Javier es un chico entregado y dedicado a su trabajo ,solo hay que ver que bien nos atendió y como nos resolvió un problemita que tuvimos. respecto ala comida muy bien presentada y servida a tiempo . pero destaco a Javi,espero de verdad que se valore el trabajo y la amabilidad de este trabajador . volveré!!!
We had afternoon tea and everything was delicious, as always. Ruth served us and was fantastic; she made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back.
Today I was eating at the restaurant with my son and the food was very good and the service was great. Especially the waitress Ruth who was very kind and polite and always with a smile. We will repeat !!!.
I've been there three times on very different occasions and have been delighted every time. The staff is attentive and pleasant, and the food is delicious. This last time, we went back for the croquettes, which, in my opinion, are the best I've ever had, even though I'm not a big fan of ham. My partner ordered a Wellington burger, which he loved, and we ordered half a plate of fries, which was plenty for both of us, and they were topped with a delicious sauce. Be careful with the hot sauce, though, because I can't stand it and almost cried when I mistook it for ketchup, haha.
The waiters are very attentive, and the service is very fast. They keep refilling your drinks, even if you're almost done. The gluten-free food is also delicious and very safe with the blue tablecloth. We loved coming here; the waiters Álvaro and Pablo were very friendly throughout, thank you!

Somos clientes desde hace muchos años y la verdad que ha perdido muchísimo la comida es muy buena pero el trato y la tardanza dejan mucho que desear. Ves como los camareros están de risas y fiesta y no atienden las mesas como es debido y a pesar que hay tres mesas ocupadas quiere decir que no tienen tanta afluencia tarda más de 1 hora en salir la comida
Fuimos esta semana al mediodía, no había nadie, sólo nosotros. Tardaron muchísimo en traer 2 sandwiches Vips Club Smash, que estaban fríos, la carne quemada, el huevo frito parecía plástico de lo duro que estaba, y el pan lleno de grasa. No sabía a nada en general. Un sandwich debe estar en condiciones para servir al público, y más cuando vale 14,75 euros. También nos parece excesivo la Coca-Cola a 3,55 donde hay más hielo que cola, pues ya te la traen en el vaso, no en botella.
Vips siete palmas. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Tardan muchísimo en traer la comida, cuando unos están terminando otros no tienen ni el plato en la mesa. Los camareros atienden de mala manera, no te dan ni los buenos días, ni te miran y cuando le hablas a veces ni responden. Se olvidan de traerte las cosas como cubiertos, servilletas, etc. Mala experiencia varias veces
Horrible. Me gustaba mucho este sitio, pero las tres últimas veces que he ido ha habido errores y un trato pésimo por parte del personal. En esta última ocasión fui con seis amigos y es increíble la cantidad de fallos: en casi todos los pedidos hubo errores e incluso me cobraron de más porque se equivocaron en mi plato que pedí un postre individual y me dieron el "grande" (yo no sabía cómo eran las porciones y lo que me trajeron me parecía como para una persona) cosa de la que me di cuenta por casualidad al revisar la cuenta, aunque me lo corrigieron un situ. Lo peor es que, aun explicando correctamente lo que habíamos pedido, el personal nos contestaba con desgana y aún así nos traían de nuevo la orden mal. Una desfachatez. Además, nada más sentarnos en la terraza estábamos junto a un cartel de “inflamable” y “prohibido fumar”, y aun así los propios trabajadores estaban fumando en una mesa contigua, justo a nuestro lado (encima soy asmática). En fin, no volveremos. Y es una pena, porque de verdad me encantaba el sitio.
Today, January 5th, at 9:05 PM, at the Vips restaurant in 7 Palmas, Gran Canaria, no waiter bothered to serve us, leaving us outside in the rain for over 20 minutes, even though they knew we were there. They only served the family in front of us, despite the restaurant being partially empty. As a regular customer, this will be my last visit.
