Food was great, service spectacular!!! Genesis gave us great recommendations on menu items to try. She was attentive to our needs and always came by with a friendly smile. She brought us our check and to our surprise, no payment kiosk was handed to us, which I loved. Will definitely be coming again!

The good was really good, I ordered the garlic shrimp scampi with a side of seasoned broccoli. The seafood stuffed mushroom now comes with crab meat toppings for an extra $5 but it was buried in cheese. Not a big deal. The menu changed, next time I need to try the seafood boil. Genesis Scarlet was our waitress and she did an amazing job!

We had a great experience at Red Lobster thanks to our server, Valeria. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Valeria was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked in on us without being overbearing. Her positive attitude really made our meal more enjoyable. Excellent service like hers makes a big difference. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by Valeria again!

Im usually not one to leave a review but this time I had to make an exception:) I went to red lobster with my family and our waitress Sophia was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. She had such a positive attitude which I loved and would constantly check up on us if we needed anything else she made me feel very comfortable. Food was very delicious as well! But the customer service was 100% will definitely come back for her outstanding customer service.

I went to red lobster with my family and the service was amazing! When we walked in the hostess was very nice and sat us down at our table. Once our server came to our table she was very friendly and her service wasn’t bad she made sure everything was alright and kept checking up on us I believe her name was Valeria, such a wonderful waitress!

It's been a long time since I've been to a Red Lobster and I was craving the cheddar biscuits. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by Mia and asked do they still serve those biscuits. All Mia did was just smile and I knew I was at the right place. Awesome service! Great food! Delicious drinks!

Our server, Iris was a delight. Extremely friendly and attentive. I was indecisive on what to eat and she recommended the Southwest Shrimp Bowl and I loved it! Overall a great experience. I will definitely be dining here again. Thank you again to Iris for your great hospitality!

I give red lobster a 5 star rating because the other day I went for a drink and my bartender Valeria was very attentive, friendly, and had a positive attitude she made me feel very welcoming and made my margarita very delicious. I will definitely come again requesting for Valeria her customer service was outstanding!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went in late afternoon yesterday to celebrate my mother's 91st birthday. We were waited on by Torie. She attended to our dining needs very well. Great customer service. Paid special attention to my mother. My 2 brothers and sister were there and there were 7 of us in all. Delicious food and drinks. Afterwards Torie brought out a special ice cream treat for my mother and she lead us in singing Happy Birthday to her. Fabulous evening.

Genesis was our waitress today and couldn't ask for a better server. She was a very pleasant and patient with our group of 6 ladies. Our drinks from the bar were excellent and the food was so delicious as well. I will be recommending Red Lobster to all my friends.

Iris was a super nice and friendly waitress. She had refills for us before we even asked and she put up with my rowdy uncle. Very patient and polite. Ordered the boil and will say I will be back for more. I ate 25 pieces of shrimp!!

The food was good besides the biscuits that were raw. The please is clean overall but the service is a bit slow it took about 10-15 minutes to get my food.

So we go and and get greeted after 5 min, ask for our drinks that come out all the way to the food, food looked amazing but was super bland, no flavor just butter, the only yummy sauce was the scampi shrimp, they should add that one in the boil, server showed up 3 times at tops to ask if we were ok, to ask for drinks, take the drinks and take the food, we didnt see him again till the check.
