forward to Christmas.

We booked a party for 40 to celebrate a 90th birthday. The banquet room was nice and separate from the main restaurant. The service was on time and the food was great. We were able to choose which foods we wanted to serve. We booked the room from 5 - 8 pm and got there an hour early to set up and decorate. The clean-up was provided by the banquet staff. There was several tables of 8-10, so guests could sit where they wanted. There was a table provided for the gifts and we brought in our own cake. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a good time.

It has been years since I’ve been to Greenhouse. Growing up in the AV, Greenhouse Cafe was always reliable. We came back today for the first time in a decade. The food was great, but the service was next level (even considering you order at the counter and sit with you number). Lauren was hustling, kept drinks refilled, and brought us everything we needed for leftovers. She was cheerful and super helpful. She capped off a nice meal with excellent service. Thanks Lauren!

First time visiting and I have to say I was impressed. This place was clean and felt cozy. The cashier was very helpful, explaining how the orders and combos work. This place also offers free drink refills. While I am not the biggest fan of turkey, I decided to try their toasted turkey and avocado sandwich & soup combo. The sandwich was good, I also liked the chicken noodle soup. My only complaint would be that the soup's temperature was rather on the "warm" side. I understand this could be a preference thing but for us (my brother thought the same) the soup could have been a little better if it was at a hotter temperature. Overall the food was good and the place is nice, I will be back soon to try different menu items.

We had a baby shower in what they call room number two, I believe. Windows on two sides, right next to the restrooms. We reserved it in advance and chose the menu in advance. They allowed us to decorate before the start time. The food was out before the start time. Excellent food, excellent service by Nallali (?). And, again, I commend the excellent service! Pictures are from different times. There are many options with the size of tables and layout.

LOVE IT! I took my girl here and then found myself back in a week with my daughter. I ordered (both visits) the cobb salad. The meat was just made. Everything on my salad was fresh especially the lettuce. I like the layout, creativity in the decorations. Very friendly staff. Quiet and quant. The service on both visits were the same. I have enjoyed their food for years. Restaurant has always had quality food and service Sadly, I just cannot afford to eat there as I used to. This was a special occasion. I can now only enjoy their food 1 to 2 times a year if I am lucky.

The best food in town! The customer service is good, really the only thing this place is missing, is a drive-thru; I swear, if Farmer Boys can do a drive-thru, especially when their orders take 30+ minutes to become ready from the moment of ordering, then so can Greenhouse Cafe! Please, make that change.

They seem to have good specials everyday. My beef sandwhich was good and my wife liked the Thai special especially the peanut sauce. My only complaint was the debit card reader wasn't working well. At lunch you order at the counter and they bring the food to the table. Nonetheless it is a pleasant atmosphere with tables with nice white table cloths.

Bad luck recently. I’ve been going to this location since it was just the left side of the building that it’s in and there was some sort of bakery on the right side. It’s been a long time and I’ve had a consistent time at the place. It has really good Wi-Fi and some of the best at a dine in sit down location. The problem is the last two consecutive meals I got there, there was a funny taste in the pasta, especially the chicken, and then the next day I had a very strong bouts of nausea which lasted almost the entire day. I don’t know if one of the flavoring ingredients has gone bad and they don’t know about it or I just had bad luck with chicken. I’m sad that I might be avoiding the location for a while or trying something else the next time I stop over. I have a long lasting fondness for this restaurant. It and I have been around a long time. I hope whatever problem cropped up for me was just random bad luck of the universe and good times are ahead.

we enjoy eating here from time to time. Pasta is pretty good and all the salads are tasty. Food comes out at a good speed and there is plenty of seating most days. Sometimes it gets busy and there might be a small wait but it's worth it. Staff is friendly and there's plenty of parking.

The food is always delicious, and you get a fair-sized portion at a reasonable price. It is a counter service restaurant. The menu is not extensive but every choice is good, so there is plenty to choose from. The tables are nice but the building, carpets, etc look a bit worn. Always a good bet, and one of the best choices for the area around K and the freeway.

A perfect place to relax and spend time with friends. The service was excellent.

The shrimp scampi was very good.

I got shrimp scampi and it was very tasty! The what I believe was garlic bread that they gave as part of the meal was kinda subpar but the actual meal itself was good. Service was fine as well and there's plenty of nice space to sit on the inside.

Good food. Huge menu. Established for at least 20 years. Prices are on the high side, but portions are large, so the value is okay. Many meals could be split between two people. The people taking your order at the front counter could be more efficient and knowledgeable. During my last visit, the person did not know that zucchini is a squash, and they forgot to add vegetables to one of the orders. However, I'm still happy to eat there. Overall, enjoyable.

This was my son and I first visit to Greenhouse Cafe. I will say the food was very fresh and the quality is good. Something that has become harder to find. I had a salad all my vegetables were healthy and my son had a sandwich and told me it was some of the best food he had in a long time when eating outside our home. The carrots cake reminded me of something a grandma would make to reward you for something. My son shared wime his chocolate cake was simple cake, and it was good. I will definitely be putting this on my local food to eat list. The employees were pretty nice, and I like that they actually know some of their customers by name and to me that speaks a lot to me and the value of their customers. I'm glad to find this treasure .

Came here for the first time tonight. The food was really good and made very well. It is a bit on the pricier side, but I'd rather spend 14 dollars here on a half sandwich and soup than 14 dollars on fast food that isn't very good anyways. Overall very pleased and will be coming back.

Ordering online was easy and really fast for pick up. I had the steak salad and the meat was very dry and the rest of the salad was just lettuce and tomorrow’s with a few mushrooms. Just a little disappointed.