I am writing to you to file a formal complaint regarding the appalling experience we had at your restaurant today. From the outset, the service was poor. It took two hours from the time we sat down until we finished our lunch, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the staff were unprofessional and rude, which only worsened the situation. Not only were the waits interminable, but the treatment we received was discourteous and unfriendly. As for the food, we were utterly disappointed. The dishes we ordered, particularly the salmon and chicken, arrived without any side dishes and were cold. The chicken, in particular, looked truly unappetizing; it resembled a hospital meal. The quality of the food in no way justified the high price we paid, as the portions were small and of very poor quality. There was absolutely no value for money, and we felt completely ripped off. Most shockingly, when we asked for a dessert to go, they brought us a small lid and a container for us to put it in ourselves—something completely outrageous and unheard of in any restaurant. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable. In short, our experience was very negative. Poor quality food, inefficient service, exorbitant prices, and unprofessional and unfriendly treatment from the staff. Given this bad experience, we will never return and, of course, we will not speak well of this establishment.
This is our second and last time at Vips Gran Via. We waited 50 minutes just to have our order taken (I went to the counter once to order and they told me to sit down, that they would take our order at the table). After 50 minutes had passed, I asked another person who very kindly took our order, but of course, we had already been waiting for an hour—a full hour!—and at a table where they had already served coffee to my family. The price was exorbitant, and we didn't even get a single cookie or chip. There are certainly plenty of other places to go. I'm sorry, but I can't give a good review because it was a complete disaster.
I went to eat with my son and husband today. I ordered the beef cheeks, and they arrived cold. I waited 15 minutes for them. By the time my reheated dish arrived, my family had already finished theirs. Sunday is sacred for family meals, and I ate alone. The portion was small for the price, the service was nonexistent, I paid €60 for a bad experience, I don't recommend this place, and I won't be back.
We went yesterday, Saturday, at 11 PM (yes, it's late, I know). It says it closes at 12:30 AM. They told us the kitchen was closed because it was a holiday; the time hadn't been updated on Google Maps. (The terrace had 6 or 7 tables). We asked if we could get a sandwich, we didn't want anything else. The answer was that the kitchen was overwhelmed and running late. We said it didn't matter, we could wait (we've been there before with more people and it didn't take that long). Then the excuse came back to the same thing: the kitchen closes early because it's a holiday.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a VIPS. The staff was very polite, but the food was terrible. We ordered a kids' meal and two salmon club sandwiches. The kids' meal was very small: four chicken fingers and a portion of fries that barely amounted to a handful—it didn't even fill half the plate. The salmon club sandwiches were awful. The bread slices were excessively soggy, and the portion of fries was ridiculously small. I always order this dish when I go to any VIPS, and the bread has always been crispy and the portion of fries decent (even though it's not one of the places that gives the most). I've never had it served so badly. I understand that any business needs to make a profit, but never by lowering the quality of the products. That's a terrible business strategy.
I don't know where to start anymore because, apart from how pleasant the waitress was, who was overwhelmed with work and despite that, served us pleasantly and with a smile, the rest of it was one of the worst experiences of my life in terms of service, if not the worst, which it already is. We arrived at the restaurant with a reservation at 8:00, and they very attentively seated us at our reserved table. So far, so good. At 8:20, they came to leave the menus and 10 minutes later they took our order. Of all the dishes on the menu, three of the six were missing, so I decided on one that wasn't my first choice, but on top of that, they informed me again that it wasn't left either. So, from six o'clock onward, it was either A or B. 30 minutes later, the food arrived in installments. First the girl's, 10 minutes later the boy's, and another 10 minutes later ours. The portion was ridiculous, especially considering we paid almost €20 for four pieces of meat and 10 chips. (I'm posting a photo.) We finished eating in 15 minutes. There wasn't much to eat. So we decided to have dessert. Well, we spent an hour and a half sitting at the table, because I got up to see what was happening. Desserts came in episodes again. First, the girl's and mine, and 30 minutes later, the boy's and my wife's. A total of €92 for two hamburgers, two meat and potato dishes, two pancake desserts, one chocolate dessert, a scoop of ice cream, and two coffees. I'm adding a photo of what they advertised on the screen and what you get at the table. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Even the four-year-old told us it was dirty, without saying anything. Three hours to try to have dinner and see if things would improve, but things went from bad to worse. No comments.
