Great customer service ever😊 Haasendal made my day

I hadn't eaten Kentucky Fried Chicken in years but I decided to try it again to see if it changed from the salty chicken I had years ago. This time it was a big improvement. The chicken was hot and flavorful and not salty. I enjoyed it soo much that we went back the next day to take some back to Atlanta. I've lived 56 years in Miami and they always have the flavor.

KFC at 815 W Hallandale Beach Blvd in Hallandale Beach absolutely deserves 5/5 stars for its consistently clean dining area, fast service, and friendly staff. Almost $42 for a 12pcs bucket with 5pcs of legs measuring 3inches long by 2inches width. Why would you even put that thing in customer plates.... This may be my last time, I am gonna spend my money where they take good care of customer needs (like for example Popeye, or Publix) so I can spend my money for good quality food/service. ***updated*** Jan/16/2024 KFC office contacted me to take care of my concerns. Then I got an email from the store's manager, I was able to replied back to him 5 days later, he was very kind and attentive, he listened my concern and was very apologetic. He made my order and there was no surprise this time, thank you for going above and beyond expectations. My original post I gave, 1 star for overall, food and service and 4 star for atmosphere, but after Manager Yves did to make it right I have to go with 5 stars all. Thank you again Yves and KFC for stepping up quick, I'll be visiting soon again!

It was okay. Wanted to try their newest special, and the cashier didn't understand me, or was confused... I don't have an accent, I am an English-only speaker. But when I looked at the receipt, I saw that the 2 items listed take-out were not quite what I had ordered. I got what I paid for, though, so I let it go - it was late and I was too tired for her to start over.

I haven't been to this location in a while due traffic, glad I made an effort. Ordered the $20 bucket and it was delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Great job. Keep it up. I shall return, traffic permitting.

What made this KFC good was Steve’s amazing service. He asked every customer if everything was alright and cleaned tables regularly. That man deserves a raise. I have not seen service like that in fast food restaurants in ages.

Around 2pm, ordered my plate. Manager, kind of hasty taking my order. But, worker handed me my eat-in plate corrected thing fast and with a "I'm sorry my mistake" and corrected things fast with a great sincere attitude. Got there at 8pm and asked for a pot pie. No pot pies. When I got to the window, I asked if they were making more. I was also told no. Store closes at 11pm. Who knows how long they were out before I came. As a business, I'm sure the store manager would not approve of this. Cashier did not give me a receipt either. I only come here because it's closer than the other one but I'll start going to the other one going forward.

Good was good and the order was right. Other people had to wait 7 to 15 minutes. One person taking orders and then goes and puts order together. Saw people leave. Need another counter person and company work instruction. Not organized.

Just left this location, the atmosphere Wass odd, the establishment was hot and stuffy. I was asked what I wanted, but given the cashier felt like giving me. The tea was so thick, no water was harmed in the making of it. Overall 3/5 full but of what the cashier ordered. Will go to another location in the future.

The food was ok at best. Each time I come here in the drive thru the never ever give plastic sporks or nothing. That's my biggest gripe. Next time please put in plastic wear so we can eat our food.

Chicken was a little overdone. We ordered three of the 3 piece white meat original and all three boxes, the meat was overdone. The vegetables were good and we have no complaints with them. The biscuits we're small and kind of smushed. We were given no utensils or napkins. We ordered 2 dr. Peppers and one Mountain Dew and they were good, not over iced, just right. Service was quick and customer service was very good. Had the chicken b e e n just a little less overcooked, I would have given them 4 stars. I'm sure the next visit will be better.

The food is not the same not good at all

Given wrong order. When asked to correct it the person in drive through was annoyed. She returned eventually with correct meal items. After checking the bag I realized there was no receipt of transaction. Another woman returned to the window wearing a blue lace scarf and said Damn !! She closed the window, returned with requested receipt, no apologies, not even a have a nice day, enjoy your meal , nothing !! Won't be returning to this location. I prefer not to consume food prepared by such unkind employees.

Food is okey here the restaurant looks kinda dirty starting from the windows there is this cashier named naya which is very very rude to costumers manager had to step up on her attitude we order the 8 pc bucket food was good but she didn't even bother to ask us for any drinks we got the food then we ordered 2 drinks we ask for some ketchup she literally throw them at my hand the place wasn't even busy manager did a great job dealing with her attitude

If you order any sandwich check and make sure the bread is not stale. The sandwich I ordered after the first bite was fine but the further down I got the harder the bread became. I thought it was just because it was toasted but it was rock hard at one point. I did return it to the restaurant where the manager, whom I believe was the manager, replaced the sandwich with a fresh one.

