Overall I was not very happy with this visit. There were only two other tables with people. Enter the restaurant and it took them more than 10 minutes to sit us down. Once we sat down it took him another 15 minutes just to bring the menus. The place was dead, there should have not been a wait. The staff almost ignored us since we have walked in. Outside the place they have a big billboard that shows the special they have. We asked for the special and they said that they don't do it anymore. I told him "but it's on the sign outside" . They didn't care. They just offered us something that was almost double the price. We asked about their different dishes and they couldn't give us a straight answer. They couldn't give us a price that was cleared to understand. Because we were tired and hungry and spent a lot of time there we settled on ordering something small. We kept having to ask them for everything. We asked for our drinks then asked for chips and salsa and then had to ask for utensils. Also had to ask for napkins. When we finally got the food, it looked promising. The taste was not as good as they looked. The fajitas tasted like they were in a bin all day long. Very rubbery and disappointing. The atmosphere felt awkward. We might give them another chance in case they were having a bad day. If we have the same experience I will post an update. If you don't see an update, it means we haven't gone yet. I'm not rushing to return.

Walker Plaza

Been there 3 times. Great food and great prices, but some of the worst waitresses in Laredo. Not just poor service, I watched one waitress dump what was left of the decaf coffee into the regular coffee pot. No thanks. I've seen better waitressing at the flea market. That is a shame.

Bad experience. I should have read the reviews before going. I noticed a pattern of the bad service in this place. Watch your bill here. They take advantage of happy cuatomers and overcharge to pay other tables. Not coming back!!!

Food was very good. Especially the milanesa, and filete de pescado special. However, the service was horrible. The owner or manager that was here had a very bad attitude and would make faces. The waitress was somewhat okay because she would make comments that were not meant for the occasion. The environment was very cold, they have so many fans and a huge fan that was really cold so bring a sweater. If I were to come I would just come for the food because it was really good and they have specials but now I know that the service isn’t that well.

Where do I start - the 2 stars is for the nice waitress which I made sure to tip good. She was waiting on all the tables (6) and was the cashier, so with that said it took forever to get our food. I don’t blame her, she did the best she could with a smile. Money I paid for food is not worth it. Facility is clean. Tortillas were burned, fajita was burned, ribs were tough and dry. I ordered a pina colada and never got it. This was just my experience, maybe yours will be better.

Over price and we the travelers who stop for food are force to eat their buffet they run out of food and still charge like crazy over priced the federal trade commission should come and take a look at this business

A friend told me the lengua tacos were delicious. Decided to try them. There were 3-4 dried up, crunchy and overcooked lengua chunks in the tacos. I coughed up what I could, but definitely felt green the rest of the day. Never again.

The food was really bad as well as the service at this restaurant. Ordered a hamburger waited 30 minutes for them to come back to tell me that they had no meat to make the burger. Had to call the The waiter multiple times. When asked about the panchos our waiters didn’t know they had panchos and had to make sure even though they had it in the menu. Never seen most of my family member disgusted of their plates. The food was really bad. Not coming back to his place.

Awful food and horrible service. Don't waste money here. They can't even cook a milanesa plate correctly. Bland and malprepared food, not to mention neglectful staff. And it is incredible that some people like this place. Demand more for your hard earned money. Complacency is what keeps these types of places open. But then again... It's Laredo.

Service was absolutely horrible. The waiter and waitress had to be called over several times to get assistance from several tables. Neither one of them understood English, even the band had to call over the bartender in order for service. The food was very bland, the shrimp had absolutely no taste. Will never go there again do not recommend at all horrible service!
