I've only been to this place about 2 times for myself 1st time it was packed and no where to sit so I ate in my vehicle because obviously I wanted to have a hot meal not wait till I got to Mines road to eat and it be all cold. It did suck their ice machine was not working the girl that served someone else ice walked off when I was about to ask her do I waited for her to get someone's meal and yell their name I asked her twice by the 3rd time she finally got my cup she just barely put a scoop I was just over plus their drinks tasted flat I tried dr pepper and it tasted just like syrup. 2nd experience I went thru drive thu the young girl took my order I asked for a kids meal and small dr pepper. She was talking but not looking at me qhen I gave her my card and when she gave me thw receipt and card and closed the window I looked at my receipt and she charged me a 16.00 dollar meal I honked to ask her what was the caniac and she said i told you if that was your order and you said yes I told her I didnt say yes I gave you my card and you weren't even looking at me so I didnt think you were speaking to me. At the end of it they gave me the order and the wrong drink so it was very disappointing.

It was a good meal but I was expecting more !!!!! I was expecting same taste and fingers size from San Antonio locations, but it wasn't the same. Hopefully they get better at them as well as big and juicy fingers size increase. In San Antonio at least 3 to 5 days a week I visited Raising Canes. I am a big fan of Canes and so is my dog who would always get treat.

Order online to avoid the line. My kids were psyched. 25 chicken tenders are $30 which makes them the same price as everywhere else. My kids liked the fries and they can be picky. I ordered double fries and a cole slaw to try it.

A few bumps during opening...it can only get better. I downloaded the Raising Cane’s app to order my food in order to avoid the long line at the drive-thru. It took close to an hour for my food to be ready. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I wasn’t thrilled about that but understand they had tons of people that day. I’ve never had Raising Cane’s before - it was good. The chicken fingers could have been a bit bigger, the fries 😒 I was expecting thick crinkle fries, the toast was good but for Texas toast I thought it would be wider, the cole slaw was fine, the sauce was awesome 😎 and the lemonade was great. The price for the plate was fine and it’s better then a burger combo or a pizza. Would I order through the app again? Sure but next I’ll call to make sure the food is ready before I take off. 😂

We had never been to a raising Canes before and we told the woman who was outside taking orders this before we asked questions about the menu. She rolled her eyes, was dismissive, and didn't explain that my chicken fingers would come with sauce so we ordered some and ended up with a lot extra. They also seemed annoyed we paid with cash. (We always do when we travel). The chicken was only fair I've had just as good if not better many other places so after this experience with average food and ride staff I would always choose Chick-fil-A over them or skip them entirely.

Everything was going fine, until I received my food. It smelled like the food was burnt. I park at the side of the store to check my food and it looked good. However, as soon as I got home and started eating, the chicken tasted burnt. I ordered a Caniac combo and I’m so disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy my meal like how I used to before. Service was great, just the food tasting burnt. :(

Needs quality control. I’ve been to this Canes plenty of times and the fried chicken is close to never even crispy. The outer layer is always sliding off the chicken the second i grab it and the chicken feel’s soggy. Feels like the chicken ain’t getting enough frying time.

You guys need to evaluate your so called managers when it comes to their power in position!!!! Cannot believe you as a company allow grown adults to be speaking down to young employees. My cousin told me about this experienced they witnessed happening where a male manager was being completely disrespectful to a young employee, mind you in front of customers (imagine how he could be behind that counter) yesterday and I felt horrible. To whomever that employee was, know that we are speaking out for you! Completely unacceptable!

Showed about 17 mins before close and drive thru was already shut down. People clearly still inside. Wasnt expecting to eat inside just need a bite before ending my day. Unfortunately not here tonight.

I ordered the 6-count chicken tenders combo with 6 extra chicken tenders and 2 extra breads. When I got home to feed my kids, I noticed the order was wrong — instead of 6 extra tenders, I only received 2 extra tenders. I called the store three times to try to resolve the issue and no one answered. This is very disappointing customer service. While 2 chicken tenders may not seem like a big deal, it is frustrating to pay for food, receive less than what I ordered, and then have no way to fix the problem without driving back for something so small. Raising Cane’s should double-check orders before sending them out and also be responsive to customer calls. Families depend on accuracy and reliability, especially when ordering extra food.

On Sept. 3, 2025 between the time of 7:30-8:30pm, I witnessed a manager yelling at one of their employees in a way that was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. The manager raised their voice, used harsh language, and created a very uncomfortable environment for everyone present. This is not the type of workplace behavior I believe this company stands for, I am compelled to report it to corporate. I hope you will address this, as I would not want anyone else to experience this kind of treatment.