I’ve been to plenty of KFC locations and never once had an issue ordering gravy as a dipping sauce for the chicken tenders. It’s kind of a given — crispy chicken, warm gravy, happy customer. Simple, right? Well, not at this particular KFC. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I asked for a side of truffle oil when I requested gravy for dipping. “You have to pay for that,” he said, as if I’d just requested to speak to the Colonel himself. News flash: I wasn’t trying to cater a wedding, I just wanted a little cup of gravy — the same way every other location has happily provided it. I get that policies might vary, but the lack of consistency is irritating. Either gravy is a dipping sauce… or it’s not. Don’t make me feel like I’m trying to scam the system over a 2-ounce cup of brown liquid. It’s gravy, not gold. That said, I’ll give credit where it’s due: the food itself was actually really good. Everything was fresh, hot, and the tenders were nice and crispy. No complaints there. Just wish the service matched the quality of the food.

Its quiet, good place to sit and chat. Soda machine was not working in lobby and floor is a bit slippery to try to walk on. Food a little dry or old tasting.

As far as I can remember this KFC doesn't update its food (never any grilled, coleslaw, or anything). I went here thinking 'hey I worked out tonight, I want some chicken' after like maybe a year or two. As per memory, the chicken tasted odd or bad. They only have the basic chicken. Are you tampering the food or why is it so terrible? I'd just drive to antoher location but I felt like it sucked so ya

Service was good, but when I got home and opened my eight piece meal, the chicken wasn't crispy at all. It was extremely greasy, to the point that I had to wrap it in paper towels just to drain some of the oil. Popcorn chicken tasted like hard pieces of dough that were deep fried. This was my first time ordering from this location, since the one in sunny Isles closed. I don't recommend it.

Went through the drive through and ordered 6 piece bucket. 1/2 original, 1/2 extra crispy. I also ordered the cherry bites. My order was all original chicken, had 3 drumsticks, 3 thighs; no wings or breasts, no condiments, no cherry bites, no printed receipt. It's all good. Just not going back there.

The customer service was great, store was clean and the young lady at the counter was very nice but the food wasn’t good. The drumstick and thigh were edible, but the nuggets I got were hard, some pieces had no chicken inside and seemed old like they had been sitting out for 6+ hours. Probably wouldn’t come back tbh

Food was delivered got free potato puffs they were cold. Chicken and coleslaw ok. mashed potatoes and gravy cold. Biscuits cold. Got Pepsi did not order it. Why do you ask where and how to leave it if you don't follow it. I happened to be waiting outside otherwise it would have been colder.

I was here today around 5:30 I ordered a 8 piece meal. I used the drive thru. The person who took my order was quick. I didn't have a chance to pick the chicken. It was slow when I was there one car in front and one car behind. The place was slow. I also didn't see anyone inside as in customers. I drove up to the window . A guy handed me my order. I asked if I can have extra crispy. He told me they didn't have any. They only had original. I could see racks behind him. The racks had something that looked like extra crispy. I asked. He became upset with me and repeated the same thing he told me. In this street I counted 2 other chicken places. This place is not doing so well, as far as I can see. I don't see clients and you just lost another one.May want to work on the customer service. The chicken that I got combo was 2 breast and 6 chicken wings lol I suggest check your chicken before you pay for it.

When ever I hear Thomas (I think that's his name) on the speakers when I pull up to take my order, I run out of the drive thru line. That man is sooooo rude, so disrespectful. I wouldn't trust to give the food he handles to give to my own dog! This is the job you chose Thomas if you hate it there find a new job. The shift supervisor (I believe she's Haitian with the curly hair.) She is always nice and makes my visit pleasant. She's the only reason I come to this location.

Attempted to place an order from the drive-thru window at 10:23pm. One male employee says may I take your order, soon after a female employee says were closed. As am pulling off I notice the store hours that clearly says store closes at 11:00pm. Just sad they really playing games.

