Very good customer service from rey
Had to order for from app for my wife who's a teacher and has a set time they can eat. Food was out for pickup right on time and I got it to her on time. She enjoyed it! Thanks for the quick service.
Reynaldo provided great service! I saw Rey provide speedy service to other customers as well. The food was fresh and the order was accurate.
This is the second time my sister and I have come to this place. Reynaldo is always smiling and friendly. He recommended Foot Longs, and believe me, it was an excellent choice.
The Mexican guy is really nice, even though he doesn't know English, he made me laugh with his DQ reference.
4/4/2024 Guy that took my drive thru order great voice, I heard him clearly!! Lady at the window polite, sweet and fast. Super!! Chicken Tenders nice n hot them tator tots crispy just perfect. Huge 10 to all the staff. We love Sonic!!! Thank you!!!

They always putting Georgina out there to work late at night. She's always very sweet. I haven't been here in a while but I sure remember her always putting that work in 💪 oh food is good too.
Alright. I've been here before. Had much better service than this time around. I've been waiting nearly an hour. So long that I've had enough time to wait the hour, ponder life, write this review, and still haven't received my order. Lady says that she apologizes, they only have one car hop. I think that when you are unable to deliver proper service you should close early. That's what would happen in another business if your employees were a no-show. They did bring us our drinks, so we're not thirsty, we're just hungry. Anyway, they get 2 stars instead of 1 because my boy got himself a milkshake and it is still not melted.
I frequently go to this spot since it is closer to my home for the "Happy Hour". I have tried the food there and I can say that it is slightly above average. That's not a bad thing, but you would expect a better taste especially with the high prices of the burgers. My main negative with this place is the slow pace. I don't understand how it can take about 5 minutes to give me a half and half after paying for it. I know they might be understaffed but that's what hiring is for. I have been to Sonic out of town and I never had any issues there, even with the taste of the food.
Michelle gave me my drinks and they were all dirty so I asked if she could wipe them as I didn’t have napkins she grabbed it out of my hand with an attitude and slammed the window shut then I asked for 1 extra sauce and she responded she had to charge me I was appalled I had to do that for 1 sauce so I asked to talk to her manager then she responded she was a manager is that true? I don’t know but when I got home I realized they did not add the bacon I asked for at the speaker as well as I received tater tots when I asked for fries so I was very disappointed with my visit I was in a good mood until I interacted with Michelle who made me upset and probably put the order in wrong, do better
Sonic Disaster – Drive-In to Drive-Out I recently had the displeasure of visiting a Sonic Drive-In location, and it was a drive-in to drive-out experience that left me shaking my head in disappointment. Upon arriving, I noticed that the parking lot was littered with trash and unkempt landscaping, setting the stage for the unfortunate experience that awaited me. When I pressed the button to place my order, I was met with a garbled, barely audible voice on the other end that made it nearly impossible to communicate what I wanted. After multiple attempts to convey my order, I finally gave up and hoped for the best. My optimism was short-lived, however, as the food that was delivered to my car was a cold, soggy mess. The burger was tasteless, with a stale bun and unidentifiable condiments. The fries were limp, cold, and had an unappetizing taste that made me question their freshness. To make matters worse, the drink I ordered was flat, with a strange aftertaste that lingered long after I left the establishment. The staff appeared disinterested in providing any semblance of customer service, and their lack of urgency in resolving issues was frustrating. When I attempted to voice my concerns to the manager, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude that left me feeling completely unvalued as a customer. In conclusion, my experience at Sonic Drive-In was a complete disappointment. The poor quality of food, lack of cleanliness, and abysmal customer service make this a location that I will not be returning to or recommending to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and drive on by this drive-in disaster.
Nov. 30, 2024 Caution!!! The food is not always fresh. If you will bring it up to assistants they will become defensive and their tone becomes that of anger. I WONDER??? If you are unhappy working there find something that will suit your taste, AND DON'T DROP OUT. CONTINUE YOUR EDUCATION. AND if you ever become a restaurant owner I hope you get quality employees who aren't like you for the sake of the PUBLIC AND CHILDREN WHO MIGHT EAT YOUR FOOD. Aside, keep in MIND that GOD doesn't bless wicked attitudes. I hope you accept this as CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.
Went last night for some food and dessert. Waited the longest time ever for our food. When we finally received our stuff the shake I ordered was practically water the lid flew off and a good amount landed on in my car. I asked if they could change it due to it not looking like a shake anymore. The kid was super rude and stated (with attitude) "well you're going to have to wait because we ARE BUSY". We already waited long enough, received horrible service, and not even an apology for the inconvenience. I never complain, but the shake was just terrible. Better training for the staff and how to handle "a rush" would benefit this location.
This place is really slow. I came here just for 4 shakes and it took over 20 minutes. I notice that when you place your order within 3 minutes you get a message on the screen that shows that your server it's on his/her way with your order but after that is when the waiting starts. I think the employees input the order as on it's way to look good in the system but afterwards they take their sweet time in getting out your order out. The service is only slow in the Laredo locations, I live by the other sonic and is the same thing. Slownic should be the name of this place. So I will strongly advise you to stay away from this franchise unless you are out of town. This place needs new management. Very disappointed 1 star from a well established reviewer.
Got a chocolate and hot fudge shake, tasted like cheesecake im pretty sure this is expired
I'm still here at the stall 17 waiting for a shake blast, which was ordered 15 minutes before I arrived and it's now 28 minutes and counting total time, parking lot has one car, drive thru empty. So... you tell me if you see a problem here, Great food but unorganized place runned by a bunch of kids.
The drive thru is horrible, 30 -45 mins in line and then they took life to give me food….
Hey so i really dont do reviews but me and my husband order some food and when we went to the window to pay i saw their advertisement for onion rings and really wanted them but when we went to the window to pay we asked the girl if we could get an order and she gave my husband a very bothersome looked she rolled her eyes and closed the window so i felt bad and just decided to tell her that if it was too much trouble for the onion rings that its fine not worry about it and she ignored me and charged us out gave our order I apologize at the end as well again her name is alexandra all i wanted was some onions rings 😮💨😔😔🥴🥴🥴
Every week this place gets worse. Wrong orders every time. Don't bother coming here if you want a quick bite and your order to be right. Done with the wrong items or missing patties. Update May 17th 2023, almost had a good time. Order was taking long but didn't mind because it was busy. Received shake in a water state that spilled everywhere. Food is good though it seemed that they made the shake first and let it melt. Only drawback that ruined my night.
I'm updating my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. They took more than 45 minutes to bring my food and some employees who prepare food don't wear mask. I ordered a simple burger and drink, it wasn't a big order and the place was not full. Several cars came after me received their order and left. Right when I am going in to get my order myself, they bring my order out. Food was cold. As I walked inside I saw several employees without mask and some of them preparing food. I told them I had been waiting for more than 45 min while people came after me, ordered and left. They all just stared with a blank face and no one said anything, not even an apology. I called and placed a complaint to corporate and I just got a mediocre copy paste email from the manager of that location saying they take hygiene seriously. I will never visit this Sonics location again, first because of their lack of hygiene during this Covid situation and second for their incompetent employees. * Update: Regarding the owners response to this review here in maps. I will not waste any more time trying to contact the owner directly just to say the same as in this review. It was a bad experience and I rather just not go anymore. I placed a corporate complaint and it should be enough to hold this drive in accountable. The incident happened in this location and I'm sure you guys have cameras and can see my app order. This location needs better management to avoid losing more customers.
