It had been a while since I visited Red lobster. I really was thinking of jumping over to Olive Garden. However upon arrival and after being seated felt very welcomed by our waitress Iris. Food awesome like always. Lobster and King Crabs 10/10. Angie our waiter, also 10/10 :) She was attentive, personable, and incredibly efficient. She kept our drinks topped off, checked in without hovering, and ensured we always had a fresh basket of the delicious cheddar bay biscuits at our table. Even with the restaurant being busy, she handled everything smoothly and professionally. Loved the food and will be back, hopefully Angie will be our waiter.

First time coming back in over 10 years ... The experience was so great compared to what I remembered. Went to check out the Happy Hour and for early dinner. Very relaxed bar atmosphere, Valeria was very attentive. Great interaction, offered drinks and food later on... Most places try to get you everything at once. But she made us feel welcome and comfortable. The food came out fast and everything was hot and super tasty. Definitely will be back.

I am a return customer. The food was not all that great. I had the fish and chips. It was the special. In the past I have order it and it was better, but it was not the special. The service was great, thanks to Donnie. He is a great employee. He is attentive and courteous. He is an asset to the company and deserve the recognition. Kudos Donnie keep up the excellent service.

The good was really good, I ordered the garlic shrimp scampi with a side of seasoned broccoli. The seafood stuffed mushroom now comes with crab meat toppings for an extra $5 but it was buried in cheese. Not a big deal. The menu changed, next time I need to try the seafood boil. Genesis Scarlet was our waitress and she did an amazing job!

We went in late afternoon yesterday to celebrate my mother's 91st birthday. We were waited on by Torie. She attended to our dining needs very well. Great customer service. Paid special attention to my mother. My 2 brothers and sister were there and there were 7 of us in all. Delicious food and drinks. I went after months of not being able to. Specially to see that host they used to have. He was such a sweet guy and gave the best of service the last time we came. Turns out he transferred and no longer works here. Wish he’d come back. That’s the only reason we gave 4 stars. The new host we met and the server were both very helpful. Food was amazing!

Fancy restaurant with good food. Prices are high though, costs are between $25 to $50 if you come for seafood. Not a place I would come very often because of the prices. They have “daily deals”, Monday to Friday with pretty reasonable prices if you would like to come during the week.

Decided to take my daughter, she wanted to try the lobster for the 1st time. We ordered the lobster, shrimp and sirloin. The plate was huge and enough for 2 people. The reason for the 4 stars is the meat came under cook, she pretty much left most of it. Other than that, all was well. Place is well maintained, food was fast, waiter was excellent.

Well the broil was supposedly great tasting, my plate was something called the Admirals Feast which was all fried and breaded. No flavor other than breading, bland. The waitress forgot almost everything we would ask for. Which was only drinks, lemons and a side of sauce. The place was pretty much dead. Still tipped her $5 even though she didn't deserve even that. I had to stand up twice cause she would never come around. Mikaela was her name.

So we go and and get greeted after 5 min, ask for our drinks that come out all the way to the food, food looked amazing but was super bland, no flavor just butter, the only yummy sauce was the scampi shrimp, they should add that one in the boil, server showed up 3 times at tops to ask if we were ok, to ask for drinks, take the drinks and take the food, we didnt see him again till the check.

Service was nice, the kid was professional and polite, trying to make the best of it, just a little inexperienced and overwhelmed (completely understanding) he attended our complaint about the bisque, the cream was almost inedible, way too salty tasted like dried shrimp, but the check came with the charge after telling us would be took off and here we also had issues with the card terminal, as the paper check came after of trying to charge us and then blocked our card. The bisquets were great until the last batch, looked golden but were uncooked in the center (really raw). The lobster was great but the pasta with Cajun chicken was pretty unsavory, mushrooms okayish and cheese finger good. Lemonade is tasty. It easy to see they have issues with seasoning and isn't consistent with what we tasted in other red lobsters.

Used to be a good place. My wife and I loved to go on date nights there cause it's the restaurant we had our first date at. Now it's seems a little dated and service isn't great anymore. Food quality has gone down as well

Terrible dinning experience. We was served by Emily S, her service was terrible, she takes forever to checks in for everything, no matter for order / refill. Hope management can improve their staff training.

Food was all served timely, but the entrees were just not well cooked. They got the steak wrong, the salmon was under cooked and under seasoned, the baked potatoes were unbaked, and the pasta was very poorly seasoned. They use to be very good, but it was our first time in a few years so something changed I guess. Service was attentive enough though so thats good.