Ordered hot wings and not only were they crispy but burned, girl by the window said that's how they were, I said they were burned and old, had to wait for a new batch. They were better but to small, could have gone to Publix and gotten bigger wings and cheaper, over priced for sure, won't be going back anytime soon

i have never thought of writing a review on this kFC yet i have gotten too many orders incorrect , now i use ubereats and for the first time they did not refund me and told me they want me to contact this restaurant , I did and no help man i orderd a 3 piece box meal two breast and 2 bus-quits and gravy, with fries , well i got a tiny box with two drumsticks the fries in there no busquit but macaroni and cheese not ordered totally messed up in a tiny one piece box . this is not the first time i get the wrong order it looks like they just throw in what they want to or can specially on later evening orders or just lazy. whatever it is wow ehck your order i got robbed on this one

Second bad experience at this location, when they tell you to move up on the drive-thru that your food will be right out Don't believe them. When you go inside to ask if you can pick up your food the store manager tells you that she'll be right out and tells us to get back to your vehicle.

Do not order Mobile pick up from this location. They will notify that the order is ready, you show up and they will lose the order and make you wait 30 mins, all while serving the drive thru and walk up customers. Do yourself a favor and go to another location or use the drive through.

If I could give zero stars I would. The personel at the drive thru window were very pushy and had a bad attitude.No customer service training what so ever. When we asked for the manager to talk about it, the manager came out and said that he didn't believe that his employee had done anyhting wrong, in fact, he was listening the whole time. So that explains why there are so many similar complaints and nothing has been done about it. Nobody cares for customer service at this place.

Man everytime I forget KFC and try it again l am reminded how disgusting it is and how terrible these people working there are. Some of the worst fast food/service I’ve seen in years. Works that obviously don’t want to be there and then serve you chicken more dry than a tire.

Went for a pick up order that was not ready & was told I had to wait for chicken ..got home & the chicken had EXCESSIVE amount of grease that both boxes fell apart, went back for a refund & rude employee(manager) never came from around the back to refund me & said "Go online for a refund"...Employees are UNPROFESSIONAL kfc owner needs to hire better managers at this location because the employees they hired here are GHETTO!!!! Pamela is a shift supervisor needs to be talked to. Her sarcasm is unacceptable and I won’t be coming back here. If this is the shift supervisor imagine how their employees are. Stopped by the drive thru ordered 30 buck family bucket and the girl at the drive thru had a bad attitude from the beginning ... after I got the food I realized that I didn't get the 1/2 gallon beverage ( ice tea). I went back and let her know about it. She said they were out of buckets and I could get 2 drink instead... she was gonna let me go without letting me know they were out of buckets and not offering me the 2 drinks replacing the 1/2 gallon beverage ( ice tea). ???? Terrible experience. We ordered online with the quick pick up option, went straight from our home to pick it up and the KFC staff claimed that someone had already retrieved my order. No way anyone else had my name or order number, we believe they might have ate our food and had to wait for them to make it again. Everyone was laughing in the store and playing very loud music from a speaker. Worst customer service. We were missing one drink

Ordered 3 meals. Got two drinks.when I told her I'm missing a drink she asked me what did I say twice before I had to slowly say that I ordered 3 meals and you gave me two drinks. Ordered online for pickup. Order has 5 items, ticket in the store has three. Order says three meals with a famous bowl, cookie and drink. I got 3 famous bowls, eventually 3 drinks... Can you guess what's missing? It wasn't even worth driving back. Never again.

Worst service I've ever had in my life I paid $40 for an eight-piece meal when I paid for a 12-piece. At the window she said "what do you want?" I said give me a sec and she said "will you order" extremely rudely! Never will I go back to this place. Robbery and abuse! Joke of an establishment!

Didnt receive service because this guy wouldn’t up grade my order and a breast for an additional dollar and some change. Tell me I was not able to do so even though I have been so plenty of times prior to today. So when I went inside to have a conversation with him and ask him for him’s name, he said it was on a receipt that they never gave me turned it back and when I tried to get us, he just ignored me and continuing making food as if he was busy at that time there was only two cars in drive-through

Went in to order there was a line of about 4 people in front of me and nobody was at the counter. Nobody even came to acknowledge any of us were there. Waited in line for about 10minutes and then I left. It was subpar customer service and I think that's giving them more than they deserve. Need to have a better employees.

It is just terrible. I should have taken a picture of the food it was so awful. The crew should be more worried about the job than having a party. Its not rocket science over here. 10-piece nugget combo, which was really about 4 pieces and some crumbs, no biscuit. No receipt. No wonder there was no wait in the drive thru. Sometimes you wonder why someone works at a drive-thru, and sometimes its obvious.

Worst kfc ever we ask for a cup of water and then the lady at the cashier said that they don’t give them out and then we asked why they don’t give out cups of water cause every other place that we have ever went to they have given us a cup of water and when we asked her this she started to raise her voice for no apparent reason so we had to go to the Dunkin’ doughnuts across the street just to get a cup of water even after we ordered a meal. She ended up being very racist toward us and do not recommend this kfc at all if it were possible I would place a -1star review.

