Our server asked us one time if we're good or needed anything. The rest of the time we had to flag her down and ask for a refill, toast, more coffee, check. IHOPs are typically pretty decent food & friendly. The omelets were dry. I asked for extra fruit & whipped cream & she said it was inside the pancake. Utterly ridiculous. If I am ever back in the area, I will not be coming back here. Other IHOPs yes, this one, never.

I'm sorry, but I'll be speaking for some. This is not towards the servers,but the attentively to the customer from the time the order is placed to the time it's on the table. They're taking entirely way too long. We waited at least a good full hour from.sitting down, not waiting to be seated. That is unacceptable in a restaurant busniess. Either the cooks need to be re-trained or the managers need that! How it's a 4.3 rating right now is a surprised. Also, since when does a restaurant want to charge you for food you never received? That's their policy. "Once it's placed, you can't cancel it"

Tried to have dinner, but most of the items were not available. We ended up having a cup of cold coffee, asked for hot coffee but server insisted it was fresh. Ended up just leaving, sad cause I used to love eating at IHOP. I guess it's Denny's for night time pancakes from now on.

I’m a regular at ihop never had a bad experience w my server ROCIO unfortunately I went today Sunday and she’s off and the server that I got was so unprofessional rude in a bad mood when she repeated my order everything was correct but when I got my order it was just missing the cheese on the scramble eggs we told her polity that we asked for it w cheese her response was yes it’s there which clearly it wasn’t we asked to talk to the manager and as we told him the problem with the eggs she touched the eggs and tells me the cheese was on the egg like really dude how can u do that didn’t get her name because she had no name tag and apparently after that she didn’t want to be our server because they sent a new server all I know she was light skin and only speak Spanish w an accent ( colombina) if she don’t like her job a get a new job lady never again coming on the weekends w out my regular server Rocio

I tried using a discount card I purchased from Nixon High School from Powerhouse Fundraising that has a 20% discount for this location and was told by the manager that they no longer accept it. They should have honored the remainder of the contract (3 months) and not have gone into business with them if they didn't want to anymore. I only went to this restaurant because of the discount, but I won't be going back.

The food was not as good as it used to be. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. Oh My God!, the eggs were over cooked from what I had ordered. In addition, I request the gravy on the side and not on top of the steak. Oh no, they put the gravy all over the chicken fried steak. Food had not taste at all. Was missing seasoning. What a disappointment!

Food for thought presentation smell and that it taste good is everything to me I used to love coming here especially for pancakes but lately I find myself paying for more and leaving food behind because food isn't cooked properly and this isn't first time. There is a lot of people working servers and cooks I think for them taking over 30 minutes to bring our food cause it was cold when it got to us except pancakes which was brought 10 mins later. They need to manage time better as soon as good comes out take it to table and make sure food is cooked properly.Might want to have some one check AC cause its really stuffy.And one more thing pancakes always taste good when they just come out.