Greenhouse Cafe is a great lunch destination in the AV. Wonderful! Salads, soups and pasta dishes make their menu perfect for lunch. The staff is always friendly and the quality always stays on point. My favorite go-to is their Cajun chicken salad. It's an absolute crowd pleaser. They have the ability to have small private events there in semi-private rooms. I personally have attended a small wedding reception there and baby showers And both were very pleasant and well attended to by the staff. Overall this is a great little cafe.

This is a great place for quick meals. Pasta and salads are mostly their menu with daily specials. I recommend the Cajun chicken on fettuccine and the mandarin chicken salad. They also have private rooms for meetings and small parties

The food was a bit mediocre today, which was disappointing. The girls at the front had no personality, which is not good for business. The young guy who checks in on you at the tables is great. We've seen him before and are always impressed with his service. He's friendly and attentive. He's the only reason I'm giving three stars.

I’ve been coming here for years, and I could afford it no problem. The price was met with the quality of food, but unfortunately it isn’t anymore. Caesar salad tasted sad, and the dressing had way too much oil. I spent $33 just for two salads and the food quality was similar to hospital food. Some menu items are great! But for the price & the quality? No thanks. I don’t know why the AV has a hard time catering to citizens who want organic, fresh foods. *the takeout menu prices are not accurate*

This restaurant has changed a lot of scenes it first opened. But the menu is still the same old menu. I ordered a tri tip sandwich. It was beard, cheese, and mushrooms, and that's all it was, so DRY, I needed to soak it in aju. The tri-tip was boiled and so overcooked. Do yourself a favor and get a salad. The A/C was also not working, and it was 106 outside, so it was very warm inside.

I always order the clam chowder and a peanut butter cookie. It's pretty good. Some days are better than the previous visit as well as the soup. I dono, maybe different cooks 🦧

Greenhouse Cafe used to be a staple restaurant in the AV but today it’s underwhelming. Clam chowder was middle of the road, but there’s better options elsewhere. We also tried the pasta marinara and the sauce was bland, tasted straight out of a bottle or can. The Cajun chicken pasta was recommended by friends but the flavor wasn’t there. Sprinkling cold shredded cheese on toast shouldn’t be something a restaurant is known for. Service was okay, we were only checked on once. The interior decor is dated like a time capsule, but seemed popular leaning towards an older crowd. Not a fan of tipping when you order before receiving any food or service. You have to decide tip upfront or tip cash only. Total prices comes out around $30+ per person.

I was craving a chicken Cesar salad and didn’t want to make the drive out to my go to place so decided to try this place out. I’m super disappointed in the quality of the chicken served. Don’t get me wrong, the salad and dressing was pretty good but the chicken was dry and chewy. Maybe I came on a reheat day or something but I would much rather get quality over quantity. The portion was a lot but that chicken was just awful. Great customer service and atmosphere and might try again, but for $14 I wouldn’t waste it again on this salad

The salads were great.. The Cobb salad with fresh warm chicken and the Tri-Tip was seasoned well.. I ordered the chocolate cake and was told to pick it up on my way out. What I didn't realize until I was home is that the cake was hard as a brick. I would have returned it the same night but they close at 8pm. The sad part is the girl recommended it over the cheesecake. 😔 If you go make sure to check the cake to see if it is moist before leaving!

Stopped here on the way through town for a late lunch, chose it because it sounded fresh and easy on the online menu. Was very disappointed, high chairs for our babies were pretty gross, the menu items were pricey for what we got, and the wait was super long to get our food. My husband got a chicken wrap that had way too much mayo, and me and my sister got their veggie sandwiches because we are vegetarians and they were the saddest, just romaine lettuce and orange sliced cheese, with a side of coleslaw, definitely not worth what we paid. Overall the food was that of a cafeteria and we will not be coming again, better luck going elsewhere .

Usually I love this place, my family eats here all the time. However, I am extremely disappointed by what just happened. My mom and dad have been in the doctors office for 2 and a half hours and were looking forward to bringing home Greenhouse, except they were turned away, even though it was 10 minutes before closing time. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. If you say you are open til a certain time, then you should stay open until that time. You are a quick service restaurant and could have prepared their food in that time.

First time here. We we were the only ones in the place. Food came out cold. Gobs of butter sitting on the toast not melted. Food was blah. Service was great and attentive. We will not be returning.

Okay , I thought I finally found a restaurant with a good salad. Nope, I was very disappointed. The tri tip was not freshly cooked. The salad was room temp. The seating area is dirty and there is a bunch of flies and dead flies. After I ate because I was hungry and it was like 20 bucks. I had the cookies omgggg I literally felt like I strained my jaw with how hard they were. The atmosphere is giving old and tired . I won’t come back :(

I took my girlfriend here to eat LUNCH. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Which is 2 slices of bread, a little butter, and 2 pieces of cheese. I asked if they had fries to go with my grilled cheese sandwich, and they said no. They do not have anything fried there. They offered me chips. I ordered the grilled cheese, chips, and water. My girlfriend had a chicken salad and water. My sandwich and chips was $9.00. The chicken salad was $18.00. So a salad, a sandwich, and chips with waters was $30 plus a tip. When my order came, I was surprised by the presentation of my sandwich plate. The serving size of chips was very small. The first time, I received basically the crumbs of the bottom of a bag. After making the staff aware that I received crumbs, she apologized and brought me 10 whole chips. Literally 10 chips with my sandwich for $9.00+. (See pic of the crumbs for chips that I was originally served. ) Needless to say, I will not ever be going back to this, rip off of a restaurant. $30 plus a tip for a sandwich and salad at lunchtime seems quite a bit ridiculous. Save yourself some time and money and go anywhere else but here.