I am so offended by the staff in this location. I always go at night to get diner for my mom and I. And every single time the staff member handling the drive thru is rude and disrespectful towards me and not even paying attention to my order and constantly making me repeat my order because she’s talking to her coworkers, but she gives me the order wrong and close the window. Even if I knock she doesn’t open back. On Sunday I went and she kept making remarks about my English even tho I’m fully bilingual and she is the one who you can’t understand when she’s speaking. Lastly, the same person literally dropped the sauce packets between my car and her window and then proceed to close the window on me even when I was asking for a replacement. I keep going here because my mom loves KFC but I don’t know where they choose their staff from. I feel discriminated against by this individual. Not to forget that TODAY I tried to order through DoorDash to try my luck, and they got ALL THE ORDER WRONG. I order coleslaw salad in a large size and they choose to send a bunch of mash potatoes that weren’t even in the order to begin with. I am so disappointed and I guess this is my final straw. You guys need to improve your customer service and your hiring process because even if the food is good the service is the worst.

Place was dirty. Napkins all over the restaurant. Drink area dirty. Cups and lids not safety protected.

I had ordered 2 5 pieces tenders meal. And OMG. The tenders were over cooked and hard the biscuits were burnt and for some reason salty so was the fries. I couldn't even eat my food. I wasted my money. Never again I Door Dash my order if I order from kfc again I'll make sure it's not from this location.

I ordered recently and there were tiny black fly bugs in the mac&cheese. The mac&cheese was also cold. She threw up for 3 hours and felt terrible to her stomach. We also did not receive 2-3 items from our entire order. Which was delivered. And this is a frequent KFC we go to because we live close by.

So I go to my local KFC, and I wanted to order a 3 piece meal. I was told they were out of biscuits, so I would be offered an extra side and I was fine with that. What I wasn't okay with is the fact that the drink machines were totally out of everything that they offer. They offered me a lemonade, and it was lemon water. The floor by the kitchen area was also extremely dirty. I couldn't take it anymore and I asked for a refund. It is totally unacceptable that the owner, managers, and the entire staff did not take the time out to ensure that the store is well stocked and also kept clean. It is unfortunate that the store has a spanking new dining area, but they have limited menu items, and the floor is kept dirty. I also think that it is unlikely that the store's operator will take the time out to fix these issues based on the other reviews that are posted on Google reviews. If you cannot operate a business efficiently and correctly ,then that location should either be closed or let someone that can run a business in decency and order take over. If there was an option to give no stars I would. I don't want any sorry, or anything because that is not going to solve the problem. JUST GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

I ordered food here Saturday evening. Never again. I ended up getting food poisoning. I’ve had aggressive diarrhea since 8pm last night and still going. I’ve also puked several times since and I also have the shivers. I’m over here bundled up in sweatpants, socks and a hoodie shivering under a huge blanket. I also have the heat on and it’s 75 degrees outside. Worst food poisoning I’ve ever had

All staff need to be replaced with people who are respectful, care and know what customer service is. Otherwise this place need to be shut down to stop making KFC look bad. Every time I’ve been here, they never have KFC sauce, they don’t care to even tell that. First time didn’t even put it in my bag, now it was just replaced with honey mustard. I was NOT told that I have different sauce. When I asked, rude response “she put ya whaach we have”. Place is not clean, rude and disrespectful employees, missing menu items.

IF YOU WANT A POT PIE YOU HAVE YOU COME BEFORE 2PM IF YOU WANT ONE. So, if you want one any other time FORGET IT! This location is apparently so mis managed that it is impossible to get a pot pie at this location after lunchtime, apparently. After waiting 15 minutes for any of the staff to even acknowledge me, when I finally was able to order They literally smirked and said no pot pies. I quoted them . This is not a one time occurrence, this happens multiple times a week EVERY week. So, either they just do not make pot pies after 2 pm or they just won't bother to make one if ordered, it's easier to say they are not available.

I originally posted on YELP I THINK. The service was NON EXISTANT. FOOD I CAN"T grade it so getting a 1 star for that too. I did not get served after asking for help 2 times. I saw several people just chitty chatting while me and a few other people were waiting to get someone to take our orders. I was starving. I again was told ""YEAH WAIT A MINUTE""Like I was bothering them in their serious conversation about NOTHING. Not working laughing and chatting it up. I said out loud MC Donalds will sell me a chicken sandwich. As I made tat comment exiting for the dorr not a single person said a word. I LEFT!! My Mc Donalds sandwich was GREAT they get my 5 stars. I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches and large fries on Sun. Sept. 11 at around 11:30am. Both sandwiches were not fresh and the chicken meat was tough and dry. The fries were also not fresh. Both the fries and the chicken sandwiches were from the previous day. I should have known when the manager (who had an attitude) handed me my bag around 15 seconds after I ordered. KFC is a great fast food chain. This particular restaurant IS NOT! Bad customer service and even worse stale food. STAY AWAY!

This point sucks. The staff is impudent and it was clear that she did not want to work. Of all fast food, we really love KFC but this staff ruined our evening. He was rude for holding our puppy in our arms and asked to leave the building, but when we returned through the drive we were told that there was no menu for us. We left for another point.

The worst place. I ordered a 2 piece dark, the combo 1 has a picture of a tight and drum. Instead of telling me there are no more tights, they just gave me 2 drums. That’s not what I ordered. I’m not happy.

I ordered three 5pc tender meals with fries and Mac and cheese, had to come back because they gave me three 3pc meals instead of 5pc. When I asked the cashier if I was charged for a 3 pc by accident she said no, that I had been charged for a 5 pc meal. So I waited for the rest of my tenders and went on my way only to find that one of the boxes had no fries… At this point I didn’t bother to go back a second time. To the employees, I understand that working in fast food can be stressful at times but take your time when needed!

Came in to order some food and use the bathroom. Workers are all hanging out in the managers office. They come out, all wearing earpods. I inform them the bathroom has no toilet paper in it, she promptly brings me a massive roll and says just put it up somewhere in there. I come back and order my food, but the girl has to keep making me repeat my order because she's listening to music and can't hear. While waiting for food I look around the restaurant, and the place is empty, but there is garbage and food over all the tables. Despite having so many people they can't even clean the place properly. Workers are walking around with their phones in their hands. Never coming to this location again.

They never have jelly for the biscuits… as long as you don’t stock jelly I refuse to buy anything from here.. that’s like selling French fries with no ketchup … order supplies please I can just imagine what else you guys are cutting corners on

I wish I would have read the Reviews before I came to this store. Customer service sucks. She didn't even say hi , what can I get for you. I ordered a four piece combo with legs and thighs. They gave me mixed not legs and thighs. I do not like white meat I had to ask Her what my side choices were. She acted like it was too much trouble to offer help or answer questions. I spent $17 to not only get poor customer service , but old chicken and the wrong chicken. I will definitely not be back to this one!

I do not recommend anyone to eat at this KFC that’s on hallendale and Martin Luther King Dr. I ordered a three-piece meal with coleslaw and the Spanish lady in the drive-through was very rude. Not only that chicken was crispy on the outside inside the chicken with soft pink texture didn’t realize Realizing it until at ate 1 piece. Now having projectile Brown throw up and going to the bathroom nonstop since yesterday. I have food poisoning, basically, and currently in the hospital

My food was hot but was extremely old! The potato wedges were extremely hard and Chewy and my chicken tenders. I could barely bite into them. I’m not sure if the meat was raw or if they were just overcooked.. I’m extremely disappointed. They also asked me not to pull forward (Fast food metric tactics) because the food would take a while just to serve me old food.

I left the drive thru couple minutes ago with an order of 11 hot wings, I get home thinking that we will have 4 each person and there were 2 missing. I called at 8:04 pm to let the person who picked the phone and just hangs up the phone.Also , I paid with Apple Pay and the receipt was not in the bag, so disrespectful I left my house this morning at 7 am I am not in the mood to drive back there. I definitely writing a letter to corporate with the day and time of this call.

Be ware eating here, this location is definitely a hazard ⚠️ ‼️ To top it off you have a bad mouth manager at night at the window with a bad attitude like why come to work if you aren’t going to provide customer service to customers 🤔 be careful eating here! At this point just shut down this location put something else here that’ll like customers to come here.

Buy wings by Uber eats They are not fresh, color was dark brown, and smell bad. I buy it 08.30.2025 at 4 o'clock. They don't change oil or do not comply with cooking standards! It's not a first time.

For what you pay, at least give me a good sized chicken. These chicken strips are not even the size of my hand. This picture really does not do justice. If you are looking to come here for a main food source, definitely don't because you will still be hungry after. My dad also got the mash potato bowl and they barely gave him any mash. Way to skimpy with how much you get and pay for
